Objective : The meridian and the acupuncture point of oriental medicine are very important in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion. Recently, we needed to study on the phenomenon of the meridian and acupuncture point with objective data. And then, I made a study of effects on the thermal changes of Five-shu-points(五輸穴) of the Lung meridian with acupuncture on Taeyon($L_9$, 太淵), using Digital infrared thermal imaging(D.I.T.I). Method : This study researched into clinical statistics for 60 men who are in good health. The objective was divided into two groups, one was the control group(CON, N=30) and the other was acupuncture group(ACU, N=30). The first, I took a picture for 60 men with the Digital infrared thermal imaging(D.I.T.I.). After 10 minutes, I took a second picture for each group following experimental methods. Results : I. The Mean temperature of Sasang($L_{11}$), Oje($L_{10}$), Taeyon($L_9$), Kyonggo($L_8$), Choldaek($L_5$) and Taenung($P_7$) area in adult men with good health, made a no significant difference with left and right side points. 2. Acupuncture group with acupuncture stimularion on Taeyon($L_9$) had a effect on much thermal changes of Sasang($L_{11}$), Oje($L_{10}$), Taeyon($L_9$), Kyonggo($L_8$) and Choldaek($L_5$) than control group. The thermal changes of the area which is a meridian point in the Lung Meridian of acupuncture group differed from control group with significant decrease and increase following the decreasing or increasing temperature class. Each class of ascent and descent thermal change was statistically significant value compared with control group. 3. Acupuncture group with acupuncture stimulation on Taeyon($L_9$) had not a effect on thermal changes of Taenung($P_7$) area than control group. And the increasing and decreasing temperature class of the acupuncture group did not significantly differ from control group. Conclusion : I could think that the acupuncture on Taeyon($L_9$) affected the thermal change of the area which is the Five-shu-points in the Lung Meridian. And then I could relate these results with the existence of the meridian and acupuncture point.

In this study, we developed a Portable Multi-sensor System, which consists of a video camera, a GPS/MEMS IMU and a UMPC to acquire video images and position/attitude data. We performed image georeferencing based on the bundle adjustment without ground control points using the acquired data and then evaluated the effectiveness of our system through the accuracy verification. The experimental results showed that the RMSE of relative coordinates on the ground point coordinates obtained from our system was several centimeters. Our system can be efficiently utilized to obtain the 3D model of object and their relative coordinates. In future, we plan to improve the accuracy of absolute coordinates through the rigorous calibration of the system and camera.

Purpose : In order to evaluate the usefulness of clinical application of the Pause & Resume methods by comparing and analyzing the data stability and dose reduction effect when repeat scan assuming irregular breathing and using the Pause & Resume method during chest 4D CT using QuasarTM Phantom. Materials and Methods : Using the QuasarTM Phantom, set the breathing rate per minute to 15 BPM and 7.5 BPM, and set the S15 point as an irregular breathing section, and then placed OSLD to this point and use the Pause & Resume method to measure the dose of S15. CTDIvol, DLP, and ALARA-CT were used for comparative analysis of radiation dose between Pause & Resume method and Repeat-scan. In order to evaluate the stability and usability of the data applying the Pause & Resume method, the captured images were sorted by Advanced Workstation Volume Share7 and then sent to EclipseTM, the diameter and volume were analyzed by forming a contour on the iron ball in the QuasarTM Phantom Results : When using Pause & Resume, the dose of OSLD measurement increased by 1.97 times in the section of S15. As a result of image evaluation, the average value of all volumes measured with and without the Pause & Resume method at 15 BPM and 7.5 BPM was 15.2 cm3±0.5%.Allthemeasuredvaluesfor the radius of iron ball were 3.1 cm regardless of whether Pause & Resume method was used or not. In the case of using Pause & Resume, 33% decreased from the lowest DLP value and 38% decreased from the highest DLP value of repeat scan, and the effective dose also decreased 32.1% from the minimum value and 37.6% from the maximum value. Conclusion: Irradiation dose was increased by Pause & Resume method because of the repeat scan on the S15 site where assuming irregular breathing occurred, However Pause & Resume method led to a significant reduction in dose on overall scan range. It also proved the usefulness of clinical application of the Pause & Resume method as a result of similar diameters and volumes of iron ball measurement.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the image quality and dose reduction of low-dose three-dimensional (3D) rotational angiography (RA) for evaluating intracranial aneurysms. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively evaluated the clinical data and 3D RA datasets obtained from 146 prospectively registered patients (male:female, 46:100; median age, 58 years; range, 19-81 years). The subjective image quality of 79 examinations obtained from a conventional method and 67 examinations obtained from a low-dose (5-seconds and 0.10-μGy/frame) method was assessed by two neurointerventionists using a 3-point scale for four evaluation criteria. The total image quality score was then obtained as the average of the four scores. The image quality scores were compared between the two methods using a noninferiority statistical testing, with a margin of -0.2 (i.e., score of low-dose group - score of conventional group). For the evaluation of dose reduction, dose-area product (DAP) and air kerma (AK) were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results: The mean total image quality score ± standard deviation of the 3D RA was 2.97 ± 0.17 by reader 1 and 2.95 ± 0.20 by reader 2 for conventional group and 2.92 ± 0.30 and 2.95 ± 0.22, respectively, for low-dose group. The image quality of the 3D RA in the low-dose group was not inferior to that of the conventional group according to the total image quality score as well as individual scores for the four criteria in both readers. The mean DAP and AK per rotation were 5.87 Gy-cm2 and 0.56 Gy, respectively, in the conventional group, and 1.32 Gy-cm2 (p < 0.001) and 0.17 Gy (p < 0.001), respectively, in the low-dose group. Conclusion: Low-dose 3D RA was not inferior in image quality and reduced the radiation dose by 70%-77% compared to the conventional 3D RA in evaluating intracranial aneurysms.
This study evaluates the applicability of determining cadastral surveying results using drone photogrammetry during the phase of determining cadastral surveying results, which is the most important stage of cadastral surveying, but known to be hardly objective and highly probable in causing a subjective misjudgment or mistake made by a surveyor. In the experiment to analyze the accuracy of boundary point extraction from drone photogrammetry results, by comparing the coordinate area of 22 parcels extracted from 2D and 3D images with the coordinate area measured from ground survey, the difference could be quantified as RMSE of 1.44m2 for 2D and 0.32m2 for 3D images. In addition, experiments to evaluate the determination of cadastral surveying result based on drone photogrammetry survey showed the RMSE measure of 0.346m towards N direction and 0.296m towards Y direction in comparison to the existing surveying results through data investigation. Based on these experiments, it is judged that cadastral surveying result based on drone photogrammetry can be determined without needing to conduct a location survey with an accuracy of approximately 0.3m in the graphical area, which also leads to possibility of reducing individual errors if drones images are used along with ground survey by objectifying the process of cadastral surveying results.

