20C까지 단순히 밝혀주고, 점멸만 하는 조명형태가 21C부터는 밝기의 조정, 칼라의 조정이 병행된 감성조명의 시대로 도래하여, 주거생활 조명, 상업용 조명, 문화공간의 조명 둥에 본격적으로 도입되기 시작했다. 특히, LED 응용조명은 자동차 분야 및 PV분야 등 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 연 4조원의 세계시장과 2,000억원의 국내시장으로 점유되고 있으며, 연평균 45% 성장 ($1995{\sim}2004$)으로, 성능은 향상되고, 가격은 년 $10{\sim}15%$로 인하되어 "미디어파사드"로 그 응용이 눈부시게 가속화 되는 실정이다. 조명기술의 눈부신 발전과 조명산업의 발전이 어우러진 가운데 조명 산업 현장에는 조명전문가의 소요가 급속히 발생되고 있는 반면에 실무형 조명전문가를 양성하는 교육기관과 프로그램이 턱없이 부족하여, 수요에 비하여 조명전문가 양성은 요원한 실정이다. 조명교육시스템을 구축하고, 실무형 조명전문가를 양성하고 있는 경북전문대학의 조명전문가 양성교육시스템을 참고로 하여, 보다 효율적인 단계별 중견조명 전문가의 양성에 대해 연구하여, 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 지속적인 대형고장 재발에 따른 근원적 고장예방대책으로 실질적인 위기대응훈련과 변전분야 근무 직원의 역량강화를 위해 변전분야 교육과정을 현장실습 및 사례위주 실무중심토론식 수업으로 개편하는 방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 그리고 실설비와 연계된 모의고장 시뮬레이터 실습교육장을 구축하고, 변전설비 축소형 모듈을 제작하여 주요 변전설비를 실제로 조립하면서 설비에 대한 이해를 고취시키고자 한다. 교육내용과 목표가 중복되는 유사교육과정을 통폐합하여 변전교육의 효율화를 도모한다. 또한, EMTP 전문반과 같은 특화된 전문기술교육과정을 개설을 추진하며, 전문자격증 취득을 위한 과정을 개발하여 교육수요자의 요구사항이 반영되는 교육을 실현하고자 한다.

본 연구는 공공도서관 사인시스템을 조사하고 그 결과를 토대로 실무에서 사용할 수 있는 공공도서관 사인시스템 체크리스트를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 배경은 공공도서관 사인시스템의 현황과 도서관 사인의 지속적인 활용에 있다. 이에 따라 공공도서관 현장 조사와 문헌 조사를 통하여 공공도서관 사인시스템 체크리스트를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 공공도서관 사인시스템의 체크리스트는 사인 유지 보수 및 관리인 실무적 측면과 사인 기능 별 측면을 고려하여 작성되었다. 도서관 사인 관리자가 도서관 사인을 구축하고 관리할 때 효율적이고 지속가능한 도서관 사인을 구축할 수 있도록 하였다.

본 연구는 부산지역 청년 창업교육의 활성화와 예비 청년 로컬창업자의 맞춤형 창업역량개발을 위해 부산지역 대학생들을 대상으로 한 현장 실무중심 창업교육이 지역 대학생들의 창업동기와 창업역량에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 창업동기의 구성요인을 경제적동기와 자아실현동기로 구분하였으며 창업역량은 로컬창업에 필요한 실무역량, 로컬 브랜드개발역량, 재무분석역량이 창업교육 수료 후 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는 실증분석을 통해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 부산지역 K대학교 창업관련 교과 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.

Most of Korea's beauty college education focuses on the subject rather than the industrial field of the industrialized world. It is centered on subjects rather than on-site job modules, and training sessions are required for graduation of the training period rather than having flexible configurations. Therefore, the education curriculum and industrial field training are becoming mismatched because of the goal of acquiring a certificate in skin care major subjects. Based on this problem, the researcher made a questionnaire about the certificate utilization of students who are majoring in skin care and 294 students were surveyed. It was found that it had a high degree of utilization to take a job, but that it had below normal level on utilization after entering the industrial field. Based on this analysis result, I propose to review the need to reorganize the skin care curriculum, which is based on the national competency standards (NCS) beginning in 2014. Education experts at the college of skin care should continue to develop a curriculum centered on academic subjects and industrial field curriculum as closely as possible, by focusing on the direction and trend of the industry's branches and industry experts.

