본 논문에서는 IMT-2000 수신주파수인 2.13~2.16 GHz 대역에서 초고주파용 수신장치로 사용되는 저잡음증폭기를 ㅈㄱ렬 피드백 기법과 저항결합회로를 이용하여 구현하였다. GaAs FET(Field Effect Transistor)의 소스단에 부가한 직렬 피드백은 저잡음증폭기의 저잡음특성과 입력반사계수가 작아졌으며, 또 저잡음증폭기의 안정도도 개선되었다. 저항결합회로는 반사되는 전력이 정합 회로내의 저항에서 소모되므로 입력단정합이 용이하였다. 저잡음증폭기의 저잡음증폭단은 GaAs FET인 ATF-10136, 고득증폭단은 내부정합된 MMIC인 VNA-25를 사용하였으며, 알루미늄 기구물 안에 유전율 3.5인테프론 기판에 초고주파회로와 자기바이어스 회로를 함께 장착시켰다. 이렇게 제작된 저잡음증폭기는 30 dB이상의 이득, 0.7dB 이하의 잡음지수, 17 dB의 Pldb, 1.5 이하의 입출력 정재파비를 얻었다.

The effect of CaO addition to AM60B Mg alloy on tensile properties has been investigated, with focus on strength and ductility at room and elevated temperatures. The 0.25-0.65wt% CaO added AM60B Eco-Mg diecastings were prepared by high pressure die casting using Buhler 1,450-ton cold chamber machine without $SF_6$ and $SO_2$ gases. The microstructures and tensile properties of each alloy were tested. The results show that the grains of AM60B are refined and the mechanical properties increase with CaO addition at room temperature. The improvement of strength and ductility is prominent at 0.45-0.55wt% CaO addition. Also, improved mechanical properties are maintained at elevated temperature of $150^{\circ}C$. CaO addition results in $Al_2Ca$ phase formation mostly on the grain boundaries. This phase leads to the refinement of grain structures and improvement of ductility as well as strength. The suppression of ${\beta}-Mg_{17}Al_{12}$ phase as well as the decrease of fracture surface porosity and other casting defects caused by melt cleanliness also contribute to the enhancement of mechanical properties of AM60B Eco-Mg at room and elevated temperature.

본 연구는 압축성형으로 제조되는 고특성 등방성 $Nd_2Fe_{14}B$/에폭시 본드자석을 개발하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본드자석의 자기특성은 본드자석의 밀도에 직접적으로 비례하였으며, 평균입도가 $200mu{m}$인 $Nd_2Fe_{14}B$ 자성분말을 분쇄공정 없이 그대로 사용할 때 고특성을 나타내었다. 본드자석은 자성분말 기준으로 2.0 wt%의 에폭시 수지, 0.8 wt%의 실란 커플링제, 0.7 wt%의 고온 경화제를 첨가하고, $150 ^{\circ}C$/3시간의 경화조건에서 높은 특성을 나타내었다. 적정조건에서 제조된 고특성 본드자석은 $6.1 g/cm^3$의 밀도, 7.1 kG의 잔류자속밀도, 9.7 MGOe의 최대자기에너지적, 그리고 17 kg/$mm^2$의 압축강도를 나타내었다.

유기금속 화합물 $(C_{16}H_{21}B_{10}BrOSn)$를 o-carborane으로부터 출발하여 closo-1-[(methoxyl) methyl]-o-carborane$(HCab^o)$를 합성하고, $SnMe_2Br_2$을 가하여 합성하였다. X-선 회절법을 이용하여 $(C_{16}H_{21}B_{10}BrOSn)$ 화합물의 분자구조를 규명하였다. 이 화합물의 결정학적 자료는 orthorhombic, space group Pna2, a =17.9292(15)$\AA$, b= 7.2066(4)$\AA$, c=13.0582(10)$\AA$, Z=4, V=1687.2(2)$\AA^3$이다. 결정 구조는 직접법으로 해석하였으며, 1724개의 회절 반점에 대하여 최종 신뢰도 인자 R=0.0574인 분자 모형을 구하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical effects of Muscle Energy Technique(MET) for peripheral facial paralysis. Methods: 60 Patients were divided into two groups. Group A(n=30) received the treatment with existing Korean medicine. Group B(n=30) received the MET with existing Korean medicine. It was performed once a day, five time per a week for three weeks. we analyzed Yanagihara's score and House-Brackmann scale Results: A week after MET treatment, Yanagihara's score average of Group A is $7.17{\pm}6.34$. Yanagihara's score average of Group B is $8.84{\pm}5.22$. (p=0.72). Two weeks after MET, Yanagihara's score average of Group A is $12.39{\pm}4.94$. Yanagihara's score average of Group B is $15.12{\pm}3.20$. (p=0.04). Three weeks after MET, Yanagihara's score average of Group A is $17.11{\pm}5.31$. Yanagihara's score average of Group B is $22.78{\pm}3.67$. (p=0.01). A is $3.87{\pm}1.36$. House-Brackmann Scale average of Group B is $3.64{\pm}1.76$. (p=0.63). Two weeks after MET treatment, House-Brackmann Scale average of Group A is $3.20{\pm}0.97$. House-Brackmann Scale average of Group B is $3.02{\pm}1.03$. (p=0.05). Three weeks after MET, House-Brackmann Scale average of Group A is $2.84{\pm}1.12$. House-Brackmann Scale average of Group B is $2.23{\pm}0.78$. (p=0.04). Conclusion: MET treatment is effective for improve the symptoms of peripheral facial paralysis. Therefore, it will be used to peripheral facial paralysis.

광대역과 고이득과 낮은 교차 편파 레벨을 가지는 H자 모양의 개구면을 가진 스트립 급전된 패치 안테나를 설계 및 제작하고 정재파비, 스미스챠트 임피던스 특성, 동일/교차 편파 방사패턴, 이득 등을 측정하였다. 본 안테나의 측정된 대역폭(VSWR<2.0)은 47.1%이다. 또한 후방방사를 줄이고 이득을 높이기 위해 반사판을 사용하였을 때 교차 편파 레벨은 E-plane에서 -18.2 dB이하이고 H plane에서 -25.7 dB이하이다. 그리고 최대 이득은 2.05 GHz의 주파수에서 10.4 dB이며, 3 dB gain 대역폭은 중심주파수 2.17 GHz에서 24%의 광대역폭을 가짐을 알 수 있었다. 본 안테나는 광대역을 필요로 하는 이동통신, 무선 LAN, RF 통신시스템 등에 사용될 수 있다.

Let B be the open unit ball in the complex space $\mathbb{C}^n$. A holomorphic function $f:B{\rightarrow}C$ which satisfies sup{(1- ${\parallel}\;{\nabla}_zf\;{\parallel}\;{\mid}z{\in}B$} < $+{\infty}$ is called Bloch type function. In this paper, we will find some integral representation of Bloch type functions.

Rassias, then f : $\cal{A}{\rightarrow}\cal{A}$ is anexactly quadratic derivation. On the other hands, let $\cal{A}$ and $\cal{B}$ be Banach algebras.Any approximately generalized homomorphism f : $\cal{A}{\rightarrow}\cal{B}$ corresponding to Cauchy, Jensen functional equation can be estimated by a generalized homomorphism.

In this article, we discuss the complete moment convergence for arrays of B-valued random variables. We obtain some new results which improve the corresponding ones of Sung and Volodin [17].
