  • 우리나라의 수출입 대부분은 해상을 통해 이루어지고 있으나 항만의 물류 창고는 데이터 네트워크를 통한 유기적인 화물의 출입과 현황관리가 부족한 실정이다. 이는 부족한 데이터 네트워크 인프라와 CCTV에 의한 아날로그 영상 데이터에 의존하는 기존 시스템의 한계로 인해 기인하는 바가 크다. 이에 IP 카메라와 엣지 디바이스의 영상분석에 의한 개별 화물 창고의 디지털 현황 분석 기반을 구축하고 분산된 개별 화물 창고의 데이터를 클라우드에 위치한 중앙 집중 데이터 분석 시스템을 구축하여 유연한 개별 화물 창고 관리와 지속적인 모니터링 기반을 제공한다. 사용자 인터페이스는 웹 기반으로 구축하여 항만 화물 관계자에게 편의성과 위치에 구애받지 않는 서비스를 제공한다. 이 과정에서 사설 IoT 네트워크를 통한 최소한의 시공비용으로 항만 내 인터넷 데이터 네트워크를 구축하여 향후 항만 내 다양한 데이터 서비스를 위한 초석을 제공한다.

A Study on the Selection of Starting Year for the Management of Aging Commercial Trucks by Using Automobile Inspection Data (자동차 검사 자료를 이용한 사업용 화물자동차 차령 관리 시작 년도 선정에 관한 연구)

  • In order to minimize problems related to the performance and safety of automobiles, the "Age Limit for Vehicles System" which restricts the age of buses, taxis, and trucks, was implemented in 1973. This contributed to the reduction of accidents and increase of user's service satisfaction. However, the restriction system for trucks was abolished in August 1997 as it was deemed restrictive to economic growth. It is found that one of main causes of traffic accidents such as Changwon Tunnel accident occurred in recent years, is the aging of trucks. Thus, There is a growing need for the management of the age of trucks. In this study, the time when cargo vehicles need to be managed is suggested, by analyzing the safety of cargo vehicles using vehicles inspection data.

Productivity Evaluation and Factor Analysis in Commercial Road Freight Transport Industry (영업용 도로화물운송업의 생산 효율성 평가 및 영향요인 분석)

  • The objective of this paper is to evaluate production efficiency of the commercial road freight transportation industry using quarterly actual data by individual truck drivers from January 2005 to September 2009. In addition, this study analyzes various impact factors that influence production efficiency, including regulatory factors (e.g., entrust management system and multi-level transactions). For this purpose, this study uses data envelopment analysis and a truncated Tobit model. As a result, production efficiency of the general freight sector is higher than those of the other two sectors. Also, production efficiency in the steel goods sector ranks the highest; meanwhile, production efficiency in the oil goods sector ranks the lowest. In particular, production efficiency indicators of the commercial road freight transportation industry fluctuate with time by a small margin, and have an upward tendency on the whole. Finally, some policy implications are given to promote production efficiency of the commercial road freight transportation industry.

  • 글로벌 물류 환경하에 항공화물포워더는 신속한 배송, 실시간 위치 추적 및 상태관리 등의 복잡 다양해지고 있는 고객의 물류서비스 요구에 대응하기 위해 항공화물포워더들은 '포워더정보시스템(Forwarder Information System, FIS)'을 도입하고 있으나, 기존 포워더 정보시스템들은 단순 내부업무 관리 기능만을 지원하여 화물 수출입 관련 주체들의 정보공유 및 협업 등의 상호연계가 취약한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 실제 포워더 및 관련 주체 대상 설문조사를 통하여 공급리드타임이 짧으며, 여러 관련주체들의 신속한 정보공유가 필수적인 특성을 지닌 포워더를 중심으로 한 항공물류 공급망을 분석하고, 공급망 관점에서 포워더정보시스템의 문제점 개선을 위해 현행 항공화물포워더의 업무와 포워더정보시스템를 분석하고, 개선방안 제시하고자 한다.

