The increase in the size and the uptake of PV systems is leading to significant increase in the penetration of PV into local electricity grids. The increased penetration of PV is impacting on grid operation and in particular the voltage within the local grid can be significantly influenced by the various PV systems. The current global situation of environmental pollution, climate change and energy demand urgently requires dramatic political, economic and technical decisions in order to avoid a potential collapse of environmental and social systems. Around the world, electricity remains the vital component of national and international development. The implementation of renewable energy resources can provide solutions to these challenges by stimulating the early implementation of economically viable sustainable energy technologies.

Current Android smartphones include about 25 to 35 essential applications(unerasable) related to function and operation of the android smartphone itself and about 30 optional applications(removable) provided by carriers, Google and manufacturers. These applications were not able to be removed until the announcement of the smartphone applications pre-install guide from the government in January 2014, so there were memory limitations in installing new applications, causing consumer complaints by consuming data during the auto-update process of the pre-installed applications. After the announcement, we were able to delete optional applications but the complaints about the data consumption still did not disappear. Therefore, in this paper, we carried out the customer survey and analyzed the behavior information such as how carriers are operating pre-installed applications and what kind of applications customer prefers and how many applications customer wants to be pre-installed. And we proposed how to configure pre-install applications on smartphone for customer needs.

In this paper, the New Space characteristics and response of micro & small satellite, and space industrialization strategy using domestic technologies are described. Recently, micro & small satellites are developed worldwide, including Starlink, having the characteristics of low-cost, light-weight and satellite constellation. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare for the constellation operation by considering the use of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) parts, satellite weight, shape and mass production. In particular, it is necessary to develop Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) technology in consideration of the frequency interference during constellation operation, and to prepare and make efforts to secure frequencies in the government. Among the commercial-grade memories of Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, the space-grade memory field using radiation tolerant memory and the high reliable packaging and space environment test technology has potential as a space industrialization strategy.

As of 2022, the number of Internet sites for public institutions registered on the 'Government 24' website (www.gov.kr) of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety is 17,000. The direct transfer takes a lot of human and material resources and time between the records-producing institution and the records-management institution that manages websites as records. In addition, it is practically difficult for records management institutions to migrate and operate various software and application technologies required to run each website. A method of automatically collecting websites from a remote location using web crawler software is used domestically and abroad to overcome these practical limitations. This study compared the performance of the web crawler required to collect and manage public Internet websites as records remotely. The most suitable web crawler was selected through a step-by-step review of several web crawlers from previous studies and other literature. Several public agency websites were applied to compare the actual performance of the crawlers in the evaluation process. The study provides empirical and specific performance comparison information for organizations that need to choose a web crawler.

IPTV is referred to the service which provide integrated IPTV services for providing video, 10/100-Mbit/sec Internet, voice, video-on-demand (VOD), and other broadband applications including home security, video conferencing, and telemedicine. All services are integrated into an IP (Internet Protocol) architecture designed specifically for Gigabit Ethernet FTTH systems, HFC or xDLC. It is absolutely necessary that telecon operators provide IP video delivery platforms that enable service providers to transform their business. With their own products, they can better manage their existing services and generate new revenues from broadcast TV, movies on demand and multimedia. Triple-play is a combination of broadcast, telephony and broadband services offered through IPTV networks. With cable operators allowed to offer a triple-play bundle, the nation's telecom operators are beginning to get a little anxious. Cable operators assert that triple-play is a must-have and natural extension of the cable service bundle. The Korean Cable TV Association asserts that the triple-play model is of paramount importance to the cable industry's future growth. But the telecom sector considers itself unfairly disadvantaged, saying they cannot compete until regulatory issues are resolved. The start of web-based television in Korea may still be some time off with a confrontation between the nation's IT regulator and broadcasting sector over the service's legal boundaries shows no signs of being resolved my time soon. korea should be is the fastest-growing provider of IPTV solutions in the industry, with over worldwide customers.

This study is to acquire a thorough understanding of the S&T level of Korea to serve as an important basis for the government policy-making, and to make basic information available to effectively promote the National R&D Program by survey of the overall S&T level in Korea S&T level survey is a comparison to the highest levels in the world to the third 3digit of the technology tree table. And, survey of technological gaps by year, during which Korea is able to reach the current level of the advanced countries. The findings of the surveys should be applied to strategic technology Planning for solving or narrowing the technology gap, e the major criteria for resources allocation in National R&D programs. And, the findings of the surveys should be the fundamental information used to establish strategic S&T policy in government.

It is not an overstatement that nowadays electronic mails are communicated more frequently as well as conveniently than phones and facsimiles, not only in routine life hot also in business transactions. Also, it is evident that emails will be used more and more as a communication method between internal and external organizations. If the information transferred and received via emails takes a role of business records, it is no wonder that emails should be uniformly managed as public records. Currently, however, specific policies or guidelines for the management of email records are not available, nor do most of public employees realize that emails are the actual records of the organization. In fact, the three research methods have been used for this study in the purpose of the establishment of email records management scheme. First of all, bibliographic research has been conducted in an effort to describes the definition and types of email records indicated in the guidelines of each nation, as well as the differences from the transitory email messages. Secondly, email management guidelines and policies of public institutions of England, The United States, Australia, and Canada, so-called the advanced countries of the records management, have been analyzed to examine the advanced examples of email management. In order to manage email records effectively, the functional requirements - capture, classification, storage, access, tracking, disposition, and role and responsibility were categorized in this thesis, based on the ISO 15489. As the designs of these foreign guidelines vary one another, common factors of them were extracted to be included in the realm of the seven stages. Lastly, this thesis has analyzed characteristics of the email system within the Electronic Document Management System of existing administrative institutions. Also, it has examined the overall environment of the email records management of public institutions and sought out its improvement. In essence, focused on the crucial factors on email management drawn out from the email management guidelines of foreign nations and the analysis of the policies, this thesis proposes an email records management scheme for Korean public intuitions, as well as an email management model suitable for forthcoming e-government era.

