Purpose : To research the Skin Resistance Variability(SRV) of premature ovarian failure(POF) patients by Autonomic Bioelectric Response Recorder(ABR-2000 system, Meridian, Korea) and report the specific results in SRV of POF patients. Methods : We measured SRV of 17 POF Patients who came to Conmaul Oriental Medical Hospital during August 2005 ${\sim}$ July 2006 by ABR-2000 system. We analyzed the results which height of graph Part was converted into 0${\sim}$10, and the readings of Low/Normal/High. Results : The mean value of graph height on each(1, 2, 3) part is lower than normal range(4-6) in POF patients. The distribution ratio of Low/Normal/High on each(1, 2, 3) part shows that there are much more Low proportion in POF patients. Conclusion : The low graph height of POF patients on 1, 2, 3 part means that conductivity & capacitance of POF patients is low, especially on head.

Objectives: In order to study the effect of the oriental medical therapy on the patients who visited Neuropsychiatry and oriental medical differentiation of symptoms and signs with ABR (Autonomic Bioelectric Response recorder)-2000, these clinical studies were performed. Methods: Sixty six patients with headache were classified into three groups; the first is tension headache, the second is migraine headache, the last is the others, each group was investigated of a various characteristic, the effect of the oriental medical therapy and stress was measured by ABR-2000. Result: 1. According to the statics, the tention headache's rate was higher than migraine; on the whole woman's rate was higher than man's. however in the migraine the rate of sex was equal. 2. According to the cause facter, oversensitiveness, overexertion, dyspepsia, etc. were numorous in the order. 3. According to the oriental medical differentiation of symptoms and signs, the rate of stagnation of the liver-qi' s fire-transmission(肝鬱化火) and deficiency of qi(氣虛), these two types were highest. result of analyzing ABR-2000 is that stagnation of the liver-qi's fire-transmission(肝鬱化火) is the highest stress. 4. According to treatment rate, 80.3 percent of patients satisfied of treatment.

Headache is one of the most common medical complaints. It is not so easy to manage headache. especially if it is chronic although it seldom cause serious problem. There are many psychological factor known to induce, maintain an aggravate symptom in patients with chronic headache. The purpose of this study is to investigate clinical characteristics with ABR-2000 was carried out for 57 patients who had been suffered from headache for 6 months from march to August 2000.The results were as follows:1. According to the statics, on the whole woman's rate was higher than man's, and the mean duration of the headache was 8.06 years.2. Common associated symptoms were nausea. dyspepsia, dizziness, palpitation, fatigue, depression, etc.3. According to oriental medical differentiation of symptoms and signs, the rate of stagnation of the liver-qi's fire-transmission(肝變化火), deficiency of blood(血虛) and plegm syncope (痰厥), these three types were hghest.4. Result of analyzing ABR-2000 is that the rate of low response is higher than high response's on each item. But result of Graph A is that the rate of high response in higher than that of low response only in deficiency of Yin(陰虛) and the rate of high response in stagnation of the liver-qi's fire-transmission(肝變化火) and deficiency of blood (血虛) is comparatively high. Result of Graph R is that the rate of high response in wind-heat(風熱), deficiency of blood(血虛) and plegm syncope(痰厥) is comparatively higher than in others.

Objective : We had a clinical report in headache but didn't in migraine. We have planned this study in order to get the basic data of migraine in oriental medicine. Methods : The patient of 36 in migraine checked sex, age, onset, family history, severity of pain, influences of life, induced cause, clinical pain characteristics, associated symptom, treatment style, and prescription, frequency, using period of analgesics by a questionnaire and differentiated syndromes in migraine and evaluated autonomic bioelectric response recorder(ABR-2000). Results : There are 23.4% in prevalence rate of migraine. The ratio of sex is M:F=1:17. The age of an attack is the highest in thirties. The patient are the most in forties. The mean duration of illness is $12.0{\pm}9.9$ years. 83.4% had a family history. 61.1% had a moderate grade in severity of pain. 77.8% selected fatigue in induced cause of migraine. 69.4% had tingling sense, nausea and vomiting in the associated symptoms. 91.7% used analgesics for treatment and 51.5% of them used analgesics voluntarily. 61.9% of them take analgesics less than once in a week. 33.6% had the phlegm syncope headache in differentiation of syndrome. In ABR-2000 results, item of graph showed low tendency mostly. Conclusions : We expected that this report of clinical progress, differentiation of syndromes and ABR-2000 results in migraine would be used basic data by oriental medicine to treat migraine.

Objectives: This study was performed to observe the correlations between the results of ABR-2000 and DSOM / 3D-MAC to evaluate the feasibility of ABR-2000 as a oriental medical diagnostic criteria. Methods: We studied 547 women visiting ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ hospital from December 2012 to June 2015. The subjects were categorized in two groups, 'Hypotonia' and 'Non-Hypotonia' by the result of ABR-2000 and assessed the result of DSOM, 3D-MAC for each group. The differences of pulse wave factors by group also studied. Results: 1. There was no significant difference between two groups about the output frequency of pathogenic factors in DSOM while the result showed the higher correlation in Hypotonia group in terms of the companion tendency of pathogenic factors and syndromes formed by the combination of pathogenic factors. 2. The pulse waves of Hypotonia group were mostly slow, weak, tense and stiff than Non-Hypotonia group. Conclusions: 1. In Hypotonia group, yin deficiency (陰虛) factor was frequently accompanied and consumption (虛損) of various organs based on the yin deficiency (陰虛) was observed. It means chronic and severe condition of exhaustion syndrome (虛勞). 2. The result of 3D-MAC also means pathological feature of yin syndrome (陰 證) and consumption (虛損). Besides, lower scores of Body Surface Area (BSA), body weight, and Body Mass Index (BMI) were associated with body weakness (體瘦), a symptom of exhaustion syndrome (虛勞).
