WTO 뉴라운드와 DDA협상 등 농산물수입개방 확대로 국내 농업ㆍ농촌의 여건은 점점 악화되어가고 있다. 우리 농촌이 국제적 환경변화에 영향을 받기 시작하여 농산물의 생산과 판매에 있어서 영향을 주고 있다. 농산물가격이 보장되지 않고 국제적 경쟁을 통해 이겨야하는데 현실적으로 구내의 농산물가격 경쟁에서 이기기 힘들다. 따라서 각 국의 농업정책도 자국내 농정에서 글로벌 스탠다드에 의한 국제시장 메카니즘 강요를 받고 있으며, 농업도 생산증대에 역점을 두어왔으나 소비자지향의 고부가가치를 창출하는 농업으로 패러다임의 전환을 요구받고 있다.(중략)

The Social Conflict Index in Korea is considerably high. In the situation where both parties' interests conflict each other, Korean society has shown immature democracy, which couldn't peacefully resolve the conflict because of the lack of tolerance against the counterparty's position. In terms of upbringing educated citizens, who could democratically communicate with others and approach problems, communication skill training is very important, reducing social costs by extreme conflict. Thus, this paper studied the necessity of communication skills training and its sociopolitical implication through case studies about "Communication and Negotiation" class, which is proceeded under university liberal education. Under current university curriculums, increased liberal education programs, related with speaking, focus on cultivating logical and critical thinking in the main. Based on these thinking skills, "Communication and Negotiation" has important implication in terms of cultivating mindset which resolves conflicts and considers other's position by collaborative and emotional perspectives. In terms of cultivating practical communication skills, this "Communication and Negotiation" class requires the change of teaching skills with various training programs, under students' active participation and feedback in the class exercise for resolving problems. Ultimately, through "Communication and Negotiation" class, and as members of society, students could learn matured citizenship and sense of responsibility by respecting others' position and reasonably resolving conflicts.

The paper uses a panel gravity model to analyse the determinants of export via Gwangyang port for the period from 2000-2012. The gravity model includes export via Gwangyang port, GDP and population of trading partners, the distances between Korea and its partners, and Korea-ASEAN FTA dummy. Hausman test shows up which one is exactly appropriate between random effect estimation and fixed effect estimation to use panel dataset. It depends on whether or not existence or nonexistence of the correlation between unobserved omitted factors and variables. Fixed effect estimation is suitable for this paper by the rejection of null hypothesis. An Empirical analysis of this paper shows GDP influences positive effects and distance influences negative effects to Gwangyang port trading partners. In addition, the results strongly supported the effects of Korea-ASEAN FTA on the growth of Gwangyang port export.

World Wide Views (WWViews) on Climate and Energy was an experiment of public deliberation which was held in 77 countries with over 10,000 global citizens on June 6, 2015. The coordinator of this project (the Danish Board of Technology with Missions Publiques and the French National Commission for Public Debate) developed the overal procedure, and local partners implemented the actual events in each country on the same day. The coordinator gathered the results of the events from all local sites in order to submit them as global citizens' voice to the COP21 negotiations at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Paris. This study examines the extent to which such new method of WWViews, standardized at global level to be implemented in different local contexts, achieves its quality of public deliberation (representativeness, transparency, impartial inclusion, deliberativeness, influence) by evaluating the Korean WWViews held in Seoul.

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze characteristics of library consortia around the world. This study was done by interviewing 5 library consortia experts from 4 developed countries. Findings are each consortium has unique characteristics in purposes, organizations, funding sources, functions and also perception of consortium by experts were different. Experts recognized the value of library consortia as an economy of scale (mainly buying power) and pointed out open access as one of the alternatives for electronic information price increase. This study could improve understanding current status of library consortia around the world.

The principle of parties' autonomy is one of general and dominant principles in an international trade contract. When we consider the determinants of negotiation outcomes, the negotiation is affected its result by their culture and custom. A negotiation has extensively been used a lot as a business process. As we negotiate with our clients, we have to check a lot of factors like strategies, their behaviors, culture shock and custom. That why most people have their different life and circumstance. The same words which are used its contract have several meaning. Because the words are influenced by culture and own custom. Also most people abide by their social pattern. Each culture in the world follows its own customs and traditions. Therefore, when we have the negotiation of trade contract, we have to think these factors. Then the negotiation is leaded very successful This dissertation examines the effects of the negotiators' personality and different culture and custom. On the point of a negotiating power, contracting parties are affected a lot by their usage. The culture which is influenced by contracting parties is possible to apply as a key point. So, this study will be analyzed these factors.

