A Control of the ZVZCS PS-FB DC/DC Converter using All-Pass Filter (전역통과필터를 이용한 ZVZCS PS-FB DC/DC 컨버터의 제어)

  • High power density and power conversion efficiency have been required in the power converters according to the rapid growth of industry. In this context, the next generation High Speed Train(HST) requires power converter which has high-efficiency, high-performance and high-density. In this paper, the new control technique for battery charger used for the next generation HST is proposed. The phase shift ZVZCS converter is classified according to a resonant circuit which is located in the primary or secondary side. In this paper, The PWM switching technique using all-pass filter is proposed to control ZVZCS converter which has resonant circuit in the secondary side. ATmega_128 micro controller based in all-pass filter in substitute for phase shift IC is presented to have digital control. To verify the proposed topology, the simulation and experiment are performed by using PSIM software and 1[kW] experimental set-up.

  • 본 논문은 Y-capacitor와 미분기를 이용한 절연형 AC/DC컨버터의 제어신호 전송기법을 제안한다. 기존 SSR(Secondary Side Regulation)의 제어단(Photo-coupler, TL431 및 부가회로)은 바이어스 전류에 의한 대기전력 손실이 크다. 하지만 제안된 방식은 기존 SSR의 제어단을 제거하고, 2차 측 제어신호를 EMI노이즈 경로로 사용되는 Y-capacitor와 저항, 커패시터만을 이용하여 1차 측으로 전송한다. 제안 신호전송기법의 이론적 해석과 PSIM Tool을 이용한 Simulation 결과를 통하여 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • 기존 LED(Light Emitting Diode) 전류 제어용 SSPR(Secondary Side Post Regulator) 스위치를 갖는 구조의 다중출력 컨버터는 LED 정 전류 제어를 위한 별도의 부스트 컨버터 없이 전류제어가 가능하여 원가 및 부피 저감과 효율이 상승하는 장점이 있다. 하지만, 주 출력단(Master)의 피드백을 받아 1차 측 메인 스위치를 제어하게 되어 제어 회로가 복잡하고 주 출력단 부하 변동에 의해 부 출력단(Slave)의 크로스-레귤레이션(Cross-Regulation) 특성이 좋지 않은 단점이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 기존 SSPR 스위치의 장점을 갖고 주 출력 단의 부하 변동에도 부 출력단의 크로스-레귤레이션 특성이 좋은 새로운 직렬 공진형 LED 구동회로를 제안한다. 최종적으로 제안 회로를 4채널 LED 구동회로에 적용하여 그 실험결과를 바탕으로 제안 회로의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • A new current controlled PWM t'||'&'||'pound;rlmique with NPC(Neutral Point Qarll)ed) structure is IrOIX>Sed in this paper. A current controlled PWM technique with neutral-JXlint-cIamped pulse-width modulation inverter composed of main switching devices which operates as switch for PWM and auxiliary switching devices to clamp the output terminal potential to the neutral point potential is described. The proposed current controller has a first and second current band The switching pattern will be made by the first current band. According to the second current band, the output state of the switching pattern is changed into positivee and negative state. This inverter output contains less hanronic content and lower switching frequency than that of conventional current controlled PWM technique at the same current limit. Thbe induction machine drive with proposed technique is investigated by commputer simulation.

  • The advantages of the SITVC (Secondary Injection for Thrust Vector Control) technique over mechanical thrust vectoring systems include a reduction in both the nozzle weight and complexity due to the elimination of the mechanical actuators that are used in conventional vectoring. The optimal operating conditions of SITVC were investigated using in-house developed compressible flow analysis codes. Numerical experiments were used to examine the impact of the thrust vector direction with a variety of injection positions, mass flow rates, and injection angles on the two-dimensional expansion cone of a supersonic nozzle. The computational results showed that the optimal position of the secondary injection, with the maximum deviation angle and side thrust, was where the oblique shock generated by the secondary injection reached the end of the nozzle exit.

  • Measuring tray as a component in irrigation control system using drainage electrodes was designed and applied for tomato perlite bed culture, and the effectiveness of the irrigation control system was investigated in terms of cultural development and cultivation costs. Five different types of measuring trays equipped with drainage electrodes were tested and the traditional tray was used as the control equipped with time clock. After the first experiment, "Tube-2" was removed because of instability of water content in the substrate. After second experiment, "Tube-1" was removed because of instability of water content in the substrate and low plant yields. In third experiment, "Up-Board" exhibited the best stability in water contents and yields as well as efficiencies in water and fertilizer utilization. The "Up-Board" was the most economical and the easiest system among the tested trays. Therefore, the "Up-Board" system was concluded as the excellent design to apply for the control method using drainage electrodes for tomato perlite bed culture.

  • 본 논문에서는 PDL 기반 인터리빙 가능한 2차 Solc형 광유 간섭 필터를 제안하며, 출력되는 투과 스펙트럼들을 이론적으로 분석 및 실험적으로 측정하였다. 제안된 필터에서 각각의 구성요소는 편광 빔분배기, 반파장판, 그리고 복굴절이 큰 광섬유로 이루어진다. 이전의 Solc형 2차 광섬유 필터에서 복굴절이 큰 광섬유들은 특정한 각도로 융착 결합되어 편광 제어에 한계가 있었지만, 제안된 구조에서는 복굴절이 큰 광섬유 사이 반파장판을 삽입하여 주축의 각도 및 편광 제어를 유연하게 설정하여 출력 투과 스펙트럼들의 스위칭 특성을 유도하였다.

Pole Placement Method of a Double Poles Using LQ Control and Pole's Moving-Range (LQ 제어와 근의 이동범위를 이용한 중근의 극배치 방법)

  • In general, a nonlinear system is linearized in the form of a multiplication of the 1st and 2nd order system. This paper reports a design method of a weighting matrix and control law of LQ control to move the double poles that have a Jordan block to a pair of complex conjugate poles. This method has the advantages of pole placement and the guarantee of stability, but this method cannot position the poles correctly, and the matrix is chosen using a trial and error method. Therefore, a relation function (𝜌, 𝜃) between the poles and the matrix was derived under the condition that the poles are the roots of the characteristic equation of the Hamiltonian system. In addition, the Pole's Moving-range was obtained under the condition that the state weighting matrix becomes a positive semi-definite matrix. This paper presents examples of how the matrix and control law is calculated.
