In this paper, we consider interval-valued Choquet integrals and fuzzy measures. Using these properties, we discuss some applications of them in multicriteria decision aid. In particular, we show how these interval-valued Choquet integrals can model behavioral analysis of aggregation in ulticriteria decision aid.

상조서비스 사업의 본질은 상품과 서비스를 일반 상거래로 보는 것이 일반적인 시각이다. 사업자 즉 상례와 관련된 상조조직과 상조회사가 서비스이용자와의 계약을 통해 이루어지는 계약을 통해 장래 회원의 요구시점에 상품과 서비스를 제공하고 회원은 그 가격을 현재의 가격으로 대금을 지급하되 할부로 지급하는 것이다. 이런 상조업은 2005년 이후 이를 수행하는 업체수가 급증해 규모면에서도 3조원이 넘을 것으로 추정되는 거대한 사업으로 확장 되었다. 그러나 상조업 자체가 선불식 할부거래라는 특성 때문에 현행 개정된 할부거래에 관한 법률에서 규정하는 내용은 과거보다는 현실화가 되어 있기는 하지만 미흡한 점은 여전히 있다고 본다. 예를 들면 상조조직과 상조회사의 가입자에 대한 설명의무, 선수금예치계약에 따르는 소비자보호문제, 상조회사 설립시의 자본액의 상향 문제 등 제반 법적 검토 사항에 대한 입법적 불비가 그러하다. 본 논문에서는 이런 점들을 검토하고 다양화된 상조서비스 이용자의 점진적이고 확대되는 상조산업의 발전을 위하여 지적한 법적 사항에 대한 개선점과 할부거래에 관한 법률과 별도의 상조업법의 단일 입법을 결론적으로 주장하였다.

2000년의 UN 세계정상회의에서 새천년 개발목표(MDG)가 합의된 후 OECD/DAC 공여국은 빈곤퇴치를 원조의 주된 목적으로 삼아왔다. 이러한 목적을 더욱 효과적으로 달성하기 위해 원조공여국과 수원국은 2005년에 원조효과에 관한 파리선언에 합의하고 그 실천과정과 달성 정도를 격년마다 점검하고 평가해 왔다. 그 점검 평가를 위한 2011년 고위급 세계개발원조총회가 한국의 부산에서 개최되었다. 본 논문은 DAC 회원국이 과연 어느 정도 이러한 빈곤퇴치의 목적을 달성하는데 도움이 되는 원조배분정책을 수립하고 실제로 실천하고 있는가를 2005~09년 자료를 이용하여 분석 평가한다. 또 급격히 증가하고 있는 DAC 비회원국의 원조배분정책과 실적을 분석 평가하기 위해, 한국이 DAC에 가입하기 전인 2005~09년 기간의 원조배분실적을 분석 평가하여 DAC 회원국 평균과 비회원국 간의 차이를 분석 평가하고 정책적 의미를 찾아낸다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to develop first aid education programs for elementary, middle and high school students. Method: Forty nine textbooks adopted by first to six grade elementary schools and first to third grade of both middle and high schools were analyzed for content on first aid. Results: 1) First aid content was covered only in courses on and 2) Content on first aid was included in the categories, "General of first aid", "Rescue & moving", "Fire & Burns", "Cardiopulmonary resuscitation", "Musculoskeletal injuries", "Thermal injuries", "Wounds", "Removing foreign bodies", "Disaster & Accidents" and "Others". Categories that were not included were "Poisoning" and "Bites". The content did not follow a progression related to the level of intellectual and physical development of the students. Conclusion: These results suggest that the content on first aid should be revised to be practical and rational for the benefits of student safety.

This study was conducted to identify the health care utilization, health care costs, and potential health care demands of the disabled in the Medicaid Aid beneficiaries. This study focused on the heath care costs not included in the medical aid allowance such as transportation, informal nursing costs, and ambulatory aids etc. Participants were the 864 subjects who were beneficiaries of the National Medical Aid program living in 10 district of Korea. A questionnaires were distributed to the disabled in the Medical Aid beneficiaries during August to September, 2001 through public offices. Data were collected through a home visiting by social workers working in public offices. Direct and indirect medical costs expended for one month by the participating disabled were examined. They expended 110.748 won $({\$}100)$ for heath care costs, which was not included in the medical aid allowance during the month. The disabled with cerebral diseases or who have level 4 disability expended more health care costs compare to those with other diseases. Gradual expansion of medical aid allowance for the disabled is recommended to alleviate economic burden of the disabled and their family.

