광산란 거친표면의 고정밀 삼차원 형상 측정을 위한 점회절 간섭계 (Point-diffraction interferometer for 3-D profile measurement of light scattering rough surfaces)

  • 최근 전자산업계에 새롭게 널리 생산되는 마이크로 전자부품들은 왜곡이 최소화된 정밀한 외관 형상을 갖도록 제조되고 관리되지만, 측정 대상의 표면이 가시광 영역에서 광산란되는 특징을 가짐으로 인해, 기존의 피죠나 마이켈슨 형태의 비교간섭법으로는 고정밀의 삼차원 형상측정이 용이하지 아니하였다. 본 논문에서는 광섬유를 이용한 새로운 개념의 점회절 간섭계를 제안하고, 이를 광산란 거친표면의 대표적인 제품인 칩패키지와 실리콘 웨이퍼의 삼차원 형상 측정에 적용하였다. 측정결과 66 mm 측정영역에서 측정 형상오차 PV(peak-to-valley value) 5.6 $\mu\textrm{m}$, 분산값($\sigma$) 1.5 $\mu\textrm{m}$를 획득함으로써 기존의 비교 간섭 측정법에 비해 더욱 향상된 측정 정밀도를 획득하였다.

기술혁신지향성: 개념화, 측정 및 성과와의 관계 (Technological Innovation Orientation: Conceptualization, Measurement, and Its Relationship to Performance)

  • 기술혁신지향성의 개념이 이론적으로나 실무적으로 중요한 가치를 지니고 있음에도 불구하고, 기존의 연구에서는 기술혁신지향성에 관한 개념이 제대로 정립되어있지 않고 또한 이에 대한 적합한 변수측정이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 그러한 기술혁신지향성에 대한 기존 연구의 결함을 인지하여, 본 연구에서는 기술혁신지향성의 개념을 정립하고 그 정립된 개념을 적합하게 포착하는 새로운 측정도구를 제시하였다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 연구에서는 기술혁신지향성을 기술선도 지향성(proclivity to technological leadership)과 기술혁신 개방성(openness to technological innovation)의 두 요인으로 구성된 것으로 개념화하고 그 두 요인으로 구성된 기술혁신지향성의 개념을 변수조작화하기 위한 새로운 측정도구를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 새로이 제시된 기술혁신지향성의 측정도구의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하였고 또한 그러한 기술혁신지향성의 측정치를 기반으로 기술혁신지향성과 기업성과 사이의 관계를 실증 분석하였다. 97개의 국내 IT중소기업을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 제안된 기술혁신 지향성의 측정도구는 높은 신뢰성과 타당성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 분석 결과 기술혁신지향성이 기업의 기술혁신성과와 긍정적인 관계를 갖고 기술혁신성과가 기술혁신지향성과 재무성과 사이의 관계를 매개하는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

Open-Ball Scheme을 이용한 2D 패턴의 상대적 닮음 정도 측정의 Moment Invariant Method와의 비교 (Similarity Measurement Using Open-Ball Scheme for 2D Patterns in Comparison with Moment Invariant Method)

  • The degree of relative similarity between 2D patterns is obtained using Open-Ball Scheme. Open-Ball Scheme employs a method of transforming the geometrical information on 3D objects or 2D patterns into the features to measure the relative similarity for object(patten) recognition, with invariance on scale, rotation, and translation. The feature of an object is used to obtain the relative similarity and mapped into [0, 1] the interval of real line. For decades, Moment-Invariant Method has been used as one of the excellent methods for pattern classification and object recognition. Open-Ball Scheme uses the geometrical structure of patterns while Moment Invariant Method uses the statistical characteristics. Open-Ball Scheme is compared to Moment Invariant Method with respect to the way that it interprets two-dimensional patten classification, especially the paradigms are compared by the degree of closeness to human's intuitive understanding. Finally the effectiveness of the proposed Open-Ball Scheme is illustrated through simulations.

