In this study, the effects of three different biological activated carbon (BAC) materials (each coal, coconut and wood based activated carbons), empty bed contact time (EBCT) and water temperature on the removal of sulfonamide 5 species in BAC filters were investigated. Experiments were conducted at three water temperatures (5, 15 and $25^{\circ}C$) and four EBCTs (5, 10, 15 and 20 min). The results indicated that coal based BAC retained more attached bacterial biomass on the surface of the activated carbon than the other BACs, increasing EBCT or increasing water temperature increased the sulfonamide 5 species removal in BAC columns. In the coal-based BAC columns, sulfachloropyridazine (SCP), sulfamethazine (SMT) and sulfathiazole (STZ) removal efficiencies were 30~80% and sulfadimethoxine (SDM), sulfamethoxazole (SMX) removal efficiencies were 18~70% for 5~20 min EBCT at $25^{\circ}C$. The kinetic analysis suggested a first-order reaction model for sulfonamide 5 species removal at various water temperatures (5~$25^{\circ}C$). The pseudo-first-order reaction rate constants and half-lives were also calculated for sulfonamide 5 species removal at 5~$25^{\circ}C$. The reaction rate and half-lives of sulfonamide 5 species ranging from 0.0094~0.0718 $min^{-1}$ and 9.7 to 73.7 min various water temperaturs and EBCTs in this study could be used to assist water utilities in designing and operating BAC filters for sulfonamide antibiotic compounds removal.

Toxicity and fate assessment is necessary in the evaluation of the environmental, health and safety risks of engineered nanomaaterials (ENMs). Therefore, in order to ensure the reproducibility, reliability and relevance of ENMs toxicity results, stable and monomodal dispersion protocols in toxicity test media are needed. Zinc oxide nanoparticles (nZnO) are widely used in various products such as cosmetic products, paper, paints etc. In this study, nZnO dispersions in ecotoxicity test media were produced by following a series of steps of modified National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special publication 1200-5. In addition, natural organic matter (humic acid (HA)) was used as a stabilizing agent to disperse nZnO in the test media. The hydrodynamic diameters (HDD) of the nZnO in dispersion ranged between 150 and 200 nm according to the dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurement. Based on these dispersions in ecotoxicity test using ecological species (Oryzias latipes, Daphnia magna, Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata and Chironomusus riparius), dispersion protocol was found to have a considerable potential in ecotoxicity test of ENMs.

