Ka 밴드에서 Power Meter 계측 명령어에 따른 측정 정확도와 소요시간에 대한 연구 (A Study on Measurement Accuracy and Required Time based on SCPI of Power Meter in Ka Band)

  • 측정 명령어에 따른 정확도와 소요시간은 효율적인 Ka 밴드용 자동 시험 장비(ATE)를 구축하는데 중요한 요소이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 RF 대표 계측기 Power Meter의 측정 명령어에 대해 연구하였다. 30 G ~ 31 GHz에서 Power Meter의 측정 명령어 FETCH와 MEASURE의 각 측정 레벨에 따른 정확도와 소요시간을 비교하였으며, -70 ~ +20 dBm 영역을 2가지 Power Sensor로 측정하였다. 측정 결과 신속하게 데이터를 불러오는 FETCH 명령어는 잡음 레벨보다 높은 선형 구간에서 비교적 정확한 데이터를 얻을 수 있었다. 가장 정확한 데이터를 얻을 수 있는 MEASURE 명령어는 FETCH 대비 시간이 많이 소요 되었으며, 최대 13.2초가 소요 되었다. 이를 통해 30 G ~ 31 GHz에서 Power Meter 측정 명령어의 정확도와 측정 소요시간을 확인할 수 있었고, 해당 연구 결과는 효율적인 Ka 밴드용 ATE를 구축하는데 기준을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

서울지역 대학생의 외식실태 및 기호도 조사연구 (I) (A Study on the Survey of Eating out Food Preference of College Students in Seoul)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the state of eating out and the food preference of college students in Seoul. This survey was carried out through questionaires, and the subjects were 158 male and 159 female students. The result obtained were summarized as follows; 1) Female students had more regular breakfast than male students, and male students had more regular dinner than female students. 2) Male and higher grade students brought home-made lunches more frequently than female students, and others ate out in campus dinning room and off campus dinning room. 3) Most of subjects (77.3%) ate out more than once a day, they ate out in lunch time more frequently than other times. 4) Male and female students used different type of restaurant. 5) The most favorite food of male students in eating out was a Dongas, and that of female students was Nangmyun.

Efficient Multi-site Testing Using ATE Channel Sharing

  • Multi-site testing is considered as a solution to reduce test costs. This paper presents a new channel sharing architecture that enables I/O pins to share automatic test equipment (ATE) channels using simple circuitry such as tri-state buffers, AND gates, and multiple-input signature registers (MISR). The main advantage of the proposed architecture is that it is implemented on probe cards and does not require any additional circuitry on a target device under test (DUT). In addition, the proposed architecture can perform DC parametric testing of the DUT such as leakage testing, even if the different DUTs share the same ATE channels. The simulation results show that the proposed architecture is very efficient and is applicable to both wafer testing and package testing.

  • Self is well·expressed by clothing, so self-image can be an effective variable for conducting clothing·behavior studies. But there ate some problems in clothing and self-image researches. This paper will be a clue to discuss these problems. The contents of this study are as follows. (1) The notion of self-image is compared with self-concept, and according to this work, self concept comprehends the evaluative properties in addition to self-image illustration. In tai.; part, the problem in translating the terminologies, 'self-concept' and 'self-image', are also discussed. (2) The aspects of self-image are explored, thus physical and social-psychological aspects are determined. (3) Two sub-dimensions of self-image ate recommended relating to clothing researches: actual versus ideal and intrinsic versus phenomenal. (4) Some comments for future studies ate added. It is needed to investigate the relationships of other social- psychological variables and self-image in clothing department.

Constructional Constraints in English Free Relative Constructions

  • As a subtype of English relative clause constructions, free relative constructions like what John ate in I ate what John ate exhibit complicated syntactic and semantic properties. In particular, the constructions have mixed properties of nominal and verbal: they have the internal syntax of sentence and the external syntax of noun phrase. This paper provides a constraint-based approach to these mixed constructions, and shows that simple constructional constraints are enough to capture their complexities. The paper begins by surveying the properties of the constructions. In discusses two types(Specific and nonspecific) of free relatives, their ,lexical restrictions nominal properties and behavior with respect to extraposition, piped piping and stacking Following these it sketches the basic framework of the HPSG(Head-driven Phrase Structure Grammar) which is of relevance in this paper. As the main part, the paper presents a constraint- based analysis in which tight interactions between grammatical constructions and a rich network of inheritance relations play important roles in accounting for the basic as well as complex properties of the constructions is question.

멀티클럭 모드를 이용한 병렬 테스트 성능 향상 기법 (The Method of Parallel Test Efficiency Improvement using Multi-Clock Mode)

  • In this paper, we introduce the novel idea to improve parallel test efficiency of semiconductor test. The idea includes the test interface card consisting of NoC structure able to transmitting test data regardless of ATE speed. We called the scheme "Multi-Clock" mode. In the proposed mode, because NoC can spread over the test data in various rates, many semiconductors are tested in the same time. We confirm the proposed idea will be promising through a FPGA board test and it is important to find a saturation point of the Multi-Clock mode due to the number of test chips and ATE channels.

