Synergy Effect of Sun Protection Factor Using Method of Forming Self-Assembly of Hybrid Titanium Dioxide (하이브리드 이산화티탄의 자기조직체 형성공법을 이용하여 제조된 하이브리드 이산화티탄의 자외선차단 상승효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the optimum conditions for manufacturing titanium dioxide using a hybrid self-assembly forming method, to confirm the shape, properties and synergy effect of UV protection for hybrid titanium dioxide. Hybrid titanium dioxide, manufactured by forming self-assembly of different sizes consisting of two kinds of titanium dioxides, has micro titanium dioxide (250nm~300nm) for support material, Nano titanium dioxide (20~30nm) for surface material, coating support material. Adjustment experiments of $AlCl_3$ concentration and both titanium dioxide ratio were conducted to find the optimized conditions for the surface coating of titanium dioxide striking a negative charge, a sample made of the optimized process was confirmed through an optical analysis, particle size analysis, and potentiometric analysis. The SPF in-vitro value of the cosmetics samples containing hybrid titanium dioxide showed 15~30% higher levels than the cosmetics samples containing both titanium dioxides mixture.

  • In this study, it was considered that not only the physical form should be electronically copied in virtual reality modeling for real problem solving, but also the interrelationship between the object and the user to be simulated. To this end, a plan was proposed to add user-space interaction elements that occur in real space to virtual reality application. This study is set in virtual reality modeling to solve safety problems in public toilets, and there should be a reasonable principle to add interaction elements with users to virtual reality modeling, and the basic environmental design strategy for crime prevention was used. As a result, it was shown that it was reasonable to derive interaction elements according to certain principles, such as the basic strategy for environmental design for crime prevention.

  • 경극은 중국의 전통극 중 하나이다. 경극의 영어 명칭은 'peking Opera'다. 경극의 "분장"은 희극에서 배우들이 얼굴에 하는 채색 화장을 가리킨다. 경극 배우들의 얼굴 분장을 '검보'라고 한다. 형태, 색채와 유형 면에서 특별한 양식을 갖춘다. 본 논문은 중국에 전하는 가면극의 외면적 표현 형태를 시각디자인 조형영역 분석을 통해 학문적 가치를 창출하는데 목적이 있다. 본 논문의 연구 영역은 경극의 유래, 색채, 형식적 측면에 대한 조형분석과 가면의 표현형식, 즉 표형기법, 색상구성, 형태구성, 역할특성 등의 구성형식을 조형적 분석 틀에 의해 분석하고자 한다. 가면 얼굴의 대표문양 분석을 통해 단순화 표현형식으로 작품을 만들어 연구하고자 한다. 분 논문의 의의는 중국 전통경극의 집중적 연구의 결과 추출을 통해 한국의 유사 전통탈춤과 비교하는 연구의 귀중한 자료로 예측되기에 본 연구를 진행하였다.

  • 본 논문은 전자상거래 시스템의 구축, 운영, 관리에 기분적으로 요구되는 기능들을 플랫폼에 독립적인 Java 기술과 XML 기술을 적용해서 화장성과 유연성이 높은 컴포넌트들을 설계하고 구현한 내용을 보인다. 개발된 컴포넌트는 쇼핑몰 구축 시 원하는 상점 형태를 손쉽게 만들어 내게 하며, 추가적인 기능 요구 사항들을 지속적으로 추가할 수 있기 때문에 새로운 기능을 확장시키는데 매우 유용하다.

A Study on the Improvement of Skin-affinity and Spreadability in the Pressed Powder using Air Jet Mill Process and Mono-dispersed PMMA (Air Jet Mill 공법과 PMMA의 단분산성이 프레스드 파우더의 밀착성 및 발림성 향상에 대한 연구)

  • The key quality attributes of the pressed powder, one of base makeup products, are skin-affinity and spreadability. In general, there was a limit to meet skin-affinity and spreadability simultaneously, which are opposite attributes each other. In this study, air jet mill process was tried to satisfy two main properties. Skin-affinity was improved by a wet coating of sericite with a mixture of lauroyl lysine (LL) and sodium cocoyl glutamate (SCG). The application of mono-dispersed polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and diphenyl dimethicone/vinyl diphenyl dimethicone/silsesquioxane crosspolymer (DDVDDSC) improved both qualities. Air jet mill process has been mainly applied in the pharmaceutical and food industries, and is a method used for processing powder materials in cosmetic field. In this study, we were able to complete makeup cosmetics with an optimum particle size $6.8{\mu}m$ by combining the air jet mill process at the manufacturing stage. It was confirmed that the Ti element was uniformly distributed throughout the cosmetics by EDS mapping, and that the corners of the tabular grains were rounded by SEM analysis. It is considered that this can provide an effect of improving the spreadability when the cosmetic is applied to the skin by using a makeup tool. LL with excellent skin compatibility and SCG derived from coconut with little skin irritation were wet coated to further enhance the adhesion of sericite. SEM images were analyzed to evaluate effect of the dispersion and uniformity of PMMA on spreadability. With the spherical shapes of similar size, it was found that the spreading effect was further increased when the distribution was homogeneously mono-dispersed. The dispersion and spreadability of PMMA were confirmed by measuring the kinetic friction and optimal content was determined. The silicone rubber powder, DDVDDSC, was confirmed by evaluating the hardness, spreading value, and drop test. Finally, it was found that the dispersion of PMMA and silicone rubber powder affected spreadability. Such makeup cosmetics have excellent stability in drop test while having appropriate hardness, and good stability over time. Taken together, it is concluded that air jet mill process can be utilized as a method to improve skin-affinity and spreadability of the pressed powder.