A 3D hydrodynamic-ecological coupled model was applied to estimate carrying capacity in Geoje-Hansan Bay where is one of the most important oyster culturing grounds in Korea. We considered the carrying capacity as the difference between food supply to the oysters and food demand, considering monthly difference of the actual growth. The food supply to the system was determined from the results of the model simulation (tidal exchange and chlorophyll $\alpha$) over the culturing period from September to May of the following year. The food demand was estimated from the food concentration (chlorophyll $\alpha$) multiple the filtration rate of oysters that is considered monthly different growth rate of oysters and food concentration. The values of carrying capacity for the system varied from 6.1 ton/ha (minimum carrying capacity) in february to 14.91 ton/ha (maximum carrying capacity) in April of marketable size oysters (>4 g wet-tissue weight) depending on temporal variations in the food supply. The oyster production calculated from present facilities was 9 ton/ha in wet-tissue weight in Geoje-Hansan Bay. This value corresponded to $60\%$ of maximum carrying capacity of the system. The optimal carrying capacity without negatively affecting on oyster production was 5.5 ton/ha when calculated from annual statistic data and 6.1 ton/ha when determined by this study. These results suggest that it must be reduced $32\%$~$39\%$ of oyster facilities in the system.
As the previous paper of studios on lipids in fresh-water fishes, the present study was designed and analyzed to investigate the distribution of lipid components in various tissues of snake head, Channa argus. The free lipid was consisted of neutral lipid ($66.6{\sim}72.4\%$), phospholipid($17.9{\sim}20.4\%$) and glycolipid ($5.7{\sim}12.2\%$), while the bound lipid was consisted of phospholipid($28.6{\sim}50.6\%$), neutral lipid($13.2{\sim}36.1\%$) and glycolipid($3.8{\sim}22.8\%$). The neutral lipid was mainly consisted of triglyceride($62.00{\sim}90.20\%$) in free lipid, and esterified sterol & hydrocarbon($51.30{\sim}72.70\%$) in bound lipid. The phospholipid was mainly consisted of phosphatidyl ethanolamine($28.96{\sim}42.75\%$) and phosphatidyl choline ($27.85{\sim}41.06\%$) in free lipid, and phosphatidyl choline($47.18{\sim}52.45\%$) and phosphatidyl ethanolamine ($17.88{\sim}26.67\%$) in bound lipid. The major fatty acids of polar lipid in free and bound lipids were $C_{16:0}(21.03\%,\;22.62\%),\;C_{16:1}(8.70\%,\;30.1\%),\;C_{18:1}(20.62\%,\;12.11\%),\;C_{22:5}(3.21\%,\;6.50\%)\;and\;C_{22:6}(7.56\%,\;16.02\%)$, and these of neutral lipid in free and bound lipids were $C_{16:0}(18.98\%,\;19.12\%),\;C_{16:1}(9.04\%,\;13.49\%),\;C_{18:1}(22.94\%,\;11.61\%)\;and\;C_{22:5}(3.00\%,\;10.05\%)$, respectively. The unsaturation(TUFA/TSFA) of bound lipid was 3.99, and 2.5 times higher than 1.43 of free lipid. The contents of total essential fatty acid in free lipid were ranged $7.99\%\;to\;14.69\%$, and slightly higher than $6.57\%\;to\;8.25\%$ of bound lipid. In both polar and nonpolar lipids, w3 highly unsaturated fatty acid(w3-HUFA) contents of bound lipid were ranged $22.57\%\;to\;31.83\%$, and $2{\sim}3$ times higher than $7.88\%\;to\;14.03\%$ of free lipid. There were significant difference between the lipid and its fatty acid composition in free and bound lipids and/or in various tissues.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the shear bond strength and marginal microleakage of composite to enamel and dentin according to different treatment methods when the applied bonding agent was contaminated by artificial saliva. For the shear bond strength test, the buccal and occlusal surfaces of one hundred twenty molar teeth were ground to expose enamel(n=60) and dentin surfaces(n=60). The specimens were randomly assigned into control and 5 experimental groups with 10 samples in each group. In control group, a bonding system(Scotchbond$^{TM}$ Multi-Purpose plus) and a composite resin(Z-100$^{TM}$) was bonded on the specimens according to manufacture's directions. Experimental groups were subdivided into 5 groups. After polymerization of an adhesive, they were contaminated with at artificial saliva on enamel and dentin surfaces: Experimental group 1 ; artificial saliva was dried with compressed air. Experimental group 2 ; artificial saliva was rinsed with air-water spray and dried. Experimental group 3 ; artificial saliva was rinsed, dried and applied an adhesive. Experimental group 4 ; artificial saliva was rinsed, dried, and then etched using phosphoric acid followed by an adhesive. Experimental group 5, artificial saliva was rinsed, dried, and then etched with phosphoric acid followed by consecutive application of both a primer and an adhesive. Composite resin(Z-100$^{TM}$) was bonded on saliva-treated enamel and dentin surfaces. The shear bond strengths were measured by universal testing machine(AGS-1000 4D, Shimaduzu Co. Japan) with a crosshead speed of 5mm/minute under 50kg load cell. Failure modes of fracture sites were examined under stereomicroscope. The data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Tukey's test. For the marginal microleakage test, Class V cavities were prepared on the buccal surfaces of sixty molars. The specimens were divided into control and experimental groups. Cavities in experimental group were contaminated with artificial saliva and those surfaces in each experimental groups received the same treatments as for the shear test. Cavities were filled with Z-100. Specimens were immersed in 0.5% basic fuchsin dye for 24 hours and embedded in transparent acrylic resin and sectioned buccolingually with diamond wheel saw. Four sections were obtained from the one specimen. Marginal microleakages of enamel and dentin were scored under streomicroscope and averaged from four sections. The data were analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test and Fisher's LSD. The results of this study were as follows. 1. The shear bond strength to enamel showed lower value in experimental group 1(13.20${\pm}$2.94MPa) and experimental group 2(13.20${\pm}$2.94MPa) than in control(20.03${\pm}$4.47MPa), experimental group 4(20.96${\pm}$4.25MPa) and experimental group 5(21.25${\pm}$4.48MPa) (p<0.05). 2. The shear bond strength to dentin showed lower value in experimental group 1(9.35${\pm}$4.11MPa) and experimental group 2(9.83${\pm}$4.11MPa) than in control group(17.86${\pm}$4.03MPa), experimental group 4(15.04${\pm}$3.22MPa) and experimental group 5(14.33${\pm}$3.00MPa) (p<0.05). 3. Both on enamel and dentin surfaces, experimental group 1 and 2 showed many adhesive failures, but control and experimental group 3, 4 and 5 showed mixed and cohesive failures. 4. Enamel marginal microleakage was the highest in experimental group 1 and there was a significant difference in comparison with other groups (p<0.05). 5. Dentin marginal microleakages of experimental group 1 and 2 were higher than those of other groups (p<0.05). This result suggests that treatment methods, re-etching with 35% phosphoric acid followed by re-application of adhesive or repeating all adhesive procedures, will produce good effect on both shear bond strength and microleakage of composite to enamel and dentin if the polymerized bonding agent was contaminated by saliva.

