Web-based learning receives much attention as an effective learning method because users can use the learning service at any time from any space. A learning management system(LMS) provides online educational environment among teachers and students, supporting various facilities to deliver educational contents. Since most of the existing LMSs support one-way or limited two-way teaching services among teachers and students, there are a lot of difficulties in performing collaboration among students and/or collaboration among teachers and students. In this paper, we describe the development of collaborative workspaces which provides effective collaborative educational environment on Moodle which is widely accepted as a typical LMS. Through the provided various types of collaborative workspaces, users can easily perform group activities, sharing educational with appropriate access control mechanism.

최근 미국의 애플사에서 시작된 스마트폰과 관련된 비즈니스가 국내의 대기업과 중소기업에게 신 수종 사업 모델로서 매우 큰 영향력을 주고 있다. 향 후 10년을 이끌어 갈 수 있는 전략 사업 모델로서 그 중요성에 대한 다각도의 연구와 사례 분석이 진행 되고 있다. 이와 더불어 수십년간 뛰어난 기술력과 품질을 앞세워 세계 시장에서 승승장구하던 일본의 자동차 제조업이 미국을 중심으로 한 해외 시장에서 연이은 품질관련 사고로 인해 고전을 면치 못하고 있으며 이의 한 원인으로 중소기업과의 불공정 거래에 기인한 품질관리에서의 허점에 대한 지적도 있다. 두 가지의 사례가 시사하는 바는 대기업의 일방적인 주도로 인프라 구축에서부터 서비스 제공 및 최종 완성품의 제조와 소비자 납품으로 이어지던 전통적인 제조업 형태의 한계 상황에 대한 일종의 새로운 패러다임의 출현을 예고하는 것은 아닐까 예측할 수 있다. 이와 관련하여 대기업과 중소기업의 상생 협력관계에 대한 연구를 통하여 스마트폰 비즈니스가 새롭게 제시 할 수 있는 상생협력 패러다임에 대해 고찰하여보고자 한다.

본 훈련 시스템은 재난유형별 국가재난대응시나리오 기반의 대응체계를 바탕으로 재난의 종류나 규모, 복잡성 등과 무관하게 유관기관의 재난관리 관계자를 위한 교육 평가를 통해 표준화된 교육 훈련 평가체계를 확립한다. 이를 위해 국내와 해외의 사례에서 조사된 내용의 특 장점 및 표출형태를 고려하여 재난대응역량 강화를 위한 재난 발생 시나리오 기반의 텍스트 위주의 훈련용 웹 시스템을 개발한다. 무엇보다도 현실적으로 지역의 위험과 위협을 대표하는 검증된 유형별 시나리오를 기반으로 예방(Mitigation) 대비(Preparedness) 대응(Response) 복구(Recovery) 단계의 복잡 다양한 재난상황에 대한 재난대응역량 및 상황대처 능력을 향상시키기 위한 훈련지원 교육으로 활용하기 위한 사용자 확장성이 유용한 훈련용 웹 시스템을 개발한다. 이를 통해 사전에 유관기관과의 협력강화를 위한 원활한 재난대응 협력체계 강화방안을 수립하고 재난현장 협력업무와 관련된 필요역량을 도출하는 등의 활동과, 이에 대한 실효성 있는 평가로 재난현장의 기관간 상호협력 능력을 제고할 수 있다. 또한 대응기관의 역량수준을 점검하고, 대응역량에 대해 부족한 부분을 보완하여 효율적 재난대비태세 구축하여, 재난피해를 최소화하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Public order management is one of the most important areas in policing. Drawing on the legal framework and policy, this study aims to assess practices of criminal justice practitioners, especially, police and prosecutors, in England and Wales. Using qualitative interviewing, four main themes are identified: (1) an emphasis on a right to protest, (2) police practices on public order management, (3) the development of police/prosecutor liaison, and (4) the value of video evidence. Based upon these findings, several legal, policy and practice implications are drawn. These implications involve a wide range of aspects concerning strategic, operational, and tactical interventions by the police, as well as collaboration between police and prosecutors. Although the criminal justice context in England and Wales is very different to South Korea, some practices and distinctions can be useful to consider in the Korean context. This study suggests that more gains can be made if legislation, policy, and practice across criminal justice nodes can be coordinated and approached holistically.

