This paper showcases the study of 150 Coast Guard officers on how work environment compatibility impacts their organization and job attachment. The independent variable, work environment compatibility, is separated into three sub-variables, which are organization compatibility, job compatibility, and supervisor compatibility. The study's results show that job attachment is only influenced by job compatibility while organization attachment is influenced by all three; organization, supervisor, and job compatibility. With these results, we can make suggestions for the development of the Coast Guard organization and further research based on individual characteristics.

본 논문은 TTA 에서 제정된 "HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼" 표준(TTAK.KO-07.0111/R1)에 따라 개발된 스마트 TV 수신기가 표준의 기술 요구사항을 준수하여 적합하게 구현되었는지를 검증하기 위한 표준 적합성 시험환경을 소개한다. 적합성 시험을 위한 시험 기준과 수행절차, 판정 기준 등을 정의하고 있는 "HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼 수신기 적합성 시험" 표준(TTAK.KO-07.0119)에 따라 200 여개의 테스트 케이스가 개발되었으며 이들은 스마트 TV 수신기에서 직접 동작하면서 수신기의 기능을 검증하고 결과를 판단하게 된다. 테스트 케이스를 실제 방송환경과 유사한 조건에서 실행하기 위하여 지상파, 케이블, IPTV, 위성 등 다양한 방송 헤드앤드를 활용한 방송 송출 서버를 구현하였으며, 시험에 관련된 정보를 처리하고 실제 시험의 수행 및 그 결과를 관리하는 적합성 시험 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 그리고 테스트 케이스 앱을 호스팅하는 웹서버, VOD 콘텐츠를 위한 스트리밍 서버 등의 장비를 운용하여 적합성 시험을 위한 전반적인 환경을 구축하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 구축된 시험 환경에서 표준 기반으로 개발된 참조 수신기를 대상으로 적합성 시험을 수행한 사례를 통해 시험환경의 유효성을 확인하고 향후 적합성 시험환경의 추진 방향을 제시한다.

The importance of person-environment fit has been highlighted for human resources management in convergence environment. This paper was validated through a structural relationships model, the impact of person-environment fit on innovative work behavior by focusing on mediating role of positive psychological capital. Person-environment fit showed a significant effect on positive psychological capital and turnover intentions. Innovative work behavior appeared to have a mediating effect on the relationship between person-environment fit and innovative work behavior. Especially the person-environment fit itself has no direct effect on innovative work behavior, and when the awareness of the positive psychological capital is firstly formed into a person, it can increase innovative work behavior.

This study has the purpose to make a conceptual model which can explain the relationship between the research performance, and the fitness of environmental property and the technology development strategy. The environmental property consists of the competitiveness, the complexity of environment, and the market growth. The technology development strategy consists of the innovativeness of technology, the upgrade of product, and the usage of the out resource. And the ability to manage knowledge resource is a very important variable which can modulate the fitness of environmental property and the technology development strategy.

분산 환경에서 신분 확인을 위한 생체인증기기가 이용되는 경우 그 기기가 생체인증 표준인 BioAPI를 준용하여 제대로 구현된 것인가에 대한 적합성 시험이 필요하게 된다. 이러한 적합성 시험은 분산 환경의 사용자 및 서비스 제공자에게 표준 규격을 준용한 제품이라는 신뢰성을 주게 된다. 기존에 제공되는 있는 BioAPI(Biometric Application Programming Interface) v2.0 기반의 BSP(Biometric Service Provider)는 오프라인 상에서 BioAPI기반의 제품의 준용 여부만을 평가하기 때문에 분산 환경에서 여러 사람이 동시에 준용 여부를 평가 받기 힘들며 이에 따른 동시 서비스 제공도 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 BioAPI v2.0 기반의 제품들이 분산 환경에서 제공되는 9개 모델의 표준화된 환경으로 구분하고, 원활한 적합성 시험을 위하여 XML기반의 Test Assertion을 설계하여 생체인증 API 표준 적합성을 시험하였다. XML Test Assertion을 이용한 생체인증 적합성 시험을 위한 메시지 플로우를 밝혀 그 타당성을 입증하였다.

This study is an exploratory research on the user relevance criteria in Korean search service environments that provide integrated search results. Data were collected from 10 participants using a semi-structured interview technique. The participants conducted a web search using integrated search services, such as Naver or Daum on a self-selected topic. They were asked to judge the relevance of retrieved documents and to report their relevance criteria. As a result, the research indicated 8 user-defined relevance and non-relevance criteria. The research shows that specificity and richness are the two most important criteria yet, the user's relevance criteria have not changed much despite the change in search environment.

