고등학생이 인식하는 학업적 그릿과 학업소진 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과 (A Mediating Effect of Positive Psychological Capital on the Relationship between Academic Grit and Academic Burnout Perceived by High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 고등학생들이 지각하는 학업적 그릿과 학업소진 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 탐색하였다. 본 연구는 대구 소재 고등학교 2학년 573명을 대상으로 설문조사로 실시되었으며, 기술통계, 상관관계, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 학업적 그릿은 학업소진에 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본은 학업적 그릿과 학업소진 관계를 매개하였다. 이러한 결과는 고등학생들이 학업소진을 경험하는 상황에서 학업적 그릿을 지속하기 위해서는 긍정심리자본을 제공할 필요가 있다는 점을 시사한다. 후속 연구에서는 긍정심리자본의 하위변수별 매개효과, 긍정심리자본에 대한 프로파일에 따른 조절효과, 학업적 그릿과 학업소진 관계에 대한 성별, 학년 등 개인적 배경에 따른 분산분석 및 완벽주의, 효능감, 회복탄력성 등 관련 변수의 조절 및 매개효과를 탐색하는 연구가 요청된다.

재난 피해자의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인: 제3차 재난 피해자 패널 자료분석 (Factors associated with Quality of Life among Disaster Victims: An Analysis of the 3rd Nationwide Panel Survey of Disaster Victims)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to assess socio-demographic, disaster-related, physical health-related, psychological, and social factors that may adversely affect disaster victims' QoL (Quality of Life). Methods: A cross sectional study was designed by using the secondary data. From the 3rd Disaster Victims Panel Survey (2012~2017), a total of 1,659 data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, and multivariate linear regression. Results: Older people with lower health status lacking financial resources prior to a disaster were more at risk of low levels of QoL. Lower levels of perceived health status, resilience, and QoL were reported by disaster exposed individuals, while their depression was higher than the depression in the control group of disaster unexposed ones. Resilience, social and material supports were positively associated with QoL whereas depression and PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders) were negatively associated. Conclusion: These findings suggest that psychological symptoms and loss due to disasters can have adverse impacts on the QoL of disaster victims in accordance with their prior socio-demographic background. They also indicate that targeted post-disaster community nursing intervention should be considered a means of increased social support as well as physical and mental health care for disaster victims.

치과위생사의 심리적 자원이 주관적 경력성공과 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향 (Effect of psychological resources on subjective career success and subjective well-being in dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: Subjective well-being is a representative indicator of quality of life. Work and life are not separated, and work itself is a part of life. The purpose of this study was to confirm the effect of psychological resources such as self-esteem, self-efficacy, GRIT, and resilience on the subjective career success and subjective well-being in dental hygienists. Methods: From November 12, 2020 to December 30, 2020, an online survey was conducted on 650 dental hygienists, and data from 630 were analyzed. For the analysis, independent two-sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were performed, and the confirmatory factor analysis and measurement model, construct validity, construct reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity were confirmed. This was verified using a structural equation model. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for the statistical analyses; p<0.05 were considered statistically significant. Results: The final model fit was found to be suitable. There was no significant difference in subjective career success with respect to the personal characteristics and career characteristics, except for total career and number of turnovers. There was no significant difference in subjective well-being according to personal characteristics and career characteristics. Psychological resources such as self-esteem, self-efficacy, GRIT, and resilience were significant for subjective career success (p<0.05, R2=0.637). Subjective career success was significant for subjective well-being (p<0.05, R2=0.378). Among the psychological resources, self-esteem had both direct and indirect effects on subjective well-being (p<0.05). Conclusions: Positive psychological resources, rather than external conditions, are an important prerequisite for subjective career success and subjective well-being. Thus, it is proven that work is a part of life.