구급대원의 직무만족도를 조사한 결과 119구급대원의 업무스트레스 정도는 업무스트레스 척도를 구성하고 있는 영역 전체 평균 4점 만점의 2.54(SD.44)점이었다. 119구급대원이 느끼는 영역별 피로 정도는 영역 전체 평균 4점 만점의 2.09(SD.49)점로 나타났다. 119구급대원의 직무만족도 정도는 전체 평균 5점 만점의 2.71점으로 조사됐다. 본 연구는 구급대원의 직무만족도 향상을 위해 구급대원의 신규채용확대, 임용전 교육실시, 해외연수 등을 통한 구급대원의 지속적인 교육훈련, 구급장비의 지원확대와 현대화, OAT제도 도입운영 등의 방안을 제시하였다.

Bangladesh's growing foreign aid has sparked controversy over whether it affects the country's economic performance. This review assesses foreign aid's influence on the country's economic growth with annual data covering the 1989-2018 period. The Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model is applied to achieve the research objective, and the empirical results indicate a substantial and robust impact of foreign assistance on economic growth. The outcome further reveal that domestic investment also contributes significantly to the country's economic evolution. However, trade openness plays a substantial positive role in the short run, although the impact is immaterial in the long run. The empirical findings indicate that the association between aid, domestic investment, and growth has a confident meaningful effect at 1 per cent level in the long run, whereas aid influences more than domestic investment. However, in the short run, aid, domestic investment, trade openness, and growth show positive and noteworthy response also at 1 percent level. This review undertakes a detailed analysis about the country's economic growth, and grounded on its outcome, this work suggests that focus should be placed more on creating domestic investment, promoting more export, and allocation of aid should be determined by the relative needs of the country.

This study is implemented in the Department of Emergency Medical Technology of the Cheju Halla College in to evaluate behavioral changes in the recognition of the importance of the first aid, coping ability in the field, and competence of the first aid skills after taking the in-service program. The in-service program was hold from December 14 to December 22, 1998 under the title of "1998 First Aid and Emergency Rescue Training" for 176 drivers. The Questionnaire was distributed to 176 drivers, among them, 88 drivers took in-service program and 88 ones did not. After the data analysis, following conclusions we re made. 1. There are no significant statistical differences among demographic factors such as the level of education, age, career, and marital state of the subjects in the recognition of the importance of the first aid and competence of the first aid skills. 2. The drivers, who were the in-service program, significantly higher score in educated in represented all the area of recognition of the importance of first aid than non-educated drivers. 3. The drivers, who were educated in the in-service program, showed also significantly high score in competence of the first aid skills. According to the conclusions, there were significant change made In the recognition of the importance of the first aid and competence of the first aid skills after the in-service program. Therefore, nationwide emergency training program should be considered to improve emergency care ability of the nation. To make the program more effective for drivers, the in-service program should be required to newly licensed drivers during orientations or licence issuing.

Purpose : This study is to supply basal data need to development of First-Aid education program for female college students of non-health department that we surveyed safety awareness practice, First-Aid knowledge, educational requirement and necessity of the female college students of health and non-health department. Methods : This date was collected from September 1th in 2012 until October 5th by 5 person selected of which explain to purpose and method of the writing. We distributed the subject questionnaire of total 410 and analyzed questionnaire 385 only. Results : The results of this study are follows. First, the health group was higher than non-health group in conductive score of safety awareness and score of First-Aid knowledge in female students and there was statistically significant difference. Second, There was significant difference in Economical state, Educational state of the Safety awareness Practice score and First-Aid knowledge score about the general characteristic of the female college students of health department. Third, there wasn't significant difference in most of all item of the Safety awareness Practice score and First-Aid knowledge score about the general characteristic of the female college students of non-health department. Conclusion : Finally, We found that the female college students of health department lower than the female college students of non-health department in First-Aid knowledge level and surveyed that they felt the needs of First-Aid education. Therefore, there are able to need the opening of a course in order to raise the quality of safety awareness and First-Aid knowledge or to needs construction of educational system in continuously.
