The Effect of Strategic and Operational Integration of 1st supplier's buyer and supplier on Production Flexibility (1차 협력사의 구매자 및 공급자와의 전략적·운영적 통합이 생산의 유연성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study empirically verified impact of strategic and operational integration between first-tier supplier and their supplier and strategic and operational integration between first-tier supplier and their buyer on operation performance. In order to achieve our goal, we tested reliability, validity and path coefficient using structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) over 284 first-tier manufacturing suppliers data that Korea Productivity Center (KPC) surveyed in 2013. This study results indicated that operational integration between first-tier supplier and their supplier or buyer has positive impact on production process flexibility. Meanwhile, strategic integration between first-tier supplier and buyer has positive impact on production flexibility. On the other hand, strategic integration between first-tier supplier and supplier has negative impact on production flexibility. And production process flexibility has positive impact on production flexibility. By empirically testing to departmentalize level and scope of supply chain integration, this study has academic and managerial implications from first-tier perspective on.

Accident Reconstruction Analysis by Mathematical and Optimization Method from Skid Mark and Stopped Position (활주흔과 정지지점으로부터 수학적방법과 최적화방법에 의한 교통사고 재현기법에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 차대차 충돌사고시 차량충돌위치와 충돌속도 분석기법을 사고사례를 통해 연구하였다. 차량충돌위치는 사고현장 노면에 생성된 타이어 마크를 이용하여 수학적방법으로, 충돌속도는 실제 사고차량 최종정지위치와 모의충돌실험을 통해 분석된 차량 최종정지위치와의 차를 목적함수로 하여 이를 최소로 수렴하는 최적화기법을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 승용차량 오른쪽 앞바퀴 위치는 중앙선으로부터 좌측으로 0.45m 떨어진 진행방향 1차로 상이고, 왼쪽 앞바퀴는 중앙으로부터 좌측으로 0.345m 떨어진 지점에 위치한 상태이다. 최적화기법을 이용하여 사고차량의 충돌속도를 분석한 결과. 최적화의 오차율이 0.8%인 경우 충돌속도는 승용차량 67.75Km/h, 짚형 승용차량 29.67Km/h로 분석되었으며, 충돌 후 x축에 대한 속도는 승용차량 20.0Km/h, 짚형승용차량 15.69Km/h이고, y축에 대한 속도는 승용차량 15.68Km/h, 짚형 승용차량 7.66Km/h로 분석되었다. 반면, 기존 충돌속도 분석모형식을 이용하여 사고차량의 충돌속도를 분석한 결과 승용차량 64.97Km/h, 짚형승용차량 31.27Km/h로 도출되었다. 따라서, 최적화기법을 통해 분석한 충돌속도와 기존 분석모형식을 이용하여 분석한 충돌속도와의 오차가 승용차량 2.78Km/h, 짚형승용차량 1.6Km/h로 최적화기법을 이용하여 분석한 결과에 대한 신뢰성이 높은 것으로 연구결과 도출되었다 따라서, 추후 차 대 차 충돌사고를 분석함에 있어 타이어 흔적을 이용한 수학적방법과 모의충돌실험을 통한 최적화기법을 이용하면 충돌속도는 물론 충돌전.후 차량의 운동특성에 대한 정확한 분석이 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Statistical Water Quality Monitoring Network Design of Kyung-An Stream (통계적 기법을 이용한 경안천 유역의 수질 측정망 구성)

  • In this study a statistical water quality monitoring network design of Kyung-An stream is proposed. Water quality data for the design is obtained by QUAL2E model simulation. The observed monthly average water quality data from March to November in Kyung-An stream has been applied to this study. HEC-RAS model is also used for QUAL2E hydrauric parameter estimation. Before QUAL2E water quality parameter estimation, FORA is performed to reduce the number of parameters to be estimated, and then water quality parameters are calibrated with a observed monthly average data. Using these simulated water quality data, the number of gage station and its location are estimated by kriging theory and branch & boundary method. Such a network design is based on two case; average flow and low flow case, respectively. Next, proportional sampling method is applied to estimate the sampling frequency.

  • In order to provide various multimedia services in a wireless network, the call admission control for wireless channels should be resolved at the time of call setup and handoff by moving mobile terminal. In this paper. we propose a reliable DCAC( Distributed Call Admission Control)scheme using virtual cluster concept. The proposed DCAC scheme considers the state of $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ adjacent cells to provide a reliable call handling. The proposed scheme is analyzed by simulations and mathematical methods.

