Determinants of Entrepreneurial Intentions : Individual Characteristics and Environmental Factors (창업 의지의 결정요인: 개인특성 및 환경요인)

  • This study examined individual characteristic factors and environmental factors as determinants of entrepreneurial intentions. As for individual characteristic factors, individuals' career orientations and entrepreneurial self-efficacy were examined. As for environmental factors, social supports and successful role models, classified as personal environmental factors, were examined, and social perceptions for entrepreneurs, classified as social environmental factors were also examined. Data were collected from undergraduates of business department, and graduates of the same department. The samples of 208 and 81 for each group were used for final analysis. Results showed that as a whole, career orientations affected entrepreneurial intentions. Specifically, entrepreneurial orientations had positive effects, and security orientations had marginally negative effects on entrepreneurial intentions, while, unexpectedly, autonomy orientations had no significant effects. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy had the strongest positive effects on entrepreneurial intentions. Social supports and successful role models, which were not identified as distinct variables by the respondents, were integrated as a new variable of 'network environments' for analysis in this study. Network environments positively affected on entrepreneurial intentions. Social perceptions for entrepreneurs, however, did not affect on entrepreneurial intentions. Based on the results of career orientations, self-efficacy, and network environment, the implications for activating entrepreneurship were discussed.

  • The purpose of this paper is to suggest a plan on promoting use of multimodal transport logistics terms in Incoterms, 2010. This study deals with the terms of three promotion factors which are a user's subjective factors, a trade transport logistics environment factors, and a term content factors. According to analysis results of the factors, a user's subjective factors(3.87 score) are scored the most ones of promotion factors of using multimodal transport logistics terms in Incoterms, 2010, to be compared with a trade transport logistics environment factors(3.60 score). with a term content factors(3.74 score). Therefore, first of all, it is important to promoting use of multimodal transport logistics terms in Incoterms, 2010 through as follows, a user's subjective factors : (1) to understand correlation of door to door multimodal transport and terms of Incoterms, 2010, (2) to promote use of multimodal transport logistics terms in Incoterms, 2010 in door to door multimodal transport, (3) to restrain customary use of FOB, CFR, CIF terms. And, the next, we have to promote use of multimodal transport logistics terms in Incoterms, 2010 through considering a trade transport logistics environment factors and a term content factors.

Analysis of Characteristics about the Location environment of Industrial Complex and Migration Company (산업단지 입지환경과 입주기업의 특성 분석)

  • The aim of this study is to determine factors that affect the competitiveness and the move-in environment of migration companies according to the recent change of location conditions of industrial complexes. The results of analysis show that productive factor and economic factor are related to the main factors that determine the location environment. The resident companies have a strong link to the economic characteristics factors, which seems to be related to the expectation and satisfaction for public support facilities, hospitals, educational institutions, and administrative agencies to be placed in the complex, encouraging companies to be located in the complex. In other words, if the existing economic factors and public support facilities were complemented, it can be inferred that the industrial complex promotion policies will be more effectively planned. Also, transportation and infrastructure facilities are analyzed as successful factors for resident companies. In addition, the economic and productive environments turn out to affect public support facilities and environmental factors of infrastructure as major factors. The results of this study are expected to be a useful guideline in determining the resident policy or external factors for the future industrial complex.

  • 빅데이터 기술은 기업의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 혁신 기술 중 하나로 급성장하고 있는 가운데 농업 분야 또한 빅데이터를 활용한 경쟁력 제고와 미래 산업으로의 발전이 중요 당면과제로 부상하고 있다. 해외의 경우 농업 빅데이터를 활용한 스타트업이 빠른 속도로 증가하며 성장하는 반면 국내의 경우 생산 분야 일부 농업 벤처 외에는 빅데이터 활용이 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 기업의 빅데이터 활용수준이나 활용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구가 대기업이나 특정 산업에 국한되어 이루어지고 있으며, 연구마다 영향요인 변수의 검증결과가 상이하게 나타나 산업/기업특성에 따라 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 농업벤처기업에서 새로운 ICT인 빅데이터를 도입하고 사용하는 데 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고, 이를 통해 기대하는 편익에 대해 파악함으로써 활용을 촉진할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 빅데이터가 조직의 프로세스를 변화시키고, 최고경영층의 지원이 필수적이며, 기업이 처한 환경적 압박에 대응할 수 있는 수단으로 보고 기술·조직·환경(TOE: Technology-Organization-Environment) 프레임워크를 기반으로 혁신확산이론(Diffusion of Innovation Theory) 모형을 결합하여 본 연구에 적합한 변수들을 도출한 후 이들 변수간의 인과관계를 설정하여 연구모형을 구성하였다. 이에 따라 TOE모형의 기술적 요인에 관한 변수로는 혁신확산이론 변수인 상대적이점, 호환성, 복잡성을 채택하였고, 조직적 요인에 관한 변수로 최고경영층 지원, 비용부담능력을, 환경적 요인에 관한 변수로는 법적·정책적 지원, 경쟁자 압력을 채택하였다. 이들 3가지 요인에 속한 7가지 변수들과 빅데이터 사용의도와 기대편익 간의 관련성, 그리고 농업벤처 사업분야의 조절효과에 대한 8개의 가설을 설정하였다. 본 연구는 실제 농업벤처기업 종사자 대상 설문을 통한 실증연구를 통해 벤처 현장에서의 빅데이터 활용수준을 높이기 위한 기술적, 조직적, 환경적 관점의 정책 개선방안을 제시하고, 생산/가공/유통 등 사업분야별 비교를 통해 영향요인의 중요도 차이를 규명해 영역별로 차별적이고 효과적인 정책 방향성을 도출하는 데 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