머신러닝을 활용한 서울시 중학생 진로성숙도 예측 요인 탐색 (Exploring the Factors Influencing Students' Career Maturity in Seoul City Middle School: A Machine Learning)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서울시 중학생의 진로성숙도 예측 요인을 찾기 위해 머신러닝 기법(Decision Tree, Random Forest, XGBoost)을 서울교육종단연구 4~6차년도 데이터에 적용하였다. 적용에 따라 도출된 세 가지 머신러닝 모형의 변수 중요도와 각 지표별 성능을 확인하였다. 또한 XGBoostExplainer 패키지를 활용하여 모형을 해석하였으며, 데이터 전처리와 분석 모두 R과 R Studio를 활용하였다. 그 결과 각 모형별로 변수 중요도 순위는 다소 차이가 있으나 '성취목표', '창의성', '자아개념', '부모자녀와의 관계', '회복탄력성'이 높은 순위를 보였다. 또한 XGBoostExplainer를 활용하여 패널별 진로성숙도에 정적·부적 영향을 주는 요인을 탐색하였고, '성취목표'가 진로성숙도 예측 최우선 요인임을 찾을 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 머신러닝 및 변수선택 방법의 비교연구와 서울교육종단연구 코호트별 비교연구가 수행되어야 함을 제언하였다.

  • 전 세계의 도시화율이 급증하여 메가시티의 수가 점차 증가하고 있다. 이와 더불어, 기후변화, 사회 발전 및 과학기술의 발전으로 인해 재난의 종류가 다양해지고, 피해 규모도 확대되고 있다. 특히, 메가시티는 1,000만 명 이상의 인구와 이들의 활동 공간이 초밀집·초연결·초융합되어 재난 발생 시 'n'차로 확대되어 피해가 가증되기 쉽다. 하지만, 메가시티는 한 나라의 정치, 경제, 문화 등의 중심지이다. 이로 인해, 메가시티에 복합재난이 발생한다면 국가안보차원에서의 위기로 발전될 수 있다. 따라서 메가시티가 예측능력, 복합대응능력, 신속대응능력 및 회복 탄력성을 갖출 수 있도록 범정부 차원의 노력을 집중할 필요가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 뉴노멀 시대에의 경쟁우위 확보 및 생존을 위한 전략 제시가 필요하다고 판단하고 경영 전략적 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 문헌 조사와 기업 CEO 10인의 집중 인터뷰를 통해 코로나19에 의한 뉴노멀과 이로 인해 야기된 경영환경 변화 트렌드 및 대응 전략 유형을 도출한다. 본 연구는 다양한 영역과 분야에서 전개될 수 있는 전략 대안 가운데 기업의 디지털 기반 경영 및 사업 수준의 전략 대안으로 연구 범위를 한정하였다. 기업 수준의 디지털 기반 전략 대안으로는 사업구조 리디자인 전략, 회복탄력성 강화 전략, ESG 경영전략, 디지털 트랜스포메이션 전략을 제시하였다. 사업 수준의 디지털 기반 전략 대안으로는 산업구조 리딩의 디지털전략, 디지털 혁신의 경쟁전략, 개방형 혁신의 플랫폼 전략, 고객 가치 지향 전략을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 디지털 기반의 전략을 보다 체계화하고자 하는 시도였다는 점과 어려운 상황을 슬기롭게 대처해야 하는 기업들의 전략적 대응을 보다 체계적으로 시행하도록 지원할 수 있다는 점에서 기여를 하였다.

폐암 환자의 외상 후 성장에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Posttraumatic Growth in Patients with Lung Cancer)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing the posttraumatic growth (PTG) in patients with lung cancer and to provide basic data for nursing intervention development to improve PTG and adaptation. Methods: The study included 126 non-small cell lung cancer patients initially diagnosed at the Lung Cancer Center, C University Hospital in S city, Gyeonggi-do. Patients were asked to complete a questionnaire consisting of demographic characteristics, disease characteristics, posttraumatic growth, cancer coping, social support, and resilience. Data were analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score for PTG in lung cancer patients was 56.39, cancer coping was 61.31, social support was 61.09, and resilience was 92.77. Significant positive correlations were found for PTG and cancer coping (r=.75, p<.001), social support (r=.52, p<.001) and resilience (r=.63, p<.001). Factors contributing to PTG of lung cancer patients were cancer coping (β=.53 p<.001), perceived health status(β=.20, p=.002), resilience (β=.21, p=.010) and importance of religion (β=.15, p=.013). This model explained about 64.0% of variances of PTG (F=29.58, p<.001). Conclusion: It is necessary to develop new nursing intervention programs to improve PTG for patients with lung cancer based on strategies to enhance coping and resilience to recovery. Longitudinal studies examining temporal changes in PTG among patients with lung cancer are suggested for future studies in this regard.

