이 논문은 저소득층(低所得層)을 위한 소규모 인간봉사조직분의 효과성(效果性)에 관한 평가연구(評價硏究)를 소개한 것이다. 클라이언트에게 만족스러운 서어비스를 제공하고, 충분한 클라이언트를 확보하고, 요원(要員)들간의 갈등과 긴장을 최소한으로 줄이고, 조직분의 유연성을 유지하는 네 가지 중요한 진료소조직분의 활동들을 평가(評價)하였다. 이들 활동을 "이중(二重) 목표(目標)" (Dual Goal)의 이론을 바탕으로 하는 목적개념(目的槪念)에 입각해서, 외부(外部) 또는 내부(內部) 지향적(指向的) 목표달성(目標達成)을 위한 것으로 양분(兩分)했다. 이러한 활동들을 18개 진료소(診療所)에서 709명의 저소득층 클라이언트들과 133명의 요원(要員)들을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사(設問調査)와 현장시찰(現場視察)을 통해서 평가하였다. 이 결과, 효과성규준치간(效果性規準値間)의 상호연관성(相互聯關性), 효과성(效果性)과 관련된 진료소조직분의 구조적(構造的) 및 인간적(人間的) 특성(特性)에 관하여 연구(論究)하였다.

Motorcycle patrol is used for traffic control and enforcement in highly congested areas. One of the major problems with this form of patrol is that it is extremely dangerous since just about any type of accident tends to cause harm to the rider. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of police motorcycle patrol, and to suggest the methods for improving the effectiveness of police motorcycle patrol. This study conducts the survey on 139 policemen that belong to Daejeon Provincial Police Agency that had implemented motorcycle patrol. By factor analysis, the intimacy between policemen and citizens, the excellence of patrol devices, the speed of response, and the appropriacy of patrol method are grouped as the independent variables. And the dependent variable is the effectiveness of police motorcycle patrol. The results of this study demonstrates that the effectiveness of police motorcycle patrol is affected statistically by the speed of response, the appropriacy of patrol, and the intimacy between policemen and citizens. But, the intimacy between policemen and citizens affected the effectiveness negatively. Therefore, police department must make the effort for increasing the speed of response and enhancing the appropriacy of patrol. Also, police department must make patrolmen sincerely conscious of the value of police-community relation.

현재의 침입탐지 시스템의 문제점들을 개선하기 위해 침입탐지 정보의 축약기술 및 연관성 분석 기법들에 대한 연구들이 진행 중이다. 또한 최근에는 침입탐지 정보의 연관성 분석 시스템에 대한 효과성 검증에 대한 연구도 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 침입탐지 정보의 축약기술 및 연관성 분석 시스템의 효과성을 검증하기 위한 평가방안을 제안하였다 즉, 침입탐지 정보의 연관성 분석 시스템에 필요한 기능 요구사항을 제시하고, 그러한 기능을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법으로 가중치 및 행렬에 의한 방법을 제안하였다.

In this study, the meta-analysis technique was applied to investigate the effectiveness of gifted-mathematics programs on development of creativity. Studies conducted the outcomes form the 20 studies were used for meta-analysis. Research questions are as follows; first, what is the overall effect size of the gifted mathematics programs on development of mathematical creativity. Second, what are effect sizes of sub-group(fluency, flexibility, originality) analysis. Third, compare the effect sizes of those in compliance with the grade and the class type. Results from data analysis are as follows. First, the overall effect size for studies related the gifted-mathematical programs was .66, which is high. Second, it was found that each sub-group differed from its effect on learning outcomes. Fluency(.76) was the highest of all, which was followed by flexibility(.60) and originality(.50) in a row. Lastly, the overall effect size for gifted elementary school students related the gifted-mathematical programs was .69, which is high than gifted middle school students was .46.