Numeric weather prediction is important to prevent meteorological disasters such as heavy rain, heat wave, and cold wave. The Korea meteorological administration provides a realtime special weather report and the rural development administration demonstrates information about 2-day warning of agricultural disasters for farms in a few regions. To improve the early warning systems for meteorological hazards, a nation-wide high-resolution dataset for weather prediction should be combined with web-based GIS. This study aims to develop a web service prototype for early warning of meteorological hazards, which integrates web GIS technologies with a weather prediction database in a temporal resolution of 1 hour and a spatial resolution of 1 km. The spatially and temporally high-resolution dataset for meteorological hazards produced by downscaling of GME was serviced via a web GIS. In addition to the information about current status of meteorological hazards, the proposed system provides the hourly dong-level forecasting of meteorologic hazards for upcoming seven days, such as heavy rain, heat wave, and cold wave. This system can be utilized as an operational information service for municipal governments in Korea by achieving the future work to improve the accuracy of numeric weather predictions and the preprocessing time for raster and vector dataset.

연구개발 지원산업은 연구개발 활동을 직·간접적으로 지원하는 산업을 의미한다. 이러한 산업에 대한 개념화는 연구개발 활동의 전문화(professionalization), 분업화(division of labor)가 진행되고 있음을 의미하는 동시에 연구개발체제의 유연성 제고 및 고도화, 효율화가 이루어지고 있음을 나타내고 있다. 우리의 경우 (과학기술혁신을 위한 특별법) 제 15조 등을 통하여 연구개발 지원사업에 대한 특별지원제도의 시행을 명시하고 있으나 현재까지 연구개발 지원사업자를 지정·육성하기 위한 기본현황 파악이나 분석이 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 본고는 이러한 수요를 반영하여 국내에서의 연구개발 지원산업에 대한 수요를 중심으로 실태를 파악 ·분석하는 동시에 산업지원 육성방안을 제시하고 있다. 국내 연구개발 지원산업의 규모를 추정해 보면 97년 현재 약 3,000억원에서 4,000억원의 규모로 나타나며, 이중 기술정보서비스업이 약 27.0%, 연구장비 및 시험 ·평가 ·검색 ·분석업이 약 38.4%, 연구개발 설계·자문업 등 기타사업이 34.6% 로 나타나고 있다. 연구개발지원 기능은 시험·검사 기능과 기술정보제공 기능이 대부분을 차지하고 있고, 전자의 경우는 내부처리의 비중이 높고 후자의 경우 외부의 전문기관을 이용하는 비중이 높게 나타나고 있다. 특히 기업이 연구개발활동 수행시에 필요한 지원기능을 외부에 위탁할 경우에 느끼는 애로사항은 첫째, 외부 전문위탁기관의 부족 및 정보 미흡이 가장 크고, 둘째, 전문기관의 해외정보력·경쟁력 부족이 다음이며, 공공기관의 지원기능이 미흡하다는 애로사항에 대한 비중이 상대적으로 낮게 나타나고 있다. 연구개발 지원산업을 특별지원·육성하기 위한 기본관점은 특별법의 시행령을 구체적으로 실행하기 위한 시행계획의 수립과 연구개발 지원산업의 육성 시책의 추진 절차의 결정, 사업자 선정, 지원 사항 등으로 제시될 수 있다. 먼저, 기업 연구개발활동의 고도화·효율화를 위해 연구개발 및 기술개량에 필요한 업무 중 기술정보서비스와 연구시험·평가·검사·분석 그리고 중소기업 기술집약화를 지원하는 사업 등을 연구개발 지원산업으로 범위를 정할 필요성이 있다. 다음으로 연구개발 지원사업자를 별도로 선정·인정하는 방식으로 지원해야 할 필요성이 있다. 기존의 산업 지원방식으로는 연구개발 지원기능이 주된 활동으로 인정받을 수 없으므로 국내 연구개발 지원기능의 발전에 한계가 있다. 따라서 취약한 여건을 감안하여 연구개발 지원산업을 육성하지 않게 되면, 각 분야별로 민간사업자의 참여가 거의 이루어지지 않거나, 참여해도 연구개발 지원 기능의 발전보다는 기존의 사업이 주가 될 가능성이 크다. 연구개발 지원 사업자의 지정 지원방식과는 별도로 이루어질 수 있는 지원활동에 대한 지원은 기업회계처리상의 문제와 일관성이 있는 시책추진 및 효과를 기대하기 어렵기 때문에 사전에 동산업의 참여 자격·능력을 갖춘 사업자에 대해서는 제한없이 참여할 수 있도록 Positive System으로 추진해야 할 것이다. 그리고 연구개발 지원사업자에 대한 지원내용을 조세·금융 등 직접적 지원과 타 제도와의 연계지원 그리고 정부구매 등 시장지원 등이 아울러 다양하게 추진될 필요가 있다.
