The subjects were 126 in charge of the health promotion program. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 23.0 for the independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and structural equation modeling. There were significant differences in emotional labor by age and marital status (p<.05), job stress by religion (p<.01) and job satisfaction by career, religion and marital status (p<.01). The indirect effect of emotional labor on job satisfaction was -0.315, and no direct effect was found. The indirect effect of job stress on job satisfaction was -0.288, and the direct effect was -0.228. The direct effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction was -0.507. These results can be used as baseline data to develop alternatives and intervention programs to enhance job satisfaction.

  • The aim of this study was to verify the feasibility and reliability of the program outcome indirect measurement tool developed for nursing college students in Korean. 396 nursing students from 5 nursing colleges participated in this study, data were collected from November 22 to December 10, 2019. Data analysis was conducted using the IBM Statistics SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs to analyze item analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. As a result of the item analysis, all 79 items were selected for factor analysis. In the exploratory factor analysis, five items that were loaded with other factors were deleted. The final factor loading range was from .37 to .86, and the cumulative explanatory variance for 12 factors was 71.71%. No items were deleted as a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, and the final scale was consisted of 74 items. The average score for scale was 3.78 and Cronbach' α was .98. The feasibility and reliability of the program outcome indirect measurement tool have been verified through this study. Therefore it can be used as a more standardized indirect measurement tool for nursing college students.

  • In this preliminary study exploring the development of an convergent educational program, we identified the factors that affect adherence to healthcare-associated infection (HAI) control guidelines. The data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire of 183 nursing students. The collected data were analyzed using AMOS 21.0 and SPSS 21.0 program. The model fit was ${\chi}^2=52.06$ (df=9, p<.01), GFI=.93, RMSEA=.16, NFI=.85, and CFI=.90, and the explanatory power was 26.2%. As a result in this study, it was found that the theory of planned behavior(TPB) was appropriate for explaining the intention about healthcare-associated infection control guidelines. It is necessary to develop an education program that can reinforce the concepts of TPB, and iterate research to verify its effectiveness.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the fitness of a Path model to represent relations between stress, social support, depression, and suicidal ideation in middle-aged males. The participants were 236 middle-aged males, and data were collected from April 11 to June 1, 2018. The analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlations in PASW Ver. 21.0, and AMOS Ver. 18.0 (a statistical structural equation modeling program), fitness characteristics of the final model were RMSEA 0.05, GFI 0.98, AGFI 0.95, and NFI 0.98. The major study results were as follows. First, stress had a direct effect on depression and drinking, and social support had a direct effect on depression. Second, stress and social support both directly affected suicidal ideation. Results also suggested depression had partial mediating effects on relations between stress, social support, and suicidal ideation. We suggest a program be devised to reduce suicidal ideation by middle-aged males. It is hoped our results will provide basic data for future studies.

A total of 986 usable questionnaires were obtained from female adults of Busan. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis using SPSS for Window 22.0 and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis by AMOS 22.0. The results suggested that, loyalty program value benefits(hedonic benefits and utilitarian benefits) had positive effect on customer satisfaction, and loyalty program value costs(hedonic costs and utilitarian costs) had oppositive effect on customer satisfaction. The impact of hedonic benefits of the loyalty program values was the largest. Customer satisfaction and switching barrier directly affect store loyalty. The customer satisfaction affected the store loyalty indirectly but the direct effect was bigger.

  • Purpose - This study examines how perceived benefits and costs of traditional market support affect relationship quality and support for a marketeer. In addition, it investigates whether support for traditional market aid programs leads to support for the government. The author developed a structural model comprising several variables, in which perceived benefits and costs comprising economic, social, and environmental costs were proposed, to affect the relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) of traditional market aid programs and the government. Consequently, marketeers satisfied and trusted by traditional market aid programs and the government would support the traditional market aid program, resulting in higher support for the government. The model proposed that customer satisfaction would improve customer loyalty and business performance. Thus, the relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) of the traditional market aid program and government was proposed as a core mediating variable between perceived benefits and costs and support. Research design, data, and methodology - To analyze the proposed model, this study investigates the scenario with a traditional marketeer. Data were collected from 331 respondents, and analyzed with SPSS/PC 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. To test the unidimensionality and nomological validity of the measures of each construct, we employed a scale refinement procedure. The result of the reliability test with Cronbach's and confirmatory factor analysis warranted unidimensionality of the measures for each construct. In addition, nomological validity of the measures was warranted from the result of correlation analysis. Results - First, perceived benefit affects the relationship quality of traditional market aid programs and government. Second, perceived costs affect the satisfaction of traditional market aid programs and government. Third, the relationship quality of a traditional market aid program affects the support of a traditional market aid program, and the relationship quality of government affects the support of government. Finally, the support of traditional market aid program affects support of government. The results confirm the findings of previous studies that local development positively influences support, based on the social exchange theory. Conclusions - The theoretical and managerial contributions of this study are as follows. First, it is the first such study, and defines mediating variables, analyzing relationship quality (satisfaction and trust) between perceived benefits and costs and support for the traditional market industry. Further, it investigates the structural relationships between them with the AMOS program. Second, while most previous studies investigating the relationship between similar variables and those of the present study analyzed how perceived benefits and costs influenced support, this study identified the transfer relationship between the support for traditional market programs and support for the government. This study confirms that support for traditional market aid program increases support for the government. Therefore, government policy makers for traditional market aid programs should explain to marketeers the benefits and costs of traditional market development in terms of economic, social, and environmental factors. At the end, limitations, further research directions, and implications are suggested.
