Research on Relationship between Drivers' Self-control, Driving Behavior and Driving Stress (운전자의 자기통제력, 운전행동과 운전스트레스의 관련성)

  • The aim of the research is to investigate relationship between drivers' self-control, driving behavior and driving stress. 180 people who have driver's licence and have experiences in driving in Gwangju and Jeonnam area participated for the research. The survey was conducted from 29th April 2015 to 24th July 2015 and data was analysed to figure out the relationship between drivers' self-control, driving behavior and driving stress. As a result, Firstly, drivers' self-control affected mistakes, violations, errors of driving behavior, and driving environment, traffic regulations, accident control, time pressure of driving stress. It showed a statistical significant difference and the higher drivers' self-control is, the lower sub construct factor of driving behavior and driving stress. Secondly, those factors of drivers' self-control, driving behavior and driving stress were correlated. The result showed the relationship between drivers' self-control, driving behavior and driving stress. It is also possible to utilize the information to prevent car accidents. Finally, it is expected to do research further by expanding the participants into multiple areas of people.

  • 새로운 시스템이나 제품이 철도운영환경에서 이용할 수 있을 만큼 안전하다는 것은 체계적인 문서화를 통해 입증해야 한다. 이러한 적정성을 제공하기 위해서는 안전성 관련 사항들은 논의에 대한 유효성을 판단하기에 앞서 독립적인 검증기관이나 자체적인 전문 평가를 수행하는 기관(또는 관리기관)에 제시되어져야 한다. 이러한 유효성은 종합안전대책기술서 형태로 제공되어지며 이는 사실에 대한 단순한 열거가 아니라 해당 시스템이나 제품의 실제 사용시 안전하다는 확신을 해당 기관에게 줄 수 있도록 고안되어 있는 일련의 논의들이다. 종합안전대책기술서는 관계자가 시스템 및 제품의 신규도입으로부터 발생되는 모든 리스크에 대한 분석 및 평가 수행여부와 이러한 리스크를 어떻게 관리하고 개선시켜 왔는지를 나타내주는 문서이다. 또한 관리가 효과적이고 지속적으로 적용되었음을 확인하기 위한 관리시스템을 제시해 주기도 한다. 본 연구는 유럽의 철도산업 범주내에서 종합안전대책기술서 그 자체의 특성과 시스템의 형태 및 적용 가능한 제품에 대해 정의를 내리는데 그 목적이 있으며 기술서의 취지와 구조, 보조문서 및 관련법규에 관한 사항에 초점을 맞출 것이다.

The Present Status and the Preservation Method of the Rice Terrace as Scenic Sites Resources in Northeast Asia (동북아시아 계단식 논의 명승지정 현황 및 보전방안)

  • This study aims to present the basic materials, which lead us to preserve the Korea Rice Terrace as scenic sites resources and study it continuously, through researching about the present status and the preservation method of the Rice Terrace in Korea, China and Japan. The results of this study are as follows. First, The Rice Terrace has a traditional agricultural technique which minimizing the damage of the scenic view while cultivating the slope. And also, it has the value of one of the Korea unique traditional scenic views. However, The no cultivation land or disappearing desert land of rice terrace were increasing by the disadvantage of operation in land cultivation. Therefore, The Government must need preparing the base of scene resources excavation by executed the established of Korea Rice Terrace Database for preserving of Korea traditional scene. however it is getting to disappearance. And also, The High valued of Rice Terrace by cultural and scenic view which is must managed by designation of scenic sites or monument. Second, The internal and external reference book researched and analyzed results are as followings for understanding about Korea Rice Terrace feature. First of all, The Rice Terrace's dictionary meaning is just difference by each nations. However, Generally speaking that It means the terraced land by cultivated of sloped land. The Rice Terrace has cross relation with mountain valley and piedmont slope cultivation in location of condition. It occurred era is before approximately estimated from 3000 of years until 6000 of years. It can divide two type by topography shape those are slope and valley type. However, The natural element of forest has very big position in this part. But, The Rice Terrace is just managed and designated by the scenic sites with the Cultural Properties Protection Law. It must needs more binding force and effectiveness for the Rice Terrace scenic view plan establishment by scenic laws and farming and fishing village laws etc. I think that it must need the Rice Terrace related law establishment as soon as possible for efficient preservation and management of the Rice Terrace. Third, The Rice Terrace were researched and analyzed results are as followings those were executed at the Korea, China and Japan. The Korea and Japan have good Rice Terrace Characteristic. And also, The high valued scenic sites area were good managed by the Cultural Properties Protection Law as well as the superior scenic valued Rice Terrace in China. Those are also managed by designated scenic sites for protection and preservation positively. Those were managed by each autonomous district management Department. The each nation's related laws of Rice Terrace protection were just little bit different. However, The basic purpose is same. for example, it based on superior scenic view preservation and protection. Especially, The Japan's Cultural Properties Law and Scenic law linkage, and China Autonomous district legislation and effectiveness. The Korea Government must need above elements for Korea Rice Terrace culture and scenic view preservation. Fourth, We need inducing the owner system and the policy of Rice Terrace preservation promotion association for efficient preservation of Rice Terrace in japan. The owner system in japan gives the owner of the land a permission to rent the land to Rice Terrace preservation promotion association and the local government. In this system the village would be revitalized by commons in the way of the management of the terraces, beautifying the area around the terraces and etc. And also, Making the each village management operating system for Rice Terrace management through educating civilization. The civilization could receive quick help from a consultative body comprised of experts such as representatives of Cultural Heritage Administration and professors. And it is in a hurry to solve the problem of revitalization of the region by exchange between cities and the village.

