Improvement of Construction Management for Building Remodeling Projects (건축물 리모델링 프로젝트 사례적용에 의한 시공관리 개선방안)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a way that improves the construction management for remodeling of building. The study attempts to deal with the case study for application and suggests some positive and negative lessons. The main contents and results of the study are as follows. (1) Through the repetitive joint meetings among the various participants, decision making for the remodeling process can be speeded up. (2) Clear work order and communication for work scope can be accomplished by using perspective drawing in design phase. (3) Reliable construction planning and scheduling for remodeling of building can be proposed through case study. (4) By a sound survey, conflict elements can be resolved in advance. Also reasonable procurement plan of equipments and multi-skilled labor can be important factors to keep a construction schedule in time. (5) Through the comparison a case project with other sites having a similar work scope, improvement effect in a time and cost aspect was analyzed quantitatively. The study also recommends that, as a future research, the remodeling process model be developed for more general applications in remodeling of building.

  • 본 논문은 실험계획법을 반도체 공정 및 소자 시뮬레이터에 적용하여, 시뮬레이션 회수를 최소화하고, 동시에 현장과 유사하게 시뮬레이터 내부 파라미터가 튜닝 될 수 있도록 하는 교정 문제에도 활용된 반도체 공정 최적화 사례를 소개한다. 또한, 일반적 시뮬레이터가 실제 현장과의 차이점으로 갖는 문제인 동일한 입력 값에 대해 항상 같은 출력 값이 산출되는 점을 공정의 규격을 고려해 시뮬레이션 함으로써 현장에서의 재현성을 높이고자 하였다. 이는 $0.8{\mu}m$급 BIMOS 공정의 기본 소자 중 하나의 NPN 트랜지스터의 전류이득(Current Gain : hFE) 특성을 최적화하기 위한 주요 공정조건 결정과 연관된 것이며, 기존 방법에 비해 시뮬레이션 횟수를 줄이는 동시에 현장에 직접 투입되는 검증 로트를 최소화시켜 비용과 시간을 절감할 수 있었다. 또한, 얻어진 추전 조건에서 실제 생산된 검증 로트를 통해 시뮬레이션으로부터 얻어진 결과들이 재현됨으로써 제시된 방법의 유용성을 확인하였다.

  • Advanced construction technologies have been rarely applied to practical construction operations on jobsites due to a lack of quantified evaluation data of the performance of such technologies. The basic objective of this study is to suggest a feasible way for the evaluation of the performance of new technologies based on construction simulation techniques, which have been frequently used in academic research for productivity estimation. Steel staircase systems were selected as the new technology to be investigated. The simulation was implemented in various ways, such as one staircase to six staircases on a floor. The simulation results provided in this study suggest that planners are able to make a fundamental decision on the use of targeted new technology with the estimated performance data (productivity and unit costs). These findings also indicate that a simulation technique could be one of the methods appropriate for use as a planner's decision-making tool.

  • This study improved constructability and cost efficiency that are disadvantages of existing a mechanical excavation & similar blasting methods(plasma, gel, etc) and introduced cases of development and practical applications of Low vibration explosives(LoVEX) that minimizes blast vibration. The low vibration explosives(LoVEX) is suitable to Type-1 in standard blasting patterns of Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs(MLTM) and delay blasting is possible. Moreover, the low vibration explosives improve construction and work efficiency while the level of vibration is reduced to about 60~70% of normal emulsion explosives. Additionally, this study suggested standard blasting patterns, the prediction equation of blasting vibration, and construction methods.

  • 유비쿼터스 시대의 핵심 기술인 RFID 기술은 물류현장에 많이 응용되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 현재 물류 분야에 적용되는 사례를 분석하고 차세대 RFID 물류시스템을 적용할 수 있도록 지능화된 RFID 장치를 사용하고, RFID 장치 및 물류 프로세스의 오류를 실시간으로 검출하고 보정하여 Open SCM에 적용하는 방법을 제안하였다.

