국내의 12개소 저산출 우물을 대상으로, 외국의 유정들에서의 산출량 증대를 위하여 많이 사용되고있는 인공수압파쇄 방법을 적용하여 산출성 증대 효과를 검증하였다. 12개소에 대하여 수압파쇄시험 전후로 양수 시험을 실시하여 투수성 증대 등의 효과와 비양수량을 정량적으로 평가한 결과, 비양수량의 경우 전체적으로 평균 약 45%의 증가하였으며 투수량계수 또한 약 26%가 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 인공수압파쇄 방법이 대수층내 열극의 생성 혹은 확장 및 균열내의 막힘(clog) 물질 제거를 통해 투수성을 상당히 개선시킨 것으로 평가된다. 특히, 현재까지의 시험 결과, 퇴적암류 지역에서 보다 화성암류 지역에서의 시험 결과가 양호하게 나타났다. 화성암 지역에서 개발된 홍천에서의 사례를 볼 때, 고압의 주입을 통하여 상부 및 하부의 파쇄대가 확장 연결되고, 이들 파쇄 열극에 부착된 광물학적, 생물학적 막힘 물질이 제거되면서 산출성이 증대되는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose of this study is to analyze degrees of oral transmission, customer satisfaction, and subscription customer's re-visitation to grasp effectiveness of CRM of construction company. Brand recognition, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty can be made to improve by CRM of construction company. Ultimately, this study is intended to improve management achievement by increasing total sales and reducing expense. 175 distribution customers and subscription customers participate in the final analysis for this study. In terms of service quality factors, state of facility, trust, response, conviction and sympathy are measured. In terms of effectiveness, customer satisfaction, oral transmission, and customer's re-visitation are measured. Considering these things, CRM of construction company can improve oral transmission, satisfaction, re-visitation of distribution customers and subscription customers. CRM of construction company can be utilized as a competitive means for management and contribute to improving management achievement in the long run. Through examining actual effectiveness of CRM of construction company in this study, it can be thought that necessity and possibility of CRM of construction company should be recognized and CRM of construction company should be developed further.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the disability awareness program and to search for its development plan. For this, the disability awareness program was developed and lecturers were educated. And it had been exercised and examined its effect to 508 people including elementary, middle and high school students and adults nationwide from June to October in 2017. To examine the effect of the program, Disability Awareness Index developed by Korean Foundation for Persons with Disabilities was used. It was also examined on the change of the disability awareness(understanding disability and human rights of disabled) and of the knowledge about discrimination and differentiation. Pre-post tests based on the experimental design were performed and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired t-test, independent t-test and ANOVA. The research results showed as follows; Disability awareness was improved significantly and knowledge about discrimination and differentiation were enhanced after attending the program. Also, it was found that the factors like gender, age, and program types made significant difference to the effects of the program. Based on the research results, this study suggested for the development disability awareness program and the directions for future studies.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of the advance organizer in programming class on elementary school students' logical thinking ability and self-efficacy. We developed our teaching-learning materials of programming for this purpose, Further, they are applied to the elementary school, and their effects are analyzed. Fourth grade students in elementary school were selected for the experiments of this study, For comparison, they were divided into a control group who taught by a traditional programming teaching method and an experimental group who taught by our advance organizer programming class. As a result, through before-and-after t-verifications performed on the experimental group and the control group respectively, we found statically significant differences between the two groups, and the effectiveness of our new programming teaching method was proved in both learner's self-efficacy and logical thinking ability.

This study is a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest designed to understand the effect of ethical dilemma discussion program on human rights sensitivity and ethical values of university students. By providing ethical dilemma discussion program to university students in C university, G-do, the effectiveness was verified. Analyzed using IBM SPSS 24.0. The normality of the variables was verified by Shapiro-Wilk test. Homogeneity was verified using real number and percentage, Fisher's exact probability test and independent t-test. The program's effect was verified using paired t-test. The results of this study are as follows: after the ethical dilemma discussion program, the experimental group's human rights sensitivity(t=-2.32, p=.025), and ethical value(t=-2.43, p=.020) were higher than the control group. Therefore, the ethical dilemma discussion program of this study helped improve the human rights susceptibility and ethical values of the subjects. Further research is needed to verify the effects of ethics education on diverse groups.

