Projection of Long-Term care Insurance Beneficiary and Financing (노인장기요양보험 대상자 확대에 따른 재정추계 분석)

  • The main purpose of this study is to provide the sustainability and continuous development of Long-term care Insurance in projecting changes of the Long-term care Insurance beneficiary population and Cost. We conducted a transformed cohort-component projection method that are employed for the beneficiary population projection and applied the previous experiences in Japan and German. A transformed cohort-component method means that we also projected the increasing beneficiary of long-term care insurance for using the data of geriatric disease in NHIC and estimated the cost of insurance's financial resources. First of all, beneficiary increase and strategy of extending to level 4 are categorized 2 and the expense account projection are categorized 2. If it is thought experience of Japan and German, The Level 4 extend of insuree is projected 2012 or 2013. With the results of this study, we proposed that extended level 4 insuree include the 40%~90% of geriatric disease in elderly people. The number of beneficiaries in 2011 is expected to reach to about 342,896 and in 2015 is 415,905 on scenario 1. Scenario 2(40%of geriatric disease in elderly people), the number of beneficiaries in 2011 is 342,896 and in 2015 is 483,453. Scenario 3(90%of geriatric disease in elderly people), the number of beneficiaries in 2012 is 545,068 and in 2015 is 565,565. The cost of beneficiaries insurance benefit of scenario 1 are projected from 3,000billion in 2012 to 3,500billion won in 2015. Scenario 2 are projected from 3,100billion in 2012 to 4,000billion won 2015. Finally, The cost of Level 4 extending are need minimum 300billion to maximum 1,400billion won.

Influence of changing combustor pressure and secondary fuel injection on flame stabilization and NOx emission (연소실 압력변동과 2차 연료분사가 화염안정화와 NOx 배출에 미치는 영향)

  • Influence of changing combustor pressure on flame stabilization and nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission in the swirl-stabilized flame with secondary fuel injection was investigated. The combustor pressure was controlled by suction at combustor exit. Pressure index ($P{\ast}=P_{abs}/P_{atm}$), where $P_{abs}$ and $P_{atm}$ indicated the absolute pressure and atmosphere pressure, was controlled in the range of $0.7{\sim}1.3$ for each equivalence ratio conditions. The flammable limits of swirl flames were largely influenced by changing combustor pressure and they showed different tendency compared with laminar flames. Emission index showed maximum value near atmospheric condition and decreased with decreasing pressure index for overall equivalence ratio conditions. R.m.s of pressure fluctuations also showed similar tendency with nitric oxide emission. By injecting secondary fuel into flame zone, the flammable limits were extended significantly. Emission index of nitric oxide and r.m.s. of pressure fluctuations were also controlled by injecting secondary fuel. The swirl flames were somewhat lifted by secondary fuel with high momentum, hence low nitric oxide emission. This NOx reduction technology is applicable to industrial furnaces and air conditioning system by adopting secondary fuel injection.

항만 유형과 정보시스템 역할에 관한 연구

  • 항만정보시스템의 기능과 항만유형과는 관련성이 있는 것일까? 본 연구에서는 선진항만들의 유형과 정보시스템 기능 분석을 통하여 관련성을 규명하고자 하였다. 항만들은 자산의소유와 운영의 주체에 따라 국유제, 공영자치제, 지방자치제(지방정부자치제) 및 사유제의 4가지로 유형으로 구분된다. 유형에 따른 항만들의 주요 활동도 달라진다. 국유제와 지방자치제의 경우는 행정처리 기능에 중점을 두고 있는 반면, 공영자치제와 사유제는 고객서비스강화에 중점을 두고 있다. 항만의 유형과 정보시스템과의 상관관계를 조사한 결과 국유제, 지방자치제 항만에는 업무처리 중심의 시스템이 발달하여 있으며, 사유제 및 공영자치제 항만에는 고객서비스를 최우선으로하는 커뮤니티 시스템과 e-Business 시스템이 발달되어 있었다. 항만유형별 정보시스템의 차이는 부산항만정보시스템의 개선에 시사점을 던져주고 있다. 그동안 국유제 항만으로서 운영되던 부산항이 공영자치제 유형의 운영방식으로 변경됨에 따라 항만정보시스템도 추세에 따라 개선되어야 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법으로 3단계 방법을 제안하였다. 제 1단계가 미러링(Mirroring) 단계로서 항만운영을 안정화시키는 단계이며, 제 2단계에서는 커뮤니티 시스템을 구축하여 고객의 서비스를 제고시키는 협업화단계로 설정하였으며, 제 3단계는 부가가치창출을 위한 수익형 시스템을 개발하는e-Business 개발단계로 설정하였다.

  • In this paper, we embodied posture-stabilization and dynamic gait in a walking robot. 10 RC servo motors are used to operate joints. And the joints have enough moving ranges suitable in any walking pattern. Each joint trajectory is generated by cubic spline interpolation method and the stability of the trajectory is verified by using Zero Moment Point from the robot modeling. To avoid complex structure and expression, Zero Moment Point of the biped robot used angular acceleration is suggested. To measure the stability of the biped robot, Tilt sensor and gyro sensor are used. Finally, Personal Computer is used computer monitoring and data processing. Most of computation, such as 10 RC servo motor control, joint trajectory generating, ZMP compensation, sense measuring, etc, was used Digital Signal Processor.

