The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of integrated education research conducted in Korea and to propose a meaningful discussion for further research. Among the studies conducted for last three years, the relevant 161 research articles were selected, and 236 effect sizes were calculated. Effect sizes were analyzed with different dependant variables including creativity, problem solving ability, academic achievement, inquiry skills, creative personality, scientific attitude, and interests. In addition, effect sizes with different moderating variables, such as characteristics of subjects, sample sizes, class types, core disciplines and publication types, were compared. The results are as follows: The overall effect size of integrated education program produced a huge effect (effect size=0.88, U3=81.06%). Integrated education program showed the highest effect size on scientific attitude among other dependant variables. However, all of the other dependant variables represented more than medium size effect size. Integrated program proved to be more effective on kindergarten pupils and gifted students compared to other school levels and regular students. The effect size for group of less then thirty students were larger than other groups. Programs implemented in after school hours were more effective than in regular school hours. Considering the core subject of program, arts-centered integrated programs showed the largest effect size, while all the others showed above medium effect sizes. Finally, doctoral dissertation showed the highest effect size compared to master's thesis and academic journal articles. Conclusions and recommendations for further research were provided.

The objective of this present study was to investigate the overall effects of strategy instruction on Korean students' English language learning. In order to do so, 55 individual experimental results in 46 journal articles were collected, and a meta-analysis was carried out to them. This study also analyzed the results of studies on strategy instruction according to various variables such as school types, treatment periods, and types of dependent variable. The mean effect size of strategy instruction in English language teaching is .536, which means the medium effects in general. No statistically significant differences were found among various moderators and dependent variables. Based on these results, suggestions for further research are discussed.

창업교육에서 강조하는 창의성 역량은 사회에 필요한 융합형 인재 육성을 위해 반드시 필요한 부분이다. 하지만 이제까지 창업교육에 대한 효과성을 검증함에 있어서 창업분야에 대한 단편적인 효과중심으로 연구되었고 진로에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 효과 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 차별적으로 대학의 창업교육을 통한 역량함양이 사회에 진출을 앞두고 있는 대학생의 진로준비와 행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증분석 검증하였다. 2016년 8월부터 설문조사를 실시하였고 지역별 창업교육을 수강한 대학생 393개의 표본을 실증분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 창업교육을 통해 함양된 협업적의사소통능력, 창의적문제해결능력은 기업가정신과 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 기업가정신과 자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 기업가정신, 자기효능감의 매개효과 검증에서 협업적 의사소통능력, 창의적 문제해결능력과 진로준비행동 사이에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤지만 창업교육에 의한 창의성 역량들은 진로준비행동에는 직접적인 유의미한 영향이 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 본 연구의 시사점은 대학의 창업교육의 효과 검증에서 창업교육의 양적인 확대보다는 기업가정신과 자기효능감을 고취 함양시킴으로써 진로준비행동에 긍정의 영향을 미친다는 시사점을 도출 할 수 있었다. 또한 대학 창업교육의 중요성 검증과 향후 다양한 효과에 대한 평가를 학생창업 영역 뿐만 아니라 다각도로 추가 연구가 필요하겠다.

This paper analyzed four large scale studies on the impact of school libraries on students' learning. It identifies how students benefit from their school libraries and how the libraries contribute to the educational goals of the schools. The four studies were the 'National Power' project study, the Scotland study, the Ohio study, and the Delaware study. These studies developed frameworks for evaluating the impact of school libraries on learning, which give insights on how educational objectives and experiences are related with each other and what indicators are available to measure their impact on learning. Basing on Bloom's Taxonomy of educational objectives and Kuhlthau's model of information search process, the educational objectives of the frameworks included cognitive, affective, and psychomotor/physical domain, plus interpersonal domain. The four studies used such research methods as case studies, observations, interviews, focus group discussions, log data analyses in order to identify various learning experiences and impacts.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of drama education program for elementary school students by using method of meta-analysis. For the purpose of the study, master's theses, doctoral dissertations, and journal articles published in Korea up to July, 2013 were systematically reviewed. As a result, a total of 19 studies were eligible for the inclusion criteria. The mean effect sizes and test for homogeneity of effect size(Q-statistic) were analyzed by using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis software 2.0. The main findings of the study were as follows. First, the average effect sizes for drama education program were ES=1.103 of self-expression, ES=1.011 of self-esteem, ES= .858 of creativity and ES= .672 of sociality. Second, by analysing the moderate variables of the effect size for drama education program, 'sessions' were statistically significant. Based on the study results, the research and practice implications were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of simulation program using virtual reality (VR). Examination of databases resulted in identification of 1,415 studies of which 3 satisfied the inclusion data. Data analysis was performed using R version 4.0.2 to calculate the effect sizes, explore possible causes of heterogeneity, and check for publication bias, using a funnel plot. The mean effect size of the simulation program was medium (g=0.35), along with the skill performance (g=0.59), satisfaction (g=0.38), knowledge (g=0.21). Finally a funnel plot was produced to check for publication bias, but no significant bias was detected. Based on these findings, the simulation program using VR affects nursing education.

본 논문은 기업의 경영혁신, 경쟁력 강화 및 생산성 향상의 주요 도구로서 각광받 고 있는 CALS의 구축과 효과에 대하여 이론적 문헌들을 중심으로 연구하였다. 특히 본 연 구에서는 첫째로 CALS의 이론적 배경에 대하여 간략하게 논하였다. 둘째, CALS의 구축사 례에 대하여 외국의 구축사례, 국내의 구축사례, 외국과 국내기업간의 CALS 구축의 차이점 에 대하여 구체적으로 분석하였다. 셋째, CALS의 도입으로 인한 효과와 문제점에 대하여 일반적인 효과, 부분적인 효과, 그리고 문제점으로 세분하여 논하였다. 끝으로, 본 논문을 요약하고 한께 및 향후 연구방향을 간략하게 제시하였다.

This paper exploited the data reported in BK21 program of professors' research performances and analyzed the effects of reputational concerns on professors' research performances. According to the established theory of reputation effects in incentive provision, a professor's research incentive gets stronger if one's ability is less known, and one's colleagues' abilities are better known. We confirmed this theoretical hypothesis of reputation effects. Moreover, we found that a professor's research incentive was larger under inter-generational grouping in terms of age distribution and homogeneous grouping in terms of ability uncertainty.

최근에 작업현장에서 널리 사용되고 있는 허리보호대는 그 예방적 효과에 대한 확실한 검증이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 작업현장에서의 허리보호대의 예방적 효과에 대한 8편의 생체역학적(biomechanical) 연구들과 6편의 역학적(epidemiological) 연구들 그리고 2편의 종합적 연구들을 비교 정리하였다. 대부분의 생체역학적 연구들은 허리보호대의 기계적 작용과 그에 따른 예방적 효과와의 직접적인 상관관계를 보여주지 못하고 있다. 역학적 연구들은 일관성 없는 결과들을 발표하여 작업현장에서의 허리보호대의 예방적 효과에 대한 연구결과간의 비교를 어렵게 하고 있다. 좀더 확실한 결론을 얻기 위해서 앞으로 작업현장에서의 허리보호대의 예방적 효과에 대한 더 많은 연구가 있어야 할 것이다.
