본 연구에서는 에너지소비의 주요 결정요인이 큰 공업단지를 중심으로 에너지이용 효율화 및 환경 영향의 최소화라는 목적이 동시에 달성될 수 있도록 기존 토지이용 계획에 에너지/환경 요인이 고려된 공업단지 모형에 대하여 검토·분석하였다. 특히 에너지/환경 통합모형의 기본틀, 계획수립방법 및 기존 공단을 대상으로 효율적인 배치 모형의 대안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 불확실한 경영환경하에서 전략목표에 영향을 미치는 환경요인을 확인하고, 이를 다시 전략계획 시뮬레이션 모형에 체계적으로 반영하기 위한 새로운 전략계획 시뮬레이션 모형을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 전략계획 시뮬레이션 모형은 (1) 환경요인 분석을 위하여 퍼지인식도(Fuzzy Cognitive Map)를 적용하고, (2) 경쟁관계를 체계적으로 반영하기 위하여 미분게임(Differential Game) 모형을 이용한다. 퍼지인식도는 특정 의사결정 문제에 있어서 관련된 여러 개념간의 인과관계를 해석하고 그를 통하여 해당 문제전체에 관한 효과적인 의사결정을 지원하는 소위 구조적 모형화(Structural Modeling)도구의 한 방법이다. 한편, 본 연구에서는 미분게임을 이용하여, 퍼지인식도에 의하여 확인된 환경요인을 변수로 감안하고, 아울러 경쟁관계를 수식화 하므로써 보다 체계적인 시뮬레이션이 가능하다. 제안된 전략계획 수립 시뮬레이션 모형을 동태적 광고모형(dynamic advertising model)에 적용하므로써 보다 효과적인 경영전략계획 수립이 가능함을 보였다.

전원개발계획은 단독으로 결정되는 것이 아니라 국가경제운용정책 및 에너지 정책과 더불어 전력회사의 요금정책, 부하관리, 재무계획, 전원입지, 송전계통계획 등과 연계되어 결정되어야 한다. 기존의 전원개발계획은 주어진 수요예측안을 이용하여 수요를 기준신뢰도 범위내에서 최소비용으로 만족시킬 수 있도록 전원설비투자를 결정하는 것이었으나 향후로는 부하관리정책을 포함한 수급계획(supply-demand planning)의 수립기법, 미래 수용와 연료 가격등 경제요인의 불확실성 및 환경규제 등의 요인을 감안한 전략계획기법(strategic planning) 그리고 재무계획 등 관련계획 업무를 포함하는 종합계획 모형(corporate planning model)의 구축에 대한 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다.

The objective of this study was to develop an ecotourism planning model for Woopo area in Changryoung-Gun, Korea. To accomplish this objective, Ecotourism Planning Framework that was established from a previous study was applied into the study area as a case study. As a result, there was proved the necessity and justification of ecotourism development in Woopo area. Based on results in the basic environment survey, ecotourism themes were determined, then, space planning for proper facilities and programs was presented in this study. However, difficulties from public sections such as administrative, legal, and financial limitations must be considered in order to apply a master plan presented in this study into Woopo area.

The aim of this study is to analyse housing satisfaction among residents of different types of public rental housing-permanent, national, and happy housing-following the integration of housing types upon the full-scale supply of integrated public rental housing. By identifying key factors that influence residential satisfaction, our goal is to inform the planning of public rental housing complexes and derive policy implications. The study focuses on analysing discrepancies in residential satisfaction among residents of different types of public rental housing and comparing the factors influencing this satisfaction. Microdata from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's 'Housing Situation Survey' in 2021 is utilized for analysis, employing one-way ANOVA and binomial logistic regression methods. Empirical analysis reveals variations in residential satisfaction levels between residents of permanent and national rental housing, with national rental housing residents exhibiting higher satisfaction. The influencing factors of overall condition satisfaction are consistent for permanent and national rental residents but differ for happy housing residents. Additionally, the influencing factors of overall residential environmental satisfaction vary across all three housing types. Nonetheless, common factors across all types include housing noise and facility accessibility, highlighting their significance in complex planning. Subsequent studies may involve time series analysis to assess changes in influencing factors over time.

Domestic industrial complexes have more loss competitiveness due to their deterioration length and environmental problems. Therefore, it is necessary to suggest the direction of realignment as advanced industrial estates and establish new alternative plans for improving the quality of public and environmental designs as well as reinforcing the competitive power. This study examined the design planning factors affecting the service users' satisfaction in the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex through a PLS regression model. The research result showed that 12 crucial design planning factors out of a total 31 planning factors have a more than 1.0 VIP. In addition, 8 comparatively important planning aspects that were measured between 0.9 and 1.0 were also investigated. These factors were the strategic design planning factors estimating the quantitative priority while enforcing the design improvement project and they should be considered as a useful material for strengthening the competitive power of the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex.

농촌인구의 급격한 감소와 고령화 속에서 농촌의 지속가능성을 위한 방안으로 귀농·귀촌의 확대가 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 귀농·귀촌인의 생활만족도 결정요인을 분석함으로써 도시민의 농촌 이주와 성공적인 정착을 촉진하기 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 특히 귀농·귀촌의 주요 동기가 소득이나 농촌의 자연환경이라는 점에서, 생활만족도를 자연환경만족도와 소득만족도로 구분하여 비교 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석에는 순서형 로짓모형과 일반화 로짓모형을 사용하였고, 분석자료는 2016년 「귀농귀촌실태조사」 원자료이다. 분석결과, 귀농·귀촌인의 자연환경만족도는 상당히 높으나 소득만족도는 보통 수준에 미치지 못하였다. 귀농·귀촌의 이유가 자연환경이거나, 귀농·귀촌 시 가족의 지지가 있었거나, 귀농·귀촌 이후 주변 이웃들과 좋은 관계를 유지하거나, 지자체로부터 귀농·귀촌 지원을 받은 경우, 귀농·귀촌인의 소득만족도와 자연환경만족도가 모두 높았다. 이러한 공통적인 요인 이외에 귀농·귀촌인의 소득만족도와 자연환경만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 소득만족도는 현재 가구소득이나 귀농·귀촌 전·후 소득 변화와 같은 경제적 요인에 의해 영향을 받으나, 자연환경만족도는 귀농·귀촌 시 배우자의 동행 여부나 지역사회 참여와 같은 사회적 요인에 의해 주로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

전원개발 사업은 우리나라의 에너지 정책방향, 국가산업 발전, 국민경제의 향상을 위한 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 더구나 지금의 전력사업은 원가절감이라는 사회적 요청을 충족시켜야 하나, 수요성장의 둔화와 석유대체 전원에 대한 투자비의 증가 등으로 경영압박의 요인으로 등장하고 있다. 이와같은 경영환경의 변화를 고찰하여 설비축소와 계획조정을 하였으나 급변하는 전력사업의 주변화경과 장기적인 에너지수급 및 가격전망의 불확실, 자체자금 조달능력의 한계 및 환경문제의 대두등으로 앞으로 전워개발계획은 여건변화에 신축성있게 대처하기 위한 연동화 작업을 계속적으로 추진하여 해년핵정 보완해 나아갈 계획이다.