  • In this paper, we introduce the novel idea to improve the B/W usage efficiency of on-chip networks used for TAM to test multiple DRAMs. In order to avoid the local bottleneck of test packets caused by an ATE, we make test patterns using microcode-based instructions within ATE and adopt a test bus to transmit test responses from DRAM DFT (Design for Testability) called Test Generator (TG) to ATE. The proposed test platform will contribute to increasing the test economics of memory IC industry.

  • Generally, since memory chips should be tested all, considering its volume, the reduction in test time for detecting faults plays an important role in reducing the overall production cost. The parallel testing of chips in one ATE is a competitive solution to solve it. In this paper, NOC is proposed as test interface architecture between DUTs and ATE. Because NOC can be extended freely, there is no limit on the number of DUTs tested at the same time. Thus, more memory can be tested with the same bandwidth of ATE. Furthermore, the proposed NOC-based parallel test method can increase the efficiency of channel usage by packet type data transmission.

경북 지역아동센터 아동들에 대한 위생교육 필요성 (A Study on the Necessity for Hygiene Education for Children at the Gyeongbuk Community Children Center)

  • 본 연구는 지역아동센터 이용 아동들의 올바른 식습관 형성 및 위생 교육을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 지역 소재 지역아동센터 4, 5, 6학년을 대상으로 조사하였다. 그 결과, 남아는 여아에 비해 빠른 속도로 많은 양의 식사를 TV나 책을 보며 하는 것으로 나타났고, 식사량에 있어 부자가족아동이 모자가족아동에 비해 섭취량이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 아침 결식은 여아에게서 많이 나타났고, 보호자 없이 아동끼리 하는 식사는 조손가족아동에게서 높게 나타났다. 대부분의 아동이 편식을 하고 있었고, 남아는 특정야채 및 과일류를, 여아는 콩 및 잡곡류를 편식하는 것으로 나타났다. 대부분의 아동은 자신의 식습관에 문제가 있음을 인식하고, 특히 편식, 불규칙한 식사 등을 문제로 인식하고 있었으며, 이런 식습관은 부모님, 형제 자매 등 주로 가족의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 영양 및 위생지식 점수는 여아가 남아에 비해 점수가 높았고, 모자 일반가족아동, 취업주부아동에게 높게 나타났다. 지역아동센터에서 영양교육 경험은 40%, 위생교육 경험은 50.3%로 나타났고, 대부분의 학생들은 지역아동센터 내 영양 및 위생교육이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었으며, 희망하는 교육내용으로 올바른 식습관 및 식사예절로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과 지역아동센터 이용 아동은 편식, 아침 결식, 불규칙한 식사의 문제를 가지며, 자신의 식습관 문제점을 인식하고 있었고, 지역아동센터 내에서 영양 및 위생교육을 필요로 하고 있었다. 따라서 지역아동센터 이용 아동의 식습관 개선과 식품안전 위생에 관련된 올바른 습관 형성을 위해 아동의 특수한 가정환경을 고려하여, 지역아동센터 내 급식시간을 이용한 정기적인 교육활동이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

The Effect of Food Deprivation Length of Pair House Pigs on the Running Speed and Feeding Activity in Solitary and Social Conditions

  • The purpose of this experiment was to study the feeding behavior and running speed under various feed deprivation lengths and social environments. Three trials were conducted. Trial 1: ten pigs were trained individually to run a course and eat their feed at the end of the course. The pigs were deprived feed for 1, 5, 10 or 20 h. Trial 2: 1. Two pigs ran and ate together. Both pigs had 5 h of feed deprivation before the run (D5). 2. Two pigs ran and ate alone, but both pigs had 5 h of feed deprivation before the run (S5). 3. Two pigs ran and ate together. Both had 1 h of feed deprivation before the run (D1). 4. Two pigs ran and ate alone and both pigs had 1 h of feed deprivation before the run (S1). 5. Two pigs ran together, one had 5 h of feed deprivation, and the other had 1 h of feed deprivation before the run (51). Trial 3: 1. On the 1st day 5 pairs of pigs had 5 h feed deprivation and could eat feed together at (B) point (D1). 2. On the 2nd day the pigs ran and ate alone at (B) point after 5 h of feed deprivation. Feed was obtainable (D2). On the 3rd to 6th days, the pigs ran in pairs after 5 h of feed deprivation and only the dominant pig ate feed at point (B). The inferior pig was chased back to room and fed there. This stage was continued for four consecutive days, d 3 to 6. In trial 1, the running speed of pigs increased with the length of feed deprivation until 10 h, then being stable afterwards. Total feeding time increased with the length of feed deprivation (p<0.001). Eating speed did not increase with the length of feed deprivation (p>0.05). In trial 2, nine of ten pigs in treatment D5 ran faster than those in S5. Seven of the ten pigs in treatment S1 ran faster than those in treatment D1. The pigs in treatment D5 had significantly higher feed intake (p<0.001) and eating speed (p<0.05) than the pigs in other treatments. In trial 3, there were significant differences on running speed between D1 and D6 (p<0.01) and between D2 and D1, D3, D4 and D5. The inferior pig ran faster in D2 but from 3 to 6 it was the dominant pig that showed the greatest speed in completing the whole course. The results demonstrated that the pigs with low feeding motivation may cause low running speed to feed and low feed intake of the neighbor when compared with pigs kept individually.