  • 현대 산업사회가 다양해짐에 따라 발생되는 생활폐기물의 형태도 다양화되었고 발생폐기물의 성상은 연소가 어려운 난분해성 폐기물로 발열량이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 폐기물의 처리를 위한 소각설비는 폐기물 처리형태에 따라 대형의 도시 쓰레기 소각장이나 지자체의 중형급 소각장, 발생원 단위의 소형 소각장으로 구분하여 처리하고있다. 기존 중ㆍ대형 소각로의 유해가스 처리시설은 일반적으로 냉각설비와 가스상 처리설비, 입자상 처리설비 등으로 구성되는데 반해, 소형 소각로는 싸이클론 방식만으로 구성되어 입자상 물질만을 처리하였으나, 최근에 들어서 관련법규가 개정되어 소형 소각로에서도 입자상 오염물질뿐만 아니라 HCl 및 SOx 등과 같은 산성가스류와 다이옥신 등의 배출농도를 규제함에 따라 가스상 오염물질도 처리하는 방안을 도입하고 있는 추세이다.   • The study is to suggest the roles of school library professionals upon changes of school libraries according to the 7th Korean Educational Curriculum. With this purpose, it investigates the policies and current status of allocations of school library professionals, and the interview of non-regular librarian about works. The study also compares job understanding of teacher-librarians, teachers managing school libraries and that of non-regular librarians in school libraries. It suggested the desirable roles of school library professionals.

방음시설의 구조결정을 위한 차음효과예측의 문제점과 해결방안

  • 본 글에서는 도로교통소음을 예측할 경우; 소음영향평가시 계획한 도로변에 방음시설물의 설치여부를 결정할 경우, 그리고 방음시설을 설치할 경우에 그 방음 시설의 구조와 설치기준을 결정하기 위하여 적용할 수 있는 방음시설물에 의한 차음 효과예측법의 문제점과 해결방안을 언급하였다. 방음시설물의 종류와 구조 그리고 그 설치범위 등을 정확하고 공평하게 그리고 경제적으로 결정하기 위해서, 특히 환경영향 평가가 공정하게 실시되기 위해서는 국가에서 방음시설물 설치기준과 정밀 한 차음효과 예측법을 하나의 통일된 규정으로 확정하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 본문 에 언급한 요소들을 참조하여 기존의 방음벽설치 지침을 대폭적으로 수정.보완하여야 한다. 그러나 보다 정확한 예측과 실세계에 근접한 소음값을 계산하기 위해서는 소음 원과 소음전파 공간환경의 특성을 고려한 연구가 계속적으로 이루어져야 한다. 그리고 도로교통소음을 공정하게 예방하기 위해서는 조속한 시일내에 이에 적합한 대상지역별 도로교통소음예방 규제기준값을 법규에 명시하여야 하고, 현재 교통로 주변에 주택을 건설하는 경우에는 사업자가 택지로 확보한 부지안에 설치하고 있는 방음벽은 최대한 소음원에 근접하여 교통로변에 설치할 수 있도록 관련규정을 개정 하여야 한다.