Marine radioactivity monitoring is critical for taking immediate action in case of unexpected nuclear accidents at nuclear facilities located near coastal areas. Especially when the level of contamination is not predictable, mobile monitoring systems will be useful for wide-area ocean radiation survey and for determination of the level of radioactivity. Here, we used a silicon photomultiplier and a high-efficiency GAGG crystal to fabricate a compact, battery-powered gamma spectroscopy that can be used in an ocean environment. The developed spectroscopy has compact dimensions of 6.5 × 6.5× 8 cm3 and weighs 560 g. We used LoRa, a low-power wireless protocol for communication. Successful data transmission was achieved within 1.4 m water depth. The developed gamma spectroscopy was able to detect radioactivity from a 137Cs point source (3.7 kBq) at a distance of 20 cm in water. Moreover, we demonstrated an unmanned radioactivity monitoring system in a real sea by combining unmanned surface vehicle with the developed gamma spectroscopy. A hidden 137Cs source (3.07 MBq) was detected by the unmanned system at a distance of 3 m. After successfully testing the developed mobile spectroscopy in an ocean environment, we believe that our proposed system will be an effective solution for mobile real-time marine radioactivity monitoring.
In order to automatically provide information on fruits in agricultural related broadcasting contents, instance image segmentation of target fruits is required. In addition, the information on the 3D pose of the corresponding fruit may be meaningfully used. This paper represents research that provides information about tomatoes in video content. A large amount of data is required to learn the instance segmentation, but it is difficult to obtain sufficient training data. Therefore, the training data is generated through a data augmentation technique based on a small amount of real images. Compared to the result using only the real images, it is shown that the detection performance is improved as a result of learning through the synthesized image created by separating the foreground and background. As a result of learning augmented images using images created using conventional image pre-processing techniques, it was shown that higher performance was obtained than synthetic images in which foreground and background were separated. To estimate the pose from the result of object detection, a point cloud was obtained using an RGB-D camera. Then, cylinder fitting based on least square minimization is performed, and the tomato pose is estimated through the axial direction of the cylinder. We show that the results of detection, instance image segmentation, and cylinder fitting of a target object effectively through various experiments.
Industrially, die-casting products are formed through casting, and so the methods to inspect the defects inside them are very restrictive. External inspection methods including visual inspection, sampling judgment, etc. enables researchers to inspect possible external defects, but x-ray inspection equipment has been generally used to inspect internal ones. Recently, they have been also applying three-dimensional internal inspections using CT equipment. However, they have their own limitations in applying to the use of industrial inspection due to limited detection size and long calculation time. To overcome the above problems, this paper has suggested a method to inspect internal defects by comparing the CAD data of the product to be inspected with the 3D data of the CT image. In this paper, we proposed a method for fast and accurate inspection in three dimensions by applying x-ray inspection to find internal defects in industrial parts such as aluminum die casting products. To show the effectiveness of the proposed method, a series of experiments have been carried out.

At the point when it is check out ourselves, it might track down various information in each turn or part of our lives. Truth be told, information is the new main thrust of our advanced civilization and in this every day, "information-driven" world, security is the significant angle to consider to guarantee dependability and accessibility of our organization frameworks. This paper includes a new cryptographic algorithm for safe route traversal for data of smart cities which is a contemporary, non-hash, non-straight, 3D encryption execution intended for having information securely scrambled in the interim having a subsequent theoretical layer of safety over it. Encryption generally takes an information string and creates encryption keys, which is the way to unscramble as well. In the interim in another strategy, on the off chance that one can sort out the encryption key, there are opportunities to unravel the information scrambled inside the information string. Be that as it may, in this encryption framework, the work over an encryption key (which is created naturally, henceforth no pre-assurance or uncertainty) just as the calculation produces a "state" in a way where characters are directed into the Rubik block design to disregard the information organization.
