외식업의 6시그마와 조직몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on Organizational Commitment and 6 Sigma in Foodservice Business)

  • An implementation of 6 sigma in foodservice management was introduced from 2000. However they could not achieve full advantages of 6 sigma management because of short period of implementation time, and the critical problem is employees' complaints and their oppositions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of 6 sigma and organizational commitment in the foodservice industry. In this study, we found that organizational commitment improve with the implementation of 6 sigma. 6 sigma's essential factors have influenced on the organizational commitment.

  • The goal of this study is to stress the importance of 6sigma quality management in improving the inner capabilities of manufacturing and the performances of the company. Six Sigma is widely recognized today as a process improvement methodology that can cut costs and eliminate defects in manufacturing processes. In this exploratory analysis. a model is developed and tested to fit research model with the structural equation modeling analysis. In conclusion. 6sigma leadership and flexible organizational culture are the important drivers among 6sigma activities. IT management strategy is significantly related to 6sigma quality management. 6sigma quality management is significantly related to financial performance. In addition. customer satisfaction is significantly related to financial performance.

  • This paper is dealing with a 6 sigma application in chemical industries. The company is enterprise which produce PR that is semiconductor material. CTQ is consisted of thickness (Big Y$_1$) and EOP (Big Y$_2$). After 6 sigma improvement activity that thickness (Big Y$_1$) improved from 0.98 sigma to 2.80 sigma and EOP (Big Y$_2$, energy optimizer) improved from 1.53 sigma to 3.98 sigma. The effectiveness of financial scope reduced 58,200,000 won of COPQ. But there are some problems to enforce 6 sigma in small enterprises. First, it is a lack of complete charge manpower enforcing S sigma activity. Second, it is a lack of professional knowledge of project leaders. Third, the passion of sponsorship (champion) is a lacking. Nevertheless useful tool was certified so that 6 sigma achieves quality reform in small enterprises.

  • Pu-244와 Xe-136반응에서 생성된 Pu, Np 및 U을 분리하여 그 핵반응 단면적을 측정하였다. 핵반응단면적은 각각 $\sigma$($^{245}$ Pu)=66 mb, $\sigma$($^{243}$ Pu)=57 mb, $\sigma$($^{246}$ Pu)=6.0 mb, $\sigma$($^{239}$ Np)=15 mb, $\sigma$($^{240}$ U)=12 mb, $\sigma$($^{241}$ U)=6.4 mb이었다.

  • 6 Sigma uses DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology as process of solving problem. Enterprise already propelling successfully 6 sigma such as Motorolla, GE and consulting companies leading 6 sigma also propose DMAIC methodology traditionally But from making 6 sigma activated, enterprises and 6 sigma consulting companies propose 6 sigma methodology matching office indirection part and research and development part. As the forward example, DFSS(Design For Six Sigma) is R&D part application in GE. This study investigates 6 sigma methodology corresponding to Right Process of the kernel factor. Especially for optimum design of the R&D part, revise DFSS definition and general concept organization through DFSS methodology research and analysis.

우지 Alcoholysis 반응물을 이용한 Oil-in-Water Emulsion의 포화도에 따른 산화특성 및 안정성 연구 (Stability of Oil-in-Water Emulsions with Different Saturation Degrees from Beef Tallow Alcoholysis Products)

  • 본 연구는 urea fractionation을 통하여 포화도 함량이 5.8%, 28.4%, 39.2%, 50.7%, 72.3%인 우지 alcoholysis 반응물을 제조하고, 이를 유상(oil phase)으로 ultrasonic processor 및 고압균질기를 이용하여 emulsion을 제조한 후 이에 대한 유화 안정성과 산화 안정성을 실험하였다. 유화 안정성(ES)을 관찰한 결과 ES값은 46.0(${\Sigma}$SFA5), 39.5(${\Sigma}$SFA28), 32.7(${\Sigma}$SFA39), 32.6(${\Sigma}$SFA50) 및 27.3(${\Sigma}$SFA72)로써 포화도가 낮은 emulsion일수록 높은 안정성을 보였으며, Turbiscan을 이용하여 시료 emulsion의 creaming 및 clarification 특성을 조사한 결과도 ES 결과와 유사하게 나타났다. 고압균질기로 제조한 emulsion 시료에 대하여 30일간 산화특성 및 안정성 연구를 진행한 결과, 제조한 emulsion의 hydroperoxides 함량이 1.880(${\Sigma}$SFA5), 1.267(${\Sigma}$SFA28), 1.062(${\Sigma}$SFA39), 0.342(${\Sigma}$SFA50) 및 0.153(${\Sigma}$SFA72)mg $H_2O_2/mL$로 서로 유의적 차이(p<0.05)를 나타내면서 불포화도가 높은 emulsion 시료일수록 hydroperoxide의 함량이 높았고, TBARS 값은 저장 30일에 6.229(${\Sigma}$SFA5), 6.801(${\Sigma}$SFA28), 6.246(${\Sigma}$SFA39), 4.419(${\Sigma}$SFA50) 및 4.226(${\Sigma}$SFA72) mg TBA/mL로 ${\Sigma}$SFA50과 ${\Sigma}$SFA72가 다른 emulsion 시료보다 유의적으로(p<0.05) 낮은 값을 보이며 산화 안정성이 우수하였다.

  • This paper studies on the noise reduction for a small automobile DC Motor (a window motor) using the 6 sigma process. The application of 6 sigma process suggested reliable and valuable statistical data for the quality of the DC motor at the production line. In the measurement step in 6 sigma process. the FMEA(failure mode effect analysis) were used for the detection of noise sources. The application of 6 sigma Process gave not only the improving method for the quality of the DC motor but also the confidence of improvement Itself since it was done on the basis of the test results for a number of DC motors at the production line. Consequently the 6 sigma process was proved very effective for the noise reduction at the production line.

  • Lean 6 sigma has recently been used to describe a management system which combines lean management and 6 sigma. The marriage between Lean manufacturing and 6 sigma has proven to be a powerful tool for cutting waste and improving the organization operations. Time and quality are the most important metrics in improving any company's production and profit performance. lean 6 sigma is a management innovation for improving production efficiency, process quality, cost reduction, investment efficiency and customer's satisfaction. in this paper, Advanced cell line is builded the home appliance goods of the LCD TV final assembly line of domestic company line, training the multi-skilled man and controlling the production information system based on Lean 6 sigma.

ITSM 정착을 위한 6시그마 활용 방안에 관한 연구 : 서술적 사례 연구 (A Study on the Implementation of ITSM using 6 Sigma Technique : A Descriptive Case Study)

  • Recently, as the importance of IT management is increasing, many companies have adopted ITSM(IT Service Management) as a solution to various IT management issues. In addition, some advanced companies are using 6 Sigma technique in their implementation of ITSM. The main purpose of this study is to analyze critical success factors of 6 Sigma in applying to the implementation of ITSM. For a case company, which is known to be successful in applying 6 sigma in its implementation of ITSM, six critical success factors were analyzed. The factors include leadership of CEO, capability and level of 6 Sigma belts, management of accurate data, building organizational systems, training and education, and evaluation and incentive. The results of the study are expected to be used as an useful information for companies to apply 6 Sigma in the implementation of ITSM.
