Effects of Private Certificate Holder's Motivation for Certificate Affects Career Development and Job Satisfaction (민간자격증 소지자의 자격증 취득동기가 경력개발 및 직무만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This research examines how influential the certificate is on career development and job satisfaction. The outcome of substantial analysis on hypothesis of the study is: First, three factors-proactiveness, value, competitiveness are the positive effect on motivation for certificate. However, it is shown that the correlation and regulation factors do not have a significant effect on career development. Second, career development has a positive relation with the job satisfaction. Third, value and association among motivation factors for certificate acquisition have a positive effect on job satisfaction. However, it is revealed that proactiveness, competitiveness, and bylaw factors do not have significant influences on job satisfaction. These outcomes prove that private certificates do not meet the need realistically in the business field. It is caused by the low level of difficulty of the certificate exam, which results in the standardization state where it becomes easier for anyone to obtain the certificate. In order to resolve the problem in relation to the private certificate acquisition, it is suggested that advices of field experts should be actively reflected on the exam and that the difficulty of the exam should be moderated to acquire comparability and to reflect reality.

Reinforcing Method for the Protective Capacities of Dispersal and Combat Facilities using Logistic Regression (로지스틱 회귀모형을 활용한 소산 및 전투시설의 방호성능 보강방안 연구)

  • This study provides the numerical model to assess retrofit and strengthen levels in the dispersal and combat facilities. First of all, it is verified that direct-hitting projectiles are more destructive to the structures rather than close-falling bombs with explosion tests. The protective capacity of dispersal and combat facilities, which are modeled with soil uncertainty and structural field data, is analyzed through finite element method. With structural survivability and facility data, the logistic regression model is drawn. This model could be used to determine the level of the retrofit and strengthen in the dispersal and combat facilities of contact areas. For more reliable model, it could be better to identify more significant factors and adapt non-linear model. In addition, for adapting this model on the spot, appropriate strengthen levels should be determined by hands on staffs associated with military facilities.

Field Application and Performance Measurements of Precast Concrete Blocks Developed for Paving Roadways Capable of Solar Power Generation (태양광 도로용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 블록 포장의 현장 적용과 계측)

  • Global warming is a very important problem as it causes rapid climate change and natural disasters. Therefore, researches related to renewable energy are being actively conducted while promoting policies such as reducing carbon dioxide emission and increasing the proportion of renewable energy. Solar power generation is being applied in urban areas like BIPV as well as existing idle areas outside the city. Therefore, in this study, precast concrete blocks developed for paving roadways capable of solar power generation were designed and constructed. For the evaluation of field applicability for 6 months, skid resistance and block settlement were measured. As a result of the experiment, it was found that skid resistance satisfies the standard of general roadway in Korea, but not the standard of highway. The skid resistance tended to decrease as time passed. In addition, the settlement of the block gradually increased slightly, but it is much smaller than the allowable settlement of the roadway. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a maintenance period and method based on the periodic measurement results in the future.

