In order to improve the quality of commercially manufactured Doenjang, yeast florae, gas and alcohol formation during fermentation of Doenjang were periodically examined. Candida rugosa, Candida zeylanoides, Pichia farinosa Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Zygosaccharomyces rouxii were isolated and identified from Doenjang at various fermentation stage. S. cerevisiae and Z. rouxii showed distintive gas and alcohol formation activities and the distribution ratio of Z. rouxii was 26% at 14 days and 76% as prevailed yeast strain after 30 days fermentation, respectively. Ethanol content of Doenjang was gradually increased into 2.19% at final stage of fermentation. The amount of gas generated during fermentation was 9.75 ml/g after 14 days, 4.5 ml/g after 30 days and decreased into negligible amount after 45 days fermentation. These inhibitory effects on gas generation by fermentation period would be ascribed to the ethanol Produced for fermentation. This results suggest that gas generation in commercially manufactured Doenjang could be eliminated through the effective control of fermentation by yeast without application of any preservatives.
This study was carried out to know the percentage of parasitism and host preference of Haplogonatopus atratus (Dryinidae) in the nymphs of small brown planthopper. The percentages of parasitism in the nymphal stage of planthopper at each generation were $19.2\%$ for overwinterd generation, $10.8\%$ for the 1st generation on barley field and $21.5\%$ for the 2nd generation on paddy field, respectively. The percents of the parasitism for the respective instars were $78.2\%$(3rd), $17.5\%$(End), and $4.2\%$(4th) when various developmental stages of the planthopper had been caged together. No parasitized individual was found for the instars of the 1st, the 5th and the adult.

A solar power plant is a facility that produces electricity. As the risk of fire and electric shock accidents is diversified, the risk of workers, surrounding people, and facilities is increased, preventing safety accidents and promptly responding to safety accidents Is emerging. In light of the necessity of such development, it is necessary to develop a solar power generation management system that can diagnose and maintain the problems of the power generation system in real time by developing technologies for collecting and analyzing the data produced by the solar power generation system As a result, the utilization rate and the maintenance cost can be reduced. In order to do this, it is necessary to accurately predict the solar power generation amount in the present state, to diagnose the abnormality of the current power generation state and to grasp the abnormal position, and to use the model considering economical efficiency when the abnormal position is grasped, And the time and other information should be provided.

