지능형 교통 시스템의 주요 인프라 중 하나인 VANET 은 차량과 인프라 간의 통신을 통해 교통을 예측함으로써 도로 상에서의 안전을 보장한다. VANET 은 모든 노드가 네트워크에 가입할 수 있는 개방형 네트워크이기 때문에 개인 정보 보호가 주된 관심사이다. 분산형 신뢰 관리 시스템은 차량 네트워크에서 수신된 메시지가 신뢰할 수 있는 지에 대한 여부를 결정함으로써, 악의적인 공격자로부터 차량을 지킬 수 있다. 분산형 k-익명성 체계와 블록체인을 결합한 신뢰 관리 시스템은 주변 차량들과 협력하여 익명의 은폐 영역을 구축한다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인을 적용한 분산형 신뢰 관리 시스템을 통해 차량의 위치 정보를 보호하는 최근 연구들을 살펴본 뒤에 향후 발전 방향에 대해 논하도록 하겠다.

This paper investigates how Kora steel industry has experienced technological diversification, organizational flexibility, and geographical dispersion, and analyzes how technology-knowledge network has formed. The network is constructed using mutual patent data. K-medoid clustering and brokerage analysis are applied. The results indicate actors in network are diversified and links between those who belong to the same cluster get stronger. Network formation reflects affiliation, competition, and cooperation in the industry, and brokerage roles of conglomerates, research institute, and small and medium sized companies are detected.

수송용 섬유소재는 자동차, 항공기 또는 선박 등의 교통 및 운송 분야에 기여하는 사용되는 섬유소재를 말하며, 내장재, 각종 호스류, 벨트류, 타이어, 안전용품, 필터류 등을 포함하고 일반적으로 섬유, 발포체, 고무, 플라스틱, 접착제 등 유기소재가 결합된 복합체이다. 기존 섬유기술의 혁신과 더불어 IT, NT, BT, ET 등 첨단 기술과의 융합에 의한 고성능 극한 슈퍼섬유, 나노 복합섬유 등의 신소재를 개발하여 산업 전반에서 플라스틱의 금속소재 대체수요를 증가시키고 산업자재의 고성능화, 고기능화, 다양화를 이루기 위해 다양한 노력이 진행하고 있다. 현재 수송용 섬유소재 산업은 기술의 연결고리가 부족하며, 선도기업 및 원천기술이 부족하며, 자동차용 섬유부품소재 관련 기업의 역량도 부족한 실정이다. 이에 광역경제권 연계협력사업을 통해 생산기반의 대경권(대구경북)과 수요중심의 동남권(부산경남)의 네트워크를 강화하여 완성품 업체 및 수요기업과의 네트워킹을 강화하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서 수송용 섬유소재개발, 수송용 친환경 oam-skin 일체형 표피재 개발, 고속성형 복합소재 및 수송용 경량부품 개발, 초경량 고내열 고강도 섬유활용 하이브리드 wire & cable 개발 등 수송용 섬유소재를 개발하고, 또한 수송용 섬유소재의 생산-수요 연계를 통한 투자활성화, 기술개발, 소재 산업 육성을 강화하여, 산학연네트워크구축, 지역 간 협력 및 국제적 협력, 생산-수요기반의 연계협력시스템을 활용한 자립형 수송용 소재 공급기지 완비하는 데 목적이 있다.

This research focuses on the case studies for operating scheme of technology venture incubation centers located at science parks, technology parks, and foreign universities. Technology venture incubation centers in foreign countries commonly vitalize local economy, create job markets, and promote new venture industry. There is a distinct difference in many ways between foreign and domestic incubation centers. Foreign countries consider the position of incubation centers at national policy level. They characterize the operation of incubation centers into technology fields. They install the networks cooperating with experts and promote the management. Tenant companies moved in incubation centers enhance the degree of completion through industry-university cooperation. Universities and research centers utilize the results of R&D to make the business, accelerate to venture establishment with technical skills, and foster technology entrepreneurs by spin-offs. Through case studies we propose implications helpful to manage domestic technology incubation centers and management methods to be successful centers.

