드론 핵심 기술 및 향후 과제

  • 최근 무인항공기를 지칭하는 드론 관련 산업이 미래를 이끌 신산업으로 부상하고 있다. 드론은 20세기 초에 군사용으로 개발되어 정찰 감시 및 폭격과 같은 군사임무를 수행하여 왔으나 최근 들어 독일 DHL, 아마존, 구글 등과 같은 다국적 기업들이 상업적 용도로 활용을 선언하며 연구 개발에 뛰어 들면서 그 시장이 예상보다 빨리 커지고 있다. 미국 틸 그룹의 보고서에 의하면 2013년 세계 드론 시장의 규모는 66억 달러였고 그 중 군사용이 90% 이상을 차지하고 있으나 향후 민수용 시장 비율이 상당히 커질 것으로 예상된다. 2022년에는 114억 달러 규모로 커질 것으로 예상하고 있다. 현재 민수용으로 사진 촬영용 소형 드론으로부터 정밀농업, 인프라 관리, 택배 및 화물 수송 등으로 운용 범위를 확대하고 있다. 국내 드론 산업은 군수 위주로 시작되어 세계 7위권의 기술력을 확보한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 무인기 분야의 연구개발은 국방과학연구소와 한국항공우주연구원 등 정부출연연구소가 주도하는 가운데, 한국항공우주산업, 대한 항공이 주로 체계종합(System Integrator) 및 비행체 개발을 담당하고 LIG넥스원, 삼성탈레스, 삼성테크윈 등의 대기업을 포함한 중소업체들이 부체계 기술을 개발하고 있다. 최근 소형 드론을 중심으로 시장형성이 가시화되는 민수 시장에서는 가격, 기술 경쟁력의 열위에 있어, 국내 산업 경쟁력 확보와 미래 시장을 선도할 핵심 제품 개발이 시급한 실정이다. 또한 무인기의 비행체 국산화는 상당한 수준으로 진행되었으나, 광학(EO) 적외선(IR) 카메라 등 핵심 부가가치를 구성하는 탑재 임무장비의 경우 원천기술의 부족으로 해외에 의존하고 있다.

  • Current competition among companies than regional, the time constraints, it is globalization, Tilt the efforts of many to be operated by building the efficient distribution system to reduce logistics costs and improve customer service it is reality's there. Therefore, the need for industrial complexes environmentally friendly can be cost competitive companies perform cavitation region's increased. To build the distribution center these logistics system through a joint of freight and appropriate policy is required. In particular, efficient operation through the system construction of industrial complexes in the logistics system is very important in terms of friendly low-cost urban logistics, the environment. Since the traffic volume which is Jipufa and utilization of network is transported by a more appropriate technicians and means suitable operating model can efficiency is improved. However, despite these advantages, research network design has not been actively conducted due to the complexity of the problem. Therefore, in this study, by analyzing the logistics system, and presents the operating model through a simulation and basic settings for the model of the logistics complex based on the analysis result, the construction of infrastructure of logistics industry complex it is intended to present the article.

  • Fierce competition to attract the increasing container cargoes of north China in competitive ports has make port marketing to be desperate necessity. In this situation, port marketing of Incheon container ports is requisite conditions to leap one step. Therefore, this study aims to propose core factors for marketing strategy by the feasible marketing analysis. The major shows as follows. Incheon is required to adjust port tariff and handling cost by incentive policy, enhance service coming alongside the berth, increase efficiency of port handling service and inland transportation system.

  • The national boundary's meanings turn to weak according to advent of Global enterprises. The place for design a product and marketing are separated to actual market. R&D is to the area where the knowledge activity is well, and low skilful product assembling is to the place the low wage is acceptable. It shows that the importance of net work structure. From early 90's, production system is diversified to markets where with the consumer as the central as multifarious items and creation new demands through consumer's participation into manufacturing process. This phenomenon show that logistics structures adapt to demand of technical variation, and the development of e-business with VAN(:value added network) and EDI(:Electronic data interchange) prove it. This study tried to analyze utilitarian assay about systems those land, sea, air logistics through documents research, and this study also present the direction of logistics system of airline company and goal of development on the based to the model of domestic airline company accordingly.

  • Recently, South korea is driving forward the strategy concerning of the logistics center of northeast asia aggressively on the purpose of promoting Busan port & Gwangyang port to the hub-port of northeast asia, In that situation, it is significant that the meaning, construction connecting between south and north railway. Namely, That is the reason why Busan port is satisfied with the combined transport system of not only marine transportation but also railway transportation completely, However, the research and policy is only focused on the connection of north-south railway so far. The ability of Buans railway equipment as the actual role of origin-destination point of TKR(Trans Korean Railway), was not reviewed. Therefore, this research is shown the problem and reality of the railway transport concerning the centralization of Busan port, and the capacity of Busan port railway facility regarding the increase of future container quantity is reviewed and analyzed Moreover, the object, shown the importance of facility expansion such as Gungbu Trans Express between Daegu and Busan and the improvement scheme for railway transportation activation through the analysis of society cost and the logistics cost of the ability of railway facility, is set up.

