  • As the number of successful business design innovation product cases increases, interest in design innovation is increasing. This study aims to examine how the design innovation (functionality, ergonomics, aesthetics) of Bluetooth speaker products affects the customer's preference and purchase intention. It proposes a research model through rational behavior theory (TRA) and technology acceptance model (TAM) for empirical research. The questionnaire is composed of questions to understand the influence of design innovation, favorability, and purchase intention. This is a study to increase the possibility of success of design innovation products by examining how design innovation through research results affects customer preference and purchase intention.

The questionnaire was composed of questions to understand the influence of design innovation, favorability, and purchase intention. As a result of the study, functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetics influenced product preference and purchase intention. In order for the innovative product of Bluetooth speaker design to be accepted in the early market, it is most important to form a positive attitude toward favorability centering on function and aesthetics. Favorability is a factor that has the most decisive influence on the purchase intention of design innovation products, and companies must discover and reinforce various factors that positively affect the preference.

  • 다양한 게임의 분야 중 온라인게임의 가장 큰 특징은 게임 속 캐릭터가 게이머 지시에 따라 역할을 수행하며 이를 통해 캐릭터가 성장하는 상호작용성을 갖는 것이다 온라인 게임에서의 캐릭터는 게이머 자신을 표현하는 대상이 되며 동시에, 현실의 자아와 게임의 세계관이 결합해서 나오는 하나의 인격체이기도 하다. 캐릭터 선정은 게이머가 게임을 시작하기 위해 진행하는 최초의 행위이기 때문에 게이머들은 각자 판단하는 기준을 사용하여 캐릭터를 선정하게 된다. 따라서 게이머의 캐릭터 선정 기준을 파악하는 것은 게임 캐릭터를 기획/디자인하는 과정에서 필수적인 사항이라고 말할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 게임캐릭터를 선정하는 과정에서 게이머의 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해, WoW 여성 캐릭터의 성격과 호감도를 중심으로 가설을 설정하고 연구를 진행하였다. 캐릭터의 선정 과정과 호감도의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 피설문자의 캐릭터 선정 순위와 피설문자가 평가한 각각의 캐릭터의 호감도와 성격의 5요인을 분석하여 캐릭터의 선정 결과와 호강도의 관계를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 가설을 검증하고 게임 캐릭터의 기획 및 디자인 과정에서의 캐릭터 구성 방향을 제안한다.

  • Calligraphy has become popular in recent years. Designers use calligraphy to draw consumer visual attention and liking by delivering friendly and gentle images. This paper analyzes the effects of calligraphy on consumer response to advertisement design. Regression analyses show calligraphy has a positive effect on consumer visual attention and liking, particularly in sensible product/service. In low involvement product/service, however, calligraphy has a negative effect. These results imply that designers should be careful when they use calligraphy.

An Exploratory Study on Determinants of National Preference between Korean and Japanese College Students: Focusing on Media and Cultural Contents Consumption (한·일 대학생의 국가 호감도에 미치는 영향 요인 탐색: 미디어 접촉도와 문화 콘텐츠 소비를 중심으로)

  • National preference enables a nation to achieve more advantageous position regarding international relations. Considering this benefit, the purpose of this study is to explore determinants of national preference between Korean and Japanese college students. To pursue this aim, two versions (translated to Korean and Japanese) of survey were conducted in Korea and Japan in 2015. A total of 370 (206 of Koreans and 164 of Japanese) college students were participated in the survey. Specifically, participants were asked to respond perceptions toward multiculturalism, international experiences, and consumption of media contents. Further, participants were asked to describe their knowledge and perception toward cultural contents of partnered country via open-ended questions. The results implies that Japanese music and books are significant determinants among Korean students in developing national preference toward Japan whereas Koran drama is more an effective factor among Japanese students to build national preference toward Korea. Based on the result, theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

  • At the moment, a cosmetic market finds to get new ways for change. In this way, Important of customer affinity emphasizes in the market. A lot of companies, markets are working at getting customer affinity. A study looks for attribute of collaboration cosmetic with famous characters and influence of customer affinity empirically. A survey was done a target was customer have bought collaboration product over once, the data was analysed structural equation. In conclusion, these figures out that familiarity and originality effect to customer affinity positively.