  • In this study, a few of the modeling methods for flexible spacecraft were introduced and adopted to the modeling of a 3-axes stabilization satellite. The generated model was put into pre-built rigid body attitude control loop. A Lumped Parameter Model(Global Mode Model: GMM) was recommended for the absence of the Finite Element Method(FEM) model. Finally, GMM was compared with FEM in terms of designing a control filter. A 1st-order filter was designed to meet requirements of the controller since the new flexible model was applied, and that filter was added to motor controller and axis controller. MATLAB/Simulink was used as a tool for design and simulation of the control loop and filter.

  • 현재 중력파 관측은 레이저 간섭계 기반의 중력파 검출기를 통해 이루어지고 있고 검출기 성능이 개선되고 안정화 되어 초기 설계 사양 이상의 관측감도를 확보하였다. 이제 레이저 간섭계 기반의 중력파 관측 기술은 중력파 관측 가능성의 유무를 넘어 차세대 중력파 검출기의 건설을 앞당기는 수준이 되었으며 해외에서는 중력파 검출 기술을 선도하기 위한 공격적인 투자가 이루어 지고 있다. 이 발표에서는 현재 운영중인 레이저 간섭계 기반의 중력파 검출기의 중력파 검출 원리와 실제 중력파 검출기에서 사용되는 관련 핵심 기술들을 소개하고자 한다. 단순히 특정 분야의 일부 기술이 아닌 중력파 검출기 건설에 사용된 재료, 광학, 기계공학, 전자, 통신 등 다양한 분야의 기술을 소개하고 실제 중력파 검출기 관련 연구에 참여할 수 있는 연구 주제를 소개하고자 한다.

Study on Concept Design of Supersonic Inlet and Flow Control of Bleeding under Operating Condition (초음속 흡입구 개념 설계와 운영조건 내의 블리딩(bleeding) 유동제어 연구)

  • The present paper deals with concept design of supersonic inlet based on compressible flow theory and flow control of bleeding in order to guarantee stability of supersonic inlet of ramjet engine in broad range of operating conditions. Shock instability, shock wave-boundary layer interaction and flow separation should be properly controlled to improve performance of the supersonic inlet. Considering shock strength, boundary layer and flow separation, the supersonic inlet is modified from the basic model which is designed under inviscid theory. Consequently, shock is stabilized, and required mass flow rate is obtained. Furthermore, bleeding is applied to the supersonic inlet to maintain performance in off-design conditions. Mass flow condition is adopted for modeling of bleeding effect, and performance of the supersonic inlet is evaluated by changing bleeding locations and numbers.

The Study on the Effect of Efficient Microorganism for Early Stabilization of the Burial Sites (매몰지 조기 안정화를 위한 유용 미생물의 효과에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, we have evaluated the effect of efficient microorganisms on odor-removal efficiency and early stabilization of the burial sites. We have developed an efficient microorganism designated as 'KEM' which have the ability to degrade organic compounds and remove odor effectively. Other efficient microorganisms already used on site, such as EM and Bacillus sp., were also compared. We preceded these experiment using lab-scale reactors under three conditions (control, only media and only body) and comparing the effect of with or without the application of tree efficient microorganisms separately. Analysis was focused on eight components (ammonia, TMA, $H_2S$, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, $CO_2$ and $CH_4$), and as a result, efficient microorganisms were shown efficiency in the removal of ammonia and methyl mercaptan. The applied KEM decayed up to 71.2% of the buried meat. We were unable to observe significant differences in microbial communities between efficient microorganisms-treated and non-treated reactors due to the large presence of microorganisms in both soil and carcasses. However, it was possible to observe the effect on odor control and decay rate through the application of efficient microorganisms.

Reaction between Calcium-doped Lanthanum Chromite and Yttria Stabilized Zirconia (칼슘이 첨가된 란탄-아크롬산 염과 이트리아 안정화 지르코니아 계면간의 반응)

  • The ceramic diffusion coupling with the green body of calcium-doped lanthanum chromite(La$_{0.8}$Ca$_{0.2}$CrO$_3$CLC- G) and sintered calcium-doped lanthanum chromite(La$_{0.8}$Ca$_{0.2}$CrO$_3$ CLC) by Pechini's method on yttria stabilized zirconia(YSZ) plate has been investigated. The X-ray diffraction pattern of CLC sides at the reacted CLC-G/ CLC and CLC/YSZ interface were identified as La$_{1-x}$ Ca$_{x}$CrO$_3$ and the unreacted YSZ side was cubic-ZrO$_2$ at the treated condition, 1300~1500 C for 10 hr in air, respectively. The order of migration components between CLC/YSZ interface was Zr>La>>Cr>>>Ca and these changes were not dependent upon the treated conditions. The grain shape and size at the interface of CLC-G/CLC was appeared to have a uniform distribution with increasing temperature. The bonding reaction of YSZ/CLC was occurred without a large amount change of the compositions in SEM photos.os.otos.os.

  • A new analytic solution was derived for the diffusion into or from an immobile zone of a rectangular 2-D pore. For a long time, the new solution converges to a traditional mobile-immobile zone (MIM) model, but only if the latter is used with an apparent initial concentration that is smaller by almost 20% than the true one. This is the tradeoff for using a simple MIM model instead of an exact model based on the diffusion equation. The mass-transfer coefficient was found to be constant for a sufficiently long time; it was proportional to the molecular diffusion and inversely proportional to the square of the pore depth. The mass-transfer coefficient was time-dependent for a sufficiently short time and may be significantly larger than its asymptotic value.