Development and Application of an Evaluation Method for a Freight Vehicle Route Management System (화물자동차 통행관리제도의 평가방법 개발 및 적용 (서울지역을 대상으로))

  • Favorable policies for freight vehicles (i.e., trucks), such as exclusive "Truck-ways," have been proposed, and at the same time restricted policies for freight vehicles have been suggested because transportation of goods by truck aggravates traffic congestion and environmental conditions in urban areas. This study discusses the limitations of assessment processes for freight vehicle route management systems which have been carried out from limited perspectives such as physical distribution efficiency and traffic circulation. The objective of this study is to propose an assessment method of truck route management systems in urban areas which includes more varied criteria. This research modified the two existing assessment indices of physical distribution efficiency and traffic circulation. In addition two new assessment indexes are proposed: (i) exposure indices for population directly influenced by nitrous oxide, a representative pollutant, and (ii) a friction index between trips for attending elementary school and freight vehicle trips. It was found that from the perspective of physical distribution efficiency and traffic circulation, the "before" alternative is better than "after". However, from the aspect of traffic safety and environmental impacts the "after" alternative is better than "before". It is expected that the proposed evaluation method in this study would be useful when identifying reasonable policies for truck route management in urban areas.

  • Nowadays, the movement of commercial vehicles has caused severe congestion, environmental problems and damaged pavements in urban area. To solve the Problems, this research has proposed a methodology to build-up a freight network that is enable to manage the movement and demand of commercial vehicles. The network based on urban arterial network has developed according to freight traffic volume that is under the influence of road types among The in study area. Freight network has been developed by assignment method of 4-step transportation forecasting. Once, acceptable limits of freight traffic volume are decided, freight network can be developed using the capacity To confirm the application of the methodology, freight network of Seoul city has developed by the methodology.

  • In this study, a discrete-event simulation model is developed to estimate load factors and the corresponding revenues under different pricing and dispatching policies. The model has been employed to forecast the inbound and the outbound air cargo demands of the major Northeastern Chinese cities, and the simulation results were compared to the actual demands obtained from real-life airline operations. The statistical analysis confirms that the simulation model is able to provide accurate estimates for air cargo demands, and thus, the model may be employed to be a useful tool for air cargo demand management.

  • This article aims to derive problems of the national conflict management from analyzing aggravation and spread stage in conflict process and to improve the national conflict management. For achieving the purpose, this article deals with sources of conflict, conflict damage, conflict management institutions, conflict management strategies, and the obstacles of conflict management as the domain of policy target in the national conflict management. This paper, also, analyzes the trucker's strike in 2003 as a complex conflict. Finally, the improvement of national conflict management needs to establish the specialized organization for conflict management, to develop indicators and manuals according to conflict stage and environment.

도로운송 중량화물 고정결박원칙 제정 절차 연구

  • 대한민국은 우수한 기술력을 바탕으로 한 각종 플랜트 산업이 주력업종인 강국이다. 이러한 특성에 맞게 각 산업단지에서는 고중량 대형화물에 대한 운송수요가 꾸준히 발생하고 있는 추세이다. 대형화물의 운송량이 증가할수록 고정결박 불량에 의한 화물 낙하, 이탈로 인한 차량파손, 도로파손 등의 사고가 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 이러한 사고의 발생 가능성은 항상 내재하고 있다. 하지만 현행 도로교통법에는 화물적재 및 고정에 대한 구체적 규정이 전무하여 화물운전자가 책임을 부담하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 화물적재 규정을 살펴보고 적합한 고정결박 지침을 제정하고 관리하는 절차의 지정을 제안하였다.

  • In this paper, we introduce a RFIDbased real time air cargo monitoring system for cargo management in the air cargo terminal. In order to construct functional requirement and development framework,. we have analyzed the user requirements of cargo personnel of Incheon International Air Cargo Terminal. To find out the possibilities to adopt RFID in the cargo, we had benchmarked different RFID systems and also tested radio environment of the cargo. Based on the RFID system test and radior environment test, we developed a web based cargo monitoring solution which adopts EPC network and BPM solution with flexibility and expandability.