The Influence of Work Environment, Job-related Environment and Burnout on the Satisfaction with Life among Nursery School Teachers (사회지지와 근무환경이 어린이집 교사의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 업무요인과 소진을 매개로)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore factors associated with life satisfaction among nursery school teachers. To accomplish the study purpose, this study first classified several variables into three broad categories including work environment (social support & work environment), job-related environment (work-related stress & job satisfaction), and burnout. And then, 302 nursery school teachers across the country were surveyed in order to explore whether those factors were associated with life satisfaction. The overall results were as follows. First, social support and work environment had a direct impact on the satisfaction with life. Second, social support and job satisfaction had a direct influence on job satisfaction. Third, social support, work-related stress and job satisfaction directly influenced burnout. Fourth, job-related environment, job satisfaction, and burnout had a direct impact on life satisfaction. Overall, it was found that job-related environment, job satisfaction, and burnout had a direct influence on life satisfaction among nursery school teachers and social support and work-related stress had an indirect effect on life satisfaction via burnout.

  • 본 연구는 코로나-19로 인해 아프리카 국가들 중 1인당 사망자수와 케이스 수 그리고 환경적 요인과 의료 환경 요인을 데이터베이스화하여 다각적인 방면에서 측정하고 분석하였다. 코로나로 인해 사망자수가 증가하였으나 무엇이 가장 영향을 끼친 요인인지에 대해서 아직 정확히 밝혀진 바가 없다. 또한, 코로나 특성상 하나의 요인이 아닌 여러 요인이 혼합적으로 작용하여 일어나기 때문에, 여러 상황을 가정하여 외부 환경과 의료 환경을 모두 분석하였다. 이를 통해 요인을 확인하고 요인이 없다면 향후 다른 요인을 밝혀내기 위해 필요한 자료로 사용될 것이며 앞으로 각 국가별로 정책을 실행할 때 이를 이용해 '위드 코로나', '폐쇄 정책' 등을 실시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Facilitators and Barriers of Social Participation of Older Adults: Systematic Review of Qualitative Studies (노인의 사회참여에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 체계적 고찰 : 질적연구 중심)

  • The purpose of this study is to comprehensively examine the facilitators and barriers to social participation of older adults in the society through systematic review of qualitative research. Through PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, data from 2012 to 2022 were collected. The main search keywords were 'elderly', 'older adults', social participation', 'engagement', 'motiv*', 'barrier', 'facilitat*'. 7 articles that satisfy the inclusion criteria were selected for analysis. Facilitators and barriers of older adults' social participation were analyzed. The analyzed factors were assorted into 'personal/ internal factors', 'environmental factors', 'social network factors'. The results of this study emphasize not only logistical factors, but also motivation, desire, social context of older adults' as factors to social participation. To prevent older adults' social isolation, a broad understanding of what promotes and inhibits the participation of the older adults is needed.

The Effect of Job Environment Factors on Turnover Intention of School Foodservice Employee and Mediating Effect of Organizational Commitments (직무환경 요인이 학교급식 조리종사자의 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 조직몰입의 매개효과)

  • The study aims were to verify the influences of job environment factors and work attitude on turnover intention of school foodservice employees, and then to verify the mediating effect of organization commitment between six areas of worklife and turnover intention so that organizations can intervene to reduce the turnover intentions of employees. The subjects were 205 employees who were working in the school foodservice field. The job environment factors were measured by six areas of worklife (workload, control, reward, fairness, community, value) and the organizational commitment was measured by two types of commitments (affective, continuance). The results were as follows. First, workload, reward, community and value of six areas of worklife reduced affective commitment, control and fairness increased continuance commitment, and affective commitment reduced turnover intention. Second, only reward and community showed direct effect on turnover intention, but all six areas of worklife had a statistically significant indirect effect on turnover intention through affective commitment. These results showed that job environment factors had both direct and indirect effect on employees' behavior through employees' affection. These findings imply that organizations can control employees' turnover intention by providing education or social support to maintain their affective commitment even when organizations cannot change job environment.

Analysis of Influential Factors in the Relationship between Innovation Efforts Based on the Company's Environment and Company Performance: Focus on Small and Medium ICT Companies (기업의 환경적 특성에 따른 혁신활동과 기업성과간 영향요인 분석 : ICT분야 중소기업을 중심으로)

  • 본 연구에서는 내 외부 환경, 혁신활동이 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하기 위해 탐색적 요인분석(Exploratory Factor Analysis), 군집분석(Cluster Analysis), 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Modeling)을 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 7개의 요인이 추출하였으며, 추출된 요인을 기반으로 군집분석을 시도하였더니 총 4개의 군집(n=1,022)이 형성되었다. 군집 4개의 대해 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 실증분석을 한 결과, 기술 경쟁 환경에 민감하며, 혁신적인 성향을 가진 군집1은 자체기술개발만이 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시장 환경에 민감하며, 내향적인 성향을 가진 군집2는 자체기술개발과 공동연구를 통해서만 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경쟁적인 환경에 민감하며, 혁신적이고 정부/관련기관과의 협력적 성향을 가진 군집3은 공동연구 그리고 매개변수인 정부지원프로그램 활용을 통해 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기술도입은 기업성과에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개방적이고 외부협력적 성향이 강한 군집4는 자체기술개발과 매개변수인 네트워크 활용 및 정부지원프로그램 활용이 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
