  • For decades, we have filled our theme parks, shopping malls, a streets and etc. with complementary or competing medias. These spaces have remedied newspapers, magazines, radio, TV and film or have been the object for remediation. Because there has been no remediation in traditional theatrical stage design, many problems come along with the design, which makes audiences hard to feel the sense of presence. It's time to have systematic research to find a way out for the solution of traditional theatrical stage design. This study suggests the solutions for remediation of traditional theatrical stage design, so we are going to research with laying emphasis on the cooperative works between the fields of theatrical stage design and the Visual Effects par that forms extensive and diverse portions. The proposal for remediation of traditional theatrical stage design with practical use of Visual Effects will create economical higher value-added through the systematization of close and cooperative work between the fields of Visual Effects and theatrical stage design. In addition, the systematization of the cooperation of these two parts will make another communicative paradigm that audiences have never been able to experience before in traditional theatrical stage design.

  • Overseas Urban Development is even risky although it is desirable for market-seeking developed countries and developing countries facing urbanization problems. Both sides do not know each other well so that they cannot trust each other to work on this risky projects. This study constructs a frame, which is enhancing trust between developed and developing countries. The first step is to start from small collaborations than a huge project. At the charismatic position, a enterprise from developed country proceeds its first work with its most advanced skills, cooperating with developing countries. By localization with executing projects smaller and easier than urban development project, like constructing facility or buildings, this enterprise can get closer to native elites and get to be supported from native people. And then, they can start huge urban development project. The study begins with trust theory, adding case studies contributing to constructing Cooperative Overseas Urban Development Frame. Five cases were studied and applied by the international urban development framework.

  • Music therapy, a field that convergence music and treatment, which play a fundamental role in personality formation, possesses diverse and complex treatment methods. Music therapists in charge of music therapy may experience the same phenomenon as countertransference in consultation with clients. In addition, experiencing psychological burnout, there are many difficulties in reaching the final goal of music therapy. In this paper, we provide a collaborative filtering-based music therapy consultation data recommendation model for smooth music therapy consultation with clients who visited for music therapy. The proposed model grasps the similarity between the conventional consultation data and the new consultant data through the euclidean distance algorithm. This is to recommend similar consultation materials. Since music therapists can provide optimal consultation materials for consultants who need music therapy, smooth consultation is expected.

  • SSI instruction can be an effective tool to promote key competencies for future citizens. Our assumption of the study is that applying the concept of collective intelligence in the context of SSI learning would facilitate the learning. Thus, we designed and implemented Collective Intelligence-based SSI instruction over almost a year and observed the effects of the instruction on enhancing students' collaboration, information management, critical thinking, and communication skills. Twenty 9th grade students enrolled in a science-gifted program voluntarily participated. Data was collected by administering a questionnaire to examine the skills before, in the middle of, and after the instruction, and by conducting classroom observations and focus student group interviews. The results indicated some degree of improvement in their targeted skills. First, they experienced the expansion of their thoughts by actively sharing information and ideas using the web platform. Second, they became more flexible and open to different points of views in order to accomplish a common goal. Third, they appreciated having independent time and space to explore their own positions on the issues and to search necessary information, and believed that the process encouraged them to more pro-actively participate and communicate in the group debates. Lastly, they positively perceived the values that collaboration with diverse group members could produce.
