This study analyzed the relationship between the personality factors in pre-service early childhood teachers and teacher efficacy. To carry out the research, this experiment subjected 228 pre-service early childhood teachers in G city. The collected data were descriptive methods, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant positive relationships among the personality factors and teacher efficacy. Second, the personality factors was an important factor for predicting the teacher efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers. Also, the explanation power of personality factors for teacher efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers was 25%, extroversion is one of the most personality factors of infant pre-serve early childhood teacher. Therefore, according to this research, a preserves early childhood teacher training program for improvement of extraversion in personality factors is strongly desired.

The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of university students' major satisfaction on career preparation behavior and the mediating effect of openness to diversity. The survey questionnaire was distributed to 182 university students and SPSS 23.0, AMOS 23.0 program was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results of this study are as follows: First, major satisfaction has a positive effect on openness to diversity and career preparation behavior. Second, openness to diversity has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Third, openness to diversity has a partiall mediating effect between major satisfaction and career preparation behavior. These results show that the more students enhance their major satisfaction and openness to diversity, the more students enhance their career preparation behavior.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether smartphone overdependence serves as a significant mediating effect in the relationship of anxiety and school life adjustment to prevent and reduce problems of anxiety and smartphone overdependence among university students and to seek alternatives to improve school life adjustment. For this purpose, a structural equation model analysis was conducted on male and female university students attending a four-year university located in Gwangju Metropolitan City to verify the mediated effect. As the result of the analysis, The mediating effects of smartphone overdependence were statistically significant and presented as a partial medium, showing the direct effect of anxiety directly affecting school life adjustment and the indirect effect of anxiety on school life adjustment by means of smartphone overdependence. Based on these findings, the significance of the study and its implications were discussed, and suggestions were put forward for further study.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relevance of resilience, which is one of the internal psychological competencies, in the relationship between the adult attachment of university students and their career barriers. A total of 300 university students from across the country were surveyed online through a specialized research firm over the period from November 10, 2019 till November 20, 2019. The data were analyzed using AMOS 23.0 and SPSS 23.0 suites, and the study findings were as follows. The adult attachment of university students firstly had a negative impact on resilience and secondly a positive impact on the career barriers. Third, the resilience of the university students had a negative impact on the career barriers. Fourth, in the influence of the adult attachment of university students on career barriers, resilience had a mediating effect to mitigate career barriers. With this study, it is expected that an environment where the information and training on desirable attachment at home and school can be provided, while educational supports can be examined for the development of the programs that can enhance their self-competency, including career education.

This paper aims to examine the relationship between global competence and English learning motivation, thereby finding an effective way to strengthen learners' global competence. Data are collected from 361 freshmen studying in a compulsory English course at H University in Seoul, using a survey with five-point Likert scale. Results reveal that there is a positive relationship between global competence and all four components of English learning motivation(integrativeness, instumentality, intrinsic and external motivation). Especially the correlation between global competence and learners' integrativeness is found to be the highest. Thus, this paper proposes two applicable class activities under the assumption that strengthening integrativeness is the most effective way to promote global competence.

This study intended to identify the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality, and to evaluate how creativity mediate this relationship. Participants were 123 university students in Busan, the collected data was analyzed using Model 6 of SPSS PROCESS Macro. The results indicated as follows. First, cooperative learning competency, creative ability, creative disposition, and personality all showed a significant positive correlation. Second, it was found that cooperative learning competency had a significant effect on personality. Third, the mediating effect of creative ability wasn't found to be significant in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality. Fourth, the mediating effect of creative disposition was found to be significant in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality. Fifth, in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality, the sequential mediating effect of creative ability and creative disposition was confirmed.

It has been demonstrated through previous demand analysis that the subject-oriented service system in university libraries are in higher demand than the function-oriented system. Despite of the increasing number of studies that prove cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency of the subject-oriented library service, there are virtually no university libraries in Korea that fully operate subject-oriented service. This study aims to propose a set of practical guidelines for university libraries to introduce subject-oriented service in the midst of many existing constraints, namely staff shortage. The study describes responsibilities of subject specialist librarians and analyzes best practices of subject-oriented service. Also it shows current standing of university libraries of difference size based on web site research of four-year university libraries.

This study is based on the relationship between college students' growth mindset and academic adaptation, by sequentially verifying the mediating effect of grit and career adaptation, it was intended to present implications for college students' academic adaptation. This study was conducted with 366 students from three four-year universities in Jeonlanamdo. The findings are as follows. First, it was found that the growth mindset of college students had a direct impact on academic adaptation. Second, grit and career adaptation showed mediating effects in the relationship between college students' growth mindset and academic adaptation, respectively. Third, the relationship between college students' growth mindset and academic adaptation showed a sequential mediating effect of grit and career adaptation. This study found that growth mindset, grit, and career adaptation affect the improvement of college students' academic adaptation. To this end, implications for educational programs and counseling intervention measures that help college students adapt to their studies were discussed of products and services possible.

Sound Art (Sonic Art) is a branch of contemporary art that has been practiced dominantly in Europe and the Americas since the mid-20th century; and in Korea, it tends to be regarded as a multiple art field or as a subgenre of contemporary music or media art. Since the 2000s, some leading universities in North America and Europe have been opened sound art majors, producing talented people who specialize in this field or work as practical artists, yet it is still considered a non-mainstream art field. It is difficult to find schools that have opened sound arts as their major program in domestic universities. Along with the introduction of a liberal arts curriculum model and teaching methods used in the <Sound Art of Modern Society> course operated in a four-year university in South Korea, this paper discusses the possibility of using sound art as a main subject in liberal arts learning in higher education as a creative fusion liberal arts subject.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of Learning Flow in the relationship between Growth Mindset and Career Adaptability. Based on 203 response data collected from university students, hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 programs. According to the result of this study, Growth Mindset had a direct positive (+) effect on Learning Flow (𝛽=.403, p<.001), and Learning Flow also had a positive (+) effect on Career Adaptability (𝛽=.393, p<.001). Also, in the relationship between Growth Mindset and Career Adaptability, Learning Flow showed a mediating effect. This means that in order for Growth Mindset to affect Career Adaptability, Learning Flow must be considered as essential. To this end, it suggests that it is important to build a Learning Flow along with cultivating a Growth Mindset.