본 논문에서는 VAL IT기법을 이용한 정보시스템감리의 효과성 평가방안에 대하여 논한다. 먼저 감리의 효과정과 VAL IT 기법의 개념을 소개한 후, VAL IT 프레임워크의 프로세스 및 주요관리 실무 요소에 대하여 설명한다. 끝으로 정보시스템감리의 효과성 평가에 VAL IT 기법을 이용하는 방안에 대하여 고찰한다.

외국인투자 유치를 통해 국내산업의 생산성을 향상시키는 것이 중요한데 외국인투자가 한국의 산업생산성에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지에 대한 실증연구가 전무한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 기업데이터를 이용하여 외국인투자의 생산성효과를 추정하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 상기 분석을 통해 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외국인소유기업의 노동생산성이 높다. 둘째, 외국인투자의 생산성 파급효과는 양(+)의 효과를 가지나 통계적으로 유의하지 않다. 즉, 생산성 파급효과가 미미하다고 볼 수 있다. 이상의 결론은 매우 중요한 시사점을 갖는다. 우선 외국인투자기업이 선진기술 및 경영노하우를 전수할 능력을 가졌을 가능성을 시사한다. 외국인투자를 유치하는 중요한 이유 중의 하나인 선진기술 및 경영노하우 전수의 전제조건인 외국인투자기업의 기술 및 노하우 소유가 실제로 성립할 가능성을 시사한다. 하지만 외국인투자가 국내산업 전반의 효율성 제고로 이어지는 데는 아직 장애요인이 존재함을 암시한다. 경쟁규율이 확립되지 않았거나 기술파급을 위한 제도적 여건이 미비한 것이 원인일 가능성이 있다. 따라서 정책적인 시사점은 어떻게 기술파급효과를 극대화할 것인가에 집중된다. 경쟁에서 낙오한 기업의 퇴출을 확실히 제도화함으로써 외국인투자의 경쟁압력이 기업의 효율성 증가로 이어지도록 해야 할 필요가 있으며 각종 반경쟁적 관행 또는 행위를 단속할 수 있는 경쟁정책의 확립이 요구된다. 또한 노동시장의 유연성 제고, 산업입지정책의 효율화 등을 통해 외국인투자의 기술이전 및 확산효과가 극대화되도록 해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to test the effects of articulation and sponsorship according to the native fit level. Especially this study is focused on the moderating effect of articulation type and thinking style. The results of this study are as follows. 1) An articulation effect appears more in the low native fit than the high one. 2), 3) The moderating effect appears in articulation type, but partially in thinking style. Namely, the difference in the articulation effect appears between commercial and non commercial articulation, but it does partially between holistic thinkers and analytic thinkers. 3) The higher articulation effect is, the more sponsorship effect(attitude toward sponsor and sponsor brand) is. The results of this study contribute theoretical and managerial implications about articulation and its effect as an effective means in marketing communications.

In recent years, as interest in youth startup has increased, the Korean government has established various policies to support young entrepreneurs and actively implements such policies. Especially, as a way to promote youth startup, the development of startup clubs in universities is being suggested, and the importance of startup clubs is growing day by day. As reflected in these points, the Korean government is increasing its budget every year to support the startup clubs of universities, and actively supports the funds and space required for the startup clubs of universities. Unfortunately, however, despite the growing importance of startup clubs and the active support of the government for the startup clubs, academic attempts to see how effectively the startup clubs are operating are not enough. For this reason, this study analyzes the effect of entrepreneurship of university start-up club members on the effectiveness of start-up club. More specifically, in this study, entrepreneurship of club members is classified as risk-taking propensity, proactiveness, and innovativeness, as emphasized in previous researches. We empirically analyzed the effects of these independent variables on the effectiveness of the start-up clubs, focusing on the moderating effect of club members' diversity. We conducted empirical analyses on 1112 start-up club members from 12 universities located in Jeollanam-do and Jeollabuk-do, and the analysis results are as follows. First, the entrepreneurship of the start-up club members, namely risk taking propensity, proactiveness and innovativeness, all have a positive effect on the effectiveness of the start-up club. These results are consistent with the emphasis of many previous studies. The higher the tendency to take risks, the more inclined to move forward through difficulties, and the higher the tendency to break out of the existing framework and pursue new things, suggesting that the effectiveness of the club is enhanced. Second, as a result of verifying the moderating effect of the club members' diversity, it was found that club members' diversity moderates the relationship between the proactiveness of club members and club effectiveness in the negative (-) direction. In other words, the positive effect of the entrepreneurship of club members on the effectiveness of the start-up club means that the proactiveness is weakened in the case of a club having members from different major backgrounds. The results of this study are expected to provide meaningful theoretical and practical implications by identifying the influencing factors of the start-up club's effectiveness, which has not received much attention so far.