This paper presents a concept of training coursework for engineers in cooperation with the industry combining system, comparing Korea with France. The students, after first two years in a university for the foundation/basic courses, will be centered in the industry, rather than at an academic institution, where field training engineering coursework will be offered in structured or capstone design(problem based learning) formats through the industry. This study on the improvement of the concept has several advantages including the followings ; 1) Industry hiring local-area students who have the potential to be long-term employees; 2) Industry's immediate access to employees with developing engineering skills; 3) On-the-job training reduced industry training costs after graduation; 4) More effective learning through observing complex operations; 5) Students and industry input for continuous improvement of the curriculum; 6) Greater amenability on the part of industry to actively participate in research and development; 7) Increasing in the flow of real research problems for engineering. Finally, the implications for student quality, accreditation, assessment of partnership, academic freedom, and fundraising for scholarships and researches are discussed briefly.

This study was analyzed in a phenomenological way to identify the depth of the experience from the perspective of students who participated in field trips and to understand in-depth the practical knowledge and meaning of the process. The subjects of the study were nine people with experience in field training for beauty college students, and they were in-depth stories from October to December 2020. The collected data were analyzed by Colaizzi method. The results of this study showed four essential topic vowels: "Expectation on Field Practice," "Necessity of Practical Education," "Difficulties Experienced in Field Practice," and "The Endurance of Field Practice." Based on the results of this study, the importance of being designed more systematically to enhance the effectiveness of learning experiences so that the effectiveness of learning experiences can be improved with confidence to cope with field practice.

Expenses in the form of personnel expenses in the past, in modern times, machine guards to gradually transition has been. This is because the machine guard is more efficient than personnel expenses. But due to false alarms, despite the high expectations of the effects of electronic security in the operation of the electronic security system due to factors that hinder the development of machine guards growth slows. Defect removal aspects of this paper, using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) techniques to study the operation of electronic security systems and its importance in the development of machine guards, look at how high the technical aspects of electronic security systems composite type of malfunction to minimize crime sensor are presented.

This study investigated the improved teaching methods which can enhance the learning effects of students in engineering education and provide students with practical abilities of field works. As the results of applying student-oriented teaching methods to students who take the course of hydraulic and pneumatic control in the department of mechanical design engineering of Dongyang technical college, student-oriented teaching method Is more effective than professor-oriented teaching methods in the aspects of motivation of learning, cultivation of imagination and creativity, and ability of solving problems. In order to successfully execute student-oriented teaching method, integrated lecture of both theory and experimental practice has been carried out in the classroom equipped with experimental facilities, and after acquiring sufficient experience through experimental practices, students looked into theoretical backgrounds based on the experimental results during the process solving the subjects which a professor suggested. The subjects should be suggested with the contents for accomplishing the goal of learning, and it is very important for a professor to play the role of helping students solve the problems by themselves, which results in improving practical ability of field works. At the end of every class, a professor has students fill up the questionnaire about the level of learning achievement, questions, and teaching method, and applying the surveying results to the next class can bring out improving the extents of students' participation of classes and concerns about the course. Since the engineering education requires a practical ability of field works, imagination, and creativity in every course, it is desirable to introduce student-oriented teaching method rather than professor-oriented teaching method.

In addition to the quantitative growth of domestic field placement, there is a growing interest in global field placement and participation of government and universities is increasing. The global field experience of university students provides students with advanced skills and experience of overseas companies as well as opportunities to acquire foreign language ability and global culture suitable for industrial needs that require global competence. Students can cultivate global mind and major practical skills so that it has the advantage of linking to overseas employment. In order to be successful global field placement, the university has to promote to participate in the company including the curriculum related to the student's major and provide comprehensive support including student safety, but the resources of the university are only limited. In this paper, we propose a method to activate global field placement in cooperation with local partner universities based on Kumoh Institute of Technology case study.
