In order to trust and use autonomous vehicles, safe driving on the road must be guaranteed. For this, the first infrastructure to be equipped with autonomous driving is traffic safety facility. On the other hand, autonomous vehicles(Level 3) and general vehicles are driving on the road, it is necessary to additionally manage existing general traffic safety facilities. In this study, a field management system for traffic safety facilities based on autonomous driving infrastructure was studied, and a pilot field management system was implemented in the demonstration area(Pangyo). The pilot system consists of a GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) receiver, a field management equipment, and a field management app. As a result of field demonstration,, it was confirmed that traffic safety facility information was easily transmitted and received even in downtown areas and that could be efficiently operated and managed. It is expected that the results of this study will be used as reference materials for the spread of autonomous driving infrastructure to local governments and infrastructure construction in the future.

Due to recent underground space accidents, are a frequent occurence in Korea, the government established the basic plan for the construction of the IUGIM (Integrated Underground Geospatial Information Map) in 2015 as a measure for safety management of underground spaces. The development of IUGIM was partially completed as of 2021. The underground space management entity and related organizations are utilizing it. This study is being carried out as part of a plan to improve the usability of IUGIM, and to build a visualization system that compares real-time field data with stored data. A system, equipped with a visualization function for borehole data and 6 types of underground facilities built and managed on IUGIM; a tool capable of comparative analysis with real-time data measured in the field, is being built. The 6 types of underground facilities are water supply pipe, sewage pipe, power pipe, gas pipe, communication pipe, and heating pipe. The completed system was demonstrated at three locations in Seocho-gu, Gangnam-gu in Seoul. The field demonstration was carried out by accessing the mobile center and downloading IUGIM data, visualizing IUGIM data (surface creation, borehole information, underground facilities), and visualizing the GPR(Ground Penetrating Radar)-based data acquired at the field. As a result of the empirical results of IUGIM data and GPR-based field data, it was judged to be suitable. As a result of this study, it is judged that it can be helpful for safe construction at the excavation site.

한국전력공사에서는 2013년도부터 154kV급 변전소를 IEC 61850 기반의 변전소 자동화 시스템을 구축 운영중이다. 현재 구축 운영중인 디지털 변전소는 Station Level의 자동화 시스템이며, Process Level의 Full Digital 디지털 변전소 구축은 연구과제 성과물의 신뢰도 검증과 관련 기술 신뢰성 확보 시 구축예정이다. 본 논문에서는 Full Digital 변전소 구축을 위한 Process Level의 IED 및 엔지니어링 프로그램 개발에 대한 결과와, 개발된 시작품의 현장 실증 환경 구축에 대해 논하고자 한다.

우리나라 전력계통의 특성상 남부의 전원단과 수도권의 부하중심단과의 거리가 존재하여 안정적인 계통전압제어에 어려움이 존재한다. 이러한 계통전압제어의 어려움을 극복하기 위해 154kV 계통에 SC Bank를 설치 운용중에 있다. 운전 환경상 차단기의 투입과 차단이 잦은 154kV SC Bank에 리액터가 소손되는 등의 문제점이 발생하고 있어 154kV SC Bank의 써지응답특성을 규명하고 차단기의 투입차단시 발생하는 써지전류의 저감에 대한 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 154kV SC Bank를 대상으로하여 현장조사와 현장실증을 통해 써지전류를 측정하고, 모의를 통해 써지응답특성을 규명하였다. 그 결과, 차단기의 접점의 상태와 피뢰기의 동작여부에 의해 써지전류가 크게 영향을 받는다는 점을 확인하였다. 154kV SV Bank를 대상으로 한 현장시험과 서지응답특성의 분석결과를 기본으로 하여 피뢰기의 영향과 차단기의 투입차단 영향을 최소화하는 방안으로 피뢰기의 분리운전으로 전류재단현상을 막아 급준써지전류의 발생을 억제하고 저항투압방식의 차단기로 써지전류를 30%이하로 억제할 수 있음을 실증과 모의로 확인하였다.

Korea government is making an effort to improve the efficiency in construction industry by introducing CITIS (Contractor integrated Technical Information Service). In order to provide a base for the application of CITIS into the construction industry, this research provides a concept of virtual factory which should be incorporated into CITIS system for the successful collaborative work in the virtual space. It then implements a prototype system through process and data modeling to apply into the road construction projects. The prototype system is tested to verify its efficiency. Finally, lesson learned from these works is provided to advance the current CITIS toward a collaborative virtual factory.

본 연구에서는 다수용가형 집합건물, 공장형 아파트 및 빌딩에 적합한 다채널 전력계량시스템(MCMS:Multi Customer Metering System)의 성능평가방법 및 현장실증의 결과를 제시하고, 핵심 요소인 mA CT의 성능평가방법 및 표준현황 연구를 통해 향후 MCMS 국내 도입을 위한 시험인프라 구축 및 관련 제품의 적합성을 제시하고자 한다.

Underground flexible pipes for electric cables are subject to external loads and surrounding soil pressure. Particularly, strain of flexible pipes is of great concern in terms of safety and maintenance for electric cables. In this paper, stress and strain of flexible pipes with various installation depth are compared using traditional formula, FEM analysis, model soil box test and field test. from the findings of various analyses, considering the strain criteria-maximum 3.5%, it is suggested that flexible pipes can be buried at the depth of 80cm without additional soil improvement.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effects of CSR activities on a defense manufacturing employees' organizational trust and job satisfaction and the mediating effect of organizational trust. To conduct such examinationusing, 289 valid samples collected from field employees of H-company(defense manufacturer) in Chang Won. The empirical analysis results are summarized as follows. First, corporate CSR activities were found to affect job satisfaction of field employees. Second, corporate CSR activities were analyzed to be a very important motivator for field employees. In other words, it can be interpreted that employees who perceive that their organization is actively fulfilling social responsibilities have a high level of perception of organizational trust. Third, it was found that the higher the organizational trust of the employees, the higher the job satisfaction. Fourth, as a result of verifying whether there is a mediating effect of organizational trust in the relationship between corporate CSR activity and job satisfaction, it was found that the full mediating effect and the partial mediating effect were mixed.

본 연구는 건설현장 관리자를 대상으로 재난에서의 위험인식이 BCMS위험평가를 매개로 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통하여 실증적으로 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 최근의 사회적 이슈가 되는 중대재해 처벌법이 건설현장에서 기업의 사업주에게 영향을 미치고 있으며, 또한 사업주에게 영향을 미치는 것은 기업연속성에 직접적인 인과관계를 형성함으로써 기업에 경영성과에 영향을 미친다. 건설현장을 운영하는 기업의 사업주에게 중대시민의 재해에 대하여 실질적인 대처방안이 필요하며, 대안으로 현재 행안부에서 적극추진중인 BCMS의 위험평가를 적극적으로 활용하여, 건설현장에서의 관리자가 주체가 되어 중대시민재해를 예방하고, 기업의 연속성을 확보하는 것이 필요하다.