  • 목소리는 사람의 정서, 인격, 성격 및 기타 많은 개인적인 요소를 나타내고 있다. 즉, 사람의 목소리를 통해 자신이 보유하고 있는 모든 내면적, 외면적 정보를 알 수 있는 중요한 부분이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 매력적이면서 좋은 목소리가 보유하고 있는 음성 분석학적 특징 요소를 추출하여 호감도 좋은 목소리와의 상관성을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 청각적으로 다른 특징을 보유하고 있는 5가지 타입의 남성 및 여성의 목소리를 수집하고 임의의 대상자들을 통해 호감도 좋은 목소리를 선정하였다. 또한 피치, 강도 및 스펙트로그램 분석 요소를 적용하여 호감도 좋은 목소리가 보유하고 있는 음성 정보값을 추출하고 상호간의 연관성을 분석하였다.

The Effect of Expected Perspective on the Role of Genre and Attitude toward Utilizing Genre in Broadcast Ad on the Liking of Broadcast Ad Genre (방송광고에서 장르의 역할에 대한 기대관점과 활용에 대한 태도가 방송광고 장르에 대한 호감도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of expected perspective on the role of genre and attitude toward utilizing genre in broadcast ad on the liking of broadcast ad genre as appeal types of creativity. The results show that there is a significant correlation between macro-environmental expected perspective(MEEP) on the role of genre and a negative attitude toward utilizing genre in broadcast ad. A significant correlation between micro-practical expected perspective(MPEP) and a positive attitude was also found. Consumers with an integrated-situational expected perspective(ISEP) show a more significant relationship with the dual attitude. Consumes with a MPEP have a stronger liking on comparative ad and sex appeal ad, and consumers with an ISEP show a median liking. Consumers with positive attitude have a stronger liking on comparative ad and sex appeal ad, and consumers with a dual attitude show a median liking that is between the positive attitude-based consumers' and negative attitude-based consumers'.

The Influence of Public Diplomacy with Social Media on Country Image and Country Brands -Focusing on Cultural Contents- (소셜 미디어를 이용한 공공외교가 국가이미지와 국가 브랜드에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether or not social media could have influence upon diplomatic activities and become effective means of diplomatic communication, focusing on the communication channel of public diplomacy. Study subjects were 301 foreigners from 42 countries in 7 continents, and influencing relationship among the fondness of social media-utilized public diplomacy cultural contents, country images and country brands was examined, together with its effectiveness. The results attained are as follows: First, all independent variable except interactivity and immediacy had significant influencing relationship with the fondness of public diplomacy cultural contents. Second, the fondness of public diplomacy cultural contents had significant influence upon country images, whereas country images had significant influence upon the fondness of country brands and the loyalty of country brands. Based on study findings, the influence of social media as effective means of communication of public of diplomacy policy in the 21st century was confirmed. In addition, This study contribute to expansion of public diplomacy research area from pre-exisiting study and provide basic information to future activities.

A Study on Likability·Understanding Level·Reliability·Satisfaction·Continuous Usage Intention According to a Difference in a News Providing Type (뉴스의 제공 형태 차이에 따른 호감도·이해도·신뢰도·만족도·지속사용 의도에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine users' attitude toward likability, understanding level, reliability, satisfaction, and continuous usage intention depending on a difference in a type between card news and straight news. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 232 people. As a result of the research, compared to the straight news, the card news was easy for a user to understand, was strong even in a desire to use continuously. Second, a factor of users' attitude toward news was having influence upon the mutually positive(+) direction. Likability, understanding level and reliability had an effect on satisfaction. The satisfaction had an impact again on continuous usage intention. The intensity of this impact was varied, respectively, in card news and straight news. The influential level upon satisfaction in card news was strong in order of likability, understanding level and reliability. The influence in the straight news was strong in order of reliability, likability and understanding level. The outcome of this study will become empirical data in proceeding with seeking a method available for strengthening the function of offering information in news through increasing delivery and impact in information with producing news chosen by consumers.
