신경회로망을 이용한 산업용 로봇(AM1)의 역보정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Inverse Calibration of Industrial Robot(AM1) Using Neural Networks)

  • This paper proposes the robot inverse calibration method using a neural networks. A highorder networks called Pi-Sigma networks has been used. The Pi-Sigma networks uses linear summing units in the hidden layer and product unit in output layer. The inverse calibration model which compensates the difference of joint variables only between measuring value and analytic value about the desired pose(position, orientation) of a robot is proposed. The compensated values are determined by using the weights obtained from the learning process of the neural networks previously. To prove the reasonableness, the SCARA type direct drive robot(4-DOF) and anthropomorphic robot(6-DOF) are simulated. It shows that the proposed calibration method can reduce the errors of the joint variables from $\pm$2$^{\circ}$to $\pm$ 0.1$^{\circ}$.

인장과 굽힘응력을 받는 판재의 표면균열해석 (Analysis of Surface Crack under Tension and Bending Stress in Plate)

  • In this study, when tension and bending stress act on plate simultaneously, stress intensity factor is analyzed at crack tip with using BEM(Boundary Element Method). In this analysis, stress intensity factors(S.I.F) are defined for variable ligament, aspect and stress ratio($\sigma$T/$\sigma$B). Consequently, predicted that crack grow to depth direction at low aspect and ligament ratio in tension stress and to surface direction in bending stress. Tension and bending stress act on plate same time, effect of tension stress in the first stage and effect of bending stress in the after stage was to observed. The outbreak of secondary crack in backside is under the control of stress amplitude and predict that the point of outbreak is mear backside.

우유내 요소태 질소 농도와 관련된 우군의 번식성 (Herd Reproductive Performance Related to Urea Nitrogen Concentration in Bulk Milk)

  • The objective of this study were to compare two methods of analysis of milk urea nitrogen (MUN) and to relate conentration of MUN to pregnancy rate in dairy cows. The Azotest and Sigma method for MUN analysis were compared. The Azotest consistently underestimated the Sigma values for same samples, except for those in rank 3. The CV for the Azotest, within each rank, were less than 15%, demonstrating acceptable repeatability of the Azotest within a rank. Concentrations of MUN higher or lower than MUN in rank 3 and 4 were associated with decreased pregnancy rate. Mun concentrations in rank 5 and 6 were associated with a, pp.oximately a 16 percentage point decrease in pregnancy rate. Mun concentrations in rank 5 and 6 were associated with a, pp.oximately a 16 percentage point decrease in pregnancy rate after AI in dairy cow. This results suggest that Azotest may be benificial to dairy producers to monitor urea nitrogen concentration in their herd in efforts to maintain or improve reproductive efficiency.

  • In this Paper, We study on establish for unit of measure. Quality means abstract for customer needs. we surveyed unit of measurement of quality feature of Juran, Taguchi, 6 sigma method. We suggest unit of measurement of quality feature. Each enterprise can use defining own unit of measurement of quality feature. Effect is expected in enterprise that these proposals do quality control. There is meaning in direction that measuring mean of quality feature that propose in this treatise understands actuality to be deeply and reconcile exact point of theory.

  • 감마선량율에 대한 정보를 얻을 수 없는 백제 무령왕릉 출토 전(塼)과 송산리 고분 출토 전, 부여 정동리 가마유구 출토 전에 대한 절대연대를 산출하였다. 연대측정은 전 시료로부터 석영을 추출하여 열 냉광(thermoluminescence)을 미립자법(fine grain technique)에 적용하여 얻은 결과와 광 자극 냉광(optically stimulated luminescence)을 조립자법(quartz inclusion technique)에 적용하여 얻은 결과를 감쇄기법(subtraction method)에 대입하여 수행하였다. 연대측정 결과 각 시료의 연대 오차는 모두 6 % 표준편차 이내로 매우 안정적이었으며, 산출된 연대측정치는 서로 오차범위 내에서 일치하였다. 최종적으로 이 연구를 통하여 결정된 백제 무령왕릉 관련 전의 연대는 AD $530{\pm}50yrs$ ($1{\sigma}$ SD)이었다.

전력용 슬리브 개발을 위한 동과 알루미늄의 마찰용접에 관한 연구 (Study on Friction Welding of Copper to Aluminium for Developing Electrical Sleeve)

  • A study on optimizing the friction welding of copper(C1100) to aluminium(A1050) for developing the electrical sleeve was experimentally carried out and also on real-time nondestructive evaluation of the friction weld quality (strength) was accomplished by acoustic emission technique. The results obtained are summarized as the following ; 1) The heating upset $U_1$(mm) or total upset U(mm) tends to increase according to the increase of heating time $t_1$(sec). The relations between $U_1$ and $t_1$ or U and $t_1$are computed as follows when n=2000rpm, $P_1$=4, $P_2$=8kgf/$mm^2$, and $t_2$=6sec. U=1.6$e^{0.39t_1}$ $U_1$=3.65$e^{0.25t_1}$. 2) It was notified that the proper welding conditions by considering on both strength with more than 100% joint effieciency and toughness are heating time of 1.5-2.25 sec under n=200rpm, $P_1$=4, $P_2$=8kgf/$mm^2$, $t_2$=6sec. 3) It was confirmed that both AE total counts(N, counts) and the weld tensile strength (${\sigma}$, kgf/$mm^2$) of the welded joints increase as the increase of heating time, respectively, the relations between N and $t_1$, ${\sigma}$ and $t_1$ are computed from data points by regression analysis using the least square method as follows in case of the above proper condition ; N=50108+23917(ln $t_1$)${\sigma}$$=11.85+2.06(ln $t_1$). 4) Both empirical and calcularated equations of relationship between .sigma. and N are very coincident with a high reliability, as the following in case of the above proper welding condition ; Calculated : ${\sigma}$=0.00008N+7.5 Empirical :${\sigma}$= $8.17e^{0.0000072N}$. 5) It was confirmed that the real-time nondestructive weld strength evaluation for friction welding of copper(C1100) to aluminium(A1050) could be possible by acoustic emission technique.