Family companies are the unique industry-academic cooperation-related systems of Korean universities created by universities to promote various forms of industry-academic cooperation with companies. It is important to figure out the current status of family companies in order to understand the achievements of industrial-academic cooperation projects that have been actively pursued since the early 2000s. A lot of studies on industry-academic cooperation have focused mainly on the university's position. On the contrary, this study focuses on understanding the current status of the family company system and the status of industry-academic cooperation. Introduced in 2004, the Family Company System expanded rapidly as it was used as a performance indicator for college financial support projects related to industry-academic cooperation, with 174,425 companies registered as family companies as of 2017. A survey of family companies registered in universities carrying out the LINC+ project shows that companies registered in multiple universities are increasing, with relatively high demand and satisfaction for industry-academic cooperation among companies. Family companies were found to be relatively satisfied in terms of the use of R&D equipment or joint research, while they were relatively less satisfied in terms of workforce training and retraining. While companies have assessed product quality improvements through industry-academic cooperation, they have underestimated the effect of increasing sales and reducing production costs. Further, it was found that it was urgent to expand incentive systems and improve online information services to boost corporate participation in order to enhance the effectiveness of industry-academic cooperation.

A collaborative filtering which supports personalized services of users has been common use in existing web sites for increasing the satisfaction of users. A collaborative filtering is demanded that items are estimated more than specified number. Besides, it tends to ignore information of other users as recommending them on the basis of information of partial users who have similar inclination. However, there are valuable hidden information into other users' one. In this paper, we use Association Rule, which is common wide use in Data Mining, with collaborative filtering for the purpose of discovering those information. In addition, this paper proved that Association Rule applied to Recommender System has a effects to recommend users by the relation between groups. In other words, Association Rule based on the history of all users is derived from. and the efficiency of Recommender System is improved by using Association Rule with collaborative filtering.

The need for win-win cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises and large corporations is emphasized. For the sustainable growth of a healthy industry, the attractive parts of large companies and the capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises must be harmonized and shared. It was also examined what items large companies should consider in selecting small and medium-sized enterprises as a partner. In the case of food producers, when considering safety issues, a comprehensive safety system should be established, not just a single factor. And cooperation is expected between small and medium-sized enterprises and other partners with new technologies such as AI, IoT, 3D printers and 5G technology. It is suggested that corporate development can be achieved by various models through win-win cooperation between large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises.

The collaborative learning has been considered as an efficient teaching model and under the recent basic learning environment, even face-to-face classroom circumstance rapidly increases the courses of blended learning which utilize the merits of e-learning environment. Nonetheless, the study on the strategy for systematic blended learning is quite scarce. In this study, the survey was done for developing the blended learning strategy, based on the collaborative learning model at the face-to-face environment and judging the satisfaction on the courses which the model was applied to. The survey consists of demographic questions, satisfaction in the whole courses, satisfaction in the collaborative learning under the blended learning environment and satisfaction in the blended learning strategy and support tools applied to each step of the learning. The result of this study is as follows. First, in response to the question that the blended learning can complement the face-to-face classroom courses, the respondents represented average 4.09 at 5-point Likert scale. And to the question whether the collaborative learning is more efficient under the blended learning environment than the face-to-face classroom, the response corresponds to 4.06 scale on the average. Second, as for the satisfaction in the blended learning strategy and support tools applied to the each step of the blended learning, the satisfaction degree is analyzed as high as over 4.0 on the average toward all the questions. Third, regarding the support tools used for the blended learning strategy, the learners consider the tools as most helpful in order of chatting, team community, mail & note and archive. Lastly, I would like to suggest that the study result should be highly reflected in constructing the collaborative learning module of learning control system in the future.
