With a population of more than 10 million people worldwide, MegaCity was only three in 1975, but it is expected to grow to 24 in 2013 and more than 30 in 2025 and more than 3 billion worldwide by 2050 It is expected to be absorbed into smart city. Especially in Asia and Africa, urbanization is expected to proceed rapidly. As the urbanization progresses and the population living in the cities increases, there are various problems such as rapid increase of energy consumption, congestion of traffic, various aging of the infrastructure and the like. As a result, smart city is emerging as a new alternative for solving urban problems. Smart City is rapidly expanding with the development of related technologies and can improve costs, improve urban services, improve quality of life, productivity and sustainability. Therefore, this paper analyzes the size and trend of the domestic and overseas smart city market, and analyzes the smart city related policies, trends and case studies of major countries to see the development status and market of smart city related industries, Present a business utilization model.

Big-data, a revolutionary technology in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, provides services in various fields such as health, public sector, distribution, marketing, manufacturing, etc. It is very useful technology for marketing analysis and future design through accurate and quick data analysis. 1980년대 아날로그 이동전화서비스로 시작된 이동통신 기술은 매 10년을 주기로 빠르게 발전해 오고 있다. 디지털화를 거쳐 모바일 광대역 서비스에 초점을 맞춘 이전 세대와는 달리, 5G 이동통신서비스는 다양한 미래 정보통신 융합서비스의 플랫폼으로서, 산업구조 혁신을 통해 새로운 스마트 비즈니스 모델 및 산업 생태계를 창출하는 4차 산업혁명의 핵심 인프라로 주목받고 있다. 이러한 변화의 흐름속에서 이동통신서비스는 우리 실생활과 더욱 밀접해지고 있으나, 다른 한편으로 이동통신 환경의 취약점을 악용한 사이버 공격 위험에 노출될 가능성도 점차 확대되고 있다. 이런 배경에는 국제전기통신연합(ITU)의 IMT-2020 비전 및 요구사항을 충족시키기 위한 5G 네트워크의 구조적인 변화에 따라 공격접점이 크게 확대 되었기 때문이다. 본 고에서는 5G 시대의 도래와 함께 가장 큰 구조적 변화를 겪으며 5G 융합서비스의 핵심 인프라로서 새롭게 주목받고 있는 5G 엣지의 주요 특징을 살펴보고, 5G 엣지에서 제기되고 있는 보안위협과 이에 대한 대응 기술의 동향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the spatial expression characteristics of Philipstock from a heterotopic perspective in the background of the times of modern people struggling to live in the era of an infectious disease called COVID-19 along with the era of the 4th industrial revolution. As for the research method, a total of 11 places were selected, focusing on the completed works of interior space from 2015 to the present, when they are more active after retirement, to find out the characteristics of spatial expression through literature and case studies. As a result, the spatial expression characteristics of narrative that only space has were the most frequent, and it was found that the characteristics of imaginary space and fantasy, which are the form of overlapping time to express a place, were interrelated. Philip Stock's design method, which uses narrative, fantasy, and imaginary spatial characteristics, can be seen as sufficiently representing heterotopic characteristics and can be used as another design methodology when designing a new space.

Since the human act to pursue beauty is the most natural desire and instinct, the demand for a new beauty trend in line with the 4th industrial revolution era, in which aesthetic interest in human appearance management along with the importance of appearance is increasing day by day is very necessary at this time. In order to derive the source from art, which is closely related to beauty studies, the shape and texture of women's hair design appearing in 'Chinoiserie' style Western paintings that were popular in Europe and France in the 18th century. As a result of the study, the hair design of women appearing in four Western paintings showed characteristics of each individual shape, texture, and color. Through this study, the foundation stone for the development of a new mode hairstyle for modern people living in a rapidly changing era while quarreling with the village, and the foundation stone for the development of various beauty contents.

In the 21st century, the era of artificial intelligence, it is demanded to make a change of the paradigm of education by the recent impact of the 4th industrial revolution. The education up to now has emphasized knowledge, meanwhile the human resources for the future are required to be armed with four C's: critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration capability, rather than being equipped with just knowledge. That is because the future society demands such abilities, especially the creativity of each individual. At this point, we are asked to consider the aim of education and teaching methods. In school education, students are to be respected and considered able to develop their potentials by themselves. They shouldn't be estimated by tests in the process of learning as they are now. We reconsider the aim of education here by taking a look at Whitehead's opinions and the present educational situations.

This study aims to investigate the determinants that can influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. Compared to some of the determinants that have been investigated by other scholars before, this study also includes a new approach to mobile food-ordering that has only appeared within the Chinese fast-food industry in recent years. It is very important to test if the convenience of mobile ordering services can influence customer satisfaction, as more and more customers are using mobile apps to order food, especially in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era. Research data mostly was collected from customers who visited one of five famous Western fast-food restaurants (KFC, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Subway, and Burger King) in China. The results show that not only price, service quality, food quality, and the physical environment can significantly affect customer satisfaction but also the convenience of mobile ordering services, a new determinant accompanied by the fast development of IoT technology.

Recently, In line with the recent trend of the fourth industrial revolution, many companies and institutions have been increasingly applying automated technologies using artificial intelligence to various tasks. Particularly, due to the government's 52-hour workweek system, companies are increasingly struggling with manpower management. Therefore, they are interested in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for office environment automation for efficient manpower management. It is being introduced in the back-office business in credit card companies, bank, insurance. These RPA solutions require AI-based recognition technology, scripting technology, business software API-related technologies, and various solutions such as Automate One, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Blue Prism are provided. This paper analyzes and describes the technology of RPA solution, the market trend, and the efficiency of RPA adoption.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, where the importance of cutting-edge technology and software is highlighted, there is a growing need for education to think deeply about humans and the future and foster creative human beings who can contribute to the whole of humanity. This paper proposes a plan to introduce core competencies and evaluations analyzed according to international Baccalaureate orientation so that it can be applied to education using creative storytelling applied to the 『Creative storytelling class that is easy even by yourself』 textbook developed by the Science and Technology in Society Research Center at Jeju University. Furthermore, the proposed core competencies, evaluation criteria, and their measures were applied flexibly to existing classes by incorporating IBs to expand utilization opportunities. I hope this paper will help open up positive possibilities for introducing domestic IBs, and further fostering internationally recognized creative convergence talent.
