This study tried to suggest South-North Korea's S&T cooperative strategies and priority areas using mixed-methodology. First, survey research was conducted to analyze the understanding of scientists how they think about these issues. We surveyed scientists whose names are on the KOFST mailing list and analyzed 485 questionnaire responses. After that, experts who are participating in FGI discussed more deeply about the survey results and suggested the feasible strategies and projects. The results suggest some findings about priority cooperation area, new projects and strategies. Priority areas of S&T cooperation are following; agriculture, electricity & energy, and health care. However, more important thing than these priority areas is how to approach the inter-Korean S&T cooperation. More strategic approach is needed while promoting exchange and cooperation projects with north-korea. Also more long-term approach is needed to maintain the sustainability of this S&T cooperation.

효과적인 협력기술을 배우는 것은 평생의 과제이다. 팀 구성원들과 상호작용하는 방법과 팀의 구조, 또 어떻게 갈등을 처리할지에 대해 숙고해야 한다. 우리가 유능한 협력가가 된다면, 팀이 더 잘하고 신속하게 일을 수행하는 것을 돕게 될 것이다. 협력의 기본 개념과 함께 효과적인 팀의 정의 및 생산적인 갈등에 대해서 살핀다. 마지막으로 협력기술증진 전략을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide academic and practical implications through empirical analysis on the moderating role of SHRM that is relatively lacking in the relationship between CLMRC and performance. In order to achieve the research purpose, data were collected from 123 CEOs of Korean companies. The reliability and validity of the collected data were examined and the hypothesis was verified by hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study show that CLMRC has a meaningful positive(+) effect on both net profit and sales per person, and SHRM has shown to have a moderating effects between CLMRC and sales per person, CLMRC and net profit. Through this analyzes, CLMRC can enhance the management performance, and in this process, the more strategic the human resource management(HRM) is, the more the impact on the management performance is strengthened. Implications for CLMRC and SHRM, limitations of the study and suggestions for future researches are discussed.

Technology cooperation is a necessary factor for small and medium sized firms to be survived and developed because small and medium sized firms can make economy scale and economy scope by new advanced technologies obtained from technology cooperation. Therefore, the technology cooperation of small and medium sized firms can be thought as their specific resource. Due to the importance of technology cooperation, many previous studies paid an attention on its positive effect. Unlike the related studies, this study examined the link among uncertainty of technology environment, relationship characteristics(such as degree of technology cooperation and influential strategy), and relationship tie. The empirical results are reported as follows: Firstly, uncertainty of technology environment positively affected on degree of technology cooperation. Secondly, degree of technology cooperation positively affected on uncoercive influential strategies of both own firm and partner firm. Thirdly, degree of technology cooperation and uncoercive influential strategy of own firm have positive effects on relationship tie while uncoercive influential strategy of partner firm does not. The positive effect of uncoercive influential strategy of own firm means the importance of strategic countermeasures to promote relationship tie in technology cooperation of both own firm and partner firm.

The collaborative learning has been considered as an efficient teaching model and under the recent basic learning environment, even face-to-face classroom circumstance rapidly increases the courses of blended learning which utilize the merits of e-learning environment. Nonetheless, the study on the strategy for systematic blended learning is quite scarce. In this study, the survey was done for developing the blended learning strategy, based on the collaborative learning model at the face-to-face environment and judging the satisfaction on the courses which the model was applied to. The survey consists of demographic questions, satisfaction in the whole courses, satisfaction in the collaborative learning under the blended learning environment and satisfaction in the blended learning strategy and support tools applied to each step of the learning. The result of this study is as follows. First, in response to the question that the blended learning can complement the face-to-face classroom courses, the respondents represented average 4.09 at 5-point Likert scale. And to the question whether the collaborative learning is more efficient under the blended learning environment than the face-to-face classroom, the response corresponds to 4.06 scale on the average. Second, as for the satisfaction in the blended learning strategy and support tools applied to the each step of the blended learning, the satisfaction degree is analyzed as high as over 4.0 on the average toward all the questions. Third, regarding the support tools used for the blended learning strategy, the learners consider the tools as most helpful in order of chatting, team community, mail & note and archive. Lastly, I would like to suggest that the study result should be highly reflected in constructing the collaborative learning module of learning control system in the future.

