본 논문에서 제안한 MPEG-4 기반 대화형 MOD 서버 시스템은 데이터 공유 네트워크(DSN)를 이용한 클러스터링 서버 구조를 채택하여 클러스터링과 가상서버시스템, 데이터 공유 네트워크 기법을 적용한 복합적 구조를 가진 서버시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 본 논문이 제안한 서버 시스템은 확장이 용이하고, 각 서버 노드가 이상이 발생할 경우 타 서버에 영향을 주지 않는 독립성이 확보돼 안정성이 향상되었다. 그러나 DSN 에서 사용되는 NFS나 Samba 등은 보안에 취약하며, 네트워크 전송에 따른 오버헤드의 보완이 필요하다.

Magnetic field dependence of magnetization reversal in Co/Pt multilayers was quantitatively investigated. Serial samples of Co/Pt multilayers were prepared by dc-magnetron sputtering under various Ar pressures. Magnetization reversal was monitored by magnetization viscosity measurement and direct domain observation using a magneto-optical microscope system, and the wall-motion speed V and the nucleation rate R were determined using a domain reversal model based on time-resolved domain reversal patterns. Both V and R were found to be exponentially dependent on the applied reversing field. From the exponential dependencies, the activation volumes for wall motion and nucleation could be determined, based on a thermally activated relaxation model, and the wall-motion activation volume was found to be slightly larger than the nucleation activation volume.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics and appropriateness of the Korean-type severity classification by ambulance based on the medical records of 43,561 emergency patients who were brought to the emergency medical center via ambulance between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2017. Methods: This study analyzed the classification characteristics of the Korean severity classification tool by applying them to emergency patients who visited the emergency medical center. Results: As a result of the study first, among the categories of home hospitals according to the results of visits, "other," "low consciousness," and "dyspnea" in the order of 129 ambulances were statistically significantly higher. In the order of "low consciousness" and "trauma," the "trauma" category was 5.3% higher than that of 129 ambulances. Conclusion: Among the classification items, "others," "low consciousness," and "dyspnea" were significantly higher in the group of patients who boarded 129 ambulances, and "others," "low consciousness," and "traumatic" were significantly higher in the 119 ambulances.

Objective : This study was designed to health-Care services recognition comparison of patient between Korean Medicine 00 Hospital and Seoul 00 Health Center. Methods : 277 subjects were participated in this study. After a treatment, we analyzed a patient type by using a questionnaire. After all treatment, we conducted a survey about Medical Trust Scale, Medical Happiness Index Scale, Service Quality Scale. To evaluate a satisfaction degree, we analyzed results of survey statistically. Results : The results of the analysis, Korean Medicine 00 Hospital group got a higher score than Seoul 00 Health Center group statistical significantly on Medical Trust Scale, Medical Happiness Index Scale, Service Quality Scale. Conclusion : Korean Medicine 00 Hospital group got a higher score than Seoul 00 Health Center group. It was more effective in Korean Medicine 00 Hospital group than Seoul 00 Health Center group.

A 61-year-old female patient was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy with severe left ventricle dysfunction. Two days after admission, continuous renal replacement therapy was performed due to oliguria and lactic acidosis. On the fifth day, an intra-aortic balloon pump was inserted due to low cardiac output syndrome. Beginning 4 days after admission, she was supported for 15 days thereafter with an extracorporeal left ventricular assist device (LVAD) because of heart failure with multi-organ failure. A heart transplant was performed while the patient was stabilized with the LVAD. She developed several complications after the surgery, such as cytomegalovirus pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis, wound dehiscence, and H1N1 infection. On postoperative day 19, she was discharged from the hospital with close follow-up and treatment for infection. She received follow-up care for 10 months without any immune rejection reaction.