  • 도시화는 수문학적으로 산림이나 농경지와 같은 투수지역을 건물, 도로 등의 불투수지역으로 변화시키는 것이며, 이로 인하여 홍수파의 도달시간이 줄어들고 첨두유량이 증가하는 등의 수문변화를 수반하게 된다. 도로나 건물 등이 대부분을 차지하고 있는 도시지역에서는 지표면이나 식생으로부터 대기중으로 방출되는 증발산량이 농촌이나 산림지역보다 상대적으로 적으며, 강우시 토양중의 침투량과 지표면의 저류량도 도시지역에서는 매우 적게 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 도시화로 인하여 대규모의 토지이용 변화가 예상되는 신도시 개발예정지구인 판교 운중천 유역을 시험유역으로 선정하여 장기적인 수문/수질 모니터링을 수행하고 있으며, 향후 판교 시험유역에서 계측된 자료와 유역수문모형을 활용하여 개발 전후의 홍수 및 장기유출 특성을 분석하여 도시화가 하천의 수문 및 수질에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 비교 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2004년과 2005년에 시험유역내의 운중천과 금토천에 매송2교, 삼평교, 판교교, 운중저수지, 저수지 용수로, 내동교 등 총 6개의 수위관측소와, 매송2교와 내동교의 2개 우량관측소를 설치하여 실시간 계측을 수행하고 있으며, 인근의 기존에 운영되고 있던 탄천 본류의 성남과 궁내 수위관측소와 운중천의 낙생 우량관측소 자료를 활용하여 유역 수문자료를 수집하고 있다. 수집된 자료를 이용하여 장단기 유출분석을 수행한 결과, 택지개발공사가 시작되기 전인 현재로서는 택지개발 대상지구인 운중천 유역이나 비대상지구인 금토천 유역, 그리고 하류의 운중천 본류 유역 모두 강우시나 무강우시 비슷한 유출 특성을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 도시화가 점차적으로 진행됨에 따라서 이러한 유출 특성의 변화 양상을 파악해 나간다면, 도시화에 따른 유출 특성의 변화는 물론 수질 변화에 대해서도 정성적, 정량적인 규명이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.TEX>의 범위이고, 2차 처리수의 유입수의 T-N, T-P 농도와 유사하였다.적인 방법론을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.첨두홍수량을 저류하기 위해서 상대적으로 넓은 저류면적이 필요한 것으로 나타난다. 대등한 수위감소값의 홍수저감효과를 발휘하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 On-Line 저류지 면적은 Off-Line 저류지에 비 두배 이상이 필요한 것으로 보여졌다.들에 관한 정보는 종종 현장관측에서 조차 무시되는 경우가 많다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수질모형의 매개변수 중 특히 수리특성에 관련된 매개변수들이 수질에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 적용된 수질모형은 QualKo를 사용하였으며, 대상 하천은 낙동강 본류 경남구간 시점 부근인 회천 합류 전부터 낙동강 본류 경남구간 종점 부근인 밀양강 합류 전까지의 경남 오염총량관리 기본계획 시 구축된 모형 매개변수를 바탕으로 분석을 수행하였다. 일차오차분석을 이용하여 수리매개변수와 수질매개변수의 수질항목별 상대적 기여도를 파악해 본 결과, 수리매개변수는 DO, BOD, 유기질소, 유기인 모든 항목에 일정 정도의 상대적 기여도를 가지고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이로부터 수질 모형의 적용 시 수리 매개변수 또한 수질 매개변수의 추정 시와 같이 보다 세심한 주의를 기울여 추정할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에 있어서 시장수익률을 평균적으로 초과할 수 있는 거래전략은 존재하므로 이러한 전략을 개발 및 활용할 수 있으며, 특히, 한국주식시장에

  • Korean government is promoting "K-Smart City" to overseas market which is an integrated solution of construction industry with ICT(Information and Communciations Technologies) industry. Due to nature of Smart City, construction quality and the development quality of the facilities need to be established to improve the overall quality. However, guidelines and regulations to initiate quality control for Smart City are behind the actual demand. This deficiency is bringing quality control for construction and ICT to be controlled separately causing lack of synergy and resulting in overall quality degradation. This research is designed to improve the construction quality of Smart City during its establishment stage by integrating ICT system with on-site construction (Integrated control center and on-site equipment). The adoption of this research to a real Smart City case had resulted in 22% reduction of construction inspection failure (Audit), and also allowed Construction Company to pre-align quality control of all purchased items of ICT Infra that resulted in 18% reduction of nonconformity, thus contributing to an overall quality improvement. This research is expected to be used widely among all construction industry of Smart City.

Thermal-hydro-mechanical Modelling for an Äspö prototype repository: analysis of thermal behavior (Äspö 원형 처분장에 대한 열-수리-역학적 모델링 연구: 열적 거동 해석)

  • Thermal-hydro-mechanical (THM) modeling is a critical R&D issue in the performance and safety assessment of a high-level waste repository. With an $\ddot{A}$sp$\ddot{o}$ prototype repository, its thermal behavior was analyzed and then compared with in-situ experimental data for its validation. A model simulation was used to calculate the temperature distributions in the deposition holes, deposition tunnel, and surrounding host rock. A comparison of the simulation results with the experimental data was made for deposition hole DH-6, which showed that there was a temperature difference of $2{\sim}5^{\circ}C$ depending on the location of the measuring points, but there was a similar trend in the evolution curves of temperature as a function of time. It was expected that the coupled modeling of the thermal behavior with the hydro-mechanical behavior in the buffer and backfill of the $\ddot{A}$sp$\ddot{o}$ prototype repository would give a better agreement between the experimental and model calculation results.