Study in the development of High Speed Rail(HSR) and its influence (고속철도의 발전과 영향력)

  • Since 1964, HSR, which was opened in Japan, has had a hoge impact on the world. Historically, HSR has similar characteristics to the Roman Road, which promoted rapid movement and hada great influence on international society as transport infrastructure. Recently the development of HSR has become more rapid because of economic, environmental and external cost concern, emphasizing Environmentally Sustainable Transport(EST). In particular, the external cost has become more important factor for justifying HSR. The successful factors of HSR are high demand and cost minimal construction costs. There are two successful HSR models, the Japanese and the French. The former operates based on high demand oriented and the latter focuses on its minimizing costs. The demand orientated model means HSR carries over 100,000 passengers per day as in Japan and Far East Asian countries. The cost minimized model focuses on lower operation and construction costs as in France. In particular, Germany carries both passengers and freight on HSR. The construction costs in Germany are in between those of Japan and France. In future, Korea, Taiwan and China HSR will follow Japan's successful model because of high population density and concentration of economic activity along railway lines. This paper supports Vickerman's argument that HSR is justified where there is a demand of between 12 million and 15 million railway passenger a year(about 40thousand persons/day) between two urban center. This will be shown in the future in Korea, in Taiwan and China. Finally, this paper reviews that HSR activates at 250km/h for dedicated new lines and 200km/h for upgraded lines. In particular, it is successful in area of high population density and cost minimizing technology.

Evaluation of Shanghai New Port Development Plan (중국 상해 신항만 개발계획 평가)

  • China is expected to experience rapid increase in container traffic due to the joining to WTO and the fast economic growth. However, logistics-related infrastructure such as sea port is very poor and the capacity is lagging far behind the demand, resulting in transferring around 70% of import and export cargo volume at ports in adjoining countries such as Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan. Recently, China announced a huge project of developing an offshore port consisting of 52 berths, 30km away from Shanghai with a connecting bridge. As such plan seems to have a significant impact on the port of Pusan which tries to be a Hub port in Far East Asia, we need to scrutinize the plan. This paper, therefore, tries to examine Shanghai New Port Plan, to evaluate the feasibility and potential competitiveness, and to analyze the impact on Pusan port. For this, we review the situation of major container ports in China and the flow pattern of container traffic to and from Pusan port. We then examine the feasibility of the proposed offshore port with respect to demand and supply for container terminal, weather condition, hinterland connection and resource of investment.

A Study on Improving Scheme and An Investigation into the Actual Condition about Components of Physical Distribution System (물류시스템 구성요인에 관한 실태분석과 개선방안에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to present an alternative improving the efficient and reasonable of the physical distribution system management is influenced by many factors. Therefore, the study depends on the documentary method and survey method to achieve the purpose of this study. The major components of a physical distribution system are refers to as elements, include warehouse·storage system, transportation system, inventory system, physical distribution information system. The factors used in this study are ① factor of product(quality·A/S·added value of product·adaption of product·technical competitive power to other enterprises), ② factor of market(market channel·kinds of customer·physical distribution share), ③ factor of warehouse·storage(warehouse design·size·direction·storage ability·warehouse quality), ④ factor of transportation(promptness·reliability·responsibility·kinds of transportation·cooperation united transportation system·national transportation network), ⑤ factor of packaging (packaging design·material·educating program·pollution degree measure program), ⑥ factor of inventory(ordinary inventory criterion·consistence for inventories record), ⑦ factor of unloaded(unloaded machine·having machine ratio), ⑧ factor of information system (physical distribution quantity analysis·usable computer part), ⑨ factor of physical distribution cost(sales ratio to product) ⑩ factor of physical distribution system(physical distribution center etc). The implication of this study can be summarized as follows: ① In firms that have not adopted a systems integrative approach, physical distribution is a fragmented and often uncoordinated set of activities spread throughout various functions with function having its own set of priorities and measurements. ② The physical distribution is recognized as more an important strategic factor than a simple cost reduction factor, ③ It can be used a strategic competition tool to enterprise.

Vehicle Classification Scheme of Two-Axle Unit Vehicle Based on the Laser Measurement of Height Profiles (차량 형상자료를 이용한 2축 차량의 차종분류 방안)

  • Vehicle classification data are considerably used in the almost all fields of transportation planning and engineering. Highway agencies use a large number of vehicle classification schemes. Vehicles on the national highway are classified by 12-Category classification system, using number of axles, distances between axles, vehicle length, overhang, and other factors. In the case of using existing axle-sensor-based classification counters (that is, 12-category classification system), two-axle vehicles(Class 1 to 4) can be erroneously classified because a passenger vehicle becomes larger and similar with class 3 and 4. In this reason, this study proposes the vehicle classification scheme based on using vehicle height profiles obtained by a laser sensors. Also, the accuracy of the proposed method are tested through a field study.