  • This study is a review paper on powders for makeup cosmetics. They play the roles of the camouflage of skin defect, UV screening, skin adhesion, makeup sustainability, and skin protection. This function is endowed on the powders by shape control, surface treatment, and encapsulation. The future powders are expected to be evolved into the smart model responding to the environmental change.

Study on the morphological Characteristics of Local Cultivars in Paeonia spp. (지방 수집 작약의 유망계통에 대한 형태학적 특성에 관한 연구)

  • The major morphological characteristics of 97 lines selected from 1,510 local collection lines of Paeonia spp. were studied and classified into some groups according to their Q correlation. The Coefficient of Variation of 8 characteristics in 97 lines varied greatly with the range from 21.3% to 127.1%. The 22 lines with useful morphological characteristics selected from 97 lines had 2n=10 chromosomes, in which there were no difference among the number of chromosomes of 22 lines. The 97 lines were classified into 14 groups based upon the results of Q correlation analysis obtained from data with 16 quantitative factors; Group III and group VI were divided into two sub-groups. Group I was large flowered lines with a single flower, Group IIIa, doubled flowered lines, Group VII, late maturing lines and Group IX, early maturing lines flowering in 17th May. Group VIII were dwarf type lines which has the shortest stem length and leaf length among 14 groups, which are suitable for potted plants. Group XIII had a lot of stems per plant and a large type leaf with leaf length and width. A needle-type leaf was found in Group X, whereas a wide and oval-type leaf in group XII.

  • The temporal and spatial distribution of the coastal cold waters which was formed due to winter colling in the South Sea of Korea was analyzed by IR images from satellite and in situ data from shipboard observations. The coastal waters are known to be consisted of the Yellow Sea Coastal Waters(YSCW) and the South Korean Coastal Waters(SKCW). The former is driven around the Chuja-do and drifted into the Cheju Strait by residual currents, while the latter expands toward offsea by southward wind forcing. The expansion patterns of the SKCW were observed as sinking expansion or drifting expansion such that both were strongly dependent on the surface heat flux conditions. Under the condition of positive heat flux(warmer sea surface) or when the sea surface heat is lost to the atmosphere, the surface water started sinking and eventually expanded toward the open sea causing the cooling of the water column. For the negative heat flux the surface water was just drifted horizontally and expanded seaward and in this case only the surface layer of water was cooled.

  • Recently emphasizing the importance of security such as national major institutions' facilities or major industrial facilities for the maintenance of security/crime prevention due to specialization of the Green Information Technology(G-IT) and Green Ubiquitous Technology(G-UT) industry fields, The Security System Building linked high technology within the government-related organization, enterprise and army the military is urgently required. This paper is about the green USN intelligent an unmanned guard MUX system that receive the signals, from alarm device within surveillance area, with various ways of communication techniques and then transmit to local control center and remote control server trough TCP/IP network. This study enables the mutual senergy effect by realizing a total solution of an unmanned guard system and also significantly contributes to the global/domestic market expansion. That can be applied to the crime prevention/security fields in the Green Ubiquitous Environment Implemented Business(survalance-Home, Gu-City, Gu-Health, etc.), and will contribute to expand companies with international competitiveness that can provide the Green Ubiquitous Vision(Gu-Vision).

A Analysis on Preference of Funeral Type by Socioeconomic Characteristics using Nested Logit Model (네스티드로짓모형을 활용한 사회경제적 특성에 따른 장사유형 선호 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify determinants for preferred funeral methods depending on socio-economic characteristics. In South Korea, the Act on Funeral Services, Etc. categorizes funeral methods into burial, inurnment, and natural burial. This study empirically analyzes how and what socio-economic characteristics affect choices among these three categories. Data is collected from Social Survey 2017 and funeral facilities in the country. The data to be analyzed is developed in terms of a hierarchy which puts the burial and cremation methods in an upper class and the inurnment and natural burial methods in a lower class. Based on this data, a nested logit model is employed to conduct empirical analysis. The analysis indicates that those characteristics that have a statistically significant influence on preferred methods include gender, age, householder, marriage, satisfaction with life, class awareness, monthly income, housing type, housing tenure type, and living in city area. Each variable's modulus of calculated direct and cross elasticity need to be used to analyze the outcome of a nested logit model. In this study, the modulus of direct and cross elasticity are determined for the significant variables. The calculated direct elasticity is applied to analyze the likelihood of choosing each funeral method when there are changes in the significant variables. When a particular method has been selected, on the other hand, the cross elasticity is utilized to analyze changes to the likelihood of choosing the other methods. One of the most notable results is related to natural burial. In order to meet the demand for natural burial, it is necessary to provide more burial sites and raise awareness of natural burial. This will facilitate the efficient use of national territorial space.