A Study on the Manufacturing Characteristics and Field Applicability of Engineering-scale Bentonite Buffer Block in a High-level Nuclear Waste Repository (고준위폐기물처분장 내 공학규모의 균질 완충재 블록 성형특성 및 현장적용성 분석)

  • The objective of this study is to propose a new methodology to fabricate a reliable engineering-scale buffer block, which shows homogeneous and uniform distribution in buffer block density, for in-situ experiments. In this study, for the first time in Korea, floating die press and CIP (Cold Isostatic Press) are applied for the manufacture of an engineering-scale bentonite buffer. The optimized condition and field applicability are also evaluated with respect to the method of manufacturing the buffer blocks. It is found that the standard deviation of the densities obtained decreases noticeably and that the average dry density increases slightly. In addition, buffer size is reduced by about 5% at the same time. Through the test production, it is indicated that the stress release phenomenon decreases after the application of the CIP method, which leads to a reduction in crack generation on the surface of the buffer blocks over time. Therefore, it is confirmed that the production of homogeneous buffer blocks on industrial scale is possible using the method suggested in this study, and that the produced blocks also meet the design conditions for dry density of buffer blocks in the AKRS (Advanced Korea Reference Disposal System of HLW).

  • This study aimed to develop and verify the smart human resource management (HRM) program in a large scale greenhouse. HRM program delivers detailed work orders to workers and gathers work results by mobile phone application. Greenhouse managers can monitor the workload, work speed, quality of employee by HRM program and can analyse performance easily. Greenhouse Managers can set the work speed including 'twisting', 'trimming' and 'harvesting' in a greenhouse. It makes planning work schedule and assigns resources to each specific job easier. Therefore, the manager can arrange the number of employees to promote work performance and also easy to estimate the labor shortage. Greenhouse managers can evaluate the adequacy of the number of employees through job performance analysis by period and adjusts the supply/demand ratio of regular and non-regular employees. The HRM program can improve work efficiency by announcing the real-time work performance of all employees on a monitor screen to induce competition among workers and re-educate unripe employees who accomplish behind average to improving work skills.

A Study on the Seawater Filtration Characteristics of Single and Dual-filter Layer Well by Field Test (현장실증시험에 의한 단일 및 이중필터층 우물의 해수 여과 특성 연구)

  • This study performs to evaluate adaptability of seashore filtering type seawater-intake which adapts dua1 filter well alternative for direct seawater-intake. This study varies filter condition of seashore free surface aquifer which is composed of sand layer then installs real size dual filter well and single filter well to evaluate water permeability and proper pumping amount according to filter condition. According to result of step aquifer test, it is analysed that 110.3% synergy effect of water permeability coefficient is happened compare to single filter since dual filter well has better improvement. dual filter has higher water permeability coefficient compare to same pumping amount, this means dual filter has more improved water permeability than single filter. According to analysis result of continuous aquifer test, it is evaluated that dual filter well (SD1200) has higher water permeability than single filter well (SS800) by analysis of water permeability coefficient using monitoring well and gauging well, it is also analysed dual filter has 110.7% synergy effect of water permeability coefficient. As a evaluation result of pumping amount according to analysis of water level dropping rate, it is analysed that dual filter well increased 122.8% pumping amount compare to single filter well when water level dropping is 2.0 m. As a result of calculating proper pumping amount using water level dropping rate, it is analysed that dual filter well shows 136.0% higher pumping amount compare to single filter well. It is evaluated that proper pumping amount has 122.8~160% improvement compare to single filter, pumping amount improvement rate is 139.6% compare to averaged single filter. In other words, about 40% water intake efficiency can be improved by just installation of dual filter compare to normal well. Proper pumping amount of dual filter well using inflection point is 2843.3 L/min and it is evaluated that daily seawater intake amount is about $4,100m^3/day$ (${\fallingdotseq}4094.3m^3/day$) in one hole of dual filter well. Since it is possible to intake plenty of water in one hole, higher adaptability is anticipated. In case of intaking seawater using dual filter well, no worries regarding damages on facilities caused by natural disaster such as severe weather or typhoon, improvement of pollution is anticipated due to seashore sand layer acts like filter. Therefore, It can be alternative of environmental issue for existing seawater intake technique, can save maintenance expenses related to installation fee or damages and has excellent adaptability in economic aspect. The result of this study will be utilized as a basic data of site demonstration test for adaptation of riverside filtered water of upcoming dual filter well and this study is also anticipated to present standard of well design and construction related to riverside filter and seashore filter technique.

