A Needs Analysis for the Development of Re-Education & Continuous Education Programs for R&D Human Resources (과학기술인력의 재교육·계속교육프로그램 개발에 대한 요구분석)

  • The purposes of this study are 1)to analyze a needs of re-education & continuous education for R&D human resources 2)to systemize the existing education program and 3)to provide useful implications to help the politics for re-education & continuous education for R&D human resources. The survey to R&D human resources in universities, government-supported research institutes and industries was conducted for analyzing the needs of R&D human resources for the existing education programs through investigation for the current state and importance & satisfaction level for the existing program. For proposing the effective education program, the barrier and improvement factors of re-education program were examined as well. In addition, the needs for the government support policies for re-education program were also analyzed.

Meta-analysis of the Effects of Obese Management Program for Obese Young Adults (성인 초기 비만인을 대상으로 적용된 중재프로그램의 효과에 대한 메타분석)

  • The aims of this study is to analysis the effects of obese management program for obese young adults. Nineteen studies were included for meta-analysis and SIGN was used for quality assessment. Effect size was analyzed by CMA 3.0 and Revman 5.4. Overall effect size on obese program was big (d=-0.91) and high heterogeneity (I2=81%). BMI (d=-0.83) and body fat (d=-0.93) shown the big effect size and TG (d=-0.76) and LDL (d=-0.59) were medium effect size among the studies that used dependent variables. Intervention with aerobic and combination exercise, middle and high exercise intensity, over 1 hour exercise were effective. Based on current findings, obesity management programs have significant effects for young adults.

Arduino is open source base, you can hardware production directly and using shield additionally, the arduino can be combined. Processing iis open source. You can 2D, 3D, PDF output, using P3D and OpenGL graphics. Also you can check by running a stand-alone application. Through a combination of Arduino, library support, such as sound, video, and computer vision can be expanded, this program is the Android phone and iPhone programming. In this paper, sortware was used for Processing, hardware was used for arduino MegaADK board, After making easy 2axis game, using the software and hardware verification.

The Relationship Between Family Related Variables and Program in Healthy Family Support Business (가족관련 변인과 건강가족지원사업 프로그램의 관계)

  • This study set out from the perception that one should develop and activate differentiated programs from those 5 programs of the Health Family Support Center (family counseling program, family education support project, family affinity culture support project, care support project, diversity family support project) on the subjects (n=299) of residents in G metropolitan city by reflecting the levels of family values, communication between family members and family relationship. To achieve the study purposes above, this study devised research questions as follows: Research question 1. What are the levels of local residents for their family values, communication between family members and family relationship? Research question 2. Is there any difference in demanding family support project programs according to the local residents' family values, communication between family members and family relationship? Following are the results of this study: First, the levels were analyzed to be more than the average (on a maximum scale of 5 points) with local residents' family values (M=3.55, S.D.=.664), communication between family members (M=3.65, S.D.=.669), family relationship (M=3.69 S.D=.584) Second, the necessity levels for family values, communication between family members and family relationship of the group below the average as compared with the group over the average was found to be significantly high in family education support project, family affinity culture support project, care support project and diversity family support project except family counseling program. Accordingly, strategic plans for increasing the participation rate for the programs by the Health Family Support Center and activating those programs could be by investigating in advance the levels of family values, communication between family members and family relationship by each program respectively and differentiating the target level for the program by the group, or by giving preference to the group below the average who have high needs of program necessity when making decisions for the participation preference of the programs.

  • In this paper, the retention characteristics of 3D NAND flash memory applied with tapering and ferroelectric (HfO2) structure were analyzed after programming operation. Electrons trapped in nitride are affected by lateral charge migration over time. It was confirmed that more lateral charge migration occurred in the channel thickened by tapering of the trapped electrons. In addition, the Oxide-Nitride-Ferroelectric (ONF) structure has better lateral charge migration due to polarization, so the change in threshold voltage (Vth) is reduced compared to the Oxide-Nitride-Oxide (ONO) structure.

  • A volcano disaster damage prediction system supports decision making for counteracting volcanic disasters by simulating meteorological condition and volcanic eruptions. In this system, a program called Fall3D generates predicted results for the diffusion of ash after a volcanic eruption on the basis of meteorological information. The relevant meteorological information is generated by a weather numerical prediction model known as Weather Research & Forecasting (WRF). In order to reduce the entire processing time without modifying these two simulation programs, pipelining can be used by partly executing Fall3D whenever the hourly (partial) results of WRF are generated. To reduce the processing time, successor programs such as Fall3D require that certain features be suspended until the part of the results that is based on prior calculation is generated by a predecessor. Even though Fall3D does not have a suspend or resume feature, pipelining effect can be produced by using the program's restart feature, which resumes simulation from the previous session. In this study, we suggest a workflow that can control the execution type.

  • 용접과정에 필요한 데이타를 신속하게 얻을 수 잇는 용접데이타 시스템(1)을 개발하였다. 용접데이타 시스템은 철강재료의 용접에 적용할 수 있고 관계형 데이타베이스 시스템을 채택하고 있으며 용접 데이타베이스, dBASE 3 PLUS 및 응용 프로그램으로 구성되어 있다. 용접데이타는 용접법, 모재, 용접재료, 이음부 형상, 용접시공 데이타를 수록하고 있으며, 응용프로그램은 데이타의 신규입력, 수정, 삭제, 검색의 4부분으로 구성되어 있고 사용자의 편의를 위해 I/O format program과 graphic 처리를 위한 BASIC 프로그램이 포함되어 있다. 프린터로의 출력은 현장에서 이용 가능한 PQR의 형태를 취하고 있다.

  • Flywheel energy storage system (FESS) is defined as a high speed rotating flywheel system that can save surplus electric power. The FESS is proposed as an efficient energy storage system because it can accumulate a large amount of energy when it is operated at a high rotating speed and no mechanical problems are encountered. The FESS consists of a shaft, flywheel, motor/generator, bearings, and case. It is difficult to simulate rotor dynamics using common structure simulation programs because these programs are based on the 3D model and complex input rotating conditions. Therefore, in this paper, a program for the FESS based on the 2D FEM was developed. The 2D FEM can model easier than 3D, and it can present the multi-layer rotor with different material each other. Stiffness changing of the shaft caused by shrink fitting of the hub can be inputted to get clear solving results. The results obtained using the program were compared with those obtained using the common programs to determine any errors.