본 논문은 2016 년 제정된 "개방형 클라우드 기반 스마트 방송 플랫폼" 표준(TTAK.KO-07.0129)을 준용하여 개발된 클라우드 방송 플랫폼이 표준의 기술 요구사항을 준수하여 적합하게 구현되었는지 테스트 하기 위한 시험환경 구현에 대해 다룬다. 적합성 시험을 위한 시험항목, 기준, 절차 등이 정의되어 있는 "개방형 클라우드 기반 스마트 방송 플랫폼 표준 적합성 시험" 표준(TTAK.KO-07.0135) 은 2017 년 제정되었으며 이를 기반으로 130 여 개의 테스트케이스가 함께 개발되었다. 테스트케이스를 실제 클라우드 방송 환경과 유사한 조건에서 실행시키기 위하여 방송 송출서버, 이미지 클라우드 서버, 비디오 클라우드 서버, 관리서버 등의 장비로 시험환경을 구축하였다. 그리고 표준기반으로 개발된 클라우드 방송 표준기반 테스트 플랫폼을 통하여 클라우드 방송 적합성 시험환경의 유효성을 검증하였다.

"HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼" 표준은 TV 제조사와 플랫폼 사업자 중심으로 파편화된 스마트 TV 앱 생태계 한계를 극복하고 표준 기반의 공통 플랫폼 기술을 통해 앱 생태계를 활성화 촉진시키기 위해 제정된 개방형 TV 플랫폼 기술 표준이다. 본 고에서는 이 표준 기술을 소개하고자 하며 이를 위하여 표준에 정의된 HTML5 기반의 앱 실행환경, TV 디바이스 환경을 고려한 앱 모델, 채널 프로그램과 같은 방송 자원을 접근하기 위한 인터페이스, 앱 스토어를 통한 앱 다운로드 및 실행을 위한 패키징 규칙, 멀티스크린 적응형 스트리밍 등 다양한 스마트 TV 플랫폼 관련 기술들을 설명한다. 또한, 스마트 TV 앱이 표준 기반으로 개발된 다양한 수신기에 동일하게 실행됨을 보장하기 위해 수신기에 대한 표준 구현 적합성 검증이 필요함을 제기하면서, 이를 위한 시험 기준을 정의한 "HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼 수신기 적합성 시험" 표준에 대해서도 소개한다. 이 표준은 수신기 기능 검증을 위한 테스트 케이스를 정의하고 시험 절차 및 판정 기준 등을 규정한다. 마지막으로, 본 고는 TTA에서 실제로 이 시험 표준을 기반으로 구축한 적합성 시험 환경을 소개한다. 수신기의 표준 기술 검증용으로 시험표준에 따라 개발된 테스트 케이스와 이를 실행하고 그 결과를 수집 관리하기 위해서 구성한 웹 서버, 방송 송출 서버, 적합성 시험 관리 시스템 등의 환경 구성 요소 및 그 인터페이스에 대해서 설명한다.

This study analyzed the differences of the person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction according to a demographic factors of elderly people under participation in job activities. And this study analyzed the relationship of the effects on person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction as well as the moderating effects of self-efficacy. The survey was conducted from February 15 to March 20, 2013 among the male taxi drivers aged 60 or older in the Seoul areas, and 358 responses were used in the data analysis. As a results, there were partially differences in the person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction according to a demographic factors. The person-environment fit had a negative impact on work stress, but it had a positive impact on work satisfaction. In addition, the self-efficacy had a moderating effects in the relationship of the person-organization fit and work stress.

2014 년 4 월 TTA 에서 개정된 " HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼(TTAK.KO-07.0111/R1)" 은 적응형 스트리밍 서비스를 지원하기 위한 기술로 MPEG-DASH 표준을 준용하고 이를 기반으로 추가적인 기술 요구사항을 정의하고 있다. 또한, 이러한 기술 요구 사항에 대한 적합성 시험을 위하여 " HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼 수신기 적합성 시험(TTAK.KO-07.0119/R1)" 표준에 적응형 스트리밍 기술 요구 사항 관련한 시험 기준, 수행 절차, 판정 기준 등이 추가되었다. 이에 TTA 에서는 " HTML5 기반 스마트 TV 플랫폼" 표준을 준수하여 개발된 스마트 TV 의 적응형 스트리밍 기술 요구 사항에 대한 표준적합성을 검증할 수 있는 시험환경을 구축하였다. 본 논문에서는 TTA 에서 구현한 적응형 스트리밍 적합성 시험환경에 대해 소개한다.