This study's aim was to verify the mediating effect of the social withdrawal and the community spirit within path which the perception of the local community predicted the quality of life of adolescence. For verifying the purpose of this study, this study selected a total of 2,000 cases from the Korean Child-Youth Pannel Study(KYPS) as a research target. In this study, Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) of AMOS 18.0 was applied as an analysis method, and sobel test was applied for utilizing the significance of the mediating effect. The research result were as follows through the presented research method. Firstly, this study has proved the effectiveness of the direct path that the perception of the local community predicted the quality of the life of adolescence. Secondary, this study has verified the effectiveness of the indirect path of the social withdrawal and the community spirit. Based on these findings, this study has presented the intervention methods for the quality of the life of adolescence and the suggestion for the future research.

The purpose of this study were to develop VR-based cooking serious game(VR-Cook) for students with intellectual disabilities and to validate effectiveness. The VR-Cook was developed using the ASSURE model. Twenty students with intellectual disabilities were participated to verify effectiveness. Ten students were assigned to the experimental group and the others to the control group. The control group received traditional interventions, and the experimental group participated in the intervention combining traditional intervention with VR-Cook. Evaluations were made at three times, and evaluation data were analyzed with repeated two-way ANOVA. The experimental group has improved more than control group in cooking activities and class attitudes.

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of the high performance and the work system recognized by the organizational members participating in the NCS enterprise utilization consulting on the organizational effectiveness and the influence of the organizational performance. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the research hypotheses were verified by applying multiple regression analysis and co-integration regression analysis on the 145 usable results from using the statistical program of SPSS 24.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, hypothesis 1, the analysis of positive(+) influence on organizational effectiveness on the characteristics of the system (selection system, evaluation and compensation, education and training opportunity, member participation system, job stability) was adopted due to its' positive(+) and significant relationship. Second, hypothesis 2, an analysis that the organizational effectiveness would have a positive impact on organizational performance was adopted due to its' proven work. However, its' effectiveness will need verification. Third, regression analysis was conducted to confirm the role of the hypothesis 3, personnel management effectiveness, between the high performance and the work system (selection system, evaluation/compensation, education/training opportunity, member participation system, job stability). As a result, Hypothesis 3 showed that the selection system (H3-1), evaluation and compensation(H3-2), education and career opportunities(H3-3), member participation system(H3-4), job stability(H3-4) showed that organizational effectiveness has a moderating role in HR effectiveness. The main implication of this study is that the positive and working system recognized by the organizational members has positive affects on organizational effectiveness and organizational performance. In order to enhance the substantiality management system through improvement of organizational performance, a regular implementation plan on a high-performance working system along with education & training system to improve organizational effectiveness is required so that the members of the organization could form a consensus. Second, as a result of confirming the moderating effects of HR management effectiveness, the moderating role of HR management system and organization effectiveness was verified positive. Therefore, this study shows that the part that verifies both organizational effectiveness and organizational performance through high-performance working system and the part that confirmed the role of control between high-performance work system and organizational effectiveness are the biggest difference from the previous research.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effects of authentic leadership on creativity, psychological safety, and the mediating effects of cooperative behavior in order to enhance the creativity of personnel as a means of innovation in enterprises. The hypothesis was established based on the theory and prior study of authentic leadership, creativity, psychological safety, cooperation behavior. The data collected from 353 employees of domestic enterprises were verified for reliability and validity through CFA, SPSS 25, and AMOS 25. Macro Process 3.0 was used for hypothesis testing. Verification of the hypothesis of the study model showed that authentic leadership had a significant positive effect on psychological safety, cooperation behavior and creativity, and that the mediating effect of psychological safety and cooperation behavior was also significant. The significance of this study can be found in the fact that the impact of authentic leadership has been verified based on motivation among the CMC (Componential Model of Creativity) and that it has suggested that creativity of an organization's personnel may be enhanced by changing organizational culture through leadership.