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of diets with different omega-6 (n-6) and omega-3 (n-3) fatty acid ratios (0, 1.2: 1, 8: 1, 19: 1) on mechanisms of partitioning of in vivo hepatic glycerolipid metabolism in next generation rats. Biomonitoring techniques were used in rats (jugular vein cannula were attached). The range of $^{14}CO_2$ exhaled by glycerolipid metabolism was 7.05-20.17% in the group having diet with n-6/n-3 ratio less than 8:1. It was the lowest in the control group. Total glycerolipid was the highest in the control group. For groups with different n-6/n-3 ratio, it had the following order: 19:1>8:1>1.2:1. Secreted triglyceride was decreased by 36.35%, 20.93%, and 13.72% in 1.2:1,8:1, and 19:1 groups, respectively, compared to that in the control group. The ratio of phospholipid to total glycerolipid was 1.38, 1.29, and 1.17 times higher in 1.2:1, 8:1, and 19:1 groups, respectively, compared to that in the control group. The ratio of $^{14}CO_2$ to total glycerolipid was 1.61, 1.52, and 1.29 times higher in 1.2:1, 8:1, and 19:1 groups, respectively, compared to that in the control group.
These studies were conducted to investigate the development of chemical resistance in two-spotted spider mite (Tetranychus urticae Koch) through alternate selection for a given period of time with four acaricides including ethion of organophophours compound, dicofol of organo-chlorine compound, cyhexatin of organo-tin compound, and biphenthrin of synthetic pyrethroid compound; and to examine multiple-resistance among the acaricides to the selected populations. The development levels of chemical resistance in the two-spotted spider mite were greatly varied under alternate selection with the different chemical-group combination of four acaricides. Resistant levels of the ethion/dicofol-selected population at 13th-13th generation showed 49.4-fold resistance to ethion and 18.1-fold to dicofol; the ethion/cyhexatin-selected population at 9th-9th generation exhibited 28.1-fold to ethion and 5-fold to cyhexatin; the ethion/biphenthrin-selectd population at 10th-10th generation revealed 39.8-fold to ethion and 19.2-fold to biphenthrin. However, the dicofol/cyhexatin-selected population at 9th-9th generation showed 11.3-fold to dicofol and 4.9-fold to cyhexatin, and the dicofol/biphenthrin-selected population at 12th-12th generation exhibited 11.2-fold to dicofol and 9.4- fold to biphenthrin, while the cyhexatin/biphenthrin-selected population at 9th-9th generation revealed 3.7-fold to cyhexatin and 7.7-fold to biphenthrin. In case of alternate selection, the ehtion/dicofol-selected population revealed moderate multiple-resistance level to biphenthrin. The ethion/cyhexatin-selected and the ethion/biphenthrin-selected populations showed low mutiple-resistance level to biphenthrin and dicofol, respectively. However, the dicofol/cyhexatin-selected, the dicofol/biphenthrin-selected and the cyhexatin/biphenthrin-selected populations exhibited high multiple-resistance level to ethion.
The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of generation on the traditional food culture of Uzbekistan-Koreans. The generation of Uzbekistan-Koreans was divided into two groups i.e., the second and third generation. The second generation suffered from the compulsory emigration during 1930s because of the minority racial breakup policy by the Soviet Russia. The third generation was born after the compulsory emigration and the economic condition was much better for them. In terms of identifying traditional food culture, generation was an important factor because each generation had different social environments and different life styles. Data were collected from 634 Koreans living in Uzbekistan and analyzed by chi-square and correlation analysis. The results of this study revealed that the impact of generation was an important factor regarding the traditional food culture. Chi-square analysis showed that factors related to making a menu, food priority, and consideration of the person preparing the food were likely to vary depending on the generation. Also, reasons for preferring traditional food and preparing foods for family events as well as national holidays were different between the second and the third generation. The second generation preferred traditional food because of flavor, while the third generation preferred traditional food because of nutrition. For family events and national holidays such as New Year's Day, the second generation was more likely to prepare traditional foods than the third generation. The correlation analysis indicated that the relationship between preference and intake frequency of traditional foods was positively related, and the degree of correlation was higher for the second than the third generation. Similarities and differences between generations were discussed, and implications for food and nutrition specialists and food marketers were provided.

Purpose: This study examines the factors that the Millennials and Gen Z prefers to invest in assets. We look at the asset structure they want now and in the future and the idea of designing the future. This can be expected that the center of Korea's asset market will change to the structure they want in the future. Research design, data and methodology: The spatial extent of the study is all over Korea including Seoul, the metropolitan area, and local cities. The survey was conducted for about 16 days from May 7 to May 22, 2023. The survey was conducted by the surveyor visiting the subject in person, distributing the questionnaire, explaining it, and filling it out in person. For the analysis, descriptive statistics and logistic regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS 25.0 statistical package. Results: It was confirmed that the preferred assets of the Millennials and Gen Z were different by period. There was also a difference in the influencing factors between Millennial Generation and Generation Z in asset preference. Conclusions: The Millennials and Gen Z's preferred assets were different by period. The reason is interpreted as the current process of collecting assets during the asset formation period. In the future, they intend to purchase real estate assets by using financial assets as a lump sum of money. We learned the characteristics of the entire Millennials and Gen Z, in addition, the difference between income and assets is believed to have affected the difference in preference factors of Millennial Generation and Generation Z, respectively.

Twenty six compounds (1-26) were isolated from the root barks of Ulmus davidiana var. japonica. The anti-inflammatory activity of the isolated compounds were evaluated agai nst the generation of inflammatory chemical mediators in bone marrow-derived mast cells. Among them, compounds 10, 11, 13, 15 and 19 inhibited not only cyclooxygenase-2 dependent prostaglandin $D_2$ generation but also 5-lipoxygenase dependent leukotrien $C_4$ generation in a concentration-dependent manner. In addition, compounds 11, 12, 13, 15 and 19 also inhibited $\beta$-hexosaminidase release, a marker of mast cell degranulation reaction, from bone marrow-derived mast cell. These results suggest that the anti-inflammatory activity of U. davidiana might in part occur by both the inhibition of eicosanoid generations and the degranulation reaction of mast cells.
