홍조 참보라색우무(Symphyocladia latiuscula (Harvey) Yamada)의 형태적 식별형질들을 야외 및 실내배양 재료를 통해 검토하고 생활사를 밝혔다. 본 종은 엽체의 체장이 5-15 cm이고, 정단을 제외한 전 엽체에 피층이 발달하며, 주축과 측지의 유합정도는 5-7 절편에 달한다는 점에서 Symphyocladia속의 다른 종들과 구분된다. 생식기관의 형태와 발달과정은 속내의 다른 종들과 구분된다. 생식기관의 형태와 발달과정은 속내의 다른 종들과 유사하나 소측지의 변형에 의해 장상의 사분포자탁을 형성하는 것이 특징적이다. 본 종은 야외 및 실내배양 재료 모두에서 영양모상엽이 형성되어 S. pennata와 구분되었고, 따라서 지금까지 polysiphonieae족과 Pterosiphonieae족을 구별하기 위한 기본 식별형질로서 인식되어 왔던 영양모상엽의 존재 유무는 부류학적인 의의가 없음을 확인되었다. 실내배양에서 본 종의 Polysiphonia형 생활사를 반복하나 배우체의 체장이 포자체보다 상재적으로 작아 세대간 크기의 차이가 현저한 이형현상이 관찰되었다. 본 종은 한국 전 해안의 조간대 중부 이하의 지역에서 전 계절에 걸쳐 흔히 채집되며, 하계에 배우체의 출현비율이 높았다.

알레르기성 접촉 피부염을 진단 받고 양방치료를 받았으나 별무 호전하던 환자에게 침치료와 양격산가감방을 복용하여 약 2개월간 증상이 초기보다 증상이 완화되는 효과가 있었다. 그러나 약물 치료를 배제하고 침치료만 시행하던 중 환자가 상열감 및 소양감은 거의 소실되었으나 홍조 증상이 정체 양상을 보였고 이에 저자는 치료후기를 혈조 상태로 변증하고 환자의 환부에 경피적외선조사요법을 시행하여 정체중이던 안면홍조 상태가 최근 약 1달간 10회의 치료로 환자가 만족할만한 효과가 있었다.

홍조류 추출물(RAE)를 이용하여 오미자 절편을 탈수, 건조한 후, 열풍건조 처리된 시료와 복원율, 총 페놀 함량 등을 비교, 분석하였다. 처리 농도에 따른 시간 별 탈수양은 농도가 높을수록 탈수효율이 좋았으며, 경제적 측면을 고려하여 RAE 40%를 최적 탈수제 처리 농도조건으로 수립하였다. 복원율에서는 열풍건조에 비해 RAE 처리 시료가 더 좋은 복원율을 보였고, RAE 40% 처리 오미자의 경우 총 페놀 함량이 1304.8 mg GAE/100 g으로 999.5 mg GAE/100 g인 열풍건조보다 높은 결과를 보였다. 따라서 본 연구 결과, RAE를 이용한 오미자의 탈수, 건조는 기능성 성분 손실을 최소화하고 신선한 시료의 본래 상태로 복원될 수 있는 효율적인 건조 방법이라고 판단된다.

Objectives: To evaluate the clinical use of Kupperman's Index, Menopausespecific quality of life questionnaire(MENQOL), Menopause Rating Scale(MRS) by comparison with the Subjective measures of hot flush. Methods: The participants were 107 women (45-60 yr) who were not currently on hormone therapy, and had reached hot flash scores of 10 or higher. The evaluating indexes of this trial are hot flush score, hot flush VAS, Hot flush consistence time, sweating VAS, Kupperman`s Index, Menopause-specific quality of life questionnaire (MENQOL), Menopause Rating Scale(MRS). Results: 1. The hot flush score, hot flush VAS, sweating VAS were significantly correlated with each other, but the Hot flush consistence time with no special relationship was found on Subjective measures of hot flush 2. The Kupperman's Index, Menopause-specific quality of life questionnaire (MENQOL) and Menopause Rating Scale(MRS) were significantly correlated with each other. 3. There was significant correlation between Subjective measures of hot flush and Menopause-specific quality of life questionnaire(MENQOL), Thus Menopausespecific quality of life questionnaire(MENQOL) is considered the most suitable on hot flush related research. Conclusions: There was significant correlation between Subjective measures of hot flush and Menopausal scale, thus the use of various indicators are needed for the assessment of climacteric symptoms.