일 대학병원 간호사의 잔류의도 영향요인 (Affecting Factors on Intention to Stay of Nurses Working at a University Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore professional self-concept, work environment, resilience and intention to stay for nurses in university hospitals, and to identify the relationship between these variables and factors that influence intention to stay. We aimed to provide basic data to develop measures for increasing intention to stay. Methods: This study used a descriptive design, the subjects were nurses who worked for more than 1 year at a university hospital with 744 beds, located in city C. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from 120 nurses. The data collection period were from September 15 to 30, 2020. The data were analysed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: There was a positive correlation between the subject's intention to stay and the professional self-concept (r=.57, p<.001), the nursing working environment (r=.29, p=.002), and resilience (r=.50, p<.001). Significant factors influencing the subject's intention to stay was the sense of satisfaction (β=.40, p<.001), a sub-factor of professional self-concept, indicating the higher the satisfaction level, the higher the intention to stay. The regression model explained 45.0% of the variance of the outcome variable (F=9.64, p<.001). Conclusion: Sense of satisfaction was identified as a factor impacting the intention to stay. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and to apply intervention programs to improve the satisfaction of the professional self-concept in order to increase the nurses' intention to stay.

COVID-19 감염병전담병원 간호사의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Organizational Commitment of Nurses at an Infectious Disease Hospital of COVID-19)

  • Purpose : This study investigated coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) related stress, resilience, and organizational commitment, and determined the factors influencing nurses' organizational commitment at an infectious disease hospital of COVID-19. Methods : A cross-sectional descriptive survey was conducted with 138 nurses. Data analysis, including descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regression analysis, were performed using SPSS 26.0 program. Results : Factors influencing organizational commitment included resilience (𝛽=0.31, p<.001), position (𝛽=0.31, p<.001), COVID-19 related stress (𝛽=-0.26, p<.001), and COVID-19 nursing period (𝛽=-0.19, p=.012). These variables explained 29.6% of the organizational commitment. Conclusion : In order to enhance the organizational commitment of nurses in infectious disease hospitals of COVID-19, active program development and intervention are required at the organizational level to improve nurses' resilience and relieve stress related to nursing infectious disease patients..

이행이론을 기반으로 한 폐경이행모형 (A menopausal transition model based on transition theory)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct a hypothetical model based on Meleis and colleagues' Transition Theory and a literature review to explain women's menopausal transition, constructing a modified model considering previous studies and model fit and testing the effects between variables. Methods: With a correlational survey design, middle-aged Korean women aged 40 to 64 years who had experienced menopausal symptoms were recruited and filled out a self-administered study questionnaire. Measures included menopausal symptoms, resilience, social support, menopause management, menopause adaptation, and quality of life. The data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results: The model fit indices were considered acceptable: 𝛘2/degree of freedom=2.93, standardized root mean residual=.07, comparative fit index=.90, and parsimonious normed fit index=.73. All eight direct-effect paths-from menopausal symptoms to support and adaptation, from support to adaptation and resilience, from resilience to adaptation and management, from management to quality of life, and from adaptation to quality of life-were significant. The explanatory power of the menopause transition model was 63.6%. Conclusion: Women who experience menopausal symptoms may be able to maintain and improve their quality of life if menopause management and menopause adaptation are successful through resilience and social support. Future research is needed to confirm whether strengthening facilitation as a nursing intervention strategy may promote healthy response patterns.
