In this paper, a low noise amplifier(LNA) in a receiver of a Low Noise Block Down Converter (LNB) for direct broadcasting service(DBS) is implemented using GaAs HEMT. The LNA is designed for the bandwidth of 11.7GHz-12.2GHz. The 2stage-LNA consists of a input matching circuit, a output matching circuit, DC-blocks and RF-chokes. The result of a simulation of the LNA using Advanced Design System(ADS) shows the noise figure less than 1.4dB, the gain greater than 23dB and the flatness of 1dB in the bandwidth of 11.7 to 12.2GHz.

본 연구는 국내 화장품 광고에 나타난 여성 이미지가 국내 페미니즘의 도입 및 변화와 관련하여 어떤 특징을 보이는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 1991년~2019년까지 방영된 <마몽드> 화장품 브랜드의 TV광고 총 86편을 양적, 질적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 1기(1991~1997년)에는 남성과의 평등을 강조하는 급진주의 페미니즘의 경향이 짙었으나, 2기(1998~2005년)에는 다시 전통적인 여성상이 잔존하는 자유주의 페미니즘으로 회귀하는 모습을 보였다. 그리고 3기(2006~2011년)에는 페미니즘과 포스트 페미니즘이 혼재하는 양상을 보이다가 4기(2012~2019년)에 이르러서는 본격적으로 아름다움에 대한 적극적인 주체가 되는 포스트 페미니즘의 경향을 보였다. 이러한 연구결과는 학술적으로는 페미니즘 관점에서 화장품 단일 브랜드의 여성이미지를 수직적으로 조명한 사례연구라는 점에서, 실무적으로는 여성 제품의 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 전략이나 크리에이티브 전략 수립에 시사점을 제공한다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

다결정 Pt/0.1 M $H_2SO_4$수성 전해질 계면에서 중간주파수 구간의 위상이동 변화와 Langmuir흡착등온식 사이의 관계를 교류임피던스 방법 즉 위상이동 방법을 이용하여 연구 조사하였다. 제안된 계면등가회로는 전해질저항($R_S$), Faraday저항$(R_F)$, 흡착유사용량$(C_\varphi)$의 등가회로 요소($C_P$)의 직렬접속으로 구성된다 지연되는 위상이동$(\varphi)$은 음전위(E) 및 주파수(f)에 따르며, $\varphi=-tan^{-1}[1/2{\pi}f(R_s+R_F)C_p]$이다. 중간주파수(6Hz)에서 위상이동 변화$(\varphi\;vs.\;E)$는 Langmuir흡착등온식$(\theta\;vs.\;E)$의 결정에 적용할 수 있는 실험적인 방법이다. 다결정 $Pt/0.1\;M\;H_2SO_4$ 전해질 계면에서 수소의 흡착평형 상수(K)와 흡착표준자유에너지$({\Delta}G_{ads})$는 각각 $1.8\times10^{-4}$와 21.4kJ/mol이며 과전위 수소흡착(OPD H)에 기인한다.

본 연구는 도서관의 DFL 서비스 정책을 마련하는데 주요한 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구는 난독인과 보호자를 대상으로 한 면담과 설문조사를 통하여 도서관 이용에 장애가 되는 여러 가지 요인을 알아보았다. 연구를 통해 나타난 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다: 1) 홍보 및 광고활동의 강화, 2) 도서관 규정의 개선 및 난독인 전문 사서의 배치, 3) 소장 자료 및 전용공간 서비스의 확대 및 맞춤화.

순환전압전류 및 교류임피던스 기법을 이용하여 다결정 $0.5M\;H_2SO_4$수용액 계면에서 음극 $H_2$발생 반응을 위한 과전위 전착(흡착)된 수소의 Langmuir흡착등온식을 연구조사 하였다. 다결정 $Au|0.5M\;H_2SO_4$수용액 계면에서, 최적중간주파수일 때 위상이동 $(0^{\circ}\leq{-\phi}\leq90^{\circ})$ 거동은 표면피복율$(1\geq{\theta}\geq0)$ 거동에 정확하게 상응한다. 최적중간주 파수일 때 위상이동 변화 $({-\phi}\;vs.\;E)$즉 위상이동 방법은 다결정 $Au|0.5M\;H_2SO_4$수용액 계면에서 음극 $H_2$발생 반응을 위한 과전위 전착(흡착)된 수소의 Langmuir 흡착등온식$(\theta\;vs.\;E)$을 추정할 수 있는 새로운 방법으로 사용될 수 있다. 다결정 $Au|0.5M\;H_2SO_4$ 수용액 계면에서, 과전위 전착(흡착)된 수소의 흡착평형상수(K)와 표준자유에너지 $({\Delta}G_{ads})$는 각각 $2.3\times10^{-6}$과 $32.2kJ\;mol^{-1}$이다.

