단면형상이 다른 Al/CFRP 혼성박육부재의 축압궤특성 (Axial Collapse Characteristics of Aluminum/Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic Composite Thin-Walled Members with Different Section Shapes)

  • 본 연구에서는 Al/CFRP 혼성 구조부재가 승용차용 사이드부재에 사용될 것을 상정하여 Al/CFRP 혼성 구조부재의 단면형상의 변화, 최외각층의 변화가 압궤 특성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 실험적으로 고찰하여 수송기계의 경량화를 위한 사이드부재로 사용될 수 있는 설계 데이터를 얻고자 하였다. 실험결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 최외층각이 $0^{\circ}$로 적층된 원형 Al/CFRP 혼성 충격 흡수부재가 사각 Al/CFRP 혼성 충격 흡수부재 보다 52,9%, 모자형 Al/CFRP 혼성 충격 흡수부재 보다 49.93% 높게 나타났으며, 최외층각이 $90^{\circ}$로 적층된 경우 원형 Al/CFRP 혼성 충격 흡수부재 사각 Al/CFRP 혼성 충격 흡수부재 보다 50.49%, 모자형 Al/CFRP 혼성 충격 흡수부재 보다 49.2% 높게 나타났다.

  • 자동차 충돌이나 전복사고에 있어서 부재들의 변형은 축방향 압축붕괴와 함께 굽힘붕괴가 혼합된 변형양상을 보여주고 있으며, 자동차에 사용되는 대부분의 박벽관 부재는 굽힘붕괴가 주된 붕괴형태로 나타나고 있다. 하지만 혼성 사각관의 굽힘붕괴에 대한 연구는 축방향 붕괴의 연구에 비해 많이 부족한 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 알루미늄-복합재료 혼성 사각관의 굽힘 붕괴 거동 및 에너지 흡수 특성을 실험적 방법으로 연구하여 경량화 구조부재로서의 적용가능성을 조사하였다. 접착필름 살입형 경화법으로 제작된 알루미늄-복합재료 혼성 사각관 보에 대해 복합 재료 층의 적층두께와 적층 각에 따른 굽힘 성능을 평가하였다. 본 혼성 사각관 보는 복합재료만으로 구성된 사각관 보에서 발생할 수 있는 불안정한 붕괴모드를 안정적인 붕괴로 전환시키면서, 단순 알루미늄 사각관에 비해 에너지 흡수 능력이 향상되었고, 특히 $[0^{\circ}/90^{\circ}]s$를 적층한 혼성 사각관의 경우 벽두께 1mm인 알루미늄 사각관 시험편과 비교하여 흡수에너지가 1.78배 증가하였고 단위무게당 흡수에너지는 1.29배로 증가함을 보였다.

  • The recent trend of vehicle design aims at crash safety and environmentally-friendly aspect. For the crash safety aspect, energy absorbing members should be absorbed with collision energy sufficiently. But vehicle structure must be light weight for the environmentally-friendly aspect, in order to improve fuel efficiency and to reduce tail gas emission. Therefore, the light weight of vehicle must be achieved in a status of securing safety of crash. An aluminum or CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) is representative one among the light-weight materials. In this study, impact collapse behavior of circular hybrid thin-walled member is evaluated. The hybrid members are manufactured by wrapping CFRP prepreg sheets outside the aluminum circular members in the autoclave. Because the CFRP is an anisotropic material whose mechanical properties change with its stacking condition, special attention is given to the effects of the stacking condition on the collapse behavior evaluation of the hybrid thin-walled member. Collapse mode and energy absorption capability of the hybrid thin-walled member are analyzed with change of the fiber orientation angle and interface number.

  • An aluminum or CFRP (Carbon Fiber ReinfDrced Plastics)is representative one of light-weight materials but its axial collapse mechanism is different from each other. The aluminum member absorbs energy by stable plastic deformation, while the CFRP member absorbs energy by unstable brittle failure with higher specific strength and stiffness than those in the aluminum member. In an attempt to achieve a synergy effect by combining the two members, aluminum CFRP compound square members were manufactured, which are composed of aluminum members wrapped with CFRP outside aluminum square members with different fiber orientation angle and thickness of CFRP, and axial collapse tests were performed fur the members. The axial collapse characteristics of the compound members were analyzed and compared with those of the respective aluminum members and CFRP members. Test results showed that the collapse of the aluminum CFRP compound member complemented unstable brittle failure of the CFRP member due to ductile characteristics of the inner aluminum member. The collapse modes were categorized into four modes under the iuluence of the fiber orientation angle and thickness of CFRP. The absorbed energy Per unit mass, which is in the light-weight aspect was higher in the aluminum CFRP compound member than that in the aluminum member and the CFRP member alone.

  • This study concentrates the effect of hybridisation on the collapse mode and energy absorption for composite cylinders. The static collapse behavior of laminated(Al/CFRP/GFRP) circular-cylindrical composite shell under quasi-static axial compressive load has been investigated experimentally. Eight different hybrids of laminated(Al/CFRP/GFRP) circular-cylindrical composite shell were fabricated by autoclave. Eight types of composites were tested, namely, Al/carbon fiber/epoxy, Al/glass fiber/epoxy, Al/carbon-carbon-glass/epoxy, Al/carbon-glass-carbon/epoxy, Al/carbon-glass-glass/epoxy, Al/glass-glass-carbon/epoxy, Al/glass-carbon-glass/epoxy and Al/glass-carbon-carbon/epoxy. Collpase modes were highly dominated by the effect of hybridisation. The results also showed that the hybrid member with material sequence of Al-glass-carbon-carbon/epoxy exhibited good energy absorption capability.

