The purpose of this study was to propose ubiquitous housing environment based on older residents' needs for ubiquitous(UT) home services. For this purpose, at the previous study which was the first stage of this study, UT home services by each elderly household based on spouse, income level, and health status were identified and this study finally proposed UT home services by each elderly household type according to residents' level of needs for UT home services. One to one interview with a structured survey questionnaire and illustration was implemented and 204 older residents who were composed of one of six elderly household types were responded. Among 6 types of elderly households, type 2 and 6 were the groups which had higher needs for various kinds of UT home services. Economic status and their health status were the key factors to determine their needs for UT home services. Type 4 and 7 were the groups to express their lower needs for UT home services due to their lower income level and good health condition. Ultimately, two floor plans for type 4 and 5 elderly households were developed to show applicable UT home services in each room of the house.

The advanced knowledge is increasing day by day due to the progress of medicine and tectonics, the increase of nursing research nowadays. In parallel with these, nursing profession has a need of the nursing care with improvement of new Knowledge, tectonics and nursing procedure through the insertive education. Therefore, this study was attempted to investigate that to grasp learning need of nurses about inservice educational play a pivotal role in the progress of inservice education. This study was made from 242 clinical nurse at 4 hospitals in Seoul and through question- are consisting of 1) ideological part 2) basic sciences 3) nursing part 4) administrative part 5) the others from 10 July '75 to 7 Oct. '75. The data were treated by percentage, Licker method, arid chi- square examination. Significant difference p is 0.05. The results of this studies are as follows : A. learning needs of nurses 1) Generally the learning needs of nurses is very high. 2) Of the learning need of inservice education for nurses, the highest learning need is as follow (Table 2 ) 1 st : Charting 2 nd : The ability of grasping patient's needs and problems. 3 rd ; The contents and the methods of the advanced nursing skill. 4 th ; The importance of team work 5 th ; The general knowledge of the various disease 6 th : The decision of a propriety nursing diagnosis under the general condition. 7 th ; The introduction of the new nursing theory. 8 th : The Nurses role and the responsibility in emergency and disaster. 9 th : The improvement of nursing skill for the perfect interpersonal relationship. l0th ; Cultural education: B . Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the health education needs of mothers who are nurturing children with disabilities. Method: A descriptive study was done and the participants were 108 mothers of children with disabilities such being mentally challenged, developmentally delayed or having a disability involving brain damage. The questionnaire was a health education need assessment with 11 categories(58 items) developed by Han et al. The data were analyzed using SPSS program. Results: The mean score for health education needs of the mothers of children with disabilities was 3.83 (SD=0.58) out of a maximum 5. The health education need for acquisition of knowledge and information had the highest score (4.40±0.54) followed by health education needs for cognitive development and learning (4.31±0.64), interpersonal relationships (4.04±0.65) and behavior and emotion (4.04±0.79). There were significant differences between the children's sex (t=2.08, p=.04), birth order (t=2.17, p=.03), grade of disability (F=3.32, p=.02) and sex education suitable to the child's in age. Conclusion: The health education needs of mothers of children who are disabled were very high and varied. Therefore, it was important to develop comprehensive education programs which include this content and provide opportunities for mothers of children with disabilities to receive this education.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among the sub-dimensions of interaction and the relationship between interactions and needs satisfactions in the apparel brand online communities. Subjects of 317 members for 9 selected apparel communities responded the questionnaire in the home-page or in the attached file. The results were as follows: The suggested structural equation model which showed the relationship between the interactions and needs satisfaction in communities were accepted($\chi^2=63.80/df.=48/p=0.06$, GFI=0.97, AGFI=0.95, RMR=0.045, NFI=0.93, AIC=123.80). The interaction of company-consumer hads a positive influence on the interaction of consumers-consumers(H1) and the interaction of consumers-consumers had a positive influence on the interaction of consumers-company(H2). The interaction among community members had a positive influence on the satisfaction of interest needs(H3), transaction needs(H4) and relationship needs(H5) in the community. The relationship needs satisfaction had a positive influence on the interaction of members to the company(H6). Therefore, marketers in apparel company should be fully aware of reciprocal influence among types of interaction when planning marketing programs to promote each type of interaction. Furthermore, they also have to plan marketing activities to manage effective interaction.

In an attempt to measure the needs of sexuality education according to sex. grade. type of school. this study was carried out. For this study, the questionnaires were given to 600 students of 4 high-schools in Seoul from March to April. 1999. Students never being received sexuality education were 32.5%. Even though in students being received sex education, the answer of being very instructive was only 2.2%. The needs of sexuality education in boy-student was high in sexual behavior and relationship domain as compared with the girl-student, especially high in masturbation and sexual dysfunction. In girl-student, the needs of sexuality education were high in abortion. sexual damage. In third-grade, the needs of sexuality education were high in personal skill domain as compared with the first and second-grade. And the second-grade's needs were high in sexual behavior domain. In academic school students, the needs of sexuality education were high in sexual behavior and sexual health domain as compared with vocational school. In conclusion, a variety of systematic sex education programs suitable for each characteristic of adolescence should be in need of being developed to the base on the sex educational needs of the students.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of pre-parent education program by grasping parent role recognition, educational needs and readiness of unmarried men and women. The subjects were 196 unmarried male and female students from K-do. Data were collected from November 1st to 20th, 2018, and analyzed using IBM SPSS WIN/21.0 to get frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, sheffe-test, paired t-test, and IPA matrix. The average score of recognition of social pre-parent role was $3.41{\pm}0.27$ (out of 5 points), educational needs was $3.48{\pm}0.41$ points (out of 4 points), and educational readiness was $2.65{\pm}0.57$ points (out of 4 points). educational needs being higher than educational readiness. Through IPA matrix analysis, the area to be strengthened was 'family relation or parent role', and 'self understanding' was the area to encourage putting effort into other evaluation attributes. The area where no further effort is needed and needs improvement in the future was 'spouse selection and marriage', and 'pregnancy and childbirth' and 'child rearing' were the areas to intensively improve. Therefore, there is a need for establishing a standardized strategy in the area A, which has high degree of readiness and needs. Also, it is necessary to take strategies and countermeasures to raise the readiness of area C with low degree of readiness and needs, rather than accepting it as an unnecessary area of further effort input.