본 논문은 혁신클러스터 추진의 전략방향 설정을 위해서 클러스터 현황을 클러스터 분석을 통하여 살펴보았다. 본 논문에서는 광교테크노밸리의 발전단계에 따른 협력현황 파악을 위하여 산학연 협력체계 분석과 진단을 위한 클러스터분석(Cluster Analysis)을 실시하였다. 클러스터 분석결과 광교테크노밸리내 입주기업의 산학연 협력경험은 67.3%로 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 대학과, 기업과는 연구개발, 연구기관과는 장비활용 중심으로 협력하고 있었다. 또한, 산학연 협력의 지원정책수요는 협력기관 현황제공, 기술별 정보취득지원 등 다양한 부문에서 협력의 수요가 존재하고 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 다음의 전략이 도출되었다. 첫째, 혁신클러스터 발전을 위한 새로운 비전을 조속히 제시하고 단지인근에서 입주기업의 산학연 협력의 활성화를 위한 지원을 추진해야 한다. 둘째, 혁신클러스터 단계별 발전을 위한 통합적인 지원역량 강화가 필요하다. 마지막으로 인근의 타 혁신거점과 정책적 네트워크 구축을 통해서 타 혁신클러스터의 자원과 역량을 활용할 수 있는 지원망 구축이 필요하다.

기후변화, 석유자원 고갈 우려 등으로 인하여 그린에너지기술 개발에 대한 중요성은 크게 증가하고 있다. 그 가운데, 글로벌화된 경쟁구도 확대와 급속한 기술개발 속도로 인하여 국가간 또는 기업간 기술 개발 경쟁은 더욱 심해지고 있다. 이러한 상황하에서 그린에너지기술 개발을 위한 국제협력의 중요성은 더욱 증가하고 있다. 이에 각 국은 제도적, 경제적 지원을 통한 그린에너지기술 개발 및 국제협력을 적극 지원하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우 에너지기술 관련 R&D 예산 중 국제공동연구 비중은 0.6%로 선진국에 비해 지원 규모가 부족한 실정이며, 그린에너지기술 국제협력을 위한 기초 정보 역시 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 그린에너지기술 분야의 국외 선도 업체 및 기관을 대상으로 기술수준 및 협력의향을 조사하여 대외협력 맵을 구축하였다. 우선 '그린에너지 전략로드맵'상의 15대 기술 분류에서 상세 분석을 위한 주요 에너지기술을 선정하고 기술별 하위 전략품목별로 현황 조사를 실시하였다. 국내 전문가를 대상으로 1차, 2차 설문을 통하여 국제협력 추천 업체 및 기관, 기술수준을 조사하였으며, 조사된 국외 추천 선도 업체 및 기관을 대상으로 설문을 통하여 협력의향과 협력유형을 조사하였다. 조사된 자료를 통해 기술수준과 협력의향을 기준으로 4가지 유형으로 분류하여 대외협력 맵을 구성하고 구축된 대외협력 맵을 통해 국제협력 추진을 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study empirically verified impact of strategic and operational integration between first-tier supplier and their supplier and strategic and operational integration between first-tier supplier and their buyer on operation performance. In order to achieve our goal, we tested reliability, validity and path coefficient using structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) over 284 first-tier manufacturing suppliers data that Korea Productivity Center (KPC) surveyed in 2013. This study results indicated that operational integration between first-tier supplier and their supplier or buyer has positive impact on production process flexibility. Meanwhile, strategic integration between first-tier supplier and buyer has positive impact on production flexibility. On the other hand, strategic integration between first-tier supplier and supplier has negative impact on production flexibility. And production process flexibility has positive impact on production flexibility. By empirically testing to departmentalize level and scope of supply chain integration, this study has academic and managerial implications from first-tier perspective on.

세계경제의 국제화 추세와 무기 생산의 국제 협력은 방산업체간의 생산체제에 있어서 상호 의존과 밀접한 협력을 필요로 하기 때문에 무기체계의 자급자족은 현실적으로 의미가 없어지고 필요한 무기체게를 적정가격에 획득하고 계속적인 방위산업 기반을 유지하는가에 비중을 두고 있다. 방산물자의 수출은 경제적인 이익 뿐만 아니라 정치 군사적인 영향력을 향상시킬 수 있기 때문에 방산물자 수출을 위한 시장확보라는 전략적 차원에서 국제 협력을 강조하고 있다. 또한 무기체계의 연구개발에는 많은 비용이 필요하고 자국의 소요만으로는 경제적인 생산규모에 미치지 못하기 때문에 모든 방산 선진국들도 국제협력과 수출을 통하여 개발비용을 분담하려 하고 있다.

(재)한일산업기술협력재단(이사장.조석래, www.kjc.or.kr)은 지난 1992년 한일정상회담을 계기로 설립된 이래 한.일간의 산업기술협력을 통한 국내 기업의 성장.발전을 위해 기술연수.지도.교류 등 종합적이고 체계적인 지원에 주력해 왔다. 재단에서는 크게 중소기업의 기술력 제고 및 인재양성을 목적으로 매년 200명이 넘는 국내산업인력의 일본연수등을 추진해왔다. 최근에는 일본과의 전략적 제휴 및 정보 공유 등 '윈-윈 전략' 에 기초하여 더욱 고도화되고 다양해진 산업기술협사업을 펼치고 있다. 한일산업기술협력재단의 그간 성과를 짚어보고 향후 사업계획에 대해 들어보았다.