항공우주산업의 선도적 기술혁신은 타 산업으로 연계 파급 효과가 매우 클 뿐 아니라 역으로 연관산업의 발전이 없이는 기술적 우위를 확보하기 어렵다. 항공우주산업이 높은 기술파급효과를 가지는 이유는 수백만 개의 부품을 퍼즐처럼 조립하는 전형적 복합체계종합산업이기 때문이다. 때문에 기술체계가 매우 복잡하고 관련된 산업 기술 분야 또한 매우 넓다. 항공우주 부품의 생산과정이 매우 복잡하고 엄격한 안전규정을 충족해야 하기 때문에 모기업에 대한 의존도가 높은 강한 가치사슬 구조를 지니게 된다. 항공기 개발 산업은 설계, 생산, 자본재 조달에 있어 계약 관계에 크게 의존한다. 수요특성 면에서는 군 또는 대형 항공사가 주된 수요자로서 상당히 높은 수요독점력(monopsony power)을 지니고 있어 관련 업체(Player)간 협상을 통해 계약관계가 형성된다. 계약 관계는 거래 당사자간의 흥정 또는 협상을 통한 게임으로 지배되는 경향이 많아 상호 정보의 교류는 매우 필수적이다. 항공우주산업 완제품 획득에 있어 체계종합과 부품소재 간의 효율적 연계는 매우 중요한 문제이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 필요기술과 그 소요시점에 있어 부품소재 개발자와 체계설계자는 서로 상이한 시각을 지나고 있다. 양자간의 차이점을 밝히고 전략적 연결점을 제안함이 본 연구의 주제이다. 본 연구는 2004년 산업자원부와 한국산업기술재단이 작성한 항공우주산업기술로드맵의 결과를 바탕으로 항공기 개발 과정에 있어 체계설계와 수많은 부품간의 관계를 파악하고 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 IMF 구제금융도입과 관련된 일련의 사건들이 우리나라 금융기관 주가에 미친 영향을 분석하여 금융기관에 대한 시장전망의 추이를 알아보았다. IMF 구제금융도입은 궁극적으로 안정된 금융시스템을 추구한다는 (+)의 효과와 금융기관구조조정에 따른 규제와 이에 드는 비용으로 인한 (-)의 효과가 혼재되어 있다. IMF 구제금융도입과 이에 따른 제도정비에 금융기관 주가가 보인 반응을 살펴보기 위하여 IMF 긴급구제금융요청, 구제금융지원협상 타결, 금융개혁관련법안 국회통과, 외채협상타결, 기업구조조정 관련법안 국회통과 등 5개를 사건일1, 2, 3, 4, 5로 하여 사건연구방법에 의하여 분석하였는데 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사건일 1, 2, 3, 4에서는 누적평균초과수익률이 유의한 (-)의 반응을 보여 금융기관의 기업가치에 관한 부정적 반응이 나타났다. 그러나 사건일5(기업구조조정 관련법안 국회통과)를 계기로 누적평균초과수익률이 유의적이지는 않지만 (+)의 반응으로 반전되고 있어 금융기관에 대한 시장전망이 나아짐을 보여주었다. 둘째, 누적평균초과수익률이 일반은행과 다른 업종(증권, 종금, 보험)간에는 유의한 차이가 있었으나 다른 업종(증권, 종금, 보험)간에는 유의한 차이가 없었으며 금융기관의 누적초과수익률이 자기자본비율과 유의한 (+)의 선형관계로 나타나지 않아 IMF 충격으로 시장효율성이 저하된 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이 또한 사건일5(기업구조조정 관련법안 국회통과)를 계기로 강력한 구조조정과정을 겪고 있는 종합금융회사를 제외하고는 누적초과수익률이 자기자본비율과 유의적이지는 않지만 (+)의 반응이 보여 시간이 경과함에 따라 IMF 충격으로 야기된 비효율적인 시장반응이 개선되고 있음이 밝혀졌다.

This paper deals with methods for determining the reasonable royalty rates in the valuation of patents. To calculate the reliable reasonable royalty rate of a patent, we review pros and cons of the 25% rule royalty calculating method and the recent trend of this method. We also review the game theory of Nash Bargaining equation and review the Investment of Rate of Return Method according to the financial analysis. Next, we refer to the reasonable royalty damage cases among the recent patent infringement cases in USA and analyze the corresponding patents. We extract the patent indicators from the patent bibliographic information. Finally, we obtain a regression model for calculating a reasonable royalty rate using the patent indicators and the reasonable royalty rates in the recent patent infringement cases.