This paper, in which whose subjects were 43 cerebrovascular accident patients analysed the effects of flood habits and attitudes on the nutrient intake. In respect to energy intake, the subjects took 106% of RDA. The protein intake was on the average of 119.1 g, which was 187% of RDA. The fat intake by the subjects on the whole was 60.5 g. The fiber intake of the subjects was 9.6 g. Those who like sweets took in significantly less energy and carbohydrate and more fat than those who didn't like sweets. Those who liked salty flood took in 7890 mg of sodium while those who didn't like salty food took in 5579 mg of sodium. The former took in significantly more sodium than the latter (p < 0.05). The examination of the amount of nutrient intake in terms of meal pattern, showed that those who had two meals a day were significantly higher in the level of weight and BMI was significantly higher (p<0.05) and the level of energy, protein, calcium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin C and cholesterol was significantly higher. Those who thought they had heavy meals took significantly more energy, protein, calcium iron, vitamin A vitamin B$_1$and vitamin C than those who thought they had light meals. Rapid eaters took more nutrients than slow eaters. The multiple regression analysis has shown that the effect of the independent variables on the energy intake are in the order of eating speed, eating volume and eating frequency. They can explain 24.6% of the energy intake. As a result, the faster is eating speed, the heavier is eating volume, and the lower is eating frequency, the higher is the energy intake (p <0.01).

The mechanisms of aflatoxin $B_1(AFB_1)$ degradation by ammonia and alkaline pH during the storage of Korean soy sauces were studied. In the 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.5% of ammonia solutions, almost all of $AFB_1$(96-100%) was degraded after 2 to 24 hrs of incubation at $30^{\circ}C$. Increased levels of ammonia in both home made soy sauce(HMSS) and commercial soy sauce(CSS) caused slow increases in pH. The pH change was higher in CSS than in HMSS. The degradations of $AFB_1$ were not observed in the samples of HMSS, CSS, distilled water and 20 % of NaCl solution during the storage, however, when the pHs of the samples were adjusted to 10, the toxin was completely removed in all samples. $AFB_1$ was stable at pH 5 and 7 in bath buffer solutions and buffer solutions+0.2% ammonia, however, $AFB_1$ was degraded completely at pHs more than 9. $AFB_1$ was not degraded even at high concentrations of ammonia(0.2-1.0%) when the pH was maintained at 7 in the buffer solution. It indicated that ammonia content in the system was not important but the higher pH was the reason to degrade $AFB_1$. When the pHs of HMSS, CSS, buffersolution and buffer solution + 0.2% ammonia were adjusted to 5 and then reacted with $AFB_1$ for 5 days, the toxin was stable in all samples. However, when the pHs of the samples were adjusted to 7, about 60-70 % of $AFB_1$ was degraded in HMSS and CSS after 5 days of incubation during which the pH was not changed, but $AFB_1$ in the buffer solution and buffer solution + 0.2% ammonia was not degraded at all in the same conditions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate foodservice satisfaction in high school boarding students in Busan. To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was distributed to 357 students at four high schools in Busan. From the results, 83.8% of students ate breakfast every day, and more female students ate breakfast daily compared to male students (P<0.05). However, 53.2% of students ate 'almost-all' amounts of breakfast compared to lunch (86.6%) and dinner (87.5%). The average students' foodservice satisfaction score was 4.04/5.00. The highest satisfaction category was sanitation, followed by the service and food categories. Freshmen showed significantly higher foodservice satisfaction than junior students in terms of service (P<0.05), sanitation (P<0.05), and food categories (P<0.01). As for satisfaction of each meal, breakfast scored 3.15, lunch scored 4.04 and dinner scored 4.12, whereas male students showed significantly higher satisfaction than female students in breakfast (P<0.05) and dinner (P<0.05). Freshmen showed significantly higher satisfaction than juniors in breakfast (P<0.001), lunch (P<0.001), and dinner (P<0.001). As for meal type preference of each meal, female students strongly preferred Korean food for breakfast (P<0.01). This research suggests that it is necessary to improve breakfast satisfaction by developing a variety of menu items.