A Field Case Research by Construction Management of Underground Excavation Construction Using Inverse Analysis Method (역해석 기법을 이용한 지하굴착공사의 시공관리에 관한 현장사례연구)

  • In this study, we compared and analyzed the displacement of final excavation with measured value through an inverse analysis method used in urban excavation construction. We maximized the effectiveness of the inverse analysis method, and plan to achieve cost-effective and practical construction management in the field with identical conditions. As the first stage, we suggest an example of a field which has the inverse analysis method. We applied the inverse analysis method to three different fields on which construction and measuring were finished. Of these three fields, two fields showed a very satisfactory result. However, in one field, there were significant differences between the analysis and measured value. The result of our analysis indicated that, we should unite the conditions of the inverse analysis method and field construction. We need to thoughtfully reconsider the RANKINE earth pressure application in a triangle type. This is because the uniformity of earth pressure is made by its arching effect, in the condition of the displacement of lower underground occurring widely, which is differentiated with the earth pressure conditions of RANKINE, even if the slurry wall has stiffness. Also, when recalculating the soil parameter, we should emphasize the adhesion of the weathering zone, and give experimental consideration to ground water level.

  • 현대 제지 산업은 대량생산 체제로서 광폭화, 고속화 경향으로 가고 있으며, 생산성과 품질이라는 두 가지 목표가 상존 하고 있다. 여기에 더욱 다양한 공정변수가 삽입되어 기술개발의 범위도 더욱 다양해지고 어려워지는 상황이다. 이에 당사에서는 Pilot Coater의 도입으로 현장에 직접 적용되는 많은 Mill Test의 위험을 Pilot Coater에서 사전 검증함으로써 생산성과 기술개발의 두 가지 목적을 달성하고 있다. 현장공정의 많은 공정변수들을 Pilot Coaterdp 적용함으로서 그러한 변수에 대한 검증 또한 이루어지고 잇다.

토양세척공법을 적용한 유류오염토양 정화 사례

  • 혼합유류(등,경유)로 오염된 대상부지의 토양특성을 파악하여 세척공법의 적용성을 판단하고, 적용성시험을 통하여 장치별 설계인자를 도출하였다. 시험결과 본 세척대상토양의 경우 계면활성제와 같은 첨가제를 주입하지 않고 물리적인 탈착공정만을 거쳐도 90%이상의 오염물질이 토양입자표면으로부터 탈착됨을 알 수 있었으며, 이를 반영하여 장치를 제작, 설치하였다. 세척대상 오염토량은 총 $12,225m^3$, 사업수행기간은 약 6개월, 세척장치에 주입된 세척토양의 평균오염농도는 약 3,152ppm 이었으며 세척 완료된 토양의 평균농도는 약 150ppm으로 약 97%의 제거효율을 보여 복원목표인 800ppm을 만족시킬 수 있었다. 그리고, 세척토양의 입도분포를 정확히 파악하고 분리시킬 토양입자 크기를 결정하여 현장 적용한 결과 세척공법으로부터 배출되는 응집슬러지를 최소화할 수 있었으며, 발생되는 세척폐수 또한 세척수 처리시스템을 거쳐 재활용 할 수 있도록 하였다. 이런 결과를 통하여 세척공법이 다른 Ex-situ 공법과 비교하였을 경우 현장의 적용성, 경제성, 복원기간 등을 감안하였을 경우 성공적인 세척공법의 적용사례라 할 수 있다.

  • As construction projects are getting larger, more complex and specialized, the size and scale of the structures are increasing and large-scale projects with multiple participants involved have continuously been ordered. Due to the nature of a large-scale construction project, when there are interferences and conflicts in process, schedule and area among project participants, the project requires more time and efforts to resolve the issues as it progresses further. This study suggests the interface management model that is time-saving and physically beneficial in solving interface issues based on case study. This study provides a practical management model including the organization of interface consultative group, checklist preparation, LIST management and PMIS application, which will be useful for the construction sites seeking effective know-how to manage design interferences and changes.