The purpose of this research is to study the implementation of instructional practices and the needs for improving study habits of underachievers, as a preliminary research to develop improving program for underachievers' study habits. Firstly, past researches on the subject were analyzed to find out the concept and scope of study habits, and factors related to academic achievement. After arranging and integrating these factors, we have extracted the constructs and factors of improvement program for students' study habits. Secondly, the instructional practices in the field and needs for improvement program for students' study habits were analyzed through a survey. The online survey composed of structured questionnaire was conducted among teachers consisting of regular classroom teachers, special class teachers, school counselors, etc. The results were reflected in the contents and configuration of the program. The contents of survey was the degree of practice and needs of improvement program for students' study habits in schools, and the degree of practice and needs of standardized tests. According to the survey results, the efforts for improving the underachieved students' study habits were low level. This study focused on study habits showing high demands in the development of program and manual.

Identifying customer needs and improving products and services accordingly is essential for survival and growth in modern business. It's important to do this successfully because it's directly related to increasing customer satisfaction and making the products more competitive. However, user reviews are characterized by unstructured data, which requires various stages of processing for analysis. Due to the need for specialized knowledge and skills to analyze reviews and apply appropriate solutions, small business owners often find it challenging to quickly adopt and reflect customer needs. Therefore, this paper proposes a method that utilizes ChatGPT to identify important and new words in user reviews to derive new customer needs.

Background: The objective of this research is to investigate and provide analysis of the economic participatory change affecting the unmet needs of health care in Korean adults. Methods: We used Korea health panel 4th and 5th data of 10,261 adults. The method of investigation is threefold. First, We identified the regional factors affecting unmet needs of health care. Second, we analyzed the effect of economic participatory change as it affects the unmet needs of health care. Third, we also investigated whether there were discernable differences between the age subgroups. Results: It was determined that influencing factors included sex, education, economic level, and health status. And after the subgroup analysis of age, we found that the economic participatory change was associated with the economical unmet needs of health care especially for those over 40 years of age. Also the population are facing unemployment enduring particular economic hardship in meeting their medical needs. Conclusion: This study finds that there are some policy recommendations for the sake of medical service equality. Medical welfare policy for those 40 years of age and older has been identified as an area that needs improvement. And considering that those 40 years of age and older are facing unemployment enduring particular economic hardship in meeting their medical needs, this study finds a need for government sponsored medical stipends or subsidizing of medical premiums, co-payment, and other fees.

Since patients with strokes occupy a high priority among patients for home nursing, the development of guidelines for such nursing is required and the needs of these patients should be reflected in the guidelines. Therefore, this study was done to identify the content and levels of home nursing for patients with strokes and to utilize the data in developing the most effective home nursing guidelines for these patients. The level of A, D. L. and the ability to control upper extremities were measured, and through a questionnaire. the needs for home nursing and related variables were also evaluated. The subjects for the study were 121 patients, 58 inpatients and 63 home care patients who had had a Stroke. Data collection was done from September 1996 to January 1997. The collected data were analyzed utilizing SPSS /PC, and the results are as follows : 1. Home nursing need of inpatients The priority order of home nursing needs for inpatients was : "Training in emergency treatments and how to cope with a stroke"(2.28+1.06), next, "Explanation of diets as limited or recommended", and last, "Nursing care for sleeping Problems". 2. Home nursing need home of patients The priority order of home nursing needs for home patients was : "Care for the paralyzed side" (2, 89+.34), next, "Maintenance of right posture and how to change position" (2.87+.34), and last, "Counseling on sex". 3. Comparison of the levels of home nursing needs between in patients and home patients The results of analyses of home nursing needs according to causes were grouped into seven categories : and t-tests of the seven categories showed significant differences between the two groups in all categories, that is, the level of home nursing needs were significantly higher for home patients than for inpatients in all categories of home nursing. 4. Level of home nursing needs by characteristics The variables that have affected the level of home nursing needs for these patients were sex, profession, level of education, accompanying diseases, paralyzed position. A.D.L. levels and ability levels in coordinating upper extremities. There variables, displayed a reverse correlation with the level of home nursing needs, and the degree of correlation was high. In conclusion, the above results, show there were differences in the priority order of home nursing needs between inpatients and home patients : but the content of home nursing needs wanted by these patients was similar. Meanwhile, the levels of demand for home nursing was exceptionally higher on the part of home patients than inpatients. Although it is realized that nursing guidelines for home nursing needs in all items need to be developed, there is also a necessity to guidelines in accordance with priority orders, and with consideration of the factors that affect the level of home nursing needs. of the factors that affect the level of home nursing needs.