흑연 표면에서의 Kr 기체의 물리흡착 (Physical Adsorption of Kr Gas on Graphite Surface : 2D Equation of State)

  • 흑연 표면(0001)에 흡착한 Kr 분자를 2D 기체로 보고 Kr-흑연의 상호작용 에너지와 Henry 상수 $K_H$를 Fourier series expansion에 의해서 해석함수로 구하였다. 그리고 2D virial계수 $B_{2D}$$C_{2D}$를 계산하여 2D 상태방정식을 얻었으며, 이것으로 부터 구한 흡착등온곡선을 실험 결과와 비교하였다. 상호작용 에너지는 Lennard-Jones (12, 6) 퍼텐셜의 pairwise additivity로 가정하였으며, 사용한 파라미터는 ${\varepsilon}_{gs}$/k = 70 K, ${\sigma}_{gs}$ = 0.35 nm, ${\varepsilon}_{gg}$/k = 170 K 및 ${\sigma}_{gg}$ = 0.37 nm이다.

레이져 유기형광법을 이용한 펄스 배리어 방전 공간에서의 NO분자에 대한 시·공간적 밀도변화 측정 (A Spatio-Temporal Density Measurement of NO Molecules in Pulsed Barrier Discharge Using Laser Induced Fluorescence)

  • 본 논문은 대기압 펄스 배리어 방전을 이용하여 NO 가스를 무해한 물질로 환원시키기 위하여 방전공간에서의 NO 분자의 생성 및 제거과정에 대하여 레이져 유기형광법을 이용하여 시 공간적인 밀도변화를 측정 및 분석하였다. 사용된 펄스 배리어 방전리액터는 진전속도가 $2.7{\times}10^6$[m/s] 인 1차 스트리머가 음극표면에 도착한 이후에 2차 스트리머가 양극 부근에 발생되었다. 그리고, 펄스 레이져에 의하여 NO 분자만을 효율적으로 상위준위로 여기시키기 위하여 Nd:Yag 및 염료 레이져를 복합하여 226[nm]의 자외광을 방전공간으로 도입하였으며, NO 분자만을 $A^2{\Sigma}^+{\leftarrow}X^2{\prod}$(0,0)으로 여기시키고, 여기된 분자들이 낮은 준위 $A^2{\Sigma}^+{\rightarrow}X^2{\prod}$(0,2), (0,3)로 복귀됨에 따라 방출되는 주요한 형광신호를 측정하였다. NO 분자의 시 공간적 변화 측정결과로부터 NO 가스를 효율적으로 제거하기 위해서는 산소농도를 가능한 2 [%]이하로 낮추고, 2차 스트리머 진전에 의해서 충분하게 방전공간에서 NO 환원반응을 유발할 수 있도록 제어하는 것이 필요하다고 판단된다.

  • In this paper, we propose new methods which is to determine level of noise factor. Even Taguchi give level of noise factor which is best(or maximum) and worst(or minimum) condition, we give level of noise factor which is representative value by observing noise factor frequency. Sometimes level of noise factor is given one, two and three. We know this method is more fit in real fields.

농도의 기층 및 보조기층 공법연구 -노상 및 시멘트 안정 처리층의 Mr 특성을 중심으로- (Study on the Base and Subbase Method of Agricultural Road -On the Resilient Modulus Characteristics of the Subgrade and Cement Treated Base-)

  • The characteristics of resilient modulus(Mr) which dominates the life of pavement and the design of pavement were investigated on the test specimens which were cement treated and non-treated of the three different soil types. The results are summarized as follows : 1. The resilient modulus was decreased by increasing the cyclic deviator stress ($\sigma$d) , especially the resilient modulus was gradually decreased or sometimes increased when the value of ad was greater than 0.75- 1. 0kg/cm$^2$. 2. The resilient modulus was increased by increasing the homogeneous confined stress ($\sigma$do) and such phenomena were distinct on the coarse soils. 3. The resilient modulus was increased by increasing the ratio of confined stress(Kc), and this phenomena were eminent on the coarse soils too, and the higher permanent strain was showed by increasing the value of Kc. 4. In the drained cyclic triaxial compression test, the value of ad, Kc, and (Oho) was introduced by the following interrelated equations which were similar to the Mr model of Cole. Kcn/Mr=K1(J$_2$/ $\tau$oct)K2 ............. (coarse soli) Mcn/Mr=K3($\sigma$dp/ $\tau$f)k4 ...............(fine soils) 5. The stress path was not much affected by the value of Mr, however, moisture content, dry desity, and contant of fines affected the value of Mr. 6. In the soil-cement specimens, the resilient compression strain($\varepsilon$d) was decreased by the increment of the $\sigma$ho, and Mr was decreased by increasing the $\sigma$d 7. In the flexible pavement. the cement treated layer should be designed not to fail by the fatigue before the designed traffic load, and actually the pavement could cover the traffic load to a certain extent under the post-crack phase, therefore farther studies on this phenomena' are required in the design analysis. 8. The finite element computer program (ANALYS) was used for displacement analysis of pavement containing the cement-treated layer, The result showed that the program used for this analysis was proved to be usable.
