무인자동안내방적 경량전철 시스템의 동특성에 관한 연구 (Dynamic Characteristics of Automated Guideway Transit (AGT) Vehicles)

  • In this paper, the dynamics and stability of the automated guideway transit (AGT) vehicles with rubber tires are investigated. Two types of AGT systems are considered: the bogie-type and steering-type systems. The critical speeds for the dynamic instability of lateral and yawing motions are investigated by use of the Routh-Hurwitz's stability criterion. It is shown that the bogie-type AGT vehicles are likely to be stable within the range of practical operating speed, whereas it is not true for the steering-type AGT vehicles. It is also shown that the control performance of steering-type AGT vehicles can be improved by choosing proper steering gains of the closed-loop steering control system.

  • In this work, the characteristics and the improving method of train performance of Korean rubber-tired AGT system(K-AGT) and Urban MAGLEV system are evaluated by using Train Performance Simulation(TPS). The train performance characteristics of K-AGT were analysed according to the change of maximum running speed and those of Urban MAGLEV were evaluated according to a vehicle weight variation. In the result of simulation in virtual line, the scheduled speed and the running time of K-AGT system have no difference with Urban MAGLEV system if the maximum running speed is equal. But the energy consumption of Urban MAGLEV system is more than that of K-AGT system. The analyses showed that in case of a 20 percent vehicle weight reduction of Urban MAGLEV system, the energy consumption per person is similar with the K-AGT system. The Urban MAGLEV system is more efficient in long travel distance condition than in short running distance condition in the aspect of train performance.

  • Korea Railroad Research Institute(KRRI) has developed the rubber-tired AGT system from 1999 to 2005. The rubber-tired AGT system is now on test for its performance and function at the test line in Gyeong-San. This paper is concerned with the recent development of the AGT system and its reliability evaluation technology which are now being applied in test line. Also, we made the reliable program to assure required the RAMS((reliability, availability, maintainability & safety) of the AGT system.

  • Dynamic model of the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle, and boundary conditions between vehicle and infrastructures (running track, guidance rail) were defined to analyze vehicular vibration behaviors occurred at the worst condition. Using the commercialized software RecurDyn, vibration accelerations of car body and bogies were analyzed. and, based on the ISO standard 2631-1, the vibration characteristic test is performed in the test track. As the results, the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle satisfied the ISO standard criteria and design requirement.

  • This study shows the functional contribution into the public transportation system for congestion area. And there is a introduction for the rapid bus transit developed in Europe community. It can be classified the public transportation as urban transit, subway and bus. For a few years, it has been introduced the AGT system as a role of the alternative and lengthening system of subway line. Recently, there is going on construction of AGT system in some regional cities. The AGT system has advantages in terms of accessibility and cost-effective rather than subway. But the bus system is advantageous at the points rather than AGT system. It is obvious that the bus system is most cost-effective for infrastructure and system rather than any other public transports. If the bus system has punctuality and precise docking, that becomes best choice for public transportation scheme. There are tries to develop new systems by means of the f1les up the advantages in bus and AGT system, which can be classified as BRT(Bus Rapid Transit}. The idea is simple; 'Thirik rail, use advanced buses.' It is introduced the IRISBUS system at this article, which was developed in Europe community. And it is introduced the project architecture to develop the similar system to IRISBUS in KRRI through National Transportation Key Technology R&D Project

노면 요철을 고려한 AGT 차량의 동적 응답 해석 (Dynamic Response Analysis of AGT Vehicle Considering Surface Roughness of Railway)

  • The equations of motion for an automated guide-way transit(AGT) system running on a path with roughness have been derived to investigate dynamic responses and wheel loads of moving vehicles of the AGT system. A vehicle of the AGT system is idealized as three-dimensional model with 11 degree-of-freedom. The computer program is developed to solve the dynamic equations, and anlatical results are verified by comparing the results with experimental oness. Parametric studies are carried out to investigate the dynamic responses of an AGT vehicle according to vehicle speeds, surface roughness, damping and stiffness of suspension systems. The parametric study demonstrates that amplitudes of dynamic responses and the wheel loads have a tendency to increase according to travel speeds, the stiffness of suspension system and surface roughness. On the other hand. those amplitudes tend to decrease according to increase of damping of the suspension system.