  • In this study, CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) that has high specific strength and elastic modulus and low thermal strain was used as a material for the lightweight structural member. CFRP is a fiber material as anisotropic material. The anisotropic material is characterized by the change of its mechanical properties according to stacking orientation angle. CFRP orientation angle was oriented in [A/B]s in order to examine the effect of CFRP orientation angle on the characteristics of energy absorption. CFRP is very weak to the impact from the outside. So, when impact is applied to CFRP, its strength is rapidly lowered. The hybrid material was manufactured by combining CFRP to aluminum which is lightweight and widely used for structural members of the automobile. The hybrid member was shaped as a side member that could support the automobile engine and mount and absorb a large amount of impact energy at the front-end in case of automobile collision. The bending test device was manufactured in accordance with ASTM standard, and mounted to UTM for bending test. For comparing bending characteristics of the hybrid member with those of Aluminum and CFRP member, tests were performed for aluminum, CFRP and hybrid member, respectively.

  • Carbon Fiber reinforced composite material can be designed for the optimized performances of structural member that have achieve appropriate mechanical properties with cross-sectional shape, fiber direction, stacking sequence and thickness. So there are needed extensive databases each optimal design of CFRP structural member by impact through the preparation of different shape, interface number, thickness and stacking angle. When pressure is applied to structural member, compression, bending and torsion is shown on the corresponding member. For the effective utilization of fiber reinforced composite material as main structural member, optimized design technology should be established to maximize mechanical properties for compression, bending and torsion. In this paper, CFRP prepreg sheet with different stacking angle is manufactured in CFRP and hybrid(Al+CFRP) with circular cross-section. Strength and stiffness is gotten respectively by flexure test. CFRP structure and hybrid structure can be compared with each other. The best design guideline can be analyzed by use of this study result.

  • In this study, the collapse characteristic of CFRP/Al compound square tube was investigated experimentally. The conclusions are as follows; The impact collapse characteristic of CFRP/Al compound square tube was found to be the most superior stacking conditions $[90^{\circ}]_8$. It showed that a very stable collapse mode was crushing. In the member with $[0_2{^{\circ}}/90_2{^{\circ}}]_s$ and $[90_2{^{\circ}}/0_2{^{\circ}}]_s$, stacking conditions, $0^{\circ}$ fibers were splayed to the external by laminar bending, while the $90^{\circ}$ fibers were held between the folds of the aluminum member by laminar bending, local buckling and transverse crack. In the member with $[45_2{^{\circ}}/45_2{^{\circ}}]_s$ stacking conditions, fibers were held between the folds of the aluminum member by local buckling and transverse crack.

  • The actual condition is that environmental pollution due to the development of various industries has recently become a serious issue. An interest in improving the gas mileage is rising due to an increase in the number of vehicles in the era of high oil price in particular. In order to solve this problem, priority should be given to light-weight design of car body, However, at present, a design method enabling the conventional steel plate to be replaced is direly needed in order to guarantee passengers' safety according to excessive light-weight design of car body. In this study, in order to apply a design method that could realize fuel savings and environmental pollution prevention through an improvement in gas mileage together with meeting the safety requirements for vehicles, it was supposed that CFRP/Al composites member would be used as primary structural member. And to this end, it was intended to obtain optimum design data by experimentally implementing external impulsive load applied to the car body. According to results of impact test of CFRP/Al composites member, a collapsed shape of folding, crack, and bending occurred. So, it was possible to find that energy was observed. And in case of specimen having an angle of $90^{\circ}$ in the outermost layer and stack sequence of $[90^{\circ}{_2}/0^{\circ}2]s$, its collapsed length was shown to be short. Therefore, it was possible to find that the absorbed energy was shown to be higher by 20% or above at the maximum.

  • 연구는 월계종합사회복지관 이혼 한부모 자조집단 징검다리의 발전과정 및 성과, 그리고 발전과정과 성과에 관련된 요인을 심층적으로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하는 사례연구로, 관련 문서, 회원 및 담당자 중간관리자 심층면접, 참여관찰 등 다양한 방법으로 자료를 수집하고 질적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 징검다리의 발전과정은 태동, 토대 구축, 성장, 확장과 독립의 4단계로 구분되었다. 성과는 '개인, 가족, 공동체에서 역량을 키우고 성장함', '징검다리의 울타리를 넘어서 지역사회로'의 2개 범주에서 6개 하위범주, 31개 개념이 도출되었다. 발전과정 및 성과 관련 요인으로는 '이런 저런 문제에도 불구하고 동병상련으로 함께 하는 회원들', '탁월하고 안정적인 리더십', '부족하지만 최선을 다하는 담당자의 헌신', '기관의 확고한 의지를 바탕으로 효과적으로 기능하는 저소득 이혼 한부모 가족 지원의 허브', '조심스러우나 시너지 효과를 내는 혼성집단', '저소득 이혼 한부모 자조집단 운영의 딜레마와 자조집단 운영설명서 부재' 등 6개 범주에서 20개 하위범주, 61개 개념이 도출되었다. 이를 토대로 저소득 이혼 한부모 자조집단 운영에 대해 논의하였다.