Terpene synthase plays a key role in biosynthesis of triterpene saponins (ginsenosides) and is intermediate in the biosynthesis of a number of secondary metabolites. A terpene synthase (PgTPS) cDNA was isolated and characterized from the root of Panax ginseng c.A. Meyer. The deduced amino acid sequence of PgTPS showed a similarity with A. deliciosa (AAX16121) 61%, V. vinifera (AAS66357) 61%, L. hirsutum (AAG41891) 55%, M. truncatula (AAV36464) 52%. And the segment of a terpene synthase gene was amplified by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR). We studied expression of terpene synthase under stressful conditions like chilling, salt, UV, and heavy metal stress treatment. Expression of PgTPS was increased gradually after exposure to stresses such as chilling, salt, and UV illumination. But its transcription seems to be reduced by cadmium and copper treatment.

The effect of a greenhouse-covering material on its indoor environment and on the characteristics of cherry tomatoes grown in it was investigated. The conventional polyethylene (PE) film on the greenhouse roof was replaced by a polycarbonate (PC) sheet, while maintaining the main structural frame intact. Color changes and the formation of water droplets on the PC surface were avoided by applying coextrusion and coating layers. When compared to the PE greenhouse, the PC greenhouse enabled increased light transmittance and thus a higher indoor temperature during both summer and winter. The thermal insulating property of the PC sheet effectively reduced the heating loss by approximately 55% during winter. The cherry tomatoes grown in the PC greenhouse exhibited superior fruit characteristics in terms of size, weight, and sugar content. The total amount of cherry tomatoes produced per unit area (1,000 ㎡) in the PC greenhouse was found to be greater by approximately 19% compared to that in the PE greenhouse.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the social welfare service delivery system of Namyangju City on the satisfaction degree of the elderly with welfare services and on their quality of life. This study conducted a survey of the elderly aged 65 and over who were either service users or nonusers of the public-private partnership welfare service delivery system called Hope Care Center. A total of 324 copies including 205 copies of Hope Care Center users and 119 copies of nonusers were analyzed. The analysis shows that the four key elements of welfare service delivery system are statistically significant to the service users of Hope Care Center than the nonusers with the users' higher level of satisfaction with the services. However, in terms of quality of life, there was no meaningful distinction between the two groups. This indicates that services of Hope Care Center increased the satisfaction with welfare services, thereby improving users' quality of life to the level of nonusers. Further studies for the same subjects are expected to be deeper if they compare and analyze the before and after of using Hope Care Center with more comprehensive independent variables.

Uncoupling protein(UCP) is expressed exclusively in brown adipose tissue(BAT). It is blown to uncouple phosphorylation from oxidation and hence to be involved in energy metabolism and heat production, especially under cold exposure. In the present study, we identified single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) in exon 3 of avUCP gene in Korean native chicken(KNC) population. It was detected a SNP T+1316C in exon 3 of avUCP gene by sequence analysis in KNC population. For PCR-RFLP analysis of the SNP T+1316C, used by AP III restriction enzyme. The result of PCR-RFLP analysis showed that allele T has two fragments of 255 bp and 86 bp, and allele C has only one fragment of 341 bp. The genotype frequencies were TT type, 0.7875; TC type, 0.1875 and CC type, 0.025; and the frequencies of allele T and C were 0.881 and 0.119, respectively in KNC population. Next study was conducted to investigate the effect of the SNP in avUCP gene on economic traits in the KNC population. The TT genotype had a significant higher daily percent lay(84.61) than CC genotype(p<0.05) in KNC population. This study may be useful for genetic studies of avCUP gene and selection on daily percent lay of KNC.

본 연구는 초기에 모집단에 취약한 부분에서 고장률의 증가가 생성하는 경우의 수정수명 곳선에 관련한 것이다. 이후 고장률은 전형적 수명곡선에 따른다. 따라서 고장률 h(t)와 평균잔존수명 m(t)와의 관계는 새로운 비교가 제시되어야 하고 새로운 수리적 분석을 수행하여야한다. 본 연구의 수리적 분석의 결과로 고장률과 평균잔존수명에 대한 최적Burn-In 타임은 일치하지 않는다.
