Development of the Driving-will Control System for a Power-assisted Electric Wheelchair (힘 보조형 전동 휠체어를 위한 구동 의지 제어 시스템 개발)

  • This paper deals with development of the driving-will control system in power-assisted electric wheelchair. Nowadays, population of elderly people has been increased rapidly, and also an electric wheelchair has been considered as the device for the elderly. Especially, power-assisted electric wheelchair can overcome problems that a conventional electric wheelchair holds, such as lack of movement of wheelchair user. In this paper, we propose the sensors system to measure the driving-will force and perform the control action for a power-assisted electric wheelchair. And motion performance of the proposed system is verified through the experiment.

  • The aims this paper to examine Nietzsche's criticism on Paul's transvaluation of values. First, I will examine Socrates' transvaluation of values through which, Greek culture was deconstructed. He opened a path for the transvaluation of values before Paul and Nietzsche and reorganized Greek culture around his own values. I will also analyze the 'will to power' hidden behind Socrates' transvaluation of values. Second, I will examine the essence of the Paul's transvaluation of values. I will trace how Paul, through his transvaluation of values, could become the center of Christianity and, in turn, control European Culture. I will also show the difference between the teachings of Jesus and the arguments of Paul. Third, I will look at the Nietzsche's criticism on Paul's transvaluation of values. The key to Nietzsche's criticism on Paul is to evaluate Paul's transvaluation of values in terms of his will to power. And I will also look at the problems of Nietzsche's criticism on Paul. Fourth, I will look at Nietzsche's transvaluation of values. It is accomplished in such a way that he makes Socrates' and Paul's transvaluation of value alters. His transvaluation of values will be critically examined for strength in life and world understanding over Socrates' and Paul's transvaluation of values.

  • 이 논문은 노인 및 장애인의 활동을 보조하기 위한 보행보조 로봇의 기술인 사용자의 진행하고자 하는 방향과 속도를 검출하는 보행 보조 로봇의 조향 장치를 구현 하고자 한다. 최근에 노인인구의 증가로 인해 노인 및 장애인을 위한 보행 보조기에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 경우 동력이 없는 시스템으로 경사 등의 공간에서 취약성을 가지 고 있다. 이에 동력형 보행보조기에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 대부분의 경우 보행보조기의 제어가 조정한다는 의미가 적합하였다. 그러나 이 논문에서는 사용자의 움직임이 손에 전달되는 힘에 의해 사용자의 의지력을 파악 하는 두가지형태의 조향장치를 구현하였다. 첫째로 가변저항을 이용하여 보행의지를 파악하고, 두 번째로 힘센서를 이용하여 보행의지를 파악하였다. 위 두가지 센서를 기초로 사용자가 이동하고자 하는 이동 방향과 이동 속도 데이터를 기초로 보행보조기의 차량 속도와 방향에 대해 구동 바퀴의 차동 구동을 통해 사용자의 의지에 맞춰 구동할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • This paper deals with method to measure the user's driving-will force and to control the power-assisted wheelchair. To solve this problem, we extract the user's driving-will by using the mathematical motor model. And then, we get the linear and angular velocity at the center of the vehicle. Wheel velocities are also measured from center velocity. Finally, power-assisted electric wheelchairs are controlled by these data. Here all processes are verified by simulation.

  • The present study examines Nietzsche's critique of Schopenhauer with regard to the problem of morality and the basis thereof. Schopenhauer's philosophy that each written life as objectification of the will, had an important impact on the early development of Nietzsche's philosophy. But nevertheless Nietzsche criticized Schopenhauer because he denies life in the value of earthly life. Schopenhauer asserts that life is a painful matter because the blind govern all life, and pushes. But unlike Nietzsche, Schopenhauer buoyed the meaning of life, which increases again with the will to power and carry out. Of course there is some resemblance between Schopenhauer and Nietzsche, namely equiprimordiality as both distance themselves from the traditional philosophy that characterizes the man as a rational being and understands. They both destruct the idea of philosophy as a science, and try together to build another philosophical horizon. But in terms of interpretations of life and morals, they have taken different paths. According to Schopenhauer, our life is ultimately sad and agonizing. To overcome this situation, we must deny the will to live and renounce it absolutely. He believes that the moral can eliminate the displacement of the blind will to live and overcome. But in comparison, Nietzsche claims that morality or any moral act is always driven out of resentment. But this resentment is nothing more than a revenge or retribution, which was invented by the weakness. But according to Nietzsche, the feeling of resentment clear will to live. The present paper examines whether Nietzsche's moral critique of Schopenhauer is possible and if so, such a moral critique of Nietzsche can be performed.