In this paper, we introduce the performance test results of digital data processing system for KVN (Korean VLBI Network). The digital data processing system for KVN consists of DAS (Data Acquisition System) and high-speed recorder which called Mark5B system. DAS system performs the digitalization of analog radio signal through ADS-1000 gigabit sampler with 1 Gsps/2-bit and process the digital filtering of digital signal. Mark5B system records the output data of DFB (Digital Filter Bank) with about 1 Gbps. In this paper, we carried out the preliminary evaluation experiments of the KVN digital data processing system connected between DAS system and Mark5B with VSI (VLBI Standard Interface) interface which is designed for compatible in each VLBI system. We first performed all of the KVN digital data processing system connected by VSI interface in the world. In factory inspection phase, we found that the DAS system has a memory read/write error in DSM (Digital Spectrometer) by analyzing the recorded data in Mark5B system. We confirmed that the DSM memory error has been correctly solved by comparing DSM results with Mark5B results. The effectiveness of KVN digital data processing system has been verified through the preliminary experiments such as data transmission, recording with VSI interface connection and data analysis between DSM and Mark5B system. In future work, we will perform the real astronomical observation by using the KVN 21m radio telescopes so as to verify its stability and performance.

전력증폭기는 기지국의 효율을 결정하는 중요한 요소이며, 효율성 제고를 위하여 GaN증폭소자를 사용한 Doherty 전력증폭기 구조에 대한 연구가 지속되고 있다. Doherty 전력증폭기의 메모리 효과는 선형성과 효율특성과 연관된 동작특성에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 GaN Doherty 전력증폭기의 전열적인 비선형성 모델링과 전열적 메모리 효과가 GaN Doherty 증폭기의 왜곡형성과 보상에 대하여 연구하였다. GaN Doherty 증폭기의 전열적 메모리 특성을 모델링하기 위하여 순시적으로 소모되는 전력과 순시 접합온도의 정확한 관계식을 정립하였다. 제안된 모델의 파라미터로부터 GaN Doherty 전력증폭기의 비선형왜곡과 전열적 메모리 효과를 보상할 수 있는 전치왜곡선형화기 모델을 설계하였다. 제안된 모델의 성능평가는 37dBm GaN Doherty 전력증폭기와 ADS Tool을 사용하여 왜곡특성 성능개선정도를 검증하였다. 선형화된 GaN 전력증폭기의 2-tone 출력스펙트럼에서 약 16 dB의 왜곡개선효과를 보였다.

기존의 광고모델연구는 대부분 모델의 특성이 광고하는 브랜드로 전이된다는 전제 하에 모델의 광고 효과를 주로 검증하였으나 본 연구는 역으로 광고하는 브랜드의 특성이 해당 광고모델에게로 전이되는지, 전이된다면 과연 어떤 점이 차이를 발생시키는지, 브랜드특성 전이효과에 연구의 초점을 맞추었다. 연구의 타당도를 높이기 위해 실제 브랜드와 모델을 선정했으며, 실험자극물의 현실성을 높이기 위해 인쇄광고와 함께 TV광고물을 실험에 맞게 제작하여 동시에 활용하였다. 실험은 광고노출 4유형(브랜드광고 3집단, 광고무노출 통제집단) x 모델 2유형(유명인, 신인)으로 설계되었다. 분석결과 연구가설대로 브랜드 특성이 모델로 전이되었으며, 이러한 브랜드특성 전이효과는 기성 유명인 모델보다 신인 모델에게서 더 두드러지게 나타났다. 기존에 형성된 이미지를 가지고 있는 기성 유명인 모델에게는 이미지 특성 종류에 따라 브랜드특성 전이효과가 선별적으로 발생하는 것으로 나타났다.

We investigated the clinical effects of Korean red ginseng on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children. Eighteen subjects aged between 6 and 14 diagnosed with ADHD based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fourth edition diagnosis criteria were enrolled. Korean red ginseng (Panax ginseng) at 1,000 mg b.i.d. was administered to the subjects for 8 weeks. Eighteen children completed the questionnaire and clinical assessment by visiting the hospital at baseline, then in the first, fourth and eighth weeks. Clinical assessments were performed by using the ADHD Diagnostic System (ADS, a computerized attention assessment program), the abbreviated Conners' rating scale in addition to psychiatric interviews. After 8 weeks, significant differences were found in the omisssion errors of ADS ($78.56{\pm}43.33$ at baseline, $55.17{\pm}21.44$ at 8 weeks, p<0.023), Conners ADHD Rating Scale ($13.78{\pm}6.32$ at baseline, $9.50{\pm}4.80$ at 8 weeks, p<0.042) and Spielberger State Anxiety Scale ($30.94{\pm}6.25$ at baseline, $28.83{\pm}6.23$ at 8 weeks, p<0.024). In the Korean Personality Inventory for Children, a significant reduction of score was found in the physical development scale ($56.44{\pm}9.63$ at baseline, $50.94{\pm}8.91$ at 8 weeks, p<0.017) and social dysfunction scale ($56.33{\pm}6.82$ at baseline, $51.94{\pm}7.13$ at 8 weeks, p<0.025). These results suggest that Korean red ginseng may be effective in improving inattentiveness in ADHD children, but it remains uncertain if it improves the general severity of ADHD, depression, anxiety personality and behavioral changes.
