This study was conducted to supplement new-normal strategies on management plans of rural groundwater resources in the era of Post COVID-19. Global outbreak of COVID-19 has damaged across all areas including public policy, economics, industrial services, and others without exception, which has resulted in establishing new-normal strategies in order to restore balance and functions as for these areas. The new-normal ones were represented as enhancing preventative management on infectious diseases, expanding non face-to-face services, enhancing protective trades and food securities, and preparing growth policies on public services using the 4^th industrial revolution techniques. In this study, G-WASH_AD (Groundwater supply, sanitation, and hygiene with attraction and digitization) was suggested to be new-normal strategies on rural groundwater resources. The G-WASH_AD was consisted of three detailed action plans: a preventative plan on waterborne-diseases of groundwater (PP), a groundwater-tourism plan with rural heritage (GP), and an application plan of the 4^th industrial revolution techniques to groundwater facilities and its data (P4). The PP can contribute to protect human health from waterborne-diseases and minimize hazardous effects on crop cultivation. The GP accompanied with high-quality groundwater resources is able to strengthen rural tourism, to promote marketing activities on local agricultural products, and to increase household incomes of rural communities. The P4 can reinforce fast, comfortable, and scientific management on groundwater facilities and its data, creating a virtuous cycle between innovative management on groundwater and growth of technology related to it. Results of the G-WASH_AD strategies can encourage a green growth engine in field of rural groundwater management keeping up with Post COVID-19.

Edutech is a compound word of education and technology, and is an educational paradigm in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. This refers to next-generation education using information and communication technology (ICT) such as big data, artificial intelligence (AI), robots, and virtual reality (VR) of the 4th industrial revolution. e-Learning is being used as an online lecture for education in ICT, but edutech is attracting attention along with e-learning as the feeding of non-face-to-face education has rapidly increased due to COVID-19. Therefore, this paper summarizes the reviewed papers on the blockchain-based badge service platform, simulation-based collaborative e-Learning system, video English dictionary, and blockchain-based access control audit system.

In this paper, we apply this method to the entire process of smart disaster safety management based on the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution to minimize human, social, economic and environment damage from accidents and disasters, prevention evaluation and disaster information collection analysis and real-time detection of field situation. Prevention of $5^{th}$ generation communication system by analysis, contrast by education and training using virtual reality and augmented reality disaster safety management decision support system intelligent robot for recovery, disaster, discovery, reconnaissance relief, and scale analysis of damages were proposed.

During nineteenth century, there broke out a great revolution in the history of girl's costume and with new condition toward girls. 1. Girl's costume followed their mother's attitude of the era and it was influenced by mother's costume. 2. Girl's costume was closely related with politics, economy, society culture and thought of the era. 3. Rousseau's Englightment made a revolution on girl's costume and it was direct revolution which affected on the French Revolution and the independence America. 4. Development of textile industry by industrial revolution brought on a change in raw material, quality, and quantity of textile, more gave a variety to raw material and ornament of girl's costume. 5. The invention of Sewing machine made it possible ready made production of girl's costume.

Since Schwab mentioned the Fourth Industrial Revolution at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2016, discussions have been ongoing about it and the future society. The Fourth Industrial Revolution exceeds the development of technology and influences society, culture, and lifestyle. Moreover, in the face of the COVID-19 crisis, society continues to experience and realize the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Although we hope that this era will surely improve human life, we are also concerned about human alienation and social and economic polarization that may emerge as a consequence. How, then, does Christianity contribute to the public space and set the direction for education in this day and age? This study focused on the role of Christianity and the direction of education during the Fourth Industrial Revolution. First, I examine problems in terms of the inner and outer aspects of individuals and communities that may occur during the Fourth Industrial Revolution through the perspectives of Mitchell, a psychologist, Bellah, a sociologist, McGrath, a theologian, and Bostrom, a philosopher. Through their theories, we can view the lives of individuals in the real, virtual, and transcendental worlds of this era. I find that Christianity can provide a transcendent norm in this world, give meaning to life, and change people and the world. Therefore, I suggest the creation and expression of symbols as a direction for education. For this form of education, I recommend five steps, namely, observing, entering, discovering, participating, and making symbols. In this manner, people can represent the kingdom of God in the real world.

Food industry in Korea is one of the most important manufacturing field since the history of this country. Recent days all industries in the world move to $4^{th}$ industrial revolution beginning from 1st revolution. This means that connections between human to human, human to things and things to things should be settled down. food industry in this country should escape from the conventional manufacturing fields until now and accept new or cutting edge technology NT including artificial intelligence robot system and platform system using Internet of Thing. To overcome the saturation condition of domestic food market, it should be extended our market to overseas. To do this Korean food industry should be reformed the processing system to convergence and fusion inner or multi-disciplinary research in not only research field but also manufacturing field. The food industry must introduce new technology and concept of controlling all manufacturing systems. This paper present the fields should be convergence and the field study together and the new techniques, methods and new products be developed in the future.

Daejeon metropolitan city is rich with opportunity factors for the growth of the design industry in the 4th Industrial Revolution and aims at completing the '4th Industrial Revolution Special City'. As design is located at the center of convergence and the concept of design is closely related to the industrial structure, its importance is being emphasized in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Meanwhile, there was a limit to the development of the design industry in Daejeon metropolitan city due to the absence of the Regional Design Center(RDC), but Daejeon started constructing the Daejeon design center in June 2018 and aims to complete the construction by the end of 2019. This study analyzed and compared the 2018 Design Specialists Reeducation of KIDP and each RDC with the present conditions of industrial structure, design industry and reeducation of Daejeon to derive and suggest the plan of reeducation by the establishment of Daejeon Regional Design Center(RDC).
