The purpose of this study is to investigate the versatility of indecisive clients which is one of the seven key factors to identify indecisiveness by analyzing Holland's 3-letter code with consistency and calculus. By implementing the method of Occupational Card Sort, all six clients showed low consistency in the three codes as well as between the first code and their thesis statements. They also showed mismatching of three codes evaluated with the thesis statements. From observing calculus from the hexagonal model, all six Holland codes showed balanced development and similarity of calculus between the codes in adjacent. The result of the study finds that various interests may cause indecision in one's career decision-making.

Vocational rehabilitation is defined as a process which helps people with disabilities to maintain life of non-disabled people and vocational assessment is a part of it. Traditionally, vocational assessment is performed through using of assessment tools, vocational counseling and so on. It is very efficient to apply vocational assessment to people with disabilities using the internet, but we should provide them with web accessibility. In this paper, we design and implement the aptitude test system for people with visual impairment supporting web accessibility. We develop the aptitude test system using the Holland Test which is the assessment tool of career guidance and counseling. We also show that the aptitude test system for people with visual impairment supports web accessibility more than previous Holland Test which is served in the internet.

Holland et al.(1986)propose four major factors to determine the outcome of the competition among the rules in an artificial intelligence system: match,sterength.specificity and support.They can be used as sriteria for the system to prefer rules in the cognition of objects from the given environment.The purpose of this paper is to explicate especially the concept of strength with that of likelihood in statistics.The stregth concept itself and the way of the application will be understood more fully by the likelihood concept.A concept is the more fruiful the more it can be brought into connection with otherconcepts.

Summary. Most of American pop music, which are dominating the hegemony of the global pop music market, have been derived from the culture of African Americans, most of whom were slaves of European immigrants. The music of black slaves must be the one of the greatest undisputed achievements that have most influenced the American history. Indeed, All of the mainstream pop music works around the world, including those in America, are the descendants of the black music with the gene of the black people. We can say, therefore, the music born through the Afro-American culture has become the music that every person around the world enjoys in the present. Accordingly, K-Pop music culture, centered in idol group, is also based on the black music. This fact suggests that the K-Pop culture can be spread into people in different customs or traditions with little resistance. The success factor of Motown, at the very center of the black music, which integrated the whole global music, is not only their incredibly outstanding music works, but also the self-consciousness the musicians have that they are strongly reluctant to settle down to present reality. This shall lead to the necessity of self-reflection for the Korean music market, which are obsessed with present popularity and only taking advantage of teenager market, and for those engaged in music business in Korea, who are lack of the artistic value and the consciousness as artist.

The total solar irradiation on horizontal surfaces is separated into the beam and diffuses components. Although horizontal global irradiance is a commonly measured parameter for many sites, horizontal diffuse irradiance is not so readily obtainable. For such sites that measure global irradiation alone, a simple but reasonably accurate method is required to estimate diffuse irradiance from its global counterpart. This study investigates the applicability of correlation coefficients models correlating hourly diffuse and beam fraction and hourly clearness index in Daejeon. The three diffuse to global correlation coefficients models (Orgill and Holland model, CIBSE Guide J model, and Erbs et al. model) are selected and the three modified beam to global correlation coefficients models are generated. MBE, RMSE, r-squared of Daejeon and Daejeon boundary site-fitted models are compared with the case of original coefficients. The comparison result shows that the beam and diffuse to global solar irradiation correlation coefficients models with boundary site-fitted coefficients are best suitable for Daejeon. Further researches will be conducted to find the boundary site-fitting method using measured data of other cities and correlation coefficients models using solar altitude, cloud cover, and sunshine duration.

The purpose of this study was to develop an ICT education program using films to understand and expand of the Interpersonal Caring Theory (ICT). The study was conducted from February 2020 to October 2020. The films were selected by analyzing 10 elements of ICT and the program was developed according to Kolb's Experience Learning Model. 11 experienced nurses participated in the pilot operation of the program and evaluated the validity of the films as experts. The films selected for the ICT education program included The Blind Side (Noticing), Babette's Feast (Participation), Good Will Hunting (Sharing), The King's Speech (Active-listening), The Cure (Companioning), Mr. Holland's Opus (Complimenting), Patch Adams (Comforting), The Shawshank Redemption (Hoping), Mission (Forgiving), The Throne (Accepting). The program consisted of a total of 12 sessions, and each session included discussion questions for the steps of the Experimental Learning Model. After the program was piloted, it was found that the selected films were considered appropriate (I-CVI=0.98) as a result of evaluating the feasibility of films selection according to ICT elements. The developed ICT education program using films can be used to enhance caring competencies of nurses and nursing college students.

The present study aimed to identify predictors of Youtube creator's Willingness to work as a profession. This work is notable, given its prevalence in preference as an occupation due to the development of information and communication technology. In the present work, a survey study was utilized and respondents' perception of job values, interest, self-esteem as well as willingness to work were measured. The results from a multiple regression analysis indicate that, realistic type (-), artistic type (+), corporate type (+) job value and job interest were significantly predictive of willingness to work. This study discussed implications including the need to establish career support services for YouTube creators as a profession and further for differentiated approaches based on job values or individual tendencies. The result from the current work is important, in that this study identified the willingness and influential factors of YouTube creators from a professional perspective, reflecting the recent growing interest in YouTube creators.