고습도 유닛쿨러를 사용하는 저온저장고의 배 저장효과

  • 신선한 채소나 과일은 무게의 74~94%에 상당하는 수분을 함유하고 있는데, 이러한 수분은 자칫하면 빠져나가기 쉽다. 품질이 우수한 채소나 과일이라도 수분손실이 생기면 다시는 보충할 수 없기 때문에 겉껍질을 마르고 쭈글쭈글하게 되어 품질등급과 가격결정에 손해가 된다. 또 무게의 5~l0%까지 수분이 줄어들면 상품성을 잃게되고, 무게단위로 판매되는 채소와 과일은 수분손실이 곧 무게감소이므로 총수입도 줄어드는 원인이 된다. 따라서 채소나 과일을 수확 한 후에 수분손실이 생기지 않도록 잘 관리하는 것은 농가소득과 직결되는 중요한 일이다. 그러나 기존의 저온저장고들은 저장고 내의 상대습도가 70~85%의 범위로 조성되고 있으며, 이러한 저습도의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 저장고의 바닥에 물을 뿌리는 등의 작업을 하고 있으나 문제가 해결되지는 않는다. 이에 따라 농업기계화연구소에서는 저온저장고 내의 상대습도를 90% 이상으로 유지할 수 있는 유닛쿨러를 '01년에 개발하였고,'02~'03년에 이것을 실제로 농가의 저온저장고에 설치하여 그 효과를 실증하였는데 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 현장연구에 사용된 저온저장고는 천안시에 있는 이진기 농가의 25평형 배 저온저장고 2동이었으며, 한 동은 시험구로 한 동은 대조구로 사용하였다. 2. 배의 저장온도는 0~-0.2$^{\circ}C$이었고, 상대습도는 대비 저온저장고의 경우 75~90% 범위에 있었으나 신기술투입 저온저장고에서는 98%로 유지되었다. 또 냉각기에 생기는 얼음을 제거하기 위해 작동되는 전기히터의 작동시간은 대비 저온저장고에서는 하루에 7회, 회당 45분 씩 이었고, 신기술 투입 저온저장고에서는 하루에 1회, 회당 30분 씩 이었다. 3. 배를 플라스틱 상자에 담아 저장할 때 대비 저온저장고에서는 111일 동안에 11.7%의 중량감모가 발생하였으나, 신기술투입 저온저장고에서는 5.6%의 중량감모만이 발생하여 약 50%의 중량감모를 줄일 수 있었으며, 배의 색깔이나 경도도 대비구 보다 우수하였다. 4. 배를 비닐로 포장하여 대비 저온저장고에 저장한 경우와 비닐로 포장하지 않고 신기술투입 저온저장고에 저장한 경우를 비교할 때 11월~다음해 1월 까지는 중량감모, 과피색깔 및 경도에 큰 차이가 없었으나, 2월부터는 비닐로 포장하여 대비 저온저장고에 저장한 배의 품질변화가 급격히 증가되어 중량감모, 과피색깔 및 경도가 신기술 투입시 보다 급속하게 나빠졌다.