The volume of trade between Korea and China has been growing significantly year by year since the diplomatic relations have been established in 1992. The economic and logistics cooperation between the two countries is crucial not only for the development of their economic relations but for promotion of value-added logistics. However there are still huge and serious impediments to logistics network and management between the two countries including bottlenecks in transport and customs procedures. The purpose of this study is to investigate how to promote value added logistics activities between Korea and Shandong Province of China. It is suggested the ways to increase VAL activities such as enhanced division of international labour within industries, provision of comprehensive logistics service and establishment of strategy for supply chain management between the two countries.

Discussion of Economic Community in East Asia are active. This trend began in the late 20th from the EU and North America's regional economic integration is in response to the movement. East Asia in the late 1990s to the actual for the FTA, it was not very active. As East Asian Economic Community became one of agendas for ASEAN+3 Leaders' meeting since 2004. Japan has been positioned itself as a leading country in East Asia. However, the emergence of China in the East Asian economic community have been changes. Moreover, East Asian countries began concerns over regional economic community with frequent conclusions of FTAs and China is leading the discussion on strengthening economic cooperation in the region. Some of it in terms of economic community in East Asia will not be smooth. First, East Asian countries do not have a common goal. Second, East Asian countries have a lot of diversity. Third, China and Japan are expected to compete in the championship. Therefore, East Asian economic community should be approached in the long-term perspective.

It has become more difficult to correspond an cyber attack quickly as patterns of attack become various and complex. However, current so curity mechanisms just have passive defense functionalities. In this paper, we propose new network suity architecture to respond various cyber attacks rapidly and to chase and isolate the attackers through cooperation between security zones. The proposed architecture makes it possible to deal effectively with cyber attacks such as IP spoofing or DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service), by using active packet technology including a mobile code on active network. Also, it is designed to have more active correspondent than that of existing mechanisms. We im-plemented these mechanisms in Linux routers and experimented on a testbed to verify realization possibility of attacker response framework using mobile code. The experimentation results are analyzed.

운영중인 철도패키지 관광상품중 관광동굴이 포함된 철도관광상품의 특성을 살펴보았다. 모든 상품이 당일 또는 1박정도의 철도노선 주변에 위치한 자연관광자원과 주로 연계된 상품 특성을 보였다. 철도관광상품의 이용활성화를 위한 방안으로 보다 다양한 시장세분화가 요구되며 적극적인 홍보전략이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며 패키지 상품의 차별화도 고려해야 할 것이다. 또한 철도관광상품에 포함된 지자체의 경우 수요관광객에 대한 질적인 서비스 향상과 지역간 관광협력 네트워크구축이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 철도관광상품을 이용한 경험이 있는 관광객에 대한 만족도와 경험하고자 하는 예비관광객에 대한 수요조사도 아울러 필요하다.

전력 증폭기 모듈 패키지 산업은 전방산업의 경기에 매우 큰 영향을 받고 종속성이 높은 산업이므로 수요처인 중계기, 기지국, 무선네트워크 구축 장비 업체의 수급 동향, 기술변화, 경영환경변화, 판매실적 등에 민감하게 반응하는 수요구조로 되어 있다. SWOT 분석결과 전력 증폭기 모듈설계 노하우와 하이브리드 전력 증폭기를 개발할 수 있는 강점과 군수용으로 응용 분야 확대 및 5G 상용화의 기회를 활용하여 사업 기회를 선점하는 사업전략 수립이 필요하다. 산업구조 분석결과 구매자의 교섭력이 높으므로 전방산업에 배치된 수요기업과의 전략적이고 긴밀한 협력관계를 유지하기 위한 전략을 추진해야 한다.

최근 스마트폰 확산과 함께 모바일 시장이 개방적인 PC진영으로 편입되면서 ICT 산업구조가 복잡한 개방적 생태계로 재편성되고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 가치 네트워크(Value Network) 관점에서 타 산업 사업자간 상생적 협력관계 구축을 통한 수익배분 모델 등 주요 글로벌 ICT 리더들의 사업전략을 분석하고, 단말 및 서비스 플랫폼을 중심으로 하는 새로운 ICT 생태계의 진화방향을 전망하고자 한다. 특히 앱스 토어를 기반으로 하여 단말 플랫폼을 확장하는 애플의 전략 과 웹을 기반으로 하는 서비스 플랫폼을 통해 이용자의 접점을 확장하는 구글의 사업전략을 비교 분석하여 향후 글로벌 ICT 산업의 전망과 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
