The objective of this paper is to analyze why China's policy toward North Korea after the second North Korean nuclear crisis have plunged into the dilemma between pressure and inducement. This paper stress that dilemma between China's two aims toward North, that is, stability in Korean peninsula and North East Asia, and the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula that can explain China's inconsistent policies on North Korea. As North Korea publicly revealed the intention of nuclear development and China has played the mediator role for protecting its security, China's two aims toward North have faced the situation of a dilemma. Because China's two aims are directly related with stability in the neighbor that pursuit to perform 'economic development' since 1978, China's two aims toward North would not be changed easily. Therefore, as long as North Korea would not make an effort on denuclearization and China continually would maintain two aims on North, it will be continued a dilemma between China's policies toward North.

Recently, medical humanities education has begun to take up an increased proportion of the Korean medical curriculum. Many people now agree that not only basic medicine and clinical medicine but also medical humanities is needed in medical education. The aims of medical humanities education should dawn now. 'Medical humanities' can be roughly defined as "the interdisciplinary study and activity at the intersection of the humanities, social science, arts, and medicine." People tend to assume that the aim of medical humanities education is to produce good doctors, that is, physicians who contribute to society. Actually, cultivating good doctors is one of the proper aims of medical humanities education. In addition to it, another aim of medical humanities education should be cultivating happy doctors. Nowadays, many of Korea's physicians feel unhappy. In such a situation, medical humanities education should be aimed at developing happiness in medical trainees.

Present monetary system is based on fallacies. The purpose of this article is to highlight the pitfalls in economic thinking. The article shows that this way of thinking leads to the creation of inflation which is the root of all evil. The analysis proceeds in different approach to the contemporary theory of money. An inflation- free monetary system is introduced. Monetary system is the set of mechanisms that controls money. In this broad sense, monetary system can be divided into three different systems. Each of them has different goal; National monetary system which aims to raise sufficient funds in order to reach an optimal level of output growth that maintains full employment and satisfies the economic requirements of the community. National redistribution system which aims to redistribute funds in order to sustain individuals at or above a specified material standard of living, and enable government to provide public services. International monetary system which aims to preserve rights of parties in foreign exchange transactions.

To investigate 13 year old pupils' suggested aims, recognition of relevant variable, and the relationship between the suggested aim and the conclusion which is drawn by pupils, we classified experiments in textdbook into three cases: (1) Case involving dependent variable and independent variable in the title of experiment, (2) Case involving dependent variable only, where pupils can know independent variable from the content of textbook, (3) Case involving dependent variable only, where pupils hardly can know independent variable from the content of textbook. In respect of the aims which pupils suggested, the suggested aims were reduced to the title of experiment in case(1). However, the suggested aims were divided into several forms which is not relevant to the content of experiment in case (2), (3). This shows that pupils are affected by the title of experiment according to how the variable is involved in the title of experiment. This is supported by the fact that when the variable is described in the title, the suggested aim is reduced to the title of experiment. On the other hand, there was a relationship between the suggested aim and the drawn conclusion in case (1). But there was few relationships in case (2) and (3). Surprisingly, the drawn conclusion in case(1) was not consistent with the expected one because of the inappropriate experimental setting. We need to be more careful in experimental setting, pupils' cognitive ability, and openness of experiment to help pupils perform experiment successfully.

Phishing is a form of online identity theft that aims to steal sensitive information such as online banking passwords and credit card information from users. This paper presents a novel browser extension, AntiPhish, that aims to protect users against spoofed web site-based phishing attacks. To this end, AntiPhish tracks the sensitive information of a user and generates warnings whenever the user attempts to give away this information to a web site today requires only the server to be hat is considered untrusted.

Since 1991, so many women's volunteer centers have established in local self governing body or several women's organizations. The aims are to promote and manage women's volunteer activities. For last 12 years, one of aims has been already attained. But the other one is beyond attainment, because there are few network system among women's volunteer centers. For more efficient management of volunteer activities, it is necessary to construct computer network system in every volunteer center. In this paper, we describe current network situation and suggest network construction method of women's volunteer centers.