  • 이 논문은 노인 및 장애인의 활동을 보조하기 위한 보행보조 로봇의 핵심 기술인 사용자의 진행하고자 하는 방향과 속도를 검출하는 보행의지 파악시스템 구현을 하고자 한다. 최근에 노인인구의 증가로 인해 노인 및 장애인을 위한 보행 보조기에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 경우 동력이 없는 시스템으로 경사 등의 공간에서 취약성을 가지고 있다. 이에 동력형 보행보조기에 대만 관심이 증가되고 있으나, 대부분의 경우 보행보조기 조종이 여의치 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자의 보행의지를 파악할 수 있는 시스템을 도입하고 이를 기초로 보행자의 안정적인 구동을 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 사용자의 의지력은 FSR 센서를 이용하여 파악하고, 이를 기초로 사용자가 이동하고자 하는 이동 방향과 이동속도 데이터를 기초로 보행보조기의 차량 속도와 방향에 대해 구동 바퀴의 차동구동을 통해 사용자의 의지에 맞춰 구동할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 통해 사용자의 이동하려는 의지에 대해 안정적으로 차량을 이동시킬 수 있도록 보행 시스템을 구축하였다. 또한 사용자자의 힘에 대한 속도 및 방향 매핑 기법을 개발하여 보행의지의 정확성을 높였다.

  • This paper presents the design of the power-assisted controller for the in-wheel type smart wheelchair by using torque estimation that is predicted by relationship between input voltage and output wheel angular velocity. Nowadays, interest of the moving assistant aids is increased according to the increase in population of the elderly and the handicapped person. However some of the moving assistant aids have problems. For example, manual wheelchair has difficulty moving at the slope, because users lack the muscular strength of their arm. In electric wheelchair case, users should be weak by being decreased muscles of upper body. To overcome these problems, power-assisted electric wheelchair are proposed. Most of the power-assisted electric wheelchair have the special rims that can measure the user's power. In here, the rims have to be designed to install the sensors to measure user's power. In this paper, we don't design the rim to measure the man power. To predict the man power, we propose a control algorithm of the in-wheeled electric wheelchair by using torque estimation from the wheel. First, we measure the wheel velocity and voltage at the in-wheel electric wheelchair. And then we extract driving will forces by using proposed mathematical model. Also they are applied at the controller as the control input, we verify to be able to control in-wheel type smart wheelchair by using simulation.

  • Movie captured audience's whole sense organs to the screen which is made up of visual story-telling decorated by color, sound, and smell. The audience rediscovered native emotions(pleasure, fear, terror) suppressed and left in the compressed world of space and time, that is to say a movie world separated from the real world, by being immersed in the movie story. This study revealed audience's feelings of pleasure and fear by analyzing the movie . First of all, the pleasure would be discussed in terms of Nietzsche's "the will to power." Nietzsche defined something to breathe, move, and will as being alive, and he insisted that its power to life is 'the will to power.' Human beings wish to have power and want to increase it: pleasure, the real motivation of human behaviors and phenomena. The movie well revealed the pleasure by showing nonperson's challenge and victory against social rulers. Second, the fear and terror of the audience will be discussed in terms of in Lacan's psychoanalysis. Lacan extended Freud's id, ego, and superego into the worlds of reality, imagine, and symbol, and suggested a father in symbol world among those worlds. He suggested as a basic and connecting instrument of the socialization just like Signifi$\acute{e}$ and Signifiant, Saussure' basic linguistic structure in "Cours de lingustique g$\acute{e}$n$\acute{e}$rale"(1916). Because father is the symbol and the metaphor of law, the absence of him and resistance against him means obstacles of social stabilization. Finally this paper will also discuss that the fear from the absence of law and the pleasure provoked by self-preserving instincts, that is to say natural feelings, are connected to values of progressivism and conservatism.