녹차 수용성 추출물을 이용한 김부각의 산화안정성 및 품질특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Oxidative Stability and Quality Characteristics of Kimbugak Made of Aqueous Green Tea)

  • 녹차 수용성 추출물을 첨가한 김부각을 제조하여 $60^{\circ}C$의 항온기에서 40일간 저장하면서 김부각의 산화안정성 및 품질특성을 검토하였다. 산가와 과산화물과는 저장기간 동안 FKBG-5% AGT군이 control이나 FKBG-10% AGT군에 비하여 매우 낮은 수준이었다. 녹차 수용성 추출물로 만든 김부각을 튀겼을 때 주요 지방산은 linoleic acid($C_{18:2}$), oleic acid($C_{18:1}$), palmitic acid($C_{16:0}$)의 순으로 많았다. Control은 녹차 수용성 추출물을 첨가한 김부각에 대해 포와지방산이 차지하는 비율이 상당히 증가하였으며, 불포화지방산 중 monoene의 함량은 약간 감소하였으나 polyen의 함량은 현저한 감소를 보였다. Carotenoid와 chlorophyll a 모두 녹차 수용성 추출물이 첨가된 김부각이 대조군보다, 튀기지 않은 김부각이 튀긴 김부각보다 높은 함량을 나타냈다. 녹차 수용성 추출물의 함량이 높을수록 chlorophyll a의 함량은 높았으나 carotenoid에서는 별다른 차이를 보이지 않았다. 관능평가에서 김특유의 냄새와 후미는 튀긴 부각과 튀기지 않은 부각 모두 5% 녹차 수용성 추출물 첨가군이 높은 점수를 보였으며, 전제적인 기호도는 튀긴 부각과 튀기지 않는 부각 모두 녹차 수용성 추출물로 만든 김부각이 control 보다 높은 점수를 보였다.

  • This study was aimed to prove the safety of rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle, which was designed to have the redundant equipment for safety, so the experiment of this paper was operated in condition of malfunction which we made such as bake sequence test and momentary interruption test. The result can bes handled by Labview 7.0 and showed as the graph.

  • 고무타이어를 주행륜으로 사용하고 무인운전으로 운행되는 고무차륜 AGT 경량전철 차량의 성능최고 속도는 70km/h이고 운행최고속도는 60km/h로 차량 표준사양에서 결정되어 고시되었다. 그러나 차량이 운행되는 노선의 다양한 곡률반경에 따라 제한속도가 결정되어야 하고, 고무타이어가 손상된 경우를 가정한 안전 제한속도도 결정해야 한다. 본 논문의 목적은 설계 및 제작이 완료된 한국형 표준 고무차륜 AGT 경량전철 차량에 대해 운행노선의 곡선반경에 따른 제한속도, 고무타이어의 손상에 따른 안전 제한속도, 그리고 이상의 조건들에 대한 승객의 승차감을 해석하여 제안하는 것이다.(중략)

  • 현재 개발이 진행 증인 한국형 표준 고무차륜 AGT 경량전철 차량의 개발시험은 크게 주요 부품에 대한 구성품 시험, 제작 완료된 차량의 완성차 공장시험, 시험선에서의 주행성능시험 둥 3단계로 나누어 실시된다. 이들 중 2번째 단계인 완성차 공장시험은 2량 1편성으로 설계 제작된 시제차량에 대해 개발 요구사항 및 요구사양의 만족도, 시험선에서 본격적으로 수행되는 주행성능시험 전에 인프라(전력공급, 주행선로)와의 인터레이스 만족도를 확인하는 단계이다.(중략)
