Career maturity and the acquisition of entrepreneurial knowledge are important in entrepreneurship education for youth, and the environments surrounding youths influence their mental state and academic achievement. This study aims to analyze the influences of an educational program and environment in entrepreneurship education for youths on the mindset and the entrepreneurial intention for proper career decisions according to the education climate and entrepreneurial knowledge. A total of 216 questionnaires were collected from students who participated in a creative and entrepreneurial tour of Incheon. After excluding 30 questionnaires with unreliable responses, 186 were empirically analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and Amos 18.0. The results show that the quality of education service and education environment decide the education climate, and the entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. This research is significant because it strategically establishes directions for entrepreneurial education and as practical research for achieving outcomes of entrepreneurial education.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of social support from friend, senior junior, and coach on student-athletes' stress and deviant behavior. By using convenience sampling method of non-probability sampling, a total of 350 student-athletes from D and G city were selected. Of 217 copies of the questionnaire gathered, 35 were discarded owing to having excessive missing values. Thus, by analysing a total of 182 surveys with structural equation modeling through AMOS 20.0 statistics program, this study found the followings. First, social support has a negative influence on stress. Second, stress has a positive influence on deviant behavior. Third, social support has a negative influence on deviant behavior mediated by stress.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of benefit sought and service quality of the travel show visitors who are used as advertisements of tourism companies due to increase of tourism on the behavioral intentions and to use as a useful information to plan travel show. For this study, 240 visitors from Hanatour International Travel Show are selected. And 203 valid questionnaires are analyzed. With collected materials, SPSS 17.0, AMOS 7.0 program was used to verify research problems. As a result, travel show visitors' benefit sought don't have any influence on the behavioral intentions to revisit and to recommend. Second, travel show visitors' service quality have a positive influence on the behavioral intentions to revisit and to recommend. Thus travel show host should try hard to make travel show be an important tourism resource by continuous improvement of service quality.

This study examines the relationship between ego-resilience, mattering and school life adjustments of elementary students participating in physical activity after school. The number of subjects for this study were 429 who were participating in the physical activity after school in Gyeonggi-do. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire and descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation were conducted by using SPSS 20.0 and structural equation model was conducted by using AMOS 20.0 program. The results are as follows; First, ego-resilience of elementary students participating in physical activity after school affects their mattering. Second, mattering of elementary students participating in physical activity after school affects their school life adjustments. Third, ego-resilience of elementary students participating in physical activity after school affects their school life adjustments. Lastly there is a causal relationship between ego-resilience, mattering and school life adjustments of elementary students participating in physical activity after school.

This research examined the influencing factors on magazine subscription. 499 magazine readers had answered on the survey questions. Structural equation model analysis, frequency analysis and reliability analysis were used by SPSS 15.0 and Amos 7.0 program for verifying the hypotheses. The results were as follows: First, the speciality of magazine journalists had a positive effect on magazine recognition. Second, the speciality of magazine journalists had a positive effect on subscription to magazine. Third, the magazine recognition had a positive effect on subscription to magazine. Fourth, the price, a copy of magazine, had not significant effect on subscription to magazine. Fifth, the percentage of news item and advertisement had not significant effect on subscription to magazine. Sixth, the reading amount had a positive effect on subscription to magazine.

The purpose of this study is to look into the influence of job stress and role conflict of emotional labors on the intention of job turnover of them and to look into the effect of adjusting ego-resilience in their relation. To do this, 60 child care facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were selected and survey research was conducted for the object of total 248 child care teachers who are emotional labors. With collected materials, SPSS 17.0, AMOS program was used to verify research problems. The results of the research : First, the job stress of emotional labors appeared to be a main factor which has influence on the intention of job turnover of emotional labors. Second, the role stress and ambiguity appeared to be a main factor which has influence on the intention of job turnover. Lastly, in the relation which job stress and role conflict has influence on the intention of job turnover, ego-resilience appeared to have the effect of adjustment.

The purpose of this study was to retire attitude of journalists verify the mediating effect of impact and satisfaction of life in old age, and prepare, perform and enhance the retirement attitudes of journalists to suggest journalists welfare policies and practices preparing for retirement. Surveyed a total of 233 additional analysis was used to journalists working in Gwangju, Jeonnam media. We used the SPSS 18.0 and 20.0 AMOS program to derive a result, a factor analysis was performed with reliability test for the variables, the model was subjected to structure analysis for the hypothesis testing. The results were the retirement attitudes of journalists had a significant impact on satisfaction with life in retirement preparation, retirement preparation had significant influence on life satisfaction. In addition, the journalists were retired through the mediating effect of attitudes that are ready to maximize retirement life satisfaction. Based on such findings, we propose a practical. Policy implications that can enhance the retirement attitudes and preparation for retirement journalists.

This study highlighted influences which affect purchase intention of audience to viewing performance. And after grouping audience types by applying the cluster analysis to samples which are collected by survey, this study examined how purchase intentions influence audience to viewing performance by each audience type. Thus, to improve the reliability to classify audience type, the sample was selected by considering neither age group nor previous experience of viewing performance arts. Factor analysis and reliability analysis was performed to analyze the effect of purchase intention according to the type of audience. And we used AMOS program to verify using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) how affect it was with moderating variable of audience type. Through surveying and analyzing th results, we confirmed that viewing motivation and quality of performing work have significant effect on purchase intention and significant moderating effect according to audience type. Therefore, we contribute to make suitable strategy that they figure out audience type, when performing art organizations make marketing strategy.

The purpose of this study was to understand self-esteem, sexual communication for parents, sexual assertiveness, and safer sexual behavior and. to examine the mediating effects of the sexual assertiveness on the safer sexual behavior of early adults. A structured questionnaire was completed by 291 university students from March 1 to April 31, 2016. Data were analyzed to calculate the direct and indirect effects of factors affecting safer sexual behavior using SPSS WIN 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. Final model fit indices were RMSEA .05, GFI .98, AGFI .94, NFI .96, and self-esteem, sexual communication for parents showed a direct effect on sexual assertiveness and safer sexual behavior of university students. Sexual assertiveness mediated the relationships among self-esteem, sexual communication for parents, and safer sexual behavior. Furthermore, it is shown that the sexual assertiveness significantly mediates the relation between the positive self-esteem, sexual open communication for parents and safer sexual behavior of early adults.

This study is a descriptive research study that examines the level of terminal care nursing care and the effects on terminal nursing in the internal and external control beliefs of nurses in the nursing geriaic hospital.. The subjects consisted of 442 nurses, and data were collected through structured questionnaires.. The data were analyzed with descriptive that used SPSS WIN 22.0, and AMOS 5.0 statistical program was hypothetical model and path analysis of research hypothesis. As a result, terminal care of geriatric hospital nurses was statininificant to the terminal care stress, fatigue and locus of internal & external control. and the higher the internal control belief, the less stress of the terminal care and the higher the terminal care performance As a result, this study providers a more terminal care performance, It is considered that nursing hospital nurses who develop strategic programs and terminal care nursing will need to provide quality nursing education and work environment improvement.