흰쥐의 뒷발바닥에 carragennan(cg)을 피하투여하여 염증성 통증을 유발한 뒤, 그 통증이 최고에 달하는 3시간 뒤 Ach이나 SNP를 동일한 항법으로 투여해서 30분 후 cg유발 통증에 대하여 그 효과를 Randall-Selitto paw pressure test로 검색하였고, 체내 Nitric Oxide Synthase(NOS) 억제제인 L-NAME과 L-NOARG를 용량별로 적용하여 Ach의 진통효과를 억제하는 정도와 Methylene Blue 및 Hemoglobin을 투여해서 SUP효과 억제를 검사하였다. 그리고 척수 지주막하강내로 catheter를 삽입하여 위의 NO donor를 주입하고, NO의 중추신경계에서의 통각전도에 미치는 효과를 Tail-Flick test로 살펴보았다. 끝으로 NO가 가진 급,만성 통각관련효과를 희석한 formalin을 써서 검색하였다. 결 과: Ach과 SNP는 흰쥐에게 말초경로투여시 유의성있는 진통효과를 보였으며, NOS inhibitor와 NO scavenger로 그 효과가 역전되었다. 또한 NOS inhibitor간에는 억제효과가 용량의존성이 유사하게 나타났고, 중추신경계로의 직접투여때는 여러 생리적 조건이 직, 간접으로 관여함이 확인되었다.

식쌍성 Algo1과 44i Boo에 대해 각각 두 개의 비교성을 이용하여 광전관측을 수행하여 광도곡선을 얻었다. 색효과는 목적성과 비교성의 색의 차이에 기인한 효과로서 광도곡선상에 체계적인 오차로 남게 된다. 따라서, 자료보정 과정에서 전체 소과계수인 k만으로 보정하게 디면 색효과에 의한 체계적인 오차는 광도곡선상에 그대로 남게 된다. 즉, 쌍성관측에서는 비교성을 목적성과 거의 같은 위치의 것을 택하여 관측하기 때문에 투과 대기량의 차이와 곱해져 등급에 영향을 주는 1차 소광계수에 의한 효과보다는 색의 차에 기인한 2차 소광계수에 의한 효과가 더 크다는 의미이다. 물론 투과 대기량의 크기가 큰 곳에서는 1차 소광계수에 의한 효과도 커지게 된다. Algo1의 경우, 비교성과 점검성을 이용하여 얻은 광도걱선들은 평탄영역에서 이들의 색의 차이 때문에 다르게 나타났으며, 색항을 보정한 결과 두 광도곡선이 거의 유사하게 나타났다. 44i Boo의 경우는 평탄 영역이 거의 보이지 않고, 색에 의한 효과는 광도곡선의 전 영역에 걸쳐 나타났으며, 비교성이 점검성에 비하여 목적성으로부터 더 멀리 떨어진 관계로 k1,k2항이 모두 중요하게 나타났다. 한편, 1,2차 소광 보정 이후에도 날짜에 따라 다른 그림을 보여 준 것은 기기 효과에 기인한 것으로 보여졌으며, 자료에 가장 큰 오차로 기여하는 것은 시간에 따른 대기 상태의 변화이기 때무에 보다 정확한 자료보정을 하기 위해서는 동-서쪽으로 나누어 소광보정을 하는 것이 바람직 할것으로 보여졌다.