In order to evaluate the utilization of immature green wheat kernels as food processing material, these experiments were carried out to analyze general composition, free sugars, free amino acids, mineral content and color of 3 wheat varieties according to their heading dates. Contents such as moisture, crude protein, crude lipid and ash were gradually decreased according to the days after heading of 3 wheat varieties, while crude fiber and starch were gradually increased. Maltose and maltotriose contents in immature green wheat kernels were high but its rapidity decreased by closing to ripeness. Contents of free amino acids showed a tendency to decrease, among which alanine content was the highest around 25 days after heading, and then glutamic acid, GABA, glycine in order. Contents of total free amino acid were decreased by closing to ripeness. Among 3 wheat varieties, its contents of Guru wheat was the highest. As wheat matured, ${\beta}-glucan$ contents were decreased from 1.5% to 0.28% on 43 days after heading. Mineral contents of 3 wheat varieties were generally increased by closing to ripeness after coming into ears, and K, Mg were especially prominent. As wheat matured, lightness was decreased, while redness and yellowness were increased. Considering chemical composition and color, the immature green wheat were produced through blanching the spikes harvested before the yellow ripe stage. The harvested green wheat cereals is able to eat raw wheat or cook it as food processing material.
This study was carried out to investigate the structural characteristics of Coleoptera communities inhabiting the crowns of the Korean pine(Pinus koraiensis S. et Z.). Four plantations of the Korean pine, stand A (11 years old), stand B(21 years old), stand C(31 years old), and stand D(46 years old), were selected in Sudong-myen, Namyangju-gun, Kyeonggi-do. Sampling was done by knock down methods using insectide(DDVP), which was conducted from April, 1986 to September, 1987, except for the winter season. The following major conclusions are drawn from this study : 1. The total number of Coleoptera was 107 species of 85 genera in 35 families : 83 species of 66 genera in 27 families in 1986 and 74 species of 52 genera in 30 families in 1987. 2. The abundant families, based on the number of species, were Staphylinidae (16.8%), Coccinellidae(7.5%), Chrysomlidae(6.5%), Curculionidae(6.5.%), and Cerambycidae(5.6%). These five families occupied 43.0% of the total number of species. 3. The important families, based on the number of individuals, were Cantharidae(28.2%), Catopidae(27.7%), and Coccinellidae(23.0%). These three families occupied 78.9% of the total number of individuals. 4. The important species, based on the number of individuals, were Podabrus sp. (22.6%, C-antharidae), Catnps sp. 1 (21.7%. Catopidae), Anatis halonis (15.2%. Coccinellidae). Dominant species was Podabrus sp. (25.2% in 1986 and Catops sp. 1(24.9%) in 1987. 5. Generally, more spices and individual numbers were found in older stands than in younger ones. 6. The Coleoptera communities decreased in the thinned stand (stand C). Such a phenomenon in the thinned stand was likely to last two or more years. 7. The Coleoptera communities reached their peak of abundance in May, and decreased thereafter.

제 5 장 계약 해지 및 이용 제한

② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