한국 성인 여성의 손 계측연구 -장갑의 치수 설정을 중심으로- (A Study on the Measurement of Korean Women′s Hand -Focusing on Glove Size-)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the sizing system fur women's glove. The combination of anthropometric and engineering aspects of glove pattern-making is difficult problem in engineering clothing. And the traditional measurements is not enough for glove. Therefore, to develop the hand measurement method and dimension for glove, a comprehensive list of candidate measurements was reviewed and the manufacturers (Their career was over the 15years.) were interviewed on the method of glove pattern-making. This study was conducted traditional and creative 88 two-dimensional anthropometric measurements and 4 photometric measurements for glove pattern-making. In addition, 16 creative measurements were instrumented using a special hand measuring board for measuring of landmark locations on the hand. The subjects were 260 women's right hand in the age group of 18 to 35 years old in Korea.

SK 지수를 이용한 표면 플라즈몬 공명 바이오 센서의 측정방법의 분류 (Classification of Measurement Methods of Surface Plasmon Resonance Biosensors by SK Index)

  • SK (SPR Kinds) index, which can categorize the complicated measurement methods of surface plasmon resonance by simple method, has been proposed and verified. SK index is composed of three digits, where each digit presents the type of immobilized ligand, the type of illumination and the kinds of varying parameter, sequentially. The measurement method of (33#) series among SK indices shows the possibility of the multi-sensing capability, by which the response of 2-dimensional array of immobilized ligands can be detected simultaneously. The proposed possibility of multi-sensing capability has been verified by the modeling that is based on Fresnel reflection model.

호이스트 기어박스의 소음불량률 저감을 위한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study to Reduce the Fraction of Noise Defect of Hoist Gear Boxes)

  • This paper deals with the experimental research, including measurement and analysis and field survey, on the causes of occurring noise defective gear boxes in hoist production plant in order to reduce the fraction of their occurrence. In this reserch following investigations are performed : measurement and gear-boxes, examination of each machining process of production, measurement and analysis of dimensional accuracy of each part, comparative vibration test with exchanging inaccurate parts. From these investigations, it is found that the machining accuracy of pinion gear tooth thickness is the most sensitive factor of noise problem. By maintaining the tooth thickness error within 0.05 mm tolerance in the gear cutting process, the fraction of noise defective gear-boxes are greatly reduced to less than 2%, where the usual rate of it has been 20-50%.

  • A brief introduction is presented on the radiation safety studies at Tohoku University Cyclotron & Radioisotope Center. Studies on two subject are described; (1) measurement of the thick target neutron yield and radioisotope production / activation cross section for ten's of MeV neutrons and ions using K=110 Tohoku University cyclotron to provide basicdata for accelerator shielding, and (2) development of techniques for high sensitive radiation detection and profile measurement using an Imaging Plate which is a high sensitive two-dimensional radiation sensor. Application of the Imaging Plate techniques to localization of very weak radioactivity and to neutron profile measurement is described.

레이저 스페클과 디지털 화상관련법을 이용한 변위 측정방법의 평가 (Evaluation of Displacement Measurement Technique Using Laser Speckle and Digital Image Correlation Method)

  • As a tool for strain measurement to work with screw driven or hydraulic material test systems, in which mechanical vibration is inherent, SSDG (Speckle Strain/Displacement Gage), ESP (Electronic Speckle Photography) and its 3-dimension version SDSP are evaluated for the theory and practical appliance. Through tension test of steel strips, their validity and shortcomings are examined. As the results, it has been shown that, although SSDG and ESP provide direct measurement of in-plane strain in one direction, they are so sensitive to the out-plane displacement. On the other hand, SDSP which is aided with DIC (Digital Image Correlation) technique to trace the movement of the speckles provides not only in-plane 2-dimensional displacement field, but also out-of-plane displacement simultaneously. However, because the DIC is time-consuming, not automated yet and it needs post-processing to evaluate strain from the displacement field, SDSP appears to be not adequate as a real time sensor.

Multi-information fusion based localization algorithm for Mars rover

  • High-precision autonomous localization technique is essential for future Mars rovers. This paper addresses an innovative integrated localization algorithm using a multiple information fusion approach. Firstly, the output of IMU is employed to construct the two-dimensional (2-D) dynamics equation of Mars rover. Secondly, radio beacon measurement and terrain image matching are considered as external measurements and included into the navigation filter to correct the inertial basis and drift. Then, extended Kalman filtering (EKF) algorithm is designed to estimate the position state of Mars rovers and suppress the measurement noise. Finally, the localization algorithm proposed in this paper is validated by computer simulation with different parameter sets.