  • According to a long-term master plan for the implementing of MOMAF's marine environmental informatization, we have developed marine environment portal web site which consists of 7 main-menu and 39 sub-menu including various types of contents (text, image and multimedia) based on RDBMS. This portal site was opened in Oct., 2002 (http://www.meps.info). Also, for the national institutions' distributed DB which is archived and managed respectively the marine chemical data and biological data, the integrated retrieval system was developed. This system is meaningful for the making collaborative use of real data and could be applied for data mining, marine research, marine environmental GIS and making-decisions.

  • Gas pipelines are the core facilities in the gas facilities and the most pipelines are buried underground and are exposed to the risk of corrosion caused by the soil characteristics and the environmental impact. The anti-corrosion potential and the corrosion status of the underground pipelines are measured periodically in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. A study on the cathodic protection measurement system was carried out in order to solve the problems of the conventional measurement system. This paper describes the survey on the standards and the specifications of the cathodic protection measurement and the the reference electrode to meet the relevant regulations, and the development of the measuring circuit and the data transmission module to build the cathodic protection measurement system. This study verified the field applicability through the testing of the developed prototype and investigated on the problems of the previous studies and the future research and development direction.

A Study on the Necessity and Direction of Regulations on the Emission of Hazardous and Noxious Substances from Marine Industrial Facilities (해양산업시설의 위험유해물질 해양배출 규제체계 개선의 필요성과 규제방향에 대한 연구)

  • In this paper, the current status of marine industrial facilities, regulatory legal systems, and emission status of hazardous and noxious substances (HNS) in these facilities were analyzed, and the direction of improvement of the regulatory system was presented accordingly. As a result of the analysis, it is estimated that about 1,100 marine industrial facilities are subject to the Marine Environment Management Act of 2007. It is estimated that 190 kinds of hazardous substances are discharged from these marine industrial facilities and are highly likely to flow into the ocean, of which 20 are estimated to be discharged into the water system. However, due to the lack of relevant laws and regulation, it is difficult to clearly determine whether the discharged material corresponds to an exceptional discharged material, making it difficult to effectively enforce regulations in the field. For this reason, effective regulatory enforcement is difficult in the regulatory field. The marine environment management law should clearly stipulate the exceptional emission standards and types of substances, and clarify the selection system, risk assessment system, and emission information collection and monitoring system for related Hazardous and Noxious Substances.

  • 2009년 11 월 KT의 애플사의 스마트폰인 아이폰(i-phone)의 국내 도입과 함께 촉발된 국내 스마트폰시장의 확산은 2010년 구글을 중심으로 삼성전자, SKT등 기존 대기업들의 갤럭시폰을 비롯한 OS기반의 스마트폰을 선보이면서 스마트폰 가업자가 2010년 말까지 약 600만병에 이를 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 스마트폰의 확대와 함께 2009년말 기업, 하나은행 등 일부 은행들이 처음 스마트폰뱅킹을 시작한 이례 2010년 상반기, 이미 국내 대부분의 시중은행들이 아이폰용 iOS를 비롯한 주요 스마트폰의 OS 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 스마트폰뱅킹 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 금융산업의 특성상, 금융거래의 신뢰성과 안정성 측면에서의 개인정보보호 및 금융정보안과 관련한 법규가 채 정비되지 않은 가운데 국내 은행들은 스마트폰뱅킹 출시경쟁에 치중한 나머지 보안 및 개인정보보호에 대한 대책수립은 미흡하며 정부당국의 정보보호관련 지침에 의존, 고객의 자발적인 주의에 호소하고 있는 설정이다. 이처럼 스마트폰뱅킹의 도입이 활발히 진행되면서 금융 서비스 혁신 등 기술적 편의성외에도 개인정보보호를 위한 보안 및 법적 안정성의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 은행의 스마트폰뱅킹 현황과 고객정보보호 및 관리에 대한 법률적 고찰과 규제환경 변화를 중심으로 국내 은행의 스마트폰뱅킹 도입에 따른 고객정보보호 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