$23{\sim}40$세 (평균 연령 31.6세)의 자궁내막증 환자35명 (1기 7명, 2기 7명, 3기 14명, 4기 7명)을 대상으로 gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (Goserelin) 3.6 mg을 한달 간격으로 6개월 복부의 피하에 이식한 후 자궁내막증에 대한 치료 효과와 부작용을 알아보기 위하여 매달 호르몬 검사와 증상에 대한 설문조사를 시행하였다. 투여 1개월 후 혈청 estradiol농도는 30 pg/mL이었고 이후 치료중 $10{\sim}20$ pg/mL를 유지하였으며 투여를 중간한 1개월 후 50 pg/mL로 증가하였다. 혈청 LH농도는 치료 중 유의하게 감소하였으며 투여를 중단한 후 증가하였다. FSH는 투여 1개월 후 감소하였으나 2개월후부터 계속 치료전과 같은 농도를 유지하였다. 혈청 CA-125치는 19명중 10명에서 치료전에 35 mIU/mL이상으로 증가되었으며 치료 2개월 후부터 모두 정상으로 감소되었다. 월경곤란증은 치료 3개월째 완전히 소실되었고 성교통은 치료가 끝날 때까지 20%의 환자에서 지속되었다. 백혈구수, 혈색소, 전해질, 단백질, 빌리루빈 및 간효소는 치료 중 모두 정상이었다. 혈압과 체중도 치료전, 치료중에 변화가 없었다. 투여후 86%의 환자가 안면홍조를 63%에서 질건조증을 20%가 두통, 우울을 호소하였다. 이와 같은 부작용은 투여를 중단한 1개월 후 모두 소실되었으며 부작용 때문에 투여를 중단한 예는 없었다. 이상의 결과로 GnRH-a는 난소의 estradiol생산을 완벽하게 중단시키고 골반증상을 완하시켜 자궁 내막증 치료에 효과적이라고 사료되며 안면홍조와 같은 부작용의 빈도가 높기 때문에 향후 호르몬 보충요법을 병행하는 것이 바람직 하다고 사료된다.

Objectives: The purpose of this systematic review was to overview and evaluate the effectiveness of acupoint catgut embedding for climacteric hot flush. Methods: We searched articles from CNKI, Pubmed CENTRAL, Koreantk, Oasis online databases. After searching the articles, we performed quality assessment using Cochrane risk of bias (RoB) tools. Results: Among the 20 articles were searched, one radomized controlled clinical trial (RCT) was selected. 1 Study showed that Acupoint catgut embedding treatment has significant effect on climacteric hot flush in terms of the effectiveness rate. Conclusions: This study found encouraging but limited evidence of aupoint catgut embedding theragpy for climacteric hot flush.

고체화된 연산증폭기를 중심으로 구성한 광전측광장치를 구성하였다. 광원에 대응하여 광전자증배관에서 얻는 미소전류의 증폭과 별의 등급측정을 위한 대수변환은 동일연산증폭기의 변형으로 얻고 있다. 측정기능의 한계는 주로 증폭기입력단의 bias전류에 좌우되므로 이것은 광산증폭기의 선택상 주요기준이 될 것이다. 이러한 연산증폭기는 종래 전위계진공관 혹은 진동용량형전위계 등으로 가능하였던 각종 미소전류·전압의 증폭에 높은 신뢰성과 경제적인 증폭방식으로 적용된다.

A method for the isolation and purification of DNA from a red algae, Porphyra was innovated. The innovation of the method consists mainly of three steps that include sodium acetate treatment, chloroform extraction, and 0.2 volume isopropanol precipitation step. The sodium acetate treatment was designed to remove polysaccharide contamination, and the isopropanol step to remove proteins and salts contaminents. Genomic DNA,s of several species(for example, P. tenera, P. yezoensis, P. seriata, and P. pseudolinearis) was successfully isolated by the innovated method. The amount of DNA purified from one g of sample material with the innovated method was 53 g in average. The resulting DNA was characterized to include high molecular weight and showed no nuclease activity. The DNA was pure enough to be digested directly by various restriction enzymes without any difficulties. Porphyra DNA was pure enough and adequate for amplification reaction through the polymerase chain reaction (small nuclear rDNA PCR amplification).

Properties of newly developed paper from Red Algae Pulp (RAP) were examined. The paper samples were prepared according tomixing RAP fiber with wood fibers, HwBKP and SwBKP, to form a paper with 60 g/$m^{2}$ in weight. It was prepared in three to four different levels of refining degree and pressure so that it can reveal different bulk level in order to clearly compare the opacity at equivalent bulk for each furnish compositions. printability of RAP fiber revealed superior effect on print through repression and initial ink absorption. Those properties are expected to improve further if printability improvement effect due to smoothness improvement is added.

Facial blushing is a personally disabling condition, which can result in emotional disturbance and be an impediment to social life. Although numerous treatment options exist, including beta blocker, cognitive behavioral therapy and sympathetic neurolysis, no generally accepted form of treatment has been established. Herein, we report two cases of successful reduction of facial blushing following the administration of beta blocker and a minor tranquillizing antianxiety drug.