  • 본 고에서는 차세대 인터넷 구축을 위한 요소 기술에 대하여 전반적으로 살펴본다. 우리는 현재보다 1,000배 빠른 차세대 인터넷의 구축을 목표로 하고 있다. 따라서 과연 그만큼 빠른 인터넷의 구축이 필요할 것인가를 검증하는 차원에서 향후 5년 정도의 가까운 시일 내에 있을 인터넷 트래픽의 증대에 대한 수요를 서비스 측면에서 살펴본다. 차세대 인터넷은 풍부한 전송대역폭의 제공과 QoS를 기반으로 한 신뢰성 있는 데이터의 전달을 특징으로 하며, 이를 위해서 광스위칭 기반의 전송 하부구조 위에 MPLS 기술이 사용될 것으로 예상된다. 이를 위한 요소기술로 DWDM 전송기술, MEMS 기반의 광스위칭 소자기술과 함께 광스위칭 기술에 지능을 부여하기 위한 표준화 동향에 대하여 살펴본다. 현재의 IP 기반 인터넷에서 제공하지 못하는 QoS 기능은 MPLS에서 가능하게 될 것이다. MPLS에서의 중요한 응용인 트래픽 엔지니어링과 VPN 서비스는 망이 보다 안정적으로 유지될 수 있도록 지원하면서 기업들이 MPLS 망을 이용하여 자신의 망을 구축할 수 있도록 지원할 것이다. MPLS 기술은 IETF에서 표준화가 진행되고 있으며 라우터 개발업체 및 ISP의 큰 지원을 받고 있다. 차세대 인터넷을 위해서는 전달망의 구축도 필요하지만 이와 함께 차세대 인터넷 응용을 위한 컴퓨팅 인프라도 균형있게 개발되어야 한다. 따라서 현재 그 윤곽을 드러내고 있는 차세대 인터넷 응용 인프라 환경에 대하여 그 등장 배경과 관련 기술에 대하여 조망한다. 차세대 인터넷의 개발을 위해서는 광처리 관련 원천 기술, 프로세서 개발 기술, 라우터 설계 기술 및 서버 개발 기술, 어플리케이션 기반 기술 및 사용자 인터페이스 기술들이 전략적으로 이음새 없이 매끄럽게 통합되어야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 필요한 요소기술들을 다수 보유하고 있는 ETRI의 역할은 매우 중요하리라 생각된다.

Modification and Validation of an Analytical Method for Dieckol in Ecklonia Stolonifera Extract (곰피추출물의 지표성분 Dieckol의 분석법 개선 및 검증)

  • This study was to investigate an analytical method for determining dieckol content in Ecklonia stolonifera extract. According to the guidelines of International Conference on Harmonization. Method validation was performed by measuring the specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy, limit of detection (LOD), and limit of quantification (LOQ) of dieckol using high-performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array. The results showed that the correlation coefficient of calibration curve (R2) for dieckol was 0.9997. The LOD and LOQ for dieckol were 0.18 and 0.56 ㎍/mL, respectively. The intra- and inter-day precision values of dieckol were approximately 1.58-4.39% and 1.37-4.64%, respectively. Moreover, intra- and inter-day accuracies of dieckol were approximately 96.91-102.33% and 98.41-105.71%, respectively. Thus, we successfully validated the analytical method for estimating dieckol content in E. stolonifera extract.

Reliability improvement method in weapon systems through field failure data analysis (무기체계 고장사례분석으로 본 무기체계 신뢰성 개선방안)

  • Recently, as weapon systems have become more complex and multi-functional, the difficulty of the operation and maintenance of weapon systems in the military have become increasingly difficult. On the other hand, the service period of operations and maintenance workers who perform operations and maintenance has been shortened, and the skill of system operation and maintenance has been lowered. This complexity and multi-functionality of equipment cause malfunctions and errors of users and maintenance personnel, and degradation of the reliability affects availability and combat readiness. In addition, life cycle costs have been gradually increasing. Therefore, I would like to suggest an improvement plan of the design of weapon systems and ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) in order to examine the implications of failure in the military. The weapon system is operated in the ROK Navy. Data from 730 cases of failure of weapon systems was collected, and analyzed. The results of the analysis are classified into failures that can be prevented in advance and failures that cannot be prevented. This shows the portion of preventable failures in weapon systems and proposes measures to minimize failures.

  • This study compares and analyzes user experiences of intelligent personal assistant services based on the evaluation criteria of human-computer interaction to explore positive elements of user experiences and factors that could be improved. The research was conducted on Apple's Siri, Google's Google Associate, and Samsung's Bixby, which is presently the smartest personal assistant service on the market. The research method was to compare and analyze the concepts and characteristics of the current services through a literature review and by interviewing seven UI/UX design experts for the second 2 weeks using contextual inquiry. The interview reorganized Peter Morville's user experience honeycomb, reducing his seven usability principles down to five, asking questions about usability, convenience, visual attractiveness, reliability, and satisfaction. On the basis of the reconfigured usability principle, the assessment was conducted on the basis of the assessment timing and the system usability scale. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the user experience of artificial intelligence personal assistant services both quantitatively and qualitatively.

Temporal and Spatial Variation of the Sea Surface Temperature Differences Derived from Argos Drifter Between Daytime and Nighttime in the Whole East Sea (위성추적 표류부이를 이용한 동해 표면수온의 주야간 온도차에 대한 중규모 시공간 변동)

  • The daytime and nighttime sea surface temperature (SST) differences and their seasonal variabilities in the East Sea were studied using Argos drifters data during 1996~1999. The SST differences for 1,438 data set were derived from 30 Argos drifters related to the NOAA satellite-based location and data collection system. The horizontal variation of SST differences in summer in the East Sea were higher than those in winter. The relationship between the SST differences and the half day moving distances of Argos drifters was studied. Monthly SST difference in the northern and southern part of 38$^{\circ}$N in the East Sea was considered. The SST differences derived from NOAA-14 satellite were compared with those from Argos drifter between daytime and nighttime in the turbulent eddy off Wonsan coast of Korea.

  • Traffic condition monitoring system serves as the foundation for all intelligent transportation system operation. Loop detectors and Video Image Processing are the most widely common technology approach to condition monitoring in korea Highways. Lane Usage is defined as the proportion of total link volume served by each lane. In this research, the lane Usage(LU) of two lane link for one day. Interval is 56% : 44%. The LU of three lane link is 39% : 37% : 24%. The LU of four lane link is 25% : 29% : 26% : 21%. These analysis reveal that each lane distributions of link are not same. This research investigates the general concept of lane usage by using collected loop detector data and the investigated that lane distribution is different by traffic lane and lane usage is consistent by time of day.
